AN: I've discussed this with Summers for a while, and he told me to introduce the antagonist force, so here we are. And well... Let's just say the unexpected first contact here is not between them and the Alliance.

Fantasy Blitzkrieg: Trans-Dimensional Blitzkrieg Chapter 2
Unexpected First Contact

Date: August 9th, HS 2070/NB 2125
Location: Muenzuka, Neu-Blitzkrieg Gensokyo

Somewhere at Muenzuka, a massive gap opened. From there, Lila Achtwolken appeared and immediately activates Hikari Program to hide its presence.

"Last time I faced the Light Fairies, it was 2 years before WW3, and they're somewhat at the bottom. I didn't expect that their powers can be combined to make this..." Yukari remarks as she analyzed Hikari Program. "Light refraction, sound negation, movement tracking, and perception manipulation... He sure have some crazy ideas..."

"You can say that again, Yukari-san." Iseya nods in agreement. "It's just like Onii-chan, alright. Not even we in the UNM managed to reach this level of sophistication."

Lucy interrupted them. "I don't think you guys will like what's going on down there..."

Alarmed, they checked the visual from one of the Spy Drones from Wil-DR Autonomous Force (Yasei's unit).

The visual showed a large unit of soldiers, escorted with several Metal Gear RAYs.

[There's a sign of fluctuation here! The Progenitor has warned us that one of the HMFs have betrayed our cause, and even joined force with the Communists. Based from the last intel 10 years ago, even the Order lost against them.] Said the commander. [Our Nausiccans has been kind enough to help build these MGs. Split up and expect the Communists' retaliation.]

The unit then proceeds to do so. True enough, a large amount of crawler mechs are rushing towards their positions.

[There they are! Launch the missiles!]

Immediately, the RAYs began firing their AT and cluster missiles at the approaching crawlers. This unknowingly saved them from the strange crab-like mechs.

Once all of the mechs are destroyed, the group immediately realized something.

[... The Communists sure as hell didn't have that capability. Not the one we know, anyway.] A soldier lampshaded.

[... You may be right. If that was what the traitors consider as a scout unit, then we need to warn STI. The force that bested the Order has finally came here, and we must be ready.] The commander nods.

He then gave the order to retreat from Muenzuka and return to Earth.

"This isn't good..." Yasei grimaces seeing what Neu-Blitzkrieg HMF unit did earlier. As it turns out, the crawlers from earlier were his Crab Mechs and Spider Mechs. "The fact that they retreated despite having those MGs means they have noticed us."

"Traitors, huh..." LTC mutters. "They're not wrong there. But they still don't know why. Can the Strigois and Kappas (the Mech) deal with the MGs?"

"Sakuya and Flan have tested the very first Strigoi, and Nitori rode the first Kappa Mech V2 herself. Furthermore, the blueprints has been continuously refined for decades, so I have confidence that we can deal with them." Yasei nods.

"We can discuss how to deal with the Neu-Blitzkriegers later. For now, we have to see what this Gensokyo planned to do. I'm sure the Dictator of this realm will come knocking sooner or later." Yukari speaks.

"Agreed. The sooner we do this, the earlier we can start." Iseya nods as well.

The Leaders then disembarks from Lila Achtwolken via one of Yukari's gaps.

Location: Gensokyo Citadel, Neu-Blitzkrieg Gensokyo

Reeling from the defeat caused by LT and his entourages (STI and RAIDERS), the Superpowers of Neu-Blitzkrieg Gensokyo have decided to find a solution on how to deal with the fact that the Tome of Gensokyo has been stolen.

If Historia Yukari were to hear this, she would shake her head, since in other Gensokyos (particularly in Historia), that book is known as Gensokyo Chronicle, and it's available for public.

This time, however, they noticed something disturbing. Earlier, there is a huge fluctuation in Muenzuka, and as if that wasn't enough, whatever that fluctuation did actually aroused HMF vigilance, since they actually retreated from Gensokyo outright!

"I don't know what's going on, but this can only mean one thing." NB Yukari sighs as she looks at the windows of the Citadel. "The plan has to be changed."

Originally, she planned to send a group of five to NB Earth to retrieve the tome. Coincidentally, these five are also the one Historia Yukari called to resolve the Deep Sleep Incident back in late HS 2012. They are Reimu, Marisa, Youmu, Sakuya, and Sanae. The difference here is simple: three of Historia's Resolvers mentioned above have brought their own forces with them.

"Yukari-sama." NB Ran appears behind her and made a report. "A group claimed to be from 'Historia Alliance' want to join the meeting in the Citadel."

This simple report is enough to made the Dictator shocked. Why? Because the Alliance somehow knew about what she's planning to do!

'So they're the cause of this fluctuation...' NB Yukari ponders. 'Are they here to deal with HMF? In any case, they're not someone I can mess with.'

She finally made her decision. "Let them join, Ran. And tell the others to be prepared. We might have found the solution for our predicament."

"Yes, Yukari-sama."

Yeah... If not for the fact that this Jack Summers actually have a full sister, the meeting might actually end then and there. This will be important later.

"... You're telling me that you also have a vendetta against them?" NB Yukari asked in disbelief.

LTC nods. "Yes. To be precise, I found out more than a decade ago that Neo-Gen HMF actually is the only decent one among the Progenitor's subsidiaries. I attribute it to Wilder and the Union he leads for reaching to our STI and helping us during our STICK War. It's thanks to them that we didn't have any prejudices against non-humans."

He then tells the Superpowers about his experiences up until now, including the Clash of Gensokyos, in which Neo-Gen Earth became the battleground for GUF and Blitzkrieg Lotus for three years.

"Just when we're about to repel Blitzkrieg Lotus forces from our Earth, the Order suddenly attacked them. It's not until then that we realized that they intent on eliminating us as well for siding with the Union instead of embracing their supremacist ethos. I was so disgusted by that and was glad that Wilder kept his promise to my late father, and he even said that our HMF is the true HMF that the Alliance will recognize. Shortly after we defeated the Order, we found the Fantasy Blitzkrieg files, and that's when we realized our predicaments."

The Superpowers fell silent, as if waiting for LTC to continue.

"By absorbing Humanity Military Order, Neo-Gen Humanity Military Force has been declared as traitors of the human race by the Progenitor and the remaining two subsidiaries."

Another period of silence follows, until NB Remilia decided to ask a question.

"Does that mean your Gensokyo have faced this... Order as well?"

"Exactly. And when we found out about it, we're actually glad that we managed to redeem our HMF." Historia Yukari nods. "In case you wonder, the universe we came from is Historia, which is different compared to Neo-Gen. Especially because we haven't passed the 21st century yet."

"Would you care to elaborate?" NB Byakuren asks.

"Gladly. I can safely say that compared to most Gensokyos that we knew, Historia Gensokyo arguably have experienced the most Incidents from year 2000 to 2024. But that's story for another time. What I mean by that is the fact that the current year of our Gensokyo is 2070, as opposed to your 2125. In any case, the reason for your predicaments is because of what we call 'Fantasy Blitzkrieg Scourge'."

"'Fantasy Blitzkrieg Scourge...' That would imply that there are other Gensokyos that has also been affected by this." NB Yukari contemplates.

"That seems to be the case." NB Satori, who hasn't spoken until now, replies. "I received further confirmation based from what I can read. There are currently 3 HMFs who are hostile to the concept of 'Gensokyo' as a whole."

"Indeed. Including our HMF and the Order, the original number would be 5, and that includes the Progenitor." Historia Yukari confirms. She then gives a sharp look at her counterpart. "I'll be frank, you better be glad that we're here."

"... Are you referring to the fact that I lost the Tome?" NB Yukari is intimidated by that.

"Yes. Let me be honest with you, we already studied a similar case like this, and this other Gensokyo clearly lambasted the subject of this study case, namely another Dictator, for her incompetence. What I will say here is this. While it's true that you handled things poorly, it's not entirely your fault." Historia Yukari explains. "I believe that your Gensokyo is simply outgunned in the conflict because of a certain paradox we discovered that is related to the 'scourge'."

"Wait, our Gensokyo has a paradox? And it's related to the 'scourge'?" NB Yukari widens her eyes.

"Yes, and it's related to Akyuu. Technically speaking, she should've be under employ of the Ministry of Right and Wrong currently, and yet she's still in the Human Village." Historia Yukari continues. "We believe that your Gensokyo has experienced a 'Forward Time Jump', which renders the internal calendar unusable. For your info, our Gensokyo's internal calendar is currently at year 185, and we've passed the Third Cycle."

"The Third Cycle...? You're correct about our internal calendar can no longer be used, but how did you know so much about this, exactly?" Curious about the matter, NB Kaguya asks.

"Remember when I said about Akyuu?" The Superpowers nod at this. "If things went as normal, then by 22nd century, there should be the 10th Child of Miare. And yet, she's still here. You can ask more later. For now, we have something important to tell you. I'll let the Sugakus handle this." Historia Yukari finishes.

Both Yasei and Iseya nods and then began introducing themselves.

"My name is Yasei Sugaku, and I'm the Zen Captain of Gensokyo Union Fighters." (Yasei)
"And my name is Iseya Sugaku, the Grand Marshal of United Nations Military." (Iseya)

Iseya then starts talking. "What we want here is simple. We need to borrow Muenzuka for our base of operations. And this is related to the hostile HMFs Satori-san said earlier."

Yasei continues near-seamlessly. "In case you're worried about us establishing a permanent presence, rest assured, we've brought our own FOB with us. And yes, it's the cause of the fluctuation from earlier."

"So it's true..." NB Yukari is speechless upon receiving the confirmation of her suspicion.

"Let me introduce you." Historia Yukari opens a gap near the room ceiling. The Superpowers looks above, and they're shocked. "This is Lila Achtwolken, the very first Novi Grad-class Flying Megabase that belongs to us Gensokyo Union Fighters."

At said gap, one can see what is best described as 'Artificial Flying Continent'.

"... Yukari-san... Don't tell me... The Alliance is going to declare war on HMF?!" Miko, who can read the ten desires, is horrified when she probes Historia group's inner thoughts.

"You're correct on that regard, Shotoku-taishi." Historia Yukari confirms. "And let me tell you something. It's very easy for us to retrieve the Tome. However, it will come at a cost."

"At a cost...?" NB Yukari said, and looks at her counterpart in horror not even a second later.

"Yes. Because once we retrieve the Tome, there will be war." Historia Yukari said in a serious tone.

All Superpowers fell silent upon hearing this.

"Oh, Ryujin dammit... Just do it already, Yukari." Historia Reimu grumbles, not wanting to stay in the room any longer.

Then, another horrifying realization hits them. Historia Gensokyo has experienced multiple invasions prior to GUF formation in HS 2032!

"With pleasure. I'll count down from 10." Historia Yukari starts the countdown.

The tension can clearly be felt in the room as she recites the numbers.

"3, 2, 1, Now." Historia Yukari opens a gap, puts her right hand there, and much to the Superpowers' shock, has indeed retrieved the Tome of Gensokyo! She then puts said Tome at the table.

"You're actually not kidding about that..." NB Kaguya mutters.

Historia Yukari smirks. "Told you. And don't worry, they won't target your Gensokyo."

The Superpowers looks at the Sage Leader in confusion.

She then drops a bombshell. "Because they already know we're here."

AN: When I said the Alliance is about to fight a real war, I mean it. Didn't expect that Historia Yukari just simply decided to take that Tome straight from STI HQ by gapping it, eh?

And thanks to Lt Colonel Summers for allowing me to equip NB HMF with Metal Gears. The Naussicans are more than capable to mass-produce those, and let's just say Registan still have base at Asahi and Lesser Naussican Archipelago.

This won't be easy, for sure. Especially if you remember a certain protocol of theirs...
