Disclaimer: I do NOT own the Chosen. Dallas Jenkins does and I am NOT making any money off of this. I only own my Original Character: Leah. And none of the events with Leah happened in the bible. Thank you and God Bless you!

AN: Again. I do not mean any disrespect with this fanfiction. I LOVE Jesus and I think that if he were on earth, he would have loved someone. He had human emotions right? So yeah!

Summary: One-Shots based off of a character I have in my head. Not really in any particular order. Jesus/OC

Leah didn't hate Samaria. Not like her older brothers did. She wasn't that kind of a person. But she couldn't help being jealous by all these women following Jesus around. At first she didn't realize why, but then she realized that she had feelings for him that had followed her all the way from Capernaum. She had intended to leave them there as she didn't want to distract the Messiah from his misson here on earth. She was nothing compared to the people that needed help.

Her brothers had been out in the field all day and she had stayed back with the others. It had all been fun and games until Jesus had gone missing and everybody had gone frantic again. Leah had set out to find Jesus only to be confronted by a scene of him preaching around a crowd of women and men that was growing by the minute. She caught his eye for a minute before walking away. She didn't know why she was so upset, but she didn't want to compare herself to any of the other women that were standing there. That would be a sin.

She was walking back to where they were staying when her two brothers came walking down the street drenched in sweat, looking about as happy as she was right at that moment.

"Hey sis, where is everyone?" John asked curiously, looking his sister over. She didn't seem too happy.

"Ask them that" she said pointing to the crowd behind her as she pushed past her two brothers, who had to run to keep up with her. She felt bad about that after they had worked in a field all day.

"Leah what is it?" James asked, taking his little sister's arm gently, turning her to face them.

"You know..." She shook her head as her voice trailed off. "I would be happier if there were only men listening to him talk right now."

James and John's eyes widened now at what Leah was saying. John couldn't believe they had missed the signs of the feelings they're sister had towards Jesus.

"Leah, why didn't you say something before. To one of us?" he asked.

"Because I know how you two are around any potential suitors and I didn't want you being that way with Jesus. He's different you know."

She continued walking now as James and John caught back up with her.

"Leah, we know he's different. He's the Messiah, he's not like other men you have liked." James said as they walked further down the street. "We would never ruin that for you."

"Yeah but I don't want to be the one to distract him from the good he does for others. I'm insignificant compared to that."

"Leah do you hear yourself?" John asked.

He didn't understand what was going on in his sister's mind at that moment. She wasn't normally filled with such self loathing for herself. She was usually carefree about stuff like this. He supposed Jesus had really changed her.

"Let's just get home" she said softly, turning around as she started to walk again. She wished she was home at that moment.

That night James and John were sitting there eating everything they could find that had been set before them on the table while Leah sat there playing with some soup that really didn't look that appetizing at that moment. The three siblings were so lost in their own worlds that they didn't realize everybody had come back until the curtain was pulled back to reveal Jesus and the others.

"We were right" Jesus said, looking right at James and John.

"Yeah I'm going to bed" she said as she pushed her soup back before walking out of the room, leaving everyone confused. The children of Zebedee were not having a good time in Samaria.

"Leah?"

She could recognize his voice from a mile away and something about the tone of his voice tonight made her stop and turn around, gazing into the light brown eyes she had fallen so in love with.

"What is it Jesus?" she asked tiredly now as she looked down at her hands, tears swimming in her eyes. She did not want him to see her cry.

"What is wrong?" he asked, walking towards her now, taking her face his hands gently.

She fought him for a minute, not looking him in the eyes, but in the end she couldn't look anywhere else but his eyes. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she closed her own eyes, not wanting to be a complete mess in front of him.

"It doesn't matter how I feel Jesus. There are people out there that are way more important than me" she said shakily, trying to pull away now, but he caught her hand and turned her around to face him.

"Why don't we go somewhere more private?" he asked now, refusing to let go of her hand.

"What you mean like you're room?" she asked in disbelief.

"Do you trust me?" he asked gently, tilting her head up with his other hand.

"I don't know. Should I?"

"Leah..." Jesus said softly, cupping her face in his hand. "Please?"

She looked into his eyes for a moment, thinking about her options. She could either stay mad at Jesus, which she didn't want to do or she could go and talk to him about what was wrong.

"Okay" she said quietly as he dropped his hand, gently pulling her towards his room.

She looked around as soon as they were inside, suddenly nervous about what she would say to him. He wasn't her first love. There had been three other men before him, but neither of them had worked out. Leah had tried to tell herself that God had closed the doors for a reason and that someday she would find her true love.

And then she had met Jesus. She never expected him to become famous. To have other people begging for his attention. She knew what she felt was silly, but she didn't want him taken away from her. To be jealous was a sin and that's why she had walked away that afternoon. She knew he was her true love, she had no doubt about that from the moment she had met him on the beach a few days ago. But this was a unique situation and there were hurdles she had to jump in order to love him the way she needed to.

Leah jumped back to reality a little as the door closed behind her and Jesus walked back in front of her now, his eyes boring into her's once more.

"Are you going to tell me what this is about?" he asked, reaching out to push some hair behind her ear gently.

"Jesus...I..."

He moved closer to her now, wrapping his arms around her waist. "Well I can't tell how you feel when you stutter like that" he said teasingly as she placed her hands on his chest.

"I'm trying Jesus" she whispered softly, leaning forward to place her forehead on his, one of her hands coming up to play with his curls.

"I know." he whispered, pulling her towards him more, placing his lips on her temple. "Perhaps if I told you how I felt first."

Leah looked up at him now, wrapping her other arm around his neck.

"Leah I love you very much" he whispered, his forehead landing on her's once more. "I don't care how famous I am. I will always love two things above everything else. My father in heaven and you. And that is how the relationships in this world should be. Centered around God. Praying together, taking care of children. Being one with each other."

"You love me?" Leah asked dazed now as Jesus smiled and leaned down, kissing her passionately.

She was shocked at first, but after a few minutes, her eyes slipped closed as she wrapped her arms around his neck. The kiss lasted longer than she had expected, and as he pulled back, he caressed her cheek softly, kissing down the side of her face.

"I love you too" she whispered, playing with the ends of his hair as she closed her eyes in complete bliss.

"I thought as much" he said as he kissed her nose and smiled down at her.

She kissed him once more, smiling against his lips as he picked her up and walked her to a chair in the far side of the room, sitting down with her in his lap. Leah buried her face in his neck as he played with one of her hands.

"You are important Leah. I love you. And you will never lose me" Jesus said softly, brushing a hand down her cheek.

"Everyone is important here and will be in the Kingdom of Heaven, but you my angel are at the top of the list. And no that does not mean that you or I are selfish. Because we aren't. But I love you in a different way than I love the other disciples and the rest of the people. And that also is not wrong."

Leah nodded gently and kissed Jesus once more, taking his face in her hands. Maybe this was the fairy tale love she had wanted all along.
