BQ, who was wearing a black tank top and black pants, sighed as she layed on the floor of her apartment. Flashes of her last encounter with MK entered her mind.
She had nearly died because of a mistake. MK would have been destroyed by guilt and the world would've been demolished by the Lady Bone Demon.
"That could've been really bad." The messy haired girl muttered with a frown. She felt awful remembering what happened and what could've happened. "I can't let happen again."
But how? She thought. How can I stop it from happening again?
"I can try staying away from every part of the canon, buuuut I'll definitely get dragged in eventually so that's out." She muttered dejectedly before sighing. "The only other way is to get stronger and cover my weaknesses, but that's impossible... probably. I mean, the show did have some of miraculous power ups so maybeeeee. There's also my bear form, but I still need to control it better."
BQ blew a raspberry as she brought her hands to her face to inspect them. She thought about all the cool powers everyone else had and felt envy, believing her powers were a tad lame in comparison to some of the other powers.
"Not having chi of my own really sucks. No cool constructs or badass giant shadow bear to fight with me. I mean, I can use the chi in my body to do it and have the word badass on my tombstone the next day, hehe." BQ joked with a wry smile before pausing.
After a few seconds of silence, BQ got up from the ground and put on a purple and white jacket and white sneakers with purple shoe laces. She took a small notebook and pen before heading outside...to the new years festival.

At the festival.
BQ walked through the busy streets scratching her head with her pen as she glared at a page in a notebook in her hands.
"Okay, these quote unquote 'technieques', should be realistically achievable without killing me." Muttered BQ narrowing her eyes, staring intently at the notebook page. "...I think. Eh, it's a tiny list. It shouldn't be that bad."
Suddenly, BQ's eyes met the eyes of a few familiar faces. Mei and the gang without MK who BQ knew was with Wukong. Deciding she had a few minutes to burn before Spider Queen wrecks the place, BQ headed towards Pigsy's food stall with a smile on her face.
"Heya, Monkie Kids." BQ greeted the group casually prompting them to put their guards up. "What's with all the grump? I thought this was a happy day."
"With you here, hardly." Snapped Mei angrily, glaring at BQ with her arms crossed.
"You threw Sandy at me!" Added Tang angrily. "And it hurt really bad."
"You hurt MK's feelings!" Added Sandy not in an angry tone, but a disappointed one.
"Honestly, how could you be related to MK?" Asked Pigsy with a deep frown.
BQ snorted at their responses before bursting into full blown laughter. She loved these guys, in her past life and this one, especially when they were so easy to mess with.
"You guys are s-so cute. Mind if I stay here a bit longer?" Said BQ holding back laughter, earning glares from the whole group which only intensified BQ's laughter. "Pfft. Okay, okay. I'll leave."
BQ walked away giggling as the Monkie kids glared daggers at her. Teasing them was an absolute wonder. Suddenly, she remembered that Red Son should also be here. The thought of teasing him brought her joy, but she remembered why she was here. To test her powers on some spiders.
And so, The Bear Queen donned a serious expression and waited with her hands in her jacket's pockets somewhere away from the center of the chaos.
And after a bit of waiting, it started. The revenge of the spider queen. Spider robots flooded the city, attacking everyone in sight.
Quickly, one of the spider robots hopped onto BQ's back attempting to transform her into a spider. Unfortunately, it didn't have the power to pierce through her skin let alone affect her with its venom.
But just as BQ was about to get it off her back, another spider robot attacked her and another and so on until she was drowning in spider robots. Trying to shrug them off did nothing as they clung tightly onto her.
BQ frowned as her eyes glowed a deep purple before all the energy of the spider robots left their metallic bodies and swiftly entered BQ's body leaving them to fall lifelessly onto the ground.
"I think I need another AoE attack. Robots make the chi really bitter." Muttered BQ poking her tongue out as she stared at the robots before noticing the canisters of venom on their backs. Her eyes lit up with happiness as she realized the gold mine she was in. "Spider queen venom mixed with MK's powers and LBD's serum thingy? Somebody call Nezha cause I think I just infiltrated heaven!"
BQ quickly ripped off the canisters off of multiple spider robots and took a sip out of one, taking in all the flavor inside. It was beautiful. The sweetness of MK's powers, the sourness of spider queen's venom and the Lady Bone Demon's flavor enhancing serum all come together to form a beautiful drink.
"I can't drink this alone. I need food to eat it with!" Exclaimed BQ excitedly as she looked all around her for a food stall before seeing Red Son's stall just up ahead and running to it quickly, ignoring all the people screaming in fear. "Hey. Red Boy, I want half a dozen of your hottest barbeque skewers."
Before Red Son could even reply, BQ slammed enough money on the table for him to ignore her calling him Red Boy.
"Finally! Someone with refined taste!" Exclaimed Red Son handing BQ six skewers of INFERNO bbq meat.
BQ knew she was supposed to be training and trying new techniques, but that can wait for after her meal.
The Stone Bear watched the world fall apart around her, DBK getting kidnapped and Red Son running for his life on a flying motorcycle with a canister of venom as she ate her skewers happily. But then she had the idea of using the venom as dipping sauce for the bbq meat.
"We meet again, girl. Don't think I forgot the humiliation you gave me." BQ suddenly heard a voice say. She turned around with venom dipped inferno bbq meat in her hand to see the Spider Queen grinning at her from atop her mech. "Wait- A-ARE YOU USING MY VENOM AS DIPPIN' SAUCE?!"
"Uhh, yes." Replied BQ raising a brow. "Is there a problem?"
"B-but how?"
"Well, I just got the idea a second ago. It's an unusually delicious combo." Said BQ as she nonchalantly ate another piece of venom dipped inferno bbq meat. "Have you ever considered becoming a chef after finishing this whole taking over the world thing?"
A vein popped in the Spider Queen's forehead. She shot a web at the stone bear, a web that can absorb powers. Aka, a perfect way to murder her. Safe to say, BQ was terrified. Although there was a possibility she could've overpowered the absorption of the webs with her own, the stone bear opted to jump back far out of the way and not take the risk.
"Guess that's more than a butter knife to you, huh?" Asked the Spider Queen with a grin as she approached BQ. "Say, I never got your name-"
"Good, I don't want my name to be known by some lunatic spider lady." BQ cut the Spider Queen off with a disgusted expression, causing the spider queen to become more angry.
The Spider Queen growled. "Who do you think you're talking to? I'm the QUEEN!" She exclaimed angrily.
"So? I'm a queen too. I mean, anyone can be called royalty in this world. DBK, Monkey King, Scorpion Queen, Nezha, PIF, etcetera." Replied BQ rolling her eyes as she took a sip out of the spider queen's venom in her hands. "I'm pretty sure I can point at some guy in the streets and find out he's the Human Noodle Broth King or something."
Spider Queen was getting angrier by the second as she fell for every taunt no matter how tiny, but BQ wasn't as confident as she let on. Knowing that there's a real chance Spider Queen could kill her due to her to inexperience with dodging, BQ did the sensible thing and put the cap back on her open venom canister before putting in her pockets with the others.
The Stone Bear frowned before focusing her power on her legs and using that power to launch herself far into the air. Far enough that the spider queen tried to web her again, but failed. But this situation proposed the question of where will she fall.
And so, like a comet she fell down at the harbor in front of a familiar shorter boy with bbq skewers still in her hand.
"BQ!" It was MK. He exclaimed in both shock and happiness. "Boy, am I glad to see you, sister!"
"MK?" Asked BQ in confusion before looking at what she was standing on to see a buff spider demon she crushed by accident. "Oh. Scared of spiders, right."
"Does crashing down from the sky run in your family, MK?" Asked Mei in surprise.
"I don't know!" Replied MK in a panic as he held his staff.
Meanwhile, Huntsman Spider, one of Spider Queen's henchmen, sent a message to his master. "Someone new just arrived. Yes, that's her." He muttered before turning to BQ. "What did you do to make her hate you so much?"
BQ shrugged. "I was just having fun." She replied cheerfully.
"Hehe, she told us to have fun ripping you apart." Replied Huntsman with a grin.
BQ snorted. "MK, go on the ship. Big sis needs to have a nice word with these gentlespiders." She said cracking her knuckles.
Before BQ could do anything else however, MK lifted her up and threw her inside the boat with the others before the others helped him up on the boat. It was so sudden, BQ was frozen in confusion.
So frozen it wasn't until Sandy's flying ship arrived just in time to pick them up that she snapped back to reality. MK once again threw her, this time onto the flying ship before the others got onto the ship as well.
Once they were all on the ship, it flew far away from the danger and chaos. BQ was ready to snap at MK for kidnapping her before noticing the defeated look on his face.
Whether it was because he was her little brother now or because she loved watching him in her past life or because of some other reason, BQ's expression softened upon seeing his expression.
"Spider Queen captured Monkey King." He said dejectedly only for the others to exclaim disbelief. "Yeah. Her and this skeleton thing. She got him a-a-and I didn't even try to help. He lost and i-"
"It's okay, MK. We got this. We can beat her-"
"She beat the Monkey King, Mei! We don't got this!" Snapped MK in fear, anger and dejection before curling up into a ball. "I'm sorry, I just... don't know what to do."
"Kid, no one ever does. Not really." Said Pigsy placing a hand on MK's shoulder.
"But we're going to figure this out-" added Mei with a smile.
"-together." Finished Tang with a smile.
MK then turned to BQ, causing the latter to flinch as she stared into his defeated eyes. After a few seconds, BQ sighed.
"MK, Wukong didn't lose to Spider Queen because she was stronger than him. He lost because he was an idiot who rushed in without thinking." Said BQ calmly as she avoided eye contact. "You're not like that and it makes you better than him...and kidnap me again and I WILL hurt you."
MK smiled. "Thanks, BQ." He said happily. "I knew there was good in you!"
BQ frowned. "Nope. My heart is as dark as charcoal." She replied glaring at MK.
"Even charcoal can be used to warm someone up during a cold night." Replied Sandy cheerfully as put a hand on BQ's shoulder. "I'm sure we'll grow on each other just as soon as WE DEAL WITH THAAAAAT!"
Suddenly, Sandy pointed at flying motorcycle heading straight their way and BQ sighed as the vehicle containing Red Son was heading straight towards her.
