A mad scientist goes missing and leaves his "children" in a 19th century London as Scotland Yard looks for him, searched for his discoveries and experiments, he leaves everything behind in his manner until rumours spread of some odd activity in the building that was supposed to be abandoned. A group of men get together in order to "steal" the scientists most prized experiments.
