Pokémon: Sinnoh no Isekai
Chapter One-hundred and seventy: Goomy Goober
The heroes, while progressing towards towards Coumarine City, stopped off near a lake to relax. While setting up lunch, the heroes let all of their Pokémon out to relax as well. Ash used this opportunity to introduce his on-hand Pokémon aside from Pikachu and Braviary who already know to the newly caught Goomy. "Everyone, let's give a warm and friendly hello to Goomy here," Ash said, prompting his Pokémon to all cry out in greeting to Goomy. The little dragon Pokémon was a bit nervous, but it could tell the others meant it no harm, so it gave a somewhat timid greeting back.
As Ash's Pokémon were all being friendly, Dedenne popped out from Bonnie's bag and proceeded to scamper over to Goomy, but all this did was make Goomy freak out and jump to hid behind Pikachu. "Goomy, quit being weird for no reason," Bonnie said, "Dedenne isn't going to do anything to hurt you!"
"Bonnie, you're being a little inconsiderate of Ash's Goomy," Trip said, "It's understandable that a dragon Pokémon like Goomy would be wary of fairy Pokémon, and Dedenne is part fairy type."
Gesturing to Goomy, Bonnie said, "Well what about how Goomy is afraid of bug Pokémon?"
"We discovered that Goomy's old homeland was invaded and attacked by hostile bug Pokémon," Kenny pointed out dryly, "That's also a good reason."
Folding her arms over her chest, Bonnie pouted, "I still think it's dumb and that Goomy has no reason to be afraid. Goomy is just being irrational."
Dawn gave a mildly unamused look to Bonnie. "Look Bonnie, sometimes fears can be irrational, but in this case the fears Goomy has are not. Both of Goomy's fears have understandable and justifiable reasons for being there."
"Although I think that we ought to get Goomy used to, at the very least, the bug and fairy Pokémon that we have," Serena suggested, "Maybe if we show Goomy that not ALL bug and fairy Pokémon are bad, it'll slowly overcome its fear. At least in regard to what all we have."
Ash nodded in agreement with Serena. "I agree, Serena. And I think that the best way to start is to have the Pokémon share some snacks with one another." Serena liked how Ash was siding with her, and she did say that she had a fresh batch of her hand-made Poké Puffs ready, so it was decided to impliment the snack time plan Ash had come up with to help ease Goomy into at least being okay with the bug and fairy Pokémon that the heroes had.
...
Eventually, the Pokémon of the heroes were all set up to have snack time. Over at where Ash's Pokémon were relaxing, Goomy was eating a Poké Puff when another Poké Puff was floated over to it by a Pokémon using Psychic. Turning to see, Goomy fidgeted a bit upon seeing that it was Dawn's Volcarona Zancrow who had offered the Poké Puff; Zancrow was eating with Chi-Chi and Argent, forming a gathering of powerful fire Pokémon. Goomy, after Zancrow made some gently insisting cries, went on ahead and ate the offered Poké Puff.
As Goomy ate the Poké Puff offered to it by Zancrow, Kenny's shiny Scizor Cell got Goomy's attention before slowly approaching and offering Goomy another Poké Puff, setting it down before backing up a little bit. Goomy was a bit more hesitant because Cell had gotten up close for a moment, but it still eventually ate the offered Poké Puff. Goomy was relaxed and gave a likewise cry, indicating to the heroes that some level of progress of getting Goomy to relax around Pokémon of types it was fearful of was actually being made.
"The slow and steady approach seems to be working," Celmont remarked, nodding in approval.
Indeed, Ash's Goomy seemed to be relaxing around the other Pokémon a lot more, especially bugs like Cell and Zancrow. Ash, Serena, Clemont, and the reborn trainers all seemed amused with how Goomy was fitting in,and felt nothing can ruin it. ...Then Bonnie decided to have Dedenne show Goomy that it wanted to be friends, and by that I mean she went right up to Goomy, knelt down, got Dedenne out of her bag, and then placed Dedenne on theground before pushing the two of them together into a hug while saying, "And now it's Dedenne's turn to become friends with-"
"GOO!" Goomy cried out in frightened alarm, clearly freaked, as it slid away from Bonnie and jumped for the safety of Ash's head. Sitting on top of Ash's head, Goomy let out a mildly frightened and defeated cry as it leaked some water, soaking Ash's hat.
"Bonnie, what the heck?!" Kenny scolded, "You frightened Ash's Goomy!"
"But it was getting friendly with bug Pokémon now!" Bonnie defended, "I thought that it would be okay with Dedenne!"
Sighing in a mildly exasperated tone, Dawn explained, "Bonnie, the reason why Goomy was warming up to Zancrow and Cell is because they took the slow and steady approach, like what Clemont was saying and advising. You had marched right up and tried forcing Goomy and Dedenne together, doing too much, too soon, too quickly."
Looking at Ash's Goomy, Serena saw that the other Pokémon the heroes had were expressing concern for it. Goomy even gave a respectibly okay responce of assurance to Zancrow and Cell, showing that the progress made towards getting Goomy used to being around at least bug Pokémon owned by the heroes hadn't been undone. "At least Goomy is still staying warm towards Volcarona and Scizor," Serena remarked.
"Bonnie, apologize to Goomy for scaring it," Clemont said, his tone and expression firm, "Oh I'll give your ice cream to Kenny."
"I'll eat it the moment I get it too," Kenny said, his tone and expression almost a bit too casual. Sufficiently threatened, Bonnie apologized to Goomy for trying to force it to get used to Dedenne instantly. The matter was settled, although they still had to let Goomy simmer down for a bit before trying anything else.
After much traveling, the heroes finally made it to Coumarine City. As they walked, they passed by a stand that was selling ice cream cones shaped like Vanillite. "Hey yo, check it out," Kenny said, "They're selling ice cream cones in the shape of Vanillite."
The rest of the heroes were led over by Kenny, who proceeded to ask about the ice cream conesbeing shaped like Vanillite. "Oh, I was actually inspired by a lost Vanillite that's currently being looked at by the local Pokémon Center," the stand owner explained.
"A lost Vanillite, huh?" Serena said, "I say we go see it."
"Can you give us directions to the local Pokémon Center?" Dawn asked.
Nodding in the affirmative, the stand owner replied, "It's at the top of the hill, with the hill's top making up the upper half of Coumarine City. Your best bet would be to take the monorail, it's loads easier than trekking up the hill on foot."
"Monorail it is," Clemont said as he led the group out to go find the monorail so they can easily ascend to the upper half of Coumarine City.
...
After the heroes got to the top of Coumarine City, Ash was the first to spot the Pokémon Center. The heroes all went over to it then went inside, and spotted the Nurse Joy. After the heroes asked her about it, Nurse Joy said, "Oh yes, I am looking after a Vanillite who got lost and wound up here."
Nurse Joy agreed to lead the heroes to see the Vanillite, and upon seeing it Bonnie got excited. Clemont, remembering that Bonnie's excitement has caused some trouble with Pokémon recently, held her back with a hand on her shoulder. Indeed, Vanillite did seem worried about the new humans at first, but it quickly warmed up to them when Pikachu came over and gave Vanillite assurance that the humans were good.
Clapping her hands together, Nurse Joy said, "Why don't we head into the other room to prepare some food for Vanil-"
"Nurse Joy!"
The heroes all turned around when they heard an old man's voice cry out in panic. As such, they saw Ramos, who the reborn trainers knew to be the Coumarine City gym leader although the others didn't know that yet per say. Ramos was holding his left hand over his right bicep, and to the worry of the heroes, Ramos's arm had a bleeding wound although luckily the bleeding wasn't too bad. "Ramos!" the nurse Joy exclaimed, "You're hurt! What happened?!"
"Team Scorn happened, that's what," the now identified Ramos (for the rest of the heroes) growled bitterly, "They attacked the ranch I raise some of my Pokémon at. A wild Vanillish and Vanilluxe also showed up, and that added a whole new layer of crazy to an already crazy scenario."
"Team Scorn is in Coumarine City?!" Ash exclaimed, "What could they be after?"
Ramos had a suspicious look on his face. "...I'd think that it's my ranch they're targeting, but it'd be loose change compared to some of the bigger game they've been known to go after. No, something tells me that Team Scorn is after something else and the attack on my ranch is just a distraction."
Dawn nodded in agreement. "Team Scorn has been known to launch schemes meant to distract the main focus of those opposing them so that they can get away with their real goal behind the scenes." Looking to Ramos, Dawn said, "Can you lead us to your ranch?"
"You kids think that you can deal with the like of Team Sco..." Ramos began, but he trailed off upon getting a good look at Dawn. "...I recognize you from a news report I saw a while ago," Ramos said, "You're Dawn Berlitz, the Champion of Sinnoh. Yeah, yeah you totally have what it takes to help stop Team Scorn." Straightening up, Ramos went on, "And as soon as I can get some proper bandaging for my injury here, I'll lead you right on over. I'd be a sorry excuse for a gym leader if I didn't to my part to protect Coumarine City from a Team Scorn attack!"
"Gym leader?" Ash repeated.
Gesturing to Ramos, Nurse Joy said, "Oh yes. Ramos here is the gym leader who runs the gym here in Coumarine City." Nurse joy pulled out a first aid kit for humans and began to treat Ramos's arm.
After hisarm was bandaged, Ramos said, "There we go, fit as a fiddle!" To Dawn and the rest of the heroes, Ramos said, "Let's go! Just to warn you, Team Scorn at my ranch brought grass Pokémon with them, and there's still the Vanillish and Vanilluxe who showed up and are causing trouble!"
Dawn nodded once in understanding. "Well it's a good thing I'm prepared for both grass and ice types."
A short while later over at Ramos's ranch, the present Team Scorn members were going about trying to corral the Pokémon there, as well as deal with the Vanillish and Vanilluxe. Leading the Team Scorn scheme there was Captain Erik, with his Captain's Assistant who's the girl with green hair in twin long braided pigtails. The Second Captain of the Shield Sector was leading his Assistant in battle against the Vanillish and Vanilluxe to varying success; the Assistant had a Torkoal who was countering the ice Pokémons' use of Blizzard by using Heat Wave, and Erik had his Snover chip off some hits on Vanillish as it looked closer to going down.
After a lucky hit from Snover's Ice Shard knocked Vanillish down, Erik seized the opportunity by throwing a spare pokéball at the downed Vanillish, successfully capturing it. Vanilluxe got very mad that its fellow had been caught by an obviously villainous human and tried hitting Erik with Ice Beam, but the Assistant's Torkoal countered the Ice Beam with Flamethrower. Seeing that his Assistant had things handled here, Erik turned his attention to where his men under him were trying to wrangle up all of the Pokémon that Ramos had at his ranch. "How are we looking over there?" Erik called out.
"Got about half of the Pokémon wrangled up, sir!" a male grunt called out.
Erik nodded once in understanding and turned back to where his Assistant and her Torkoal were doing well to keep the Vanilluxe at bay. Figuring things could be sped up if he joined in, he pointed at the Vanilluxe. "Snover," Erik began, "Use-"
"-Flare Blitz on Snover!"
Erik was cut off when he heard Dawn's familiar voice call out an order, followed by an alpha Hisuian Arcanine blitzing right in while cloaked in harsh flames and crashing right into Snover, knocking it out. Erik, scoffing bitterly as he recalled Snover, turned to see it as Dawn and the other heroes, with Ramos in toe. "Well well well," Erik said, "It would seem I have the displeasure of running into you lot again, and so soon after our last encounter to boot."
"You're that Captain Erik joker!" Kenny exclaimed while pointing at Erik, "What sort of game are you up to this time?"
Before Erik could say anything, the still wild Vanilluxe cried out, getting everyone's attention. It then began to charge up a Blizzard attack, but Dawn called out, "Argent, ram into it with Flare Blitz!" Once more, the alpha Hisuian Arcanine cloaked himself in harsh flames before he charged in at his target, the flames cloaking his form shielding him from the biting cold of Vanilluxe's Blizzard. Argent then rammed right into Vanilluxe, sending it flying back into some trees on the other side of the fence around Ramos's ranch. Vanilluxe ended up disappearing into the woods.
Dawn breathed a sigh of relief. "...Well now," Dawn began, "That solves that problem." Turning back around, Dawn went on, "As for-"
"We took the time while you hero lot were distracted to pull out and make our escape!" Erik called out as he and the rest of Team Scorn at Ramos's ranch disappeared into the distance.
"Damn it!" Dawn swore, "Not again!"
...
Once the heroes and Ramos were able to do damage assessment, they got a pretty good idea on how badly things had gone down; only a total of four Pokémon were stolen from Ramos's ranch, and some ranch hands Ramos employed there were hurt but thankfully nothing was serious. Additionally, a female ranch hand told Ramos that the Team Scorn Captain who led the attack caught the Vanillish from the pair of Vanillish and Vanilluxe that had wandered over randomly. Speaking of, the heroes went to go find Vanilluxe but saw no sign of it.
"Luckily, none of the Pokémon I use for battles against challengers to my gym were stolen," Ramos said, "So starting tomorrow, I can take challenges from some of you kids who sound interested in the fact I'm the gym leader." Ramos gave the heroes a knowing look. "I can tell by the way you sounded when you expressed surprise at me being the gym leader that you wanna challenge my gym."
Dawn nodded in the affirmative. "Yes. Kenny, Trip, Ash, and I would all like to challenge your gym, provided you're okay for it."
Ramos arched a wry eyebrow at Dawn. "Provided I'm okay for it?"
Gesturing to Ramos, Dawn said, "Well your ranch was attacked by Team Scorn, and four of your ranch's Pokémon were stolen. Also, you and some of your ranch hands were injured. I'd figured that there's a chance you may wanna take it easy."
Standing up, Ramos declared while jerking a thumb at himself, "I'll take it easy when I'm dead! I'm too full of piss and vinegar to let business like that keep me down!"
Pointing right at Ramos, Kenny said with an amused smirk on his face, "You are one of the coolest older people I have ever met." The rest of the heroes were similarly as impressed with Ramos's ability to bounce back like this. It helped that the theft of some of the Pokémon at Ramos's ranch had already been reported, so it was now in the hands of inter-regional police. All that the heroes could do now was see Ash and the reborn trainers work hard to get their respective fourth Kalos gym badges, a process that saw Ash, Dawn, Kenny, and Trip have to rock-paper-scissor for in order to determine who could try first.
When that proved to complicated, Bonnie suggested having Dawn go first due to Dawn being the only girl in the group of four wanting to challenge Ramos, then Ash, Kenny, and Trip followed in that order since it went alphabetically in respect to first name. The heroes all agreed, and were waved off by Ramos who told them how they can get to the Coumarine City gym from the local Pokémon Center so that they can start trying to get the badge his gym offered starting in the morning.
It would be a very long process given that four different members of the group all had to have separate goes, but it was a song and dance that Ash and the reborn trainers have long since gotten used to by this point in time. The heroes crashed at the local Pokémon Center for the night, and in the morning Dawn would be seeing the first go at trying to earn the badge from Ramos at the Coumarine City gym.
The following morning morning at a little past eight, the heroes arrived at Ramos's gym, where Dawn had her battle against Ramos. Dawn ended up winning against Ramos rather handily; she more or less just spammed the fire type attacks that Argent, Zancrow, and Chi-Chi knew until she won. After Dawn was victorious against Ramos in their battle, the defeated gym leader awarded Dawn the Plant Badge, putting Dawn at four out of the eight Kalos gym badges she needed to have all eight, not that she was actually planning on entering the Kalos League Conference.
After that, Ash had his battle with Ramos later in the afternoon, after Ramos's Pokémon all had a chance to rest and be healed. Ash won against Ramos, and had an easier time at it than what Dawn remembered from the anime in her previous life. In the anime in Dawn's previous life, Ash used Feltchinder, Hawlucha, and Frogadier against Ramos's Jumpluff, Weepinbell, and Gogoat; Ash there had won but he only had Frogadier left by the time he successfully earned the Plant Badge after a tough and hard fought battle.
Here, Ash while still using Feltchinder used Charizard and Braviary instead of Hawlucha and Frogadier. Feltchinder defeated Jumpluff before being recalled when Weepinbell was sent out so Braviary could deal with it. Ash's Braviary, being an alpha sized Hisuian Braviary, showed why a contest against a dual grass poison type and a dual psychic flying type would bet heavily on the latter. Lastly, Ash swapped Braviary out to send Charizard out against Ramos's Gogoat. The battle proved to be a cinch for Ash's Charizard, still arguably one of Ash's strongest Pokémon at this point.
After Ash had earned the Plant Badge, Ramos had to call it quits for the day, but would be able to take the next challenge in the morning. That challenge ended up seeing Kenny take on and defeat Ramos, with Android 21 taking down Jumpluff, Goofy taking down Weepinbell, and Cell who was Mega Evolved (Kenny said he wanted to add a little bit of flourish so as to end things epically) taking down Gogoat. Ramos was rightfully impressed by Kenny's power, and ended up giving him the Plant Badge as a result of Kenny's impressive victory.
Later that day, Trip had his go against Ramos, and before the battle started Trip asked Ash to have Goomy out and watch. The reason being that Trip's first Pokémon he used against Ramos was Todoroki, his alpha Hisuian Goodra. Trip ended up sweeping Ramos's entire team using only Todoroki; Ramos was surprised when Weepinbell's Poison Powder didn't work on Todoroki, to which Trip explained that Todoroki, being the variant of Goodra from the Hisuian period, was dual dragon steel; Weepinbell's failed Poison Powder left it open to Todoroki's newly acquired Flash Cannon, knocking it out.
Jumpluff had gone down to an Ice Beam before that, and Gogoat after Weepinbell ended up going down to a Flamethrower. Ramos as he awarded Trip the Plant Badge remarked on the power of his special Goodra, to which Trip said he was actually hoping to inspire Ash's Goomy, hence why Trip had asked Ash to have Goomy out so it could watch the battle. Ramos laughed in sincere amusement at Trip's explanation, saying that such a display ought to light up a fierce burning fire of drive and passion under the little fanny of Ash's Goomy.
...
The heroes were seen out of Ramos's gym by Ramos himself as he said, "Well now that all of you have four badges, you're halfway towards meeting the requirement to take part in the Lumiose Conference."
"Lumiose Conference?" Ash asked.
"The name of Kalos's yearly League Conference," Clemont said, "It's held in Lumiose City."
Ash, with a beaming look of determination, said, "Well then, the Lumiose Conference better watch out, because-"
"-I'll be the one winning it."
Ash was cut off when he and the others heard a male voice call out, making ash take pause. It was a voice that Ash and the reborn trainers were familiar with, a voice that Ash and the reborn trainers weren't expecting to hear. Turning to see, the heroes and Ramos all saw it as Ideku Badorigo of all people came walking up to them, his eyes focused mainly on Ramos. However, the roaming trainer from Johto did see some familiar faces.
"Ideku?" Dawn said, "What are you doing here?"
"And what's this about you aiming to win the Lumiose Conference?" Trip went on, "Didn't you already win the Vertress Conference then went on to become the Champion of Unova? You do know that you can only hold one region championship title at a time, right?"
Ideku let out a mildly exasperated sigh. "That... won't be a problem actually, Trip. But it's something I'd like to discuss later if possible." Turning to Ramos, Ideku said, "Given you're with Trip and his friends here outside of the Coumarine City gym, I take it you're the gym leader?"
Ramos nodded once in the affirmative. "That's right. The name's Ramos. However, I had just awarded a Plant Badge to Trip after he defeated me. I'll need the rest of the day and overnight to be ready for another challenger."
The roaming trainer from Johto nodded once in understanding. "Fair enough. I guess I'll be seeing you in the morning." Turning to look at the heroes, Ideku said, "Well now, I guess I can catch up with you guys after all? Also, maybe Ash, Dawn, Kenny, and Trip can introduce me to the girl with long hair, the blonde boy in glasses, and the little girl with blonde hair."
"Sure, we can make the introductions at the local Pokémon Center," Ash said, leading the rest of the heroes and Ideku away from the Coumarine City gym, with Ramos kindly waving them good-bye.
While the heroes sat with Ideku in the lobby of the Coumarine City Pokémon Center, Ash and the reborn trainers introduced Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie to Ideku. "Oh, if you're going to challenge the Coumarine City gym," Bonnie said, "You need to be aware that the gym leader Ramos uses grass type Pokémon. A Jumpluff, a Gogoat, and a Weepinbell if you wanna be specific."
Ideku nodded once in understanding. "Thank you for the tip, Bonnie. And since I'll be facing grass types, it's a good thing I was working with Fiaro and Tandrak, and later Gelatwino when I caught her when she was thrown into the area I was training in to prep for taking on the gym." To show the others that he was talking about, Ideku called out a Talonflame that was to the heroes' surprise a shiny, a Dragalge, and a Vanilluxe. Pointing at the shiny Talonflame, the Dragalge, and the Vanilluxe in that order, Ideku said, "That's Fiaro, that's Tandrak, and that's Gelatwino."
"Hey!" Serena said, "That's the Vanilluxe who with a Vanillish had attacked Ramos's ranch a few days ago when Team Scorn was causing trouble at the ranch! Vanilluxe was thrown into the woods but we failed to find it after Team Scorn fled."
Ideku immediately became a bit alarmed. "Team Scorn was here in Coumarine City?" Scoffing bitterly, Ideku said, "And here I thought that they would keep out of Kalos, those vile villains."
"Yeah, Ideku here helped with fighting off Team Scorn attacks in his native Johto," Kenny explained to Serena, Celmont, and Bonnie, "As well as is Hoenn, one big event in Sinnoh, and then in Unova where Ideku ended up becoming Champion."
"That does raise a point," Clemont said, "Ideku, why are you aiming to win the Lumiose Conference? Do you wish to win against the Kalos League and become Champion of Kalos?"
The roaming trainer from Johto nodded once. "I do."
"What happened to being Champion of Unova?" Trip asked, "You do know you can only be the Champion of one region at a time, right?"
"Yeah," Bonnie went on, "Why become Champion of Kalos if you're currently the Champion of Unova?"
Ideku let out a troubled, mildly exasperated sigh. "I... am no longer the Champion of Unova. My title was taken from me."
The heroes all looked surprised by what Ideku had admitted. "You lost the Unova Champion title?" Kenny asked, "How did that happen? Who beat you?"
Taking a drink from his soda, Ideku began to explain, "That's the thing. No one defeated me. The government of Unova passed a bill through their legislature making it so that only those who are Unova born and raised can hold positions of authority in Unova. Because of that bill's passing, I was legally stripped of my title as the Champion of Unova." Ideku drained the rest of his soda, slammed the can down on the surface of the table everyone was at. "Long story short, if you're foreign born and you go to Unova, the natives won't let you get into any position where you'll essentially be the boss of those who are Unova born and raised."
"So... you lost your position as Champion of Unova because most of the region is populated by xenophobes," Dawn surmised dryly, her dry tone and expression making it clear she didn't like what the Unova region was up to.
"Hopefully Kalos will be far more receptive to me becoming their Champion," Ideku replied. Looking at Ash, Kenny, and Trip, Ideku said, "Although I can tell that I will be facing some stiff competition in the process."
"Yeah, and don't expect us to go down easy if at all," Kenny said, drawing nods of agreement from Ash and Trip.
Gesturing to Ideku, Clemont said, "Maybe you'll be able to help fend off future Team Scorn attacks here in Kalos?"
Ideku looked down at his left hand, slowly opening it and closing it a few times. "...I'm still a little... on edge... on how the Champion title I had worked so hard for was taken from me because the natives of the region I was Champion in didn't like that I'm a foreigner. I may be a bit more... vicious... than I'd like if I encounter any Team Scorn members here in Kalos."
"Well if anyone deserves you being vicious towards them, it's Team Scorn," Kenny remarked, drawing a general consensus of agreement from the rest of the heroes. And so, having met up with an old friend again although under circumstances they wouldn't of wished on said friend, the heroes felt ready for whatever would come at them next. For Serena in particular, that meant her first Pokémon Showcase. But before that, there was Ideku's go at the Coumarine City gym. Additionally, there was going to be something else of importance happening, not that the heroes can foresee it right now.
END, CHAPTER ONE-HUNDRED AND SEVENTY
Author's notes;
This chapter kicks off with seeing the heroes try to get Goomy used to at least their bug Pokémon. It works to some extent, but Bonnie messes up by trying to force Goomy to be friendly with Dedenne, scaring Goomy and earning Bonnie a scolding. The heroes then get to Coumarine City, where an event at Ramos's ranch involving Team Scorn results in things going differently, including how the Vanilluxe was sent flying away. Nonetheless, Ash and the reborn trainers are able to challenge Ramos to battles at his gym, and all of them win, putting them at four Kalos gym badges each.
After that, they run into Ideku Badorigo again, who drops the bombshell that he had been stripped of his Unova Champion title because the region's government doesn't want foreigners on Unovan soil to be above those who are Unova born and raised. This has spurred Ideku to seek another region's championship title, to sit in the throne of another region's Pokémon League. How successful Ideku will be will have to be seen, as although Ash and the reborn trainers are aware that Ideku owns Enamorus, what they don't know is that Ideku also has something with a bit more... oomph. ...Oh, and Happy Valentine's Day, everyone.
