This story focuses on expanding upon the stories of the Architect, the Old One, and their 3 sons. Note: This acts as a sort of prologue to the actual series. Also, several parts of the plot have been slightly altered from their original versions. This is my first fanfic, so i hope you enjoy!

Wednesday turning into the leviathan.

Arthur came to claim, William came to conquer. Only one may succeed yet both are worthy. Having been chosen by The Will, William vanishes, presumed dead. Only for Arthur to run into the original heir in the Border Sea, now the two must compete to see who can conquer first. Prior knowledge of book Keys to the Kingdom by Garth Nix is not necessarily needed.

The First Part of the Will has escaped and with the help of Monday's Dusk, chosen a Rightful Heir. Mister Monday scrambles to hush up his blunder before the other Trustees can find out, but only hastens his doom. Ellie must traverse the Lower House to find the Will if she ever hopes to get home. WARNING - some swearing.

At the end of Mister Monday, where instead of leaving the House and heading home, Arthur decides to stay, and work to fix what Monday neglected.

Sir Thursday is angry at his Times, but instead of hitting them, he's taking a different approach, embarrassing them completely in front of the entire Maze!

Monday's Dusk attempted to free the First Part of the Will, but was caught before he could and was summarily executed. Sir Thursday however, realizes that the House is going into disrepair fast, and decides to take matters into his own hands.

A rewrite of the books in which Arthur thinks before he does stuff, and how I thought was the most efficient way of toppling the Days and fulfilling the Will. Inspired by richard.fsea's Coup D'Etat, now rewritten.

Experiencing mortals is rather hard, so rather than that Lady Friday decides that she will now try a virtual reality game instead. The others come along to play, and a series of accidents happen in which Sunday learns not to gamble, Tuesday wastes his time getting virtual gold, and they all end up locked in the simulation at the mercy of a Nithling.

In an alternate turn of events, instead of being knocked off a cliff for a literal cliff-hanger after claiming Saturday's Key, Arthur has a nice heart-to-heart with her instead. Forging a temporary alliance, Arthur and the Superior Denizen make it to Elysium only to learn her TRUE reason for coming. Totally serious and could totally be canon if Garth Nix thought of it himself.

Arthur finds himself at a new school, H.O.U.S.E., where he instantly makes friends- or enemies- out of the children of the country's seven cabinet members. But as secrets about their 'parents' and their ancestors become clear, and Arthur learns the true reason he was brought to H.O.U.S.E., he realizes the headmistress has more than just revenge planned. Really AU.
