Writer's Note:
E-123 Omega, a rogue Eggman robot, first introduced in Sonic Heroes.
But what if he first appeared much earlier? What if he first appeared in Sonic Adventure?
What if Omega had a story in SA1 and how would it play out like Gamma's story?
Let us dive into this Sonic AU, the time has come for SONIC ADVENTURE OMEGA!

Chapter One
"Excellent, all systems online, fully functional."
Those were the first words his sensors detected as his systems activated, the bulky robot's red eyes lit up as they opened. He stepped forward, looking down at the fat man standing before him, the man wearing a red jacket, black pants, white gloves, grey goggles and blue sunglasses.
"Yes, look at me." The man said, "I am your creator, Doctor Ivo Robotnik. You are the latest in my E-Series model machines. E-123, codename OMEGA. You are the Omega of my E-series robots, there is so much potential for you to surpass your brothers."
"Omega..." Omega repeated.
"Yes, Omega. That's your name, there's much work to be done." Robotnik cackled.
"E-123 Omega reporting for duty."
Omega saluted, his bulky feet clanking on the floor as he stood at attention. "First order of business..." Robotnik stated, "We must make sure your systems are fully online. Go through the nearby door on your left, the shooting range is through there."
Robotnik gestured to the mechanical door with green lights on Omega's left, the door slowly opened, paving the way inside a room full of flashing lights. Obediently, the combat-ready robot marched through the door, its metal hands slowly shifting from claws into massive cannons.
The shooting range was vast, metallic and big enough for a pack of robots to practice their combat skills or engage in sparring matches. Gears whirred, flashing lights blinked and robotic machinery hummed as it operated.
A stuffed blue hedgehog doll popped out of the shadows, accompanied by a stuffed two-tailed yellow fox doll and what appeared to be a stuffed red anteater, the three dolls moved along a mechanical rack, moving left and right as Omega took aim.
The newly-active robot lined up his cannons, making sure that he didn't miss. BLAM BLAM BLAM! Omega opened fire and the dolls went down in burning piles of stuffing, another doll appeared, a pink hedgehog doll holding a stuffed hammer.
Omega shot down the doll just like the other dolls, easily blasting off the doll's head, followed by its hand that held the hammer and then finished off the doll with a shot through the torso, all that remained of the doll was its legs and stuffing as it lay on the floor.
With the dolls taken down, Omega advanced deeper into the room, finding bulls-eye targets on the wall not far off and let loose. He fired on every single target in the vicinity until nothing remained, all except for flaming ash on the floor and the wall.
Just before the robot could advance deeper into the room, a port in the wall opened up and another stuffed doll appeared, one that looked like Robotnik. The Robotnik Doll was fatter, lacked goggles on the head and wore a yellow cape, a red shirt and black pants.
Looking at the doll, Omega felt unsure of what to do. Should he blast the doll? The doll danced along a mechanical rack, making a villainous laughing sound that sounded like a recording created by Robotnik himself when he made the doll.
Deciding that the doll was a fake and an imposter, Omega charged up his weapons and opened fire, obliterating the Robotnik-looking doll and leaving nothing left of it just as a duck doll, a bear doll and a weasel doll popped up with name tags that read: Bean, Bark and Nack.
"FURRIES WILL BE OBLITERATED!" Omega declared and annihilated the Bean doll along with the Nack and Bark dolls. Not bothering to take in the sight of his obliterated practice enemies, the bulky robot turned and walked off, finding a humongous fox doll nearby.
No sooner than Omega had come face to face with the giant doll, a music box activated and a song started playing as the fox's eyes lit up and began moving its arms mechanically. "Can you feel the sunshine?" The music box said, "Does it brighten up your day?"
"TAILS DOLL SHALL BE EXTERMINATED!" Omega bellowed, his targeting computer identifying his latest opponent. He primed all of his guns and missile launchers, taking a steady aim at the giant doll and locked onto the enemy.
"ANNIHILATION IMMINENT! LOCKED... LOADED... FIRE!" The E-series robot went all-out, firing everything he had on the gigantic stuffed doll and it vanished in a megaton explosion. When the dust settled, all that remained was the doll's head.
"EXTERMINATION ENACTED!" BOOM! Omega blasted the head, finishing off what remained of the stuffed abomination. He looked around the shooting range, checking to see if there were any more targets to go after, and deactivated his weaponry for the time being.
With no targets remaining and since target practice was complete, Omega made his way towards the door. He exited the shooting range and found Robotnik waiting for him outside the door, the mustached man smiled at the robot as Omega emerged from the room.
"Nicely done, my prized creation. You're just as powerful and worthy as I thought you were." Robotnik said, "I've been watching you; I was surprised that you blew up that Egg Doll. But nonetheless, your loyalty to your creator still shines."
"Thank you, Doctor Robotnik!" Omega intoned, "Your enemies will stand no chance and you have the guarantee that I will annihilate Sonic the Hedgehog when I encounter him soon."
"It's going to be a while before I send you after Sonic, Omega. You just activated and there is someone I want you to meet, one of your brothers is waiting."
"Roger that, I obey. I shall prepare to meet my fellow E-series unit."
The hulking machine followed its creator as Robotnik headed towards an elevator platform that led the doctor and Omega down into a lower chamber where another E-series robot awaited; Omega's big brother and fellow red robot E-102 Gamma...
