Thank you for the reviews, follows, and favorites! I appreciate them! I don't know if the site has been having issues lately, but a few times, I've noticed the story disappears for a few hours or a day and then comes back. If you haven't noticed anything, please disregard the comment and keep enjoying the updates. I forgot to tell you my updating schedule in the first chapter. Right now, it'll be on Saturday's and possibly Sunday's. I'll give you a heads up in advance when I have the day off so you know when you expect the update, especially those of you that don't get notifications. Thank you again, my loyal Liason readers!

Title: Rewrite the Stars

Chapter 2

(Franco shakes his head in annoyance. Did Sam think he was dumb or something? He scoffs lightly as he spoke)

Franco: "I know that no one can know our secret... especially Jason and Elizabeth. What we did happened years ago so it's good and buried."

(Sam nods her head in determination as she spoke)

Sam: "You better hope so."

(Sam walks away, leaving Franco to ponder his thoughts)

(Jason goes to Monica's office and finds her there. He shuts the door behind him and asked her what she wanted)

Monica: (sighs) "Hi. I know what I wanted could have been said at the Quartermaine mansion. However, I know sometimes you feel uncomfortable there. I would like to set up a playdate with Danny and Scout as well as Elizabeth's kids and Jake. It's been far too long since I've seen all the grandkids under one roof."

(Jason immediately thinks about what Elizabeth said about Sam earlier and how Sam would feel about the whole thing. Jason shakes his head as he scratched his neck)

Jason: "I'm not sure it's a good idea."

Monica: (confused) "How come?"

Jason: (sighs) "Monica, you know it's no secret that Sam doesn't like Elizabeth. Sam would probably not want the playdate because it involves Elizabeth's kids. Yes, Jake is my son with Elizabeth. However, I don't think Sam ever got over that one. Anyway, I'll ask Sam, but I can't make any promises."

(Monica shakes her head in disbelief. In the past she had no issues with Sam. However, that was changing. It seems like no matter what innocently happened between Jason and Elizabeth or what was said, Sam had issues with it. Monica held her ground and spoke)

Monica: "I don't give a shit how Sam feels, Jason. She can bite her tongue on the topic. She has nothing to do with this. All I want is the chance to see my grandkids. I don't think it's too much to ask. If it's any comfort to Sam, she doesn't need to be there. You can drop the kids off. In the end, Jason, my grandkids are more important than Sam's personal feelings."

Jason: (nods) "I do see your point on that. You're right. I'll make it clear to Sam. When do you want the playdate?"

Monica: (smiles) "How about this weekend? No work on the weekends and the kids don't have to worry about daycare or school. Would that work?"

Jason: (nods) "Sounds good."

Monica: (nods & smiles) "I'm glad and I can't wait."

Chapter 2 Done

Jason may sound a little weak in this chapter, but I assure you it won't be that way as the story goes. He's just trying to be the peacemaker between Elizabeth and Sam right now. Looking forward to your thoughts. Thanks for reading. Take care.
