AN: Finally, I managed to gain Omega E The Reader's permission to create alternate version of Kyomu and Onajima, two of his OCs. This marks the fourth attempt of me writing Fantasy Blitzkrieg-themed story (Return of Blitzkrieg Gensokyo doesn't count since I don't have Lt Colonel Summers' permission that time, but I do intend to revisit it in the future). Here, Historia Alliance will see the continuation of Fantasy Blitzkrieg in another Multiverse. There will be a surprise for those who are new here. For those who already read Return of Blitzkrieg Gensokyo, you'll know what that means. Gensokyo Union Fighters won't be alone this time, since both United Nations Military and my rendition of Humanity Military Force will join as well. Then, without further ado! To arms, under one banner!
PS: The AN above was created on December 2021, so it's been more than a year ever since I touched this. And Summers has been pestering me about it. I might as well start from a blank slate and see what can I get from Operation Alexandria and the original Mission Two, since I plan to use both as templates. Let's see how this will turn out.
Let's make it simple this time. Touhou belongs to Team Shanghai Alice/ZUN-sama.
PROLOGUE
Fantasy Blitzkrieg: Trans-Dimensional Blitzkrieg Opening
It has been 10 years ever since Tiberium Zero Hour ended, and Blitzkrieg Universe has been assimilated with Historia Universe by HS 2063 as the result of Humanity Military Order's (TZH Multiverse Original HMF) supremacist view and Blitzkrieg Lotus Reich's (TZH Multiverse FB Gensokyo) treachery against Historia Alliance and Neo-Gen Coalition.
And in HS 2061, Gensokyo Union Fighters are threatened by Blitzkrieg Lotus remains since the latter managed to breach their defense and make Saigyou Ayakashi fully bloom, thus enveloped Historia Gensokyo in a death mist. Fortunately, UN Military sent their General Staff to assist the Union in resolving the crisis that later escalated into a war. Not only that, Lunar Capital Force also sent their forces to reinforce the Union's position. Touched by this, the Union decided to fully mobilize their forces. After three months in HS 2062, the war ended in Historia Alliance's victory, thus further solidify the relations between the Alliance Founders.
Both the Union and UN managed to get new dimensions to join their respective Dominions. And Neo GUF Guardians are officially integrated into the Union as the 7th Faction, since they have more than 100 members as of HS 2062, not to mention their crucial contribution during Tiberium Zero Hour and Scarlet Spring Snow War. Both Earth and Moon had a brief war with Mars in HS 2064 until the Union managed to take the latter's leader hostage and forced the red planet forces into the table of negotiation, which ends with Martian Defense Force's entrance into Historia Alliance (but not before repelling their invasion of Gensokyo). One year later, GUF and UNM did the same with their Equinox Pact counterparts. By HS 2066, Kuusoukai also joined the Alliance under name South West Fantasy, thus makes them the third sealed Dominion in the Alliance besides Gensokyo and Mugenri.
In HS 2070, shortly after finishing a certain war in Shoukan Dimension, HMF contacted Historia Alliance to discuss the plan for Trans-Dimensional Blitzkrieg. After some brief discussion, the Union have located a particular Gensokyo that has been affected by what they call 'Fantasy Blitzkrieg Scourge', and decided to start the Multiversal Campaign.
This marks the start of GUF and HMF crusade against human supremacist incarnations of the latter.
Date: August 8th, HS 2070
Location: Hieda Residence, Hitozato, Historia Gensokyo
Currently, the Hieda's residence became the meeting place for finalizing the Trans-Dimensional Blitzkrieg campaign plan. On the table, the Fantasy Blitzkrieg files are being studied. It's very clear that the experience with the Blitzkrieg Universe left an impression on the participants.
"If there's one thing we can learn from Progenitor Gensokyo's failure in defending their homeworld, I'd say it's because the lack of unity, and that's something we already fixed thanks to Sengoku Gensokyo tournaments. It also didn't help that their Yukari tampers with history itself since Charlemagne. No wonder Progenitor HMF and STI hate her." Yasei comments.
"Then I'm glad our Universe lacked that aspect (history tampering)." LTC sighs in relief.
"Speaking about which, it's been decades ever since Akyuu-san was hired by the Ministry. We might not see another Hieda until 22nd century of Historia Calendar." Iseya remarks.
"I'm still here, you know..." Akyuu grumbles.
"That's because both me and Myougenguu made an appeal to the Ministry as managers of Avici and Mahapadma, respectively. Considering the state of Hell back during the Second Bakumatsu (2015-2035), I'd say that's a pretty good deal." Yasei replies. He then continues. "We want to keep the last digit as long as possible, after all."
The entire room fell silent for a brief moment to digest the information. Based from the Fantasy Blitzkrieg files, one paradox is confirmed. Any Gensokyo that received contact from STI aside from GUF (who took the initiative to travel to Neo-Gen Earth in 2035) and UGF (which disconnected their Gensokyo from Neo-Gen Earth in 2060) is bound to have a version of Akyuu that is still alive in 22nd century while retaining her youth. The Progenitor Gensokyo's case is confirmed to be a result of 'Forward Time Jump', and it also explained the paradox. It's very likely that this phenomenon also occurs to any other Gensokyos affected by 'Fantasy Blitzkrieg Scourge'. While there's a possibility to solve the scourge by going to the source, the Alliance currently lacked the power projection capability to do so, considering that the Progenitor HMF managed to successfully take down their Gensokyo and even adding their version of Reimu into STI's roster.
"... As much as I hate to admit this, we currently lacked the capability to take down the Progenitors." Reimu finally speaks. "The last information that UGF gave to us before their Unmei Force Expeditions started 10 years ago didn't exactly make things better."
"Our only option as of now is to replicate what Phantasm Gensokyo did, except with much more commitment. They might be content with their current status quo, but for us in Historia, the Second Influx basically deprived us of that choice. The Gorgon Mist Incident in 2010 was just a start, and The False Doomsday in 2012 pretty much solidified it." Yukari brings another file with her. "As I said earlier, they're content with fixing the mess of one of Progenitor HMF's subsidiaries, but that's it. On the other hand, we already have the Fantasy Blitzkrieg files and knew how much of a threat these subsidiaries are and can be. Coupled with what we got regarding Hourousha conflict, the possibility of both sides joining force are very high."
As it turns out, the last info that UGF left to GUF is to watch out for Jin Hiodoshi/Kario Sen, a human supremacist that wish to overturn Gensokyo's status quo. The reason for Yukari's assessment earlier is because Kario shares similar views with Progenitor Jack Summers. Based from this, both GUF and Neo-Gen HMF have a common ground. The former want to protect other Gensokyos and the latter want to restore their tarnished dignity following Tiberium Zero Hour from 2058 to 2060.
"Looks like we need to prepare ourselves soon. What do you say, Iseya, Jack?" Yasei asks the other Dominion Leaders present. He received a nod from both of them, and they then went outside.
As someone who was a human at one point, Yasei detested such supremacist views, and that's why he's glad Iseya and LTC didn't discriminate against him. Youkais may have supernatural powers, but humans are much more numerous, and not only they excel at technological development, they have millennias of war experiences. This is why GUF decided it's better to ally with UNM and HMF instead. UNM shares the same home planet as GUF since the Reunification in 2020 and HMF provides advanced technologies for the Union. What GUF have is hundreds of Fighters that can beat military units on their own. Admittedly, HMF also have RAIDERS (a unit of natural-born superhumans under STI's jurisdiction), but even they paled in comparison to Elite Fighters from the Union. Still, the fact that the RAIDERS have superpowers won HMF more respect from GUF in addition of their advanced technologies. UNM instead relies on their massive manpower from many alternate timeline colonies to offset their lack of One-Man Armies, with Iseya and Sumireko being their only registered Elite Fighters of the Union.
With that issues out of his mind, Yasei led Iseya and LTC to the Tree of Aspects.

"Damn, I knew that the Union have their own technologies, but I didn't expect it to be this advanced..." LTC is genuinely shocked to see the tree that caused the Dream Logic Incident back in early 2022.
"Well, at least you didn't dismiss the supernatural outright, so you can ask Iseya about how it works. This tree has been augmented further by integrating some of the Fighters' abilities that are compatible with it." Yasei grins seeing his reaction.
"To put it simply, the Tree of Aspects is perfect for virtual training. It was created by Aimi's wish to make Gensokyo better. Combined with The Seed program from Kawahara Dimension, it literally allows creations of multiple Pocket Dimensions. The key improvements is the integration of Akiwaza-san's ability to connect two points to create teleport sites and Reverence-san's ability to create worlds. This is an example of a successful 'Ability Technologization' program that Historia Gensokyo enacted since the Reunification." Iseya explains the function of the tree, since she was present during said Incident as well.
"Let's see... Aimi Tourouzaka, Yachimata no Akiwaza, and Reverence U'n-Llisardggy... And you're telling me that the former-most is a human, Wilder?" LTC looked at their Gensokyo Chronicle bio and received another shock.
"Yep. See what I mean when I say 'Humans are fearsome in their own rights'? Tourouzaka is that proof." Yasei still sports his grin.
He then contacts Aimi. "You noticed our presence here right, Tourouzaka? We need to use that tree of yours. I'm sure you already heard about the upcoming campaign."
"Understood, Yasei-san. I'm just glad that the war at the Third Area is already over. Thankfully, Kiseki still keep the tree on the prime shape while I was absent. I assume that the three of you want to refurbish your combat skills, so I prepared something based from one of Miyu-san's drawings. I hope that this will meet your needs." Aimi shows said picture via the interface provided by The Seed.
"Dang... That's a good one. Do it, Tourouzaka. Let's see how Rever's ability materialize Aokusa's drawing. I'm curious to see how this turns out. I'm sure Iseya and Jack will appreciate it." Yasei nods to indicate his agreement.
"Siege of Manhattan... That sure is one hell of a meat grinder..." LTC unsheathes his Zantankuto. "This won't be easy."
"Well, considering the upcoming campaign, I'd say this is appropriate." Iseya readies her Pandora's Arsenal. "No more World Wars."
"No more World Wars, indeed." Yasei holsters his Desert Eagles. "Because we're about to fight at a higher level than that."
Wordlessly, the three wait as their surrounding changes.
Simulation: Siege of Manhattan, Neo-Gen Earth, June 6th, HS 2060/NG 2135
Description (timestamped in HS 2060) :
This is truly one of the most grueling battles I've witnessed during the final phase of Operation Rome enacted by the Alliance. We're currently trying to dislodge the Order's forces from the city, but they have entrenched themselves deeper than we thought. I might be unable to help in the frontline, but at least I can picture it to help give a better understanding about how harsh it is. For those who think that war is glorious, you better leave now. I used to think the same, but this made me realize that Gensokyo's unique status is the real reason why we never have any casualties in our prior Great Wars. This is such a huge wake-up call for me, and made me appreciate those who volunteered to join UN Armed Forces for their service back during World War 3 in our Earth. Lucy-san told me a certain quote from one of her country's war veterans, and that resonates with me. War is Hell. It was then that I realized the reason why the Union is created, especially following the formation of the Alliance.
We're fighting for our rights of life. We're simply fortunate that our Earth follows this same goal. Any justifications that came after are secondary.
Addendum (timestamped in HS 2066) :
I think this is the reason why all of the Union's military conflicts up until Gensokyo-Kokusho Skirmish are defensive in nature. I can't help but dread about the possibility of the Alliance actually starting an offensive military operation, especially after I received the clearance to read the Fantasy Blitzkrieg files after the Third Great War ended. The files gave me a nightmare, especially the very last one. It tells a story about a defeated Gensokyo being put under a systematic genocide. Oh, and when Aimi-chan decided to put this picture into that tree of hers, then what I dreaded will happen soon.
Captain, Marshal, Commander, please save as many Gensokyos as you can from this 'scourge'.

Iseya and LTC looks at Yasei, as if they knew he was the one who put the final authorization key.
"You heard me. We're going to fight at the higher levels now. I'm not gonna lie, what I did earlier is merely hiding the anxiety I had, and the fact that Aokusa already predicted this means she knew full well what's at stake."
He then unholsters his Desert Eagles. "If we want to see this until the end, then we must be prepared to endure many years of waiting, because this is a long-term operation, and we might be unable to end this in HS 2100/NG 2175."
As the surrounding area finally takes shape of Neo-Gen Manhattan in HS 2060, Iseya and LTC hold their respective weapons. Soon enough, virtual projections of the Order's military units take shape, and began firing at the trio's location.
"Get ready for the Trans-Dimensional Blitzkrieg."
They then charge forward.
AN: Well, I suppose this is as good as any considering this is my fourth attempt of tackling this concept. But let's be honest. The burden of fighting a war is precisely why I have a difficult time writing this, especially in the wake of the current conflict. Media warfare just made it muddier. For those who wonder, there will be a timeskip in the first chapter.
Oh, and Summers? The battles will be brutal. It certainly won't be at Omega E's wanton slaughter level, because Historia Alliance is about to fight a real war.
GUF already committed themselves to this campaign. The possibility of Hourousha force intervention only made them much more determined to see this through.
HMF have their tarnished dignity to restore. After facing the Order, they realized that any supremacist tendency will only bring destruction in the long run.
And UNM will assist both of them. Sharing the same home planet certainly helps, and they might obtain another clue for their Command and Conquer Initiative.
That will be all. Winds are changing, head on north!
