Chapter 1: A Discovery from out of the sky. and an unexpecting guest.
It was a very late night in Duckburg as everyone was fast asleep in their homes as nobody took notice as a small meteor flew over the city and near the Mcduck mansion. At the mansion inside the triplets room Huey, Dewey, and Louie are fast asleep inside their bedroom asleep as the meteor crashed near the mansion waking Dewey up. As he got up he took notice of what appeared to be smoke near the mansion as he got out of his bed.
Dewey: Guys!
He said to his brothers in a whispering voice but his brothers ignored him as they continued sleeping.
Dewey: Guys I think something crashed near our house!
He said, trying to get their attention again while whispering.
Louie: Now is not the time Dewey! Go back to sleep!
Huey: Can you save your news for use in the morning?
They said as they continued sleeping.
Dewey, still wanting to see what the source looks like, decides to sneak out of his brother's bedroom.
Before he could go outside he stopped and entered Webby's bedroom.
When he noticed that Webby was already up and exiting her room.
Webby: Dewey: What are you doing up?
She asked him.
Dewey: I heard a noise outside and I was just about to go outside and investigate. Why are you up?
He asked her.
Webby: I heard a noise as well.
Dewey: Well I know where the crash site of this meteor is.
Webby: Well what are we waiting for then! Let's go!
She said as the two of them went out of the mansion and to the crash site but before they did they noticed Della and Penumbra sleeping in the tv room with the tv turned on so they both sneak by quietly slowly opened and closed the main door.
When they got close to the site they noticed what appeared to be two mysterious silver sword holders in the wreckage.
Dewey: What are these?
He asked as he held on to the holders.
Webby: I don't know! They look like some kind of holders.
Dewey: But why did these things fall out of the sky?
He said as he continued to inspect the holder.
Webby: There has to be a bit more to these things we need to learn more about!
She said as she continued to look at the other holder.
Dewey then noticed a small holder and decided to press it. As he did the holder releases a blue bladed laser. Much to his surprise.
Dewey: Whoa! Awesome!
He said in amazement.
Webby: How did you do that?
She was confused.
Dewey: I pressed a small button on the thing.
He told her as Webby quickly figured out what Dewey was talking about and pressed it to reveal a purple color bladed laser.
Webby: Wow! These do look pretty cool! I also really do like the color of this one! I'm suggesting that these are some type of alien related swords.
She told him.
Dewey: I'm guessing that I have the same conclusion with these bad boys! I think we should test them out to see how powerful they really are!
He told her.
Webby: Well I mean we can but I don't want to create a big mess and we just discovered these weapons.
She said in concern.
Dewey: Well we can try to be a little careful then
Webby: Well ok then.
But before they could do more with the swords, Scrooge in his golden red bathrobe and slippers along with Beakley in a purple robe and slippers came outside and took notice of Dewey and Webby. They both quickly hid their swords as Scrooge and Beakley approached them.
Scrooge: What in the blazes are you two doing outside in the middle of the night?
He asked them.
Webby: We just heard a noise outside and were just wondering what it was, Dad and Granny.
Beakley: Well still it is not safe for you two to be outside this late at night! Even without any adult supervision.
Dewey: But we're not little kids anymore! We can look after ourselves! Even at a time like this.
Scrooge: She still does have a point lad. Now both of you head back upstairs to your rooms to get more sleep.
He instructed them.
Webby: Yes dad!
Dewey: Yes Uncle Scrooge!
They said as they went back to the mansion.
As Scrooge was about to walk inside he noticed Beakley looking at the crash site.
Scrooge: Is something wrong Beakley?
He asked her.
Beakley: I'm just curious about what crashed here.
She told him.
Scrooge: Yeah! I'm not sure what wreaked here as well but guess we can take a further look tomorrow morning.
Beakley: But what if it's a dangerous creature and it's loose in the city of Duckburg!
She told him in concern.
Scrooge: I mean if it was then I assume we would be hearing screams already.
Beakley: Well I guess you're right then.
She said in agreement as they both went back inside the mansion.
Meanwhile back in space Lunaris's spear was still stuck between the earth and the moon as a large imperial star destroyer closely approaches it.
Inside his ship Lunaris was still trying to get his ship fixed and running again. Ever since the former general got stuck in space he grew out long dark green hair, grew a long dark green beard, and has also lost
weight due to the lack of food that is on his ship.
Lunaris: Ok. Now I think this is how I should get the ship working again!
He said as he started the rocket's engines but they quickly broke and failed as the former general smashed his rocket controls in frustration.
Lunaris: Urahhhh! What the hell I'm I not doing correctly! I have spent hours and hours fixing all of the engines that are on the ship but there's something I'm missing every single time.
He said frustrated as he looked at the planet.
Lunaris: Mock my words Della! Even though I'm still stuck in space I will have my revenge on you and the rest of your family once I get my ship fixed I will have my revenge on your whole family! I don't know how I will do it but I Lunaris will one day make my return to your world and make sure I take it over this time!
He said as his ship started to move.
Lunaris: What the!
He said as he noticed a large star ship collecting his ship.
Lunaris: That does not appear to be good but I won't go down without a fight!
He said as he got his blaster and hid near the door to be ready to defend himself. After his ship was placed in the star destroyer the entrance door burst open as soldiers wearing black and white helmets and
armor made their entrance and started to shoot at them one by one. Then the troopers noticed him firing in their direction but they couldn't get a good aim at Lunaris as he kept shooting at the troopers. When all
the troopers that entered his ship were down he noticed a different figure who was wearing a black mask, armor, and cape as he pointed his blaster at the figure but before he can do so he raised his right hand at
the former general and to Lunaris's shock and confusion he started to choke, resulting in him dropping his blaster. The black figure then forced him to a wall and walked closer to him so he could start speaking.
?: How conniving of how you thought you could just feel free to shoot down my troopers like that!
Lunaris: I'm guessing that you are in charge around here!
He said struggling to speak while being in a choking position.
?: Indeed I am the one in charge. Are you in any way working alongside the rebellion?
He asked much to Lunaris's confussion.
Lunaris: What! No I'm not!
He answered.
?: Is there anybody else on your ship?
Lunaris: No it is only me on this ship!
?: I pretty much find both of those answers difficult to believe.
He said to him as he started to choke the former general a bit harder.
Lunaris: Please don't kill me! If you do, I can never get my revenge on those responsible for having me be stuck up here!
?: And how should I be willing to trust you after what you did to my troops?
He asked.
Lunaris: If you let me live I will help you out with anything you and your army desire!
He told him as the figure took a moment to think about it and decided to spare the former moon general as he took a few deep breaths before getting back on his feet.
?: you are willing to join the empire?
He asked him.
Lunaris: Yes! In exchange for getting revenge on those responsible for trapping me in space in the first place.
He told him.
?: Very well then.
He said as he turned for the exit.
Lunaris: Why thank you sir! Thanks for giving me a chance.
He said in relief but the dark figure angrily turned back to him.
?: Don't thank me because if you do decide to betray the rest of the empire especially me I will kill you, same I do with the ones I consider to be rebel traitors.
He said making Lunaris a bit scared again.
Lunaris: That's fair sir!
?: Follow me I will lead you to a place so you can clean up and after that meet me in the conference room.
Lunaris: Yes sir.
?: Don't just call me sir! Call me lord Vader.
Lunaris: That sounds like a much better name to call you.
He said as they both exited the ship.
Back on at the Mcduck manor Webby couldn't really get that much sleep in as she spent most of the time staring at one of the space swords she and Dewey found near the manor. For some reason she feels like she is something special with this sword in her possession but doesn't really know what that is the case. As she continued to look at the sword she heard her door open revealing it to be Dewey.
Dewey: Hey Webby! Breakfast is almost ready if your hungry.
He told her.
Webby: Well I'm not really that hungry but thanks.
She said as Dewey quickly noticed something is wrong with her.
Dewey: Are you ok? Is something wrong?
He asked as he got close to her.
Webby: Well it's about my sword we found.
She told him.
Dewey: Ok! What about it?
He asked.
Webby: Well I feel like I'm something really special with this sword in my possession and something more to the universe but I can't really understand why.
Dewey: Well I felt the same why with my sword as well Webby since we haven't seen any type of weapons like these before in our world.
Webby: Which is why we need to inform someone like dad about.
She told him causing Dewey to panic a bit.
Dewey: What! We can't do that!
She told him.
Webby: Why?
She asked.
Dewey: Because if Uncle Scrooge, Mrs Beakley, Mom, or any adult finds out they can take them away from us!
Webby: Well what about your brothers?
She asked him.
Dewey: Well we can but they can quickly grow jealous of me having a weapon like this and them not.
Webby: Well you have a great point with that one.
She said as Della walked into the room with a smile on her face.
Della: Oh their you guys are we were wondering where you two where.
She told them.
Dewey: You seem to be in a good mood today.
He said as he noticed his moms happy expression.
Della: That's because Donald should be coming home from his sailing trip today.
Dewey: Wait really! When did he say he should be reaching shore?
He asked her.
Della: He told me some time in the afternoon.
She told them.
Webby: Well what are we waiting for we have so much that should be done!
She said as she jumped out of her bed.
Della: Yeah! I was thinking of doing a little welcoming back back party for him, Daisy, and who are the other two girls again?
She asked in confusion.
Webby: My sisters May and June.
She told him.
Della: That's right! But first we should have our breakfast and then set our welcome back plans up.
Dewey: Sounds good to use!
He said as the three of them left to go downstairs.
Back in space both Vader and Lunaris stare at the planet of earth.
Vader: You told me they are living on this planet.
Lunaris: Indeed Lord Vader. In a town by the name of Duckburg.
Vader: That sounds like a really weird name.
Lunaris: Yes I was thinking of the same thing as well.
He said as Vader turned to his control operatives.
Vader: Set our course for Duckburg.
He said as his operatives obeyed him.
Lunaris: Soon the Mcduck family will be defeated this time by the hands of me and my new allies.
He said as the star destroyer makes it's way to Duckburg.
