Si Le has spent the last six months preparing this room for the arrival of their pending birth. Chen Chen and Xuan Xuan have made it their morning ritual to check the room to see if their new brother and sister have arrived. They also have made a habit of playing with the new toys.

Nurse: I can give her an epidural… that should numb her pain
As the epidural takes hold Si Le begins to relax as her contractions get closer and closer
Nurse: Mrs Song are you ready … Your babies are ready to to see their mommy and daddy
Doctor: Si Le…. Remember what we talked about …. Keep breathing normally and when I tell you to push …. You push as hard as you can…. Now take a deep breath and begin pushing
SI Le takes a deep breath and begins pushing as hard as she can… she grunts and groans and screams with pain
Hao Yu: Is she alright
Nurse: she's fine… child birth takes alot out of any woman… but when it's over she won't remember any of this… keep talking to her so that she stays calm
Doctor: Si Le you did good….. I can see the crown of the babies head…. Take a another deep breath…. Push as hard as you can
Hao Yu: You can do this sweetheart… grab my hand and begin pushing
Si Le: That's easy for you to say….She takes another deep breath and screams very loudly as she pushes as hard as she can and the babies head clears her vaginal opening.
Doctor: Si Le you did very well… let's get this little princess all cleaned up and give her to her daddy
Hao Yu is in tears seeing what just happened…..Is the baby alright…. What's all that white stuff all over her?
Nurse: That's her protective coating…. Her lungs seem to be strong in that her crying is loud
Doctor: Si Le your son is ready to join his sister….. are you ready…. Take another deep breath ….. Push
Si Le tightens her stomach muscles and squeezes Hao Yu hands and begins screaming as the little boys head also passes through the vaginal opening that has been stretched as wide as it can be. With the little boy's body completely out…. Si Le begins to relax and her breathing turns to normal and all of her excruciating labor pains are gone….. She looks at Hao Yu whose eyes are filled with tears
Si Le: sweetheart … are you ok…. Are our babies ok ?
Hao Yu leans his head forward and gives Si Le a soft gentle kiss: The babies are fine and they are so beautiful…. I love you so much.
Doctor: Si Le….. you did great… the twins look fine but we will do our normal testing to make sure that they are
Si Le: Can I hold them first ?
Si Le and the new twins remain in the hospital for serval days to complete the necessary observation while the Song mansion prepares for their home arrival.
The parents enter the mansion with each carrying one of their new children…. Hao Yu is carrying Le Yu the girl twin and and Si Le is carrying Hao Si the boy twin. Chen Chen and Xuan Xuan no longer able to control their curiosity rush up to their parents and attaching themselves to their legs showing the parents their new reality.
The grandparents each take their turn in holding their new grandchildren while Luo Qi and Li Xin take Si Le aside to question her about child birth
Li Xin: Si Le be honest with us was it really painful… Hao Jun is now jealous ….Hao Yu has four children and he has none…. You know how he is.
Si Le: it's no cake walk… Hao Yu took every verbal insult I could throw at him but soon as I saw him holding our two new babies … it was all worth it
Luo Qi: The thought of picturing a baby's head coming out your little vagina that must've really hurt….. that's enough for me never having children…. I'll stick to the fun without the consequences.
Luo Qi's words will soon come back to haunt her…. Si Le continues working out of the mansion while getting the twins on a schedule that affords her time to design her new line of children broaches. Luo Qi enters the room and sees Si Le breast feeding Hao Si.

Si Li: Surprising enough my mind goes to a very relaxed state and many new ideas come in…. The twins are good for my imagination…. Look at some of my new designs.

Si Li: That's a question I would've never expected coming from you….. Li Xin definitely but not you…. What's going on?
Luo Qi: it's all your fault

Luo Qi: I don't know…. I just haven't had one this month
Si Le: one way to find out… I'll call Li Xin to bring a pregnancy test … she's has stocked up thinking she'll be pregnant next.
Li Xin Walks in: Don't tell me your pregnant again
Si Le: It's not me….. looking at Luo Qi

Luo Qi looking at the two red bars begins to have flashbacks of her one night stands… she walks out of the bathroom in a state of disillusion
Luo Qi: I can't be pregnant…. I'm not a mom….. I can't be a mom….. what am I going to do?
Si Le: what you're going to do is to make sure…. We will go to the hospital with you and make sure….. for now just relax and stay calm… Li Xin can you stay with her tonight, she can't be left alone with her thoughts.
The results from the blood work at the hospital confirm that Luo Qi is pregnant but the biggest surprise was the hearing of three heart beats from the sonogram.
Luo Qi: This can't be right…..Am I being punished for my loose ways ?…. How can I give birth to three babies….. Si Le … what am I going to do ?
Si Le: you will be fine…. The doctor that delivered the twins is an expert with multiple births…. Have you thought of who the father is…. And are you going to tell him?
