"I'll read." Hephaestus said.
IT WASN'T AS HARD…l engine and a lot of squawking.
"That's him." Triton sighed and wrinkled his nose.
"Come on, Triton. He's not….that bad." Poseidon said, looking at his eldest son. Triton refrained from rolling his eyes and he and Percy exchanged a look. Poseidon looked at Percy.
"Honestly dad, not a good experience with him. So, I'm not a fan." Percy shrugged. Triton nodded in agreement. Poseidon shook his head.
Percy glanced at his friends…Percy's stomach rumbled.
"I'm feeling like I should give you and myself some food now." Poseidon said to Percy as his stomach rumbled as well.
"I'm always okay with food." Percy grinned.
Most of the food carts were open…"Back, dirty chickens!" he bellowed.
Tyson scowled, not liking the old man talking about harpies like that.
Percy wasn't sure why…dropped the burrito, and flew off.
"That sort of behavior is absolute bullshit." Thalia said
"Its one burrito. Honestly guys, sometimes its hard to believe that you're related and have the same parent." Castor shook his head, being blunt as usual. It was something everybody liked about it but at that moment, it annoyed Poseidon but before he could say anything, his nephew spoke up.
"We've all got half siblings to whom we're not happy to be related to." Jason said
"Hey, stop it!" Percy yelled…Percy bit back his anger.
"I'd suggest that you beat him up but you need information from him." Annabeth told Percy.
"I'd beat him up myself if it isn't for that." He said
He hadn't meant to help the old man…"Ow!" Percy complained.
Poseidon rubbed his eyes.
"Son of Neptune!" Phineas exclaimed…to this grubby old dude.
"Trust me, I feel the same." Triton deadpanned.
He hoped all sons of Neptune…Are you hungry?"
"Son of a bitch. You don't just casually throw that around." Dakota groaned.
"I would appreciate it if you didn't call my son a son of a bitch." Poseidon told Dakota.
"He's not calling Phineas anything. He's just stating facts." Hazel shrugged. Poseidon looked at her with considerable surprise.
Frank looked like he'd been…"Your life depends on a burned stick."
"I cursed him to make him shut the fuck up. Looks like he still hasn't learnt that lesson." Zeus growled.
"Whoa. Calm down, dad." Thalia said to him with a slight frown. Zeus rubbed his temples and nodded. This whole Hera situation was bothering him way too much.
Percy frowned…and run over him again.
"Honestly, I agree with Dakota about Phineas." Hades shook his head. Ares nodded in agreement.
"And you," Phineas turned…Super Bowl will be—"
"Jeez, somebody get duct tape." Leo shook his head.
Hazel gripped her sword…pommel-whip the old man.
"I'm surprised you held out that long. Even I wouldn't have been able to." Hermes told her with a small smile.
"So you talked too much…man shooing away pigeons!"
"You are-" Rachel said amusedly.
Hazel advanced on the seer… Alcyoneus wouldn't be alive!"
"Absolute mother-" Hades started but took a deep breath as his eyes returned from pitch black to dark brown. "I'm going to hurt him." He said in the coolest voice.
"No, you're not." Poseidon told him.
"You would have had him killed had he not been your son and had said something like that about Percy. Hazel means just as much to me as Percy means to you so when I have decided that Phineas deserves to be punished then he deserves to be punished. I'm the king of the dead, brother and it would do you well to understand that Phineas is in the world of the dead and how he is treated there is completely up to me." Hades told him in the calmest voice but it was too easy to understand the coldness of the Underworld churning up in him and it showed in his eyes.
"Hades-" Poseidon tried but this time Percy stopped him.
"Dad, I'm just going to tell you just how bad this gets and honestly, Uncle Hades has as much as a right to do this as much as you do to something like this for any of your family. So, if he wants to make Phineas pay then he has the right especially as he's the king of the underworld and most probably the one who knows justice more than any of us." He said.
Hazel stumbled back…so that she lasts longer.
"And right there is another crime." Nico pointed out "Torture."
"I will hurt Phineas." Tyson growled. Poseidon's eyes went wide at the amount of anger in Tyson's voice as well.
Percy looked at his friends…Bring me a harpy!"
"No goddamn way." Percy swore.
"Chapter's done." Hephaestus said.
"I'll read." Chiron said
