Samantha and Hermione had never been on the same page ever. So when Professor McGonagall gave Hermione a Time Turner at the beginning of their fifth year in school, all hell broke loose. For some reason, Samantha didn't like that. Not one bit. So imagine Hermione's surprise when her dearest cousin came up to her and tried to take her Time Turner.
That was what was happening in the hallway just off to the side of the Great Hall. Two fifth-years were fighting over a Time Turner because Samantha was being a little prat. Well, what they didn't know was that Harry, Neville, and Draco were looking for them, only to find them fighting yet again.
Over what? They had no clue. Well, all three boys walked over to the fighting girls." Guys," Draco yelled as both of the girls jumped and fell to the ground with a loud thud, making the other three hit the ground as well. But when Hermione hit the ground, a loud cracking sound was heard throughout the corridor. Looking down at her hands to see that she broke her Time Turner.
Hermione looked around at the four other people as everything around her started spinning; she grabbed the nearest person to her right and made them do the same. After a few minutes, they all stopped spinning.
They all looked like they had stopped in the Forbidden Forest. Getting up, both Hermione and Samantha started arguing about whose fault it was. "Shut the bloody hell up," Draco said, interrupting their argument. "Both of you are wrong; it's your fault." Harry and Neville just looked at the arguing cousins.
" Be quiet; we have to find our way back to the castle, and can we please do that without the yapping?" Harry said as they all started walking through the Forbidden Forest. When they finally made it out of the Forbidden Forest, they saw the castle up ahead, but it seemed a little different.
As they walked over to the front of the building, Harry caught sight of a person out of his peripheral vision. Turning his head to see who it was, he recognized Draco Malfoy with long hair. With wide eyes, Harry quickly turned back to his little group.
"Guys, we need to go now!" Harry exclaimed, pointing at Lucius Malfoy who was approaching them from a distance. "Why, Harry?" Neville inquired. "Well, I don't know for sure, but it seems like he's following us," Harry replied, urging everyone to run into the castle.
They all stopped running when they were out of sight of Lucius Malfoy, and they were out of breath."What the bloody hell do you mean, my look-alike?" Draco said, looking at Harry."As I said, you look like him, but with the longer hair." Harry said as they all went into an empty classroom.
" Okay, obviously we're not in our time anymore. So the question stands. What time are we in?" Samantha asked, moving her ebony hair out of her face. " Well, considering that Harry saw a look-alike of Malfoy, that should tell you what time. We only have one." " " Now is not the time." Draco said to Hermione. " Now you're on her side. I see how it is." Hermione said to Draco.
Guys, arguing isn't going to help. How about we sneak out of here and see if we can get to the headmaster's office?" Neville suggested, and everyone agreed. They sneaked out of the abandoned classroom just to be spotted by a first-year student who asked them for directions to the headmaster's office.
After making it to Dumbledore's Office, they tried to get inside, but they didn't know the password for the gargoyle. They just kept guessing random sweets until one of them finally worked; they were able to get inside. Stepping onto the moving staircase, they made their way to the door only to see that it was already open.
Come in. I know you're out there," Professor Dumbledore said from the inside. The five students walked into the headmaster's office, only to find the other teachers and staff already gathered there. "Ahh, I was wondering when you lot were going to arrive," Professor Dumbledore said, looking at them.
"So you knew this was going to happen?" Hermione asked, looking at them. "Why, yes," Professor Dumbledore replied with a smile. "It's not every day that five random students drop from out of the sky." He chuckled. "Now that you're here, why don't we introduce ourselves?" he suggested.
After going through all of the teachers, they finally came across a woman they had never seen before. "And this," said Professor Dumbledore, "is our new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, Natasha Pamela." The woman just nodded.
My father was a better Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher," Hermione said, looking at Harry. "'Mione, I love you, but if you say one more word, I will reduce you,' the redhead said, looking at him. Now it's your turn to introduce yourselves, please," Professor McGonagall said, looking at her future students.
"I'll go first," Draco said with pride in his voice. "My name is Draco Lucius Malfoy."
"Me next," Hermione said with the same amount of pride as Draco." Hermione Jane-Hope Black. "
"Samantha Eileen Snape," she said with a smirk on her face.
"My name is Neville Frank Longbottom," Neville said with his head down.
"I guess I'm last, then," Harry said, looking at them as all the teachers were just looking at all of them." The names Harry James Potter."
"So, by the hair color, Lily's your mother," Professor Flitwick said, looking at the boy. "Oh, sir, do you mind telling us what year this is?" Harry asked after he nodded at Flitwick's statement. "Why it's 1972?" Professor Sprout asked, locking eyes with them.
