This day in the guild was calmer than normal, even if it still have the usual Fairy Tail charm, Mash and his friends were sitting down at a table and talking about the people they met in the guild
"Levy is super smart, she also has a ton of books. We should ask if we can lend one someday." Lemon said excited about her new friendship "And there is also this other girl, I think her name is Lak-"
Their talk was cut short when a man with orange hair opened the doors to the guild on a picked matter, they had just been fixed and were already being treated like that
"Erza is back!" the man screamed causing the entire guild to stop in shock
"Who?" Lance asked confused
"Erza is the strongest woman in the guild, she is also known as Titania. Since you guys are new I think it is normal that you don't know her." Mira said with a small giggle
"I am going to meet the famous Titania? How amazing!" Lucy said excitedly
"To make everyone this scared I can only imagine how much of a monster she must be." Finn said, also planting that idea on Lucy's head
They both then started to imagine a giant monster shooting fire from its mouth, the name "Erza" being right beside it, and for some reason, it was also holding a sword. Lucy and Finn were now terrified of what could enter the guild
And enter it she did, a red-headed woman wearing the top of armor and a skirt came walking inside the guild, on her shoulder there was a massive horn, which she put down after entering
"I'm back." the probable Erza said while putting her hands on her hips
"Why did you put a giant horn in the middle of the guild?" one of the guild members asked
"It's from a monster I defeated in my mission. The villagers gave it to me as a thankful gift. Is there a problem?" Erza asked while looking at him
"N-none, Erza."
"So that's Erza…" Finn said with his jaw dropped, he didn't expect her to look like that
"She is so beautiful…" Lucy said while looking at the redhead
"Yes, she is gorgeous…" Dot said while looking at Erza, but he then immediately punched his own forehead "But I am in love with Lemon!"
"This again?" Finn thought while looking at Dot
Erza was looking around the guildhall as if trying to find someone and probably failed since she then asked about said someone
"Mira, where is the master?" the redhead asked her snow-haired friend
"He is in a meeting with the other guild masters, so he isn't here today." Mira explained
"I see…" Erza said and out of nowhere put herself in a more rigid posture "Attention everyone! I heard the complaints that the magic council has about you! The guild master may not mind but I do, we can't be known like that!"
With Erza starting to give an earful to the guild members, Mash, and his friends were just looking at that from their table with impressed expressions
"What an intense woman." Lance said while drinking a cup of tea
"Totally…" Lucy and Finn at the same time with a sweatdrop falling from the side of their heads
"I think she is being too rude with them." Mash said, and so he got up and started to walk up to Erza
"Is he crazy?" Lucy asked and just received a deadpan look from Mash's four friends "Yeah… That was a dumb question."
With Erza continuing to talk, she was soon approached by Mash, she had to stop talking for a moment just to make sure what she just saw was real, she felt a massive amount of power from that boy but she couldn't sense any magic from him
"Hey." Mash said while looking at the redhead
"Yes?" Erza answered confused
"Go a little easy on them, Macao, for example, gave his all on his mission and you didn't even say a thing to him, to me you are just being rude." Mash said without a single thread of hesitation
Everyone at the guild was just staring at Mash in disbelief, he stood up to Erza and told her to her face that she was being rude, to ERZA! They all thought he was dead right there and then but they soon got incredibly surprised
"Really?" Erza said seeming to take his criticism well
"Yes. They are doing their best and having fun, isn't that what a guild is? A group of wizards who do their best and have fun like friends?" Mash continued to shock everyone
"That boy has a death wish!" was what they were all thinking
"What is your name?" Erza asked him
"My name is Mash Burnedead, I'm new here. And you must be Erza." Mash said in a simple way
"It is a pleasure to meet you, Mash." Erza said while extending her hand to him, and with Mash doing the same, they had a handshake. While Erza was analyzing the boy a little more "This guy… I feel something different about him. I don't really understand it, but he is strong. He can end up helping a lot with this… But I don't feel like it's right to bring a newbie to such a mission but with this level of strength…"
"You can let go of my hand now." Mash said, making Erza snap out of her thoughts
"Oh, I'm sorry." Erza apologized while letting go of his hand "Where are Natsu and Gray?"
"They are right there." Mira said while pointing at the two boys that were now hugging and dancing like best friends
"Hi, Erza!" Gray said with a clearly forced smile on his face
"Ah, it's good to see you two being good friends. As friends, we all have our misunderstandings but we must always keep a good relationship with each other." Erza said with a smile on her face
"Aye!" Natsu said in the same way as Happy
"How much are they scared of Erza to act like that?" Lance asked surprised
"One time, when they were younger, Natsu challenged Erza to a fight, he got his ass handed to him." Wakaba said while laughing
"And there was this other time where Gray was walking around without pants and Erza beat him up too." Mira said also laughing
"Are you sure she isn't a monster?" Finn asked
"She is that strong!?" Lucy said surprised
Erza then crossed her arms, it seemed like she was thinking about something, she soon sighed and nodded to herself
"I have decided. Natsu, Gray, you two are coming with me on a mission, be ready at the train station tomorrow morning. And Mash, I am inviting you to be part of this mission too, do you accept?" Erza said making everyone widen their eyes
"Sure." Mash said while giving her a thumbs up
"Perfect. We'll see each other tomorrow!" Erza said, picking up her horn and walking out of the guild
"Natsu, Gray, Erza, and Mash… That has to be the strongest team in Fairy Tail!" Finn said in shock, Mash had already been chosen to be a part of a mission with the strongest people in the guild!?
"Oh, I better go pack my things." Mash said while going back to where his room was
"Why do I have a bad feeling about this?" Lance said confused

On the next day, Mash was sitting down on a bench at the train station waiting for Erza to arrive, along with him were Natsu, Gray, Happy, and Lucy
"So Mira told you to come?" Mash asked
"Yes, she said that it was so I could control Natsu and Gray while Erza isn't looking." Lucy said while looking at the two boys fighting again
"Ice stripper!"
"Flame brain!"
"And you are doing such a great job." Happy laughed at his sarcasm
"This cat…" Lucy had gotten annoyed with him
Mash had stopped paying attention to them and started to check what he brought to this mission, cream puffs, supplements, and some weights, everything was in order. It didn't take long for Erza to arrive… carrying a mountain of what seemed like her luggage
"Sorry for being late." Erza asked while Lucy's jaw dropped
"That is your luggage!?" Lucy yelled in shock
"Yea. I must always be prepared for any situation." Erza said proudly
With Erza and Lucy talking, something ended up catching Mash's attention, by the corner of his eye he managed to see someone who looked familiar, may he was just seeing things but that person looked a lot like-
"Hey, Mash!" Natsu called making Mash lose his entire train of thought
"Huh?" Mash turned around to see what Natsu wanted
"Me, you, and Erza are going to fight after this mission!" Natsu said, making Lucy's jaw drop again
"Ah, sure I guess." Mash said a little confused
"DON'T JUST ACCEPT IT!" Lucy yelled at Mash
"Then alright with me too. Come, we have a mission to accomplish." Erza said while walking inside the train
"Wait… A train!?" Natsu said scared "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-"

Inside the train, Natsu was dying from motion sickness, at least it looked like it, the others just stared at him, with Mash and Lucy being a little worried for him
"After talking all of that you end up like this. It's kinda pathetic." Gray said
"Is he going to be ok?" Lucy asked
"He will, thanks to his Dragon Slayer powers his senses are a lot sharper but that also ends up causing him to get motion sickness while riding a moving vehicle." Erza explained to them
"Poor guy." Mash said a little worried
"Hey Lucy, could we change seats?" Erza asked
"Oh, sure." Lucy accepted and so changed seats with Erza
Erza now sitting right beside Natsu could tend to him… by punching him right in the stomach and knocking him out
"Done." Erza said making the others give her a blank stare
Mash then saw something curious again, this time between the passengers, a person with blue hair tied in a ponytail, that person was really familiar, Mash would have gone talk to them but his new friends called him again
"What about you Mash, what is your magic?" Lucy asked making him freeze on the spot
"Uh… Muscles magic. It makes me very strong." Mash said while not looking at any of them
"Really? How simple…" Lucy asked, she found that answer a little suspicious
And she wasn't the only one, Gray and Erza also found that suspicious, they would have to see more from him to be sure about anything else
"Anyway, we must focus on the mission. We are looking for a dark guild with an incredibly dangerous item. Be aware of the names Erigor and Lullaby." Erza said
Mash didn't really understand what she was saying but from the looks of it, it looked important

The train finally got to their destination, making them get out of the train and go into the station, Mash was looking around curious about the place
"Wow…" Mash said impressed with the city
"Wait… Where's Natsu?" Lucy asked looking around
The train soon began to move again with Natsu's screams being able to be heard from the inside of it
"Natsu is still on the train." Happy said
"Damnit… How could I forget about him?! Quick, someone hit me as punishment for my lack of attention!" Erza said while getting on one knee
"Don't worry, I'll be right back with him." Mash said, now using only some tight black bodysuit that looked like a surfer costume and beach shorts, leaving his clothes organized right beside his backpack
"Come again?" Gray asked confused
Mash then put himself in a startup position to begin running, his muscles beginning to flex while he looked towards the now long-gone train
"Hamstring Magic: Big Bang Dash." Mash said and so began to run towards the train
The impact of the beginning of his run created a massive smoke screen in the train station, and the shockwave threw everyone that was at the station to the floor, leaving our group with their eyes widen in disbelief
"What the hell!?" Gray yelled confused
"He really is a monster…" Lucy said while not believing what just happened
"We can't let him go alone, let's go!" Erza said while getting up, making Lucy and Gray do the same

On the train, Natsu was being threatened by a dude with pineapple hair but was soon helped by a boy with blue hair
"Hey, don't get involved in this!" the black-haired guy said
"I'm not going to allow you to make a mess while I'm on my trip." the blue-haired guy said
While they were talking the train suddenly stop, which made Natsu be able to stand up again
"Then I'll get you out of the way of Erigor! Shadow Strike!" said the black-haired guy, creating shadow hands from below him
"You can try. Acceleraise." said the blue-haired guy, creating a bunch of arrows around himself
"Erigor?" said Natsu just being confused
When the two were going to start fighting someone burst through the back of the train with a punch and lands right between the two
"Natsu, I came to save you." Mash said looking for the Dragon Slayer
"Who is that!?" the black-haired guy yelled
"Mash!?" the blue-haired guy yelled recognizing Mash
"Oh, it really was you." Mash said while looking at the blue-haired guy
"WHAT IS GOING ON!?" Natsu screamed confused
