After the group tried to bring Sasuke back unsuccessfully

Naruto looked out of his hospital window, his face sad. He jad tried to bring Sasuke back but he had failed. Shikamaru, Neji, Lee, Choji, Kiba, And Shino had faced the enemy just so they could and he had failed. He heard a knock at the door. Sakura opened the door quietly.

"Naruto? Can i come in?" Sakura asked.

"Sure, Sakura." Naruto said. Sakura entered and shut the door. She walked over ro Naruto and lightly bonked him on the head.

"Ow! What was that for?" Naruto exclaimed.

"For giving me and the others a fright! Hinata was so scared she passed out." Sakura said. Naruto grinned sheepishly.

"I'm sorry...I tried to bring Sasuke back but his eye were so full of hate Sakura. Its like he became a different person. I... couldn't keep my promise to you." Naruto said. Sakura grabbed his hand.

"I shouldn't have asked you that. I was hoping that Sasuke was merely misled nut his hatred has won. I'll get stronger, Naruto, and I'll help you drag his ass back here. We are a team and thise whi abandon theirs friends are trash." Sakura aaid. Naruto looked at Sakura, her green eyes intent. He squeezed her hand.

"Thanks, Sakura, it means the world to me. I know the council is angry but i tried my best." Naruto said.

"They have already called a meeting..Shika was called in. Maybe the council won't be to bad. My mom however can be a bitch." Sakura said. Naruto chuckled.

"You don't blame me for not bringing your love back?" Naruto asked.

"Naruto, I don't like Sasuke that way. I don't like you in that way. You are more like an annoying brother." Sakura said. Naruto grinned his fox grin. The two made small talk while the council was in an uproar.

Tsunade glared around the room. The civilian council was in an uproar as well as some of the small nin clans. Shikamaru had just finished his report. Hormura stood up.

"I think its time to rid our village of the dead last. Banish him." Hormura said. The civilians and lower Shinobi clan heads agreed. Tusnade roared.

"ENOUGH!!!!! HE DID HIS JOB!!!!!! HE WAS BEATEN TO ALMOST TO DEATH TO BRING BACK THE UCHIHA!" Tsunade said. The higher clan heads agreed.

"Some of our children went with him. They fought so that Naruto could get to Sasuke and still Naruto didn't bring him back due to outside help. You have Kakashi's report to tell you what happened." Shikaku said. Hormaru spoke

"Kakashi is biased. The boy is his student after all. He could have lied." Hormaru said. The civilians and lower clan heads begin to yell for banishment. Danzo stood up.

"Hokage, I agree. We should banish him. Of course we need the Damiyo to agree." Danzo said. Tsunade glared at him. The old fart had something planned. Tsunade spoke.

"A vote then. Majority wins. I vote Naruto stays." Tsunade said..

"I vote he stays. As a pack leader, you don't kick out one of your pavk members when they fail and Naruto doesn't deserve that." Tsume said.

"I vote he stays." Hiashi said.

"I vote he stays." Shini said.

"I vote he stays." Inochi said.

"I vote he stays." Cho said.

"I vote he is banished." Asana, Sakura's mom, said.

"I will vote for the Uchiha. I vote he is banished." Danzo said.

Tsunade looked up at the last two.

"Banished."

The words were like a shot in Tsunade's heart. She had to report to the Damiyo. Suddenly, the doors opened revealing a Damiyo messenger. Tsunade stood up.

"Greetings Council of Konoha. I have received word of a defection and unsuccessful attempt to bring back the last Uchiha. As Damiyo, this is allowing a precious resource to fall into enemy hands and the ones who allowed the resource to do so is hereby banished from fire country effective by sun rise tomorrow. The listed names are as follows:

Neji Hyuga

This is an absolute law. Signed" The messenger poofes away. Most of the council was overjoyed. They could lure the Uchiha back!!! Hiashi, Cho, Shikaku, Tsume, And Shini were astounded. Tsunade had tears running down her face.

She quickly dismissed the meeting. She looked at the group that had stayed behind, their anguish on their faces.

"Tell them that the Hokage tried. You tried. Someone told the Damiyo wrong. Send the children out tonight. I'll make sure that no one learns of Naruto's friend until they are safe." Tsunade said. the clan heads rushed to go to the children. Tsunade looked at one person. His one eye was cold.

"Kakashi, as of now, you are relieved of your duty as a Shinobi of Konoha. If you want I'll..." Tsuande said. Kakashi's voice was cold.

"No, Hokage, I'll tell my student." Kakashi said and poofes away. At the hospital, there was a silence that bothered people. Kakashi knocked on Naruto's room. Surprised that Sakura was there, he spoke.

"Naruto...I... don't have the words exactly by the Damiyo has ordered you and everyone else in the retrieval party to be banished from Konoha and Fire country effective at sunrise tomorrow." Kakashi said, his voice cracking. Naruto and Sakura looked up at him. Naruto begin to cry.

"It's because Naruto has the Kyuubi. Isn't it, Kakashi sensi?" Sakura said. Both males looked at her.

"How?" Kakashi said.

"Oh come on, sensi, Hinata told me that Naruto's birthday is October 9th. I figured the rest out. They think that Naruto is gonna go berserk and kill everyone. As of now, I'm no longer a Shinobi of Konoha." Sakura said taking off her headband. Kakashi looked once again speechless.

"Those scum who abandon their friends are trash. Naruto has been more of a brother to me. I will not abandon him." Sakura said. Kakashi eye smiled and removed his headband as well. He told Sakura to get sealing scrolls and pack up everything that they would need. He'd get the others and meet her on the other side of the gate. Sakura left to do just that. Naruto quickly got dressed and went to see the others. They too were getting ready to leave. Soon Rock Lee, Neji, Choji, Shikamaru, Kiba, and Naruto were at the meeting spot. Shino was nearing them when Ono, Sakura, Tenten, Hinata, Konohamaru, and Hanabi showed up.

"Guys, you weren't banished."Kiba said.

"Yeah, we quit. Why should we be loyal to a village that protects a traitor and banished the rescuers?" Ino said. Naruto looked at the eyes of the girls.

"We have to leave fire country forever. We may never return. You guys won't see your family." Naruto said.

"We know. And we choose friendship. Our parents will understand." Ino said. Naruto has tears running down his face now.

"Yo." Kakashi poofed. The group sweat dropped.

"We need to go. Danzo had Tsunade call an emergency meeting to recall the laws about the fox. The sooner the better." Kakashi said. They group was on the way to the border when Asuma, Kurenai, and Guy dropped down.

"Kakashi!!!!! How unyouthful to leave without us." Guy exclaimed. Kakashi sweat dropped.

"We are coming too..We don't support the Damiyo decision." Kurenai said. Suddenly, Anko popped down out of nowhere..

"I'm coming too. The village won't miss me." Anko said. The group hurried towards the border. The sun was near rising as they made it to the unknown lands near the huge wall. The West was a different place. All sorts of fighting, warlords, demons, and everyone else. The group made this decision to go there because they didn't want to jeopardize the other countries. The Fire Damiyo was the most powerful and the others bowed to him. To go to one could be war so they decided to go west. The group looked at each other before jumping over the wall into the unknown west
