"Hey Perce, you can get your bandages removed today itself, I believe. Let me take a look." Apollo told him. Percy nodded and grinned. He pulled off his shirt and went over to Apollo. Annabeth stared at him before Athena looked at her and chided her.

"He's my boyfriend, mother!" Annabeth said exasperatedly. Percy chuckled and nodded.

"Where'd you get that scar?" Triton asked Percy, pointing at one which ran from his left shoulder till his chest.

"Oh that…got it when I got stabbed the first time." Percy said. Michael snorted. Poseidon grimaced, remembering the situation. Apollo removed the bandages and the stitches and Percy flexed his shoulders and grinned.

"Good as new." Apollo grinned at him. Even Hades smiled.

"Except for that huge scar." Triton commented. Percy looked at the scar and traced it from his left shoulder till the start of his hip.

"How'd it get that big?" Chris shook his head "Like did you not realize that?" he asked.

"Adrenaline and anger. I was busy punching the guy and didn't realize that it dug deeper." Percy shrugged. Hades grimaced. Apollo gestured to Ares to make Percy do some basic workout just to get shoulder in practice. Ares gestured to Percy to take out his sword.

"Spin it on your left and right. First do it with both hands and then only your left." Ares instructed. Percy nodded as he spun the sword just as he did in practice. Everybody stared at him in awe as he did that. That was their leader. Honestly, they could have nobody better than him.

"Try it with the trident. I believe you know how to spin it?" Ares said. Percy nodded and transformed his sword into his trident that he got when he became a god. He did the same and everybody sucked in a breath. Poseidon looked at Percy, his face shining with pride.

"Yeahh, he's as good as new." Ares grinned at Apollo and Percy grinned as well.

"Thanks guys." He said.

"Nah, don't mention it." Apollo chuckled.

"Hey, guys. I'm finished with the work." Tyson said, as he was scribbling something on a tissue paper during the reading of the last chapter and got up and went over to the Hephaestus gang while the others paused and looked at them curiously but they didn't seem to notice as they were too interested in what Tyson was saying. Nobody understood anything that the four of them talked about especially since it was so fast and excited.

Beckendorf then gestured to Annabeth to join them and she took a look at the tissue paper on which Tyson had actually scribbled some designs.

"He's done with the designs for the windows that you requested." Beckendorf told her "And we're done with the toughened and tinted glass with all the technology that you wanted." He told her, gesturing to himself, Leo and Hephaestus with a smile. Annabeth grinned at the four of them.

"I'll add the design when we take a break." Tyson grinned at Annabeth who nodded excitedly. She was really curious to see the final design that the four of them came up with.

"Hold on. What windows are you guys talking about?" Rachel asked them

"The ones for the buildings that we were going to construct in the Underworld." Annabeth answered. The underworld gang looked at each other with raised eyebrows. They had no idea that work was still going on about that.

"Les go." Percy grinned. Everybody else nodded in agreement. "Also, um, if you guys are free for a while, could you please make…like…a jet ski with a really fast engine…faster than the ones that we already have." He added sheepishly, rubbing his neck. "Its okay if you can't. I understand that you're busy." He said quickly. Hephaestus and Beckendorf chuckled at him.

"Nah. It won't take long at all. We already have something like that prepared." Beckendorf winked at him and Percy grinned widely at him and Hephaestus smiled back.

"You want a jet ski faster that what we already have? The thought of going that fast on water makes me green. Aren't they fast enough?" Jason asked with a slight shiver. Percy chuckled.

"Those are slow, man." He shook his head.

"I know right!" Poseidon agreed.

"You guys are strange." Zeus shook his head.

"I could say the same about the fact that you don't mind jumping from a goddamn plane." Poseidon raised an eyebrow and Zeus shrugged.

"Touché." He said.

"Honestly, what about we take a break right now?" Annabeth asked "I really want to work on the designs and do some research." Everybody nodded and got up.

"I'm gonna go get that jet ski ready." Beckendorf said as he stood up.

"Can I come?" Silena asked him with a smile and Beckendorf chuckled.

"You know you don't have to ask, my love." He told her, making Silena blush and everybody else 'Ooh'.

Nico went to the library along with Annabeth as he really needed to think and what better place to demand silence than the library. Almost calling Persephone, mother? What was going on with him? He rubbed his temples and sighed. He didn't get up for a good hour and when he did, he felt much more ready as compared to before.

Everybody returned to the reading, only to find a note from the fates which said that they would have to perform songs and show their memories which would either convey a message or admit something or both and they could do how many ever they wanted, even duets or more than two people. After they were done, they could also perform just for fun but that was up to them.

"Well, that sounds fun." Will said with a raised eyebrow.

"I wonder what the point of this is." Rachel wondered

"I guess to let everybody know certain things that are difficult to tell out loud." Nico answered thoughtfully.

"That's pretty good." Demeter commented.

"Well, we'll do it when we're done with a few more chapters. We'll take a day break and do it then." Chiron stated. Everybody nodded and Grover picked up the book and started.

PERCY WENT WEIGHTLESS…Passengers screamed

Poseidon rubbed his eyes as his vision blurred as well.

When his eyesight…he'd just shredded.

"That personally offends me." Thalia said, dramatically flourishing a hand to her chest. Percy grinned sheepishly at her.

"It wasn't by choice!" he said "I would have watered it well had I known that it was your relative that I was about to fall onto!" Percy told her. Thalia huffed at him.

"Do that next time." She said.

"I would never forget." Percy told her

Poseidon groaned as he felt like he'd broken a bone or too.

"Did you like break something when you fell?" he asked Percy who shook his head. Poseidon groaned again, thinking about how it would hurt when Percy actually did break a bone.

He managed to stand…as fast as he could

"Good shots." Michael grinned at Frank who smiled happily.

Hazel was at his back…The spear just dissolved."

"Don't worry, you did the right thing. I'm glad that you used the gift that I gave well. I'm proud of you." Ares told Frank whose face glowed at that.

Percy nodded…—flying hyenas.

"Not a pleasant image." Lee winced.

"Not pretty to look at either or fight for that matter." Ares said grimly.

About fifty yards from…or I break it!"

"You wouldn't actually break them though?" Demeter asked Percy.

"Of course not. If they'd come close, one of us would end up killing them but none of us would actually break the eggs. Sometimes you just got to bluff." Percy answered.

"It all about the deception, huh?" Hermes said and Percy and a few others nodded.

"No creature would want their eggs to be destroyed no matter what mission they are on." Hera commented. Percy looked at her and nodded.

"And I used that to our benefit. I wouldn't have actually progressed with it." He justified.

The gryphons squawked…demigods died here, or—"

"Yeah, that happens. Monsters keep them as spoils of war just as we keep what we get from them." Jason sighed.

"Its an awful motivator." Frank shook his head.

"You could use it to your benefit. You could think about how they died and gain some more strength from the thought." Clarisse suggested.

"Well…I suppose that that's true." Frank admitted.

"Frank, it'll be…ready to stab the egg.

"You were awfully close to that." Demeter winced.

"Like I said, I wouldn't have actually done it. I had to make sure that my performance was convincing." Percy assured her. Dionysus nodded.

"That's always the trick." He said

The monster veered off…run toward a giant?"

"You can use him as cover." Reyna realized.

"And they can freeze things. At least, for a while." Annabeth said suddenly. Percy, Frank and Hazel nodded.

"Smart." Piper commented. Percy stood up, bowed and sat back down.

"Trust me…frantic to save them.

"Well, at least we didn't stab them." Percy said warily.

"And they survived." Frank added.

"That's something." Demeter said with a raised eyebrow.

Percy and his…didn't have much choice.

Everybody burst out laughing at the mental images.

"Now, that mental image makes me feel better." Lee sniggered.

"Gee, thanks. It was soo pleasant." Percy grumbled.

"At least, the giant was cleaning the wild." Grover pointed out through his laughs.

"True but that doesn't make the fact about where we had to hide any better." Frank stated.

"Under!"… by his large hairy rear.

Everybody was still chuckling and when Frank, Percy and Hazel met each other's' gaze, they burst out laughing and everybody couldn't help but also join in.

"Oh this is priceless." Will chortled.

"Loving it." Apollo and Hermes snickered.

The Hyperborean grunted…gryphon onto his necklace.

Everybody chuckled at that.

"That sounds interesting." Leo said amusedly.

"You could try." Jason snorted and Leo shook his head.

"Nah, mate. Too much trouble to go through." Leo said.

"Percy" Hazel wiped…won't stay frozen forever."

"Chapter's done." Grover announced

"Needless to say that that was an interesting chapter." Nico snorted.

"I'll read next." Hera declared.
