Episode 94: Ignorance is Blissey

Where we last left off, Sora and Kairi have just learned about the Heartless and of Organization XIII. Sora couldn't help but wonder how and when will the Organization be making their next move. He very worried about, so he just couldn't help it.

We come to a small field where the couple sees a mostly yellow, seed-like Pokémon with a small sprout growing out of its top. It has triangular, spike-like protrusions on top of its head, encircling the sprout. Its body has three broad, brown, vertical stripes. Two of the stripes start jaggedly above its dark eyes and continue downward. The other stripe is directly below the Pokémon's mouth. Since Sunkern's eyelids are brown.

"Oh, she's really cute. I wonder what she is," Kairi said, taking out her Pokédex and scanned it.

Sunkern, the Seed Pokémon

Type: Grass

Sunkern tries to move as little as it possibly can. It does so because it tries to conserve all the nutrients it has stored in its body for its evolution. It will not eat a thing, subsisting only on morning dew.

"Sunkern, huh? I guess I have a new Pokémon to catch," Kairi said, taking out a Pokéball and threw it. "Go! Cyndaquil!" Her Pokéball opened and Cyndaquil emerged from inside.

"Quil," Cyndaquil said.

"Cyndaquil! Use Tackle!" Kairi ordered. Cyndaquil charges at Sunkern, landing a hit. Sunkern responds by firing Razor Leaf at him. "Use Flamethrower to burn those leaves!" Cyndaquil fired Flamethrower, burning the leaves. "Flamethrower again!" Cyndaquil fired another Flamethrower, hitting Sunkern directly. "Use Tackle!" Cyndaquil charges at Sunkern and lands a hit. Sunkern goes down and Kairi took out a Pokéball and threw it. Sunkern flows inside and the Pokéball wobbles around and around. Stars swirls around the Pokéball to confirm the catch. "I got myself a Sunkern!"

"Eevee!" Angel cheered.

"Toge, Toge!" Togepi chirped.

"Congrats on the catch, Kairi," Sora praised his girlfriend. Kairi blushed as she kissed his cheek for the compliment.

"You're sweet," Kairi said.

Above them in their hot air balloon, Team Rocket spots them. Meowth chuckled.

"There they are!" Meowth said.

"Good! We finally found them!" Jessie said.

"Now to put stealing Pikachu into effect!" James said.

"And get out of our debts with the boss!" Jessie added. Heard something moving around.

"You hear something?" Meowth asked.

"I don't hear anything?" Jessie asked.

"Well, I just did," Meowth said. He looked around and he saw a Creeper coming down in front of them. They screamed.

"WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING?!" Jessie exclaimed.

"I DON'T KNOW, BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK FRIENDLY!" James said. Team Rocket tried to get the Creeper off, but they end up getting their balloon out of balance. They scream and then crash land right in front of Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, and Togepi. "That's definitely a 2 for style on that landing."

"I'd give it a 0," Meowth said.

"Not you stooges again," Sora said.

"Why can't you just give it up?" Kairi asked. Jessie and James gets up.

"Prepare for trouble, we never call it quits," Jessie said.

"Make it double, you little half-wits," James said.

"To protect the world from devastation."

"To unite all peoples within our nation."

"To denounce the evils of truth and love."

"To extend our reach to the stars above."

"Jessie."

"James."

"Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light."

"Surrender now or prepare to fight."

"Meowth, that's right!"

"Mime, Mime!"

"If this is supposed to be a sneak attack, I can say you failed it miserably," Sora said.

"It's not like we planned to make that crash! A white monster got on our balloon and we tried to get it off, but these lame brains couldn't find dirt if they were digging like a Drilbur!" Jessie said. Sora and Kairi knew it was the Nobodies.

"Uh, did you say white monster?" Sora asked.

"Yes, I did! What about it?" Jessie said. Just then, a bunch of Dusks appeared before them. "That Heartless had some buddies of its own!"

"They're not Heartless! Those are the Nobodies!" Sora said, summoning his Kingdom Key. Kairi summoned her Destiny's Embrace and held it tight.

"Nobodies?" Team Rocket asked. A Dusk jumped right at them, but Sora slashed through the attacking Dusk. Several more Dusks appeared as well as some Creepers when they came flapping in. Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, and Angel fought off the Nobodies. Just then, Samurais came and swung their swords at them, but they blocked their blades. Just then, some new Nobodies appeared. They appeared to be white knights, but they had the Nobody symbol on their helmets with a reddish-pink plume. They each carried a large axe sword. These Nobodies are known as Knights. The Knights came swinging their axe swords down, but Sora and Kairi dodged just by rolling and cartwheeling.

"These Nobodies just keeps on coming," Kairi said.

"We gotta take them all out, Kairi," Sora said.

"Pika," Pikachu said.

"Eevee," Angel said.

Sora wasn't willing to call it quits. Held his Keyblade tighter.

"They won't scare me off that easily," Sora said, holding his Keyblade and it emits fire. He came at the attacking Nobodies. He threw it, incinerating the Nobodies. Sora was surprised to witness it. Kairi wondered if she could do that. She held her Kyblade, but it created a shard of ice and melted. Kairi uses it to spray the Nobodies, vaporizing them. Kairi raises her Keyblade and pillars of light appeared and shines everywhere.

"LIGHT!" Kairi shouted. Team Rocket shields their eyes as did Sora and the Pokémon. The remaining Nobodies were all destroyed in the shining light.

"Where did they go just now?" James asked.

"They disappeared when the twerpette had put on that light show," Meowth said.

"Wow, all that light came from Kairi. I guess she's way more powerful than I thought," Sora said in his thoughts. Kairi weakly fell on her knees, but Sora helped her up. "Try not to move so much, Kairi. You used up a lot of energy."

"Faith is more powerful than I thought," Kairi said. "This is the first time I have ever used it."

"I know, otherwise you wouldn't look so drained," Sora said. Team Rocket were still amazed by the power of Kairi's light.

"I had no idea how powerful she is," James said.

"Wait, what are we doing sitting on our derrieres when we have a Pikachu to capture?" Jessie asked.

"You are so right! Let's get cracking!" Meowth said.

Team Rocket attempted to take Pikachu by force Togepi waved his arms back and forth until a light blue light glows on Togepi's arms. Team Rocket are caught in a tornado of leaves.

"Auntie Em! Auntie Em! It's a twister!" Team Rocket shouted. They go screamed and go flying in the air when the leafy twister ceased.

"Drat, foiled again!" Jessie cried.

"At least those Nobodies didn't do us in," Meowth said.

"Better the twerps than the Heartless or the Nobodies," James said.

"Team Rocket's blasting off again!" Team Rocket shouted as they go flying into the distance. A star twinkles in the distance.

Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, and Angel saw that Team Rocket were suddenly gone.

"What happened to Team Rocket just now?" Kairi asked.

"Don't know, don't care. Just glad they're gone," Sora said.

"Can you walk?" Sora asked.

"I think so," Kairi said before she stumbled. "I guess not."

"Don't sweat it. I can carry you," Sora said. He held Kairi bridal style, much to her delight.

"You're sweet, Sora, and I love you for it," Kairi said.

Sora carries Kairi in his arms. She found it very romantic. Togepi walked alongside.

That night, Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, and Togepi have arrived in Happy Town. Kairi eventually recovered, but she wanted to be carried by Sora before they reached the town. Sora stops for a moment.

"My feet hurt, and I'm tired," Sora said.

"So am I. We've been walking for hours and the fight with those Nobodies didn't help much except make us exhausted," Kairi said.

"Pika," Pikachu said.

"Toge, Toge," Togepi chirped.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"If we don't find a place soon, I'm gonna collapse," Sora said.

"Not before me you don't," Kairi said. Sora spots a Pokémon Center ahead of them.

"Kairi, our luck just got good because I see a Pokémon Center!" Sora said.

"What are we waiting for? Let's head on over!" Kairi said.

"Eevee!" Angel said.

"Togepi!" Togepi chirped.

"Pika, Pika, Pika!" Pikachu exclaimed.

They all raced on over to the Pokémon Center as fast as their feet can take them. When they reached the Pokémon Center, Sora tried to open the front door, he found that it's locked.

"I hate to say this, but it looks like the place is closed," Sora said.

"What? Closed?" Kairi asked.

"Someone has to be awake, so I'll give it a good knock," Sora said, knocking on the door. "Hello in there. I know it's late, but we need a room just so we can stay for the night. Hello? Hello!" The door suddenly opened and hits Sora in the head.

"Sora!" Kairi exclaimed in shock. She found that the door was opened by a Blissey wearing a broken gold medallion.

"Ouch!" Sora yelped, rubbing his head.

"Blissey?" The Blissey asked.

"My aching head," Sora said.

"Blissey, Blissey," Blissey apologized.

"Don't worry about it, Blissey. I took worse hits than a door in the head," Sora said.

"Blissey, Blissey, Blissey," Blissey happily said.

"Reminds me so much of my Blissey," Kairi said.

"Me too," Sora said. His stomach suddenly starts growling. "Oh, so now you go off, stomach."

"Blissey, Blissey, Blissey!" Blissey said. She pulls Sora in.

"I'm coming, Blissey, I'm coming!" Sora said.

"Blissey, Blissey," Blissey said. She went into the kitchen and started to cook dinner for the couple.

"What is she up to in there?" Sora asked.

"I think she's-" Kairi was cut off when she saw Blissey carrying a stack of food for the couple. "Just as I thought. She was cooking a meal for us!"

"Good thing, because I'm really hungry!" Sora said.

Blissey carries the trays as they all wobble with eack skip.

"Hey, Blissey! Take it easy! Don't get carried away! You're going to spill all that if you're not careful!" Sora said.

"Blissey, Blissey!"

Sora and Pikachu ran across the eating area with Blissey blissfully pursuing them. Sora trips as Blissey skips towards Sora and the food falls right on him. "YEOW! THAT'S HOT!" Somewhere in Happy Town, a man sleeping in his bed jumps out of his bed and lands right on the floor. He didn't know what that was about. Sora ended up being covered in food. Sora saw how his baggy clothes wasn't too dirty.

"Blissey, Blissey," Blissey bowed her head, apologizing. Sora chuckled.

"That's okay, Blissey. That was an accident. I know you're just trying to help," Sora said assuredly. That made Blissey feel better knowing that the Pokémon Trainer had forgiven her.

"Blissey, Blissey!" Blissey said.

Blissey led Sora to the showers just so he can get cleaned up. Sora took off his baggy clothes and entered the showers happily scrubbing himself with a sponge soaked with soap.

"That does feel nice," Sora said happily. Blissey enters the shower.

"Blissey, Blissey!" Blissey said.

Sure, you can wash my back," Sora said. "It has been quite a while anyway." Blissey grabs a broom and used it on Sora's back. "OOOOUUUUUCCCHHHH!"

In the same house, the man woke up once again and fell on the floor. He grumbled to himself. Sora's back ended up with scratches.

Sora lays on the bed on his belly and the scratches are burning red.

"My back sure got scrubbed," Sora said.

"Are you sure you're okay, Sora?" Kairi asked.

"I'm fine Kairi," Sora said. "Really, I am. A scratch on the back isn't going to keep me down." Blissey looked over to Sora, feeling sorry for what she did.

"Blissey, Blissey," Blissey apologized.

"You don't have to apologize, Blissey. I know you didn't hurt me on purpose," Sora said. "Anything for the scratches?" Blissey grabbed a can of rubbing alcohol and a rag. Sora winced at the sight. "That's not rubbing alcohol, is it?"

"That looks like it's too much rubbing alcohol," Kairi said. "And when they hit those scratches."

"Blissey, wait! That's way too much!" Sora tried to warn the Happiness Pokémon. But it was too late, because when it made contact, Sora screams in pain at the sensation. The man from before woke up and he fell on the floor again.

"One more time, just one more time," the man grumbled.

A few minutes later, Nurse Joy woke up in a yawn with earplugs in her ears. She walks down the hallway of the Pokémon Center removing the earplugs.

"I'll have to ask Blissey if anything happened whike I was asleep," Nurse Joy said. She opens the door and gasped as she thought she just saw a mummy wonder into the Pokémon Center. Nurse Joy screams in shock.

Back to the man, he jumps out of bed hearing the screams not too far away. He falls out of his bed once again. He growled in frustration.

"That is it! I'm moving to Azalea Town!" The man said.

A few minutes later, Sora has his belly properly bandaged as the group explained to the nurse of what happened.

"I can't tell you how sorry I am that my Blissey has caused for you, Sora," Nurse Joy apologized.

"Blissey, Blissey."

"I just hope you can understand that Blissey just wants to help," Nurse Joy said. "Don't hold it against her. Blissey's heart is always in the right place."

"Don't worry about it, Nurse Joy," Sora said. "I knew your Blissey didn't really do anything wrong."

"I know how you must feel, but Blissey just tries very hard to be the best nurse she could possibly be," Nurse Joy said. "Her heart is in the right place."

"Blissey, Blissey!" Blissey said.

"Really, it's fine," Sora said.

A few minutes later, Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, and Togepi were shown to a room to sleep. They decided to skip dinner and fall right to sleep. Luckily, Sora was more tired than hungry.

"I might been sent to bed without any dinner, but the only difference is, I don't mind. But at least I'm comfy," Sora said in his thoughts. He fell right to sleep when he shuts his eyes.

Over to Team Rocket, they managed to reach Happy Town after Togepi sent them flying with Metronome, but they were really hungry.

"We got to eat something," Jessie said.

"I'm so hungry, I'm forgetting what taste feels like," James said.

"There's gotta be a place that we can make like a Munchlax and munch until we can't munch no more," Meowth said.

"I know! We can sneak into the local Pokémon Center and and pick up some Pokémon to go for the boss! And get something to eat while we're at it!" James suggested.

"James, that's a great idea!" Jessie said, liking his idea.

"Let's do it!" Meowth said, also smiling.

They snuck into the Pokémon Center by digging a tunnel underneath and come in through the floor by removing a tile. They looked around and saw no one around, which was great for them. Team Rocket snuck into the kitchen and they didn't even find a single crumb. The kitchen was completely clean, even the trash.

"Nothing! They didn't even leave us one one cummy crumb," James said.

"We've been cheated! There aren't any leftovers left over," Jessie said.

"Somewhere in this vast universe, I know someone is laughing at us," James said.

Meowth is rummaging through the fridge, hoping he would have such good luck. And good luck smiled on him when he finds a small parsnip.

"Look what I found for myself! This parsnip gave me the slip!" Meowth said, holding it up. Jessie swipes it from Meowth. Jessie and James chuckled as Jessie prepared to cut it up.

"We'll divide it in 3 equal pieces," Jessie said.

"That's fair," James said. Meowth snatches the parsley back.

"Meowth!" Jessie hissed.

"What the hell's the big idea?" James asked.

"Sorry, guys it's finders eaters, losers weepers," Meowth said.

"You get back here!" Jessie yelled, pushing James to the ground as she chases after Meowth. Jessie looks for the Scratch Cat Pokémon and panted with anger. "Now where did that rotten furball go?" She turned to her left when she heard the sounds of footsteps. Jessie assumed it was Meowth. "You're not going to get away from me you selfish little-" She stopped in her place when she saw it was Blissey patrolling the halls of the Pokémon Center, holding a flashlight. Blissey turned and saw Jessie.

"Blissey?" Blissey asked.

"Oh no," Jessie said as she started to run. Blissey smiled.

"Blissey, Blissey!" Blissey happily said. She tackled Jessie down.

"Get off of me!" Jessie said.

"Blissey, Blissey, Blissey!" Blissey said.

"And what are you so happy about?" Jessie asked. She saw the broken half of the medallion and she gasped when she realized she knew this Blissey. "It's you!" She took out the other half. "You remembered me. I hoped I would bump into my old friend some day."

Jessie introduced James and Meowth to Blissey and her to her colleagues.

"You mean to tell me, you two actually know each other?" James asked.

"As friends?" Meowth added.

"It was before the three of us met each other. I was a little older than the twerps at the time," Jessie said.

(Flashback)

"I had a simple dream. I wanted to be a Pokémon nurse," Jessie narrated.

Young Jessie hands a clerk her application to be a Pokémon nurse.

"Being a Pokémon nurse may be too difficult for you. We cannot accept your application," the clerk said.

"Oh," Jessie said disappointed. She saw a flyer to be a Pokémon nurse. "Hey, how about this school. I can learn to be a Pokémon nurse from this?"

"Miss, that's no place for you!" The clerk said.

"I can fit in anywhere!" Jessie said.

Jessie soon found out that it was a school for Chansey, but Jessie had made her bet and she had to see it through.

"With lots of hard work and proper study habits, I'm sure each and everyone of you will be a competent Pokémon nurse," the teacher said.

"Chansey!" All the Chansey said.

"Jessie!" Jessie said. She felt weird saying it.

She and her classmates started off by practing with the bandages.

"Remember, you must always wrap a patient's bandages firmly but gently," the teacher instructed.

Jessie managed to get the hang of the bandages course easily.

"There, that wasn't so hard," Jessie said. She saw one Chansey having so much trouble with hers she had bandages everywhere instead of on the wrists. Jessie went over to the Chansey. "If you'd like, I could give you a few pointers."

"Chansey," the Chansey said. Jessie helped her out by wrapping the bandage properly.

"There. Just take your time and wrap them tight, but not too tight," Jessie instructed.

"Chansey," the Chansey said.

"You can do it," Jessie said.

"Chansey," the Chansey said. The teacher came and inspected her work.

"Mm-mm. You have done very well," the teacher said, rubbing her head.

At lunch, Jessie's lunch consisted of ham and cheese sandwiches. Chansey placed a bowl of Pokémon food next to Jessie's lunch. She looked to see Chansey next to her.

"Chansey, Chansey," Chansey said.

"That's actually really sweet of you. How would like to join me?" Jessie offered.

"Chansey! Chansey, Chansey!" Chansey exclaimed happily, knocking her drink right on Jessie's head. Jessie chuckled.

"Even though you paid for it, it's on me," Jessie said.

In the library, Chansey's having a hard time reading the book because she was holding it upside-down.

"Chansey? Chansey?" Chansey asked.

"It works better if you hold it like this," Jessie said, turning the book right-side up.

In the next course of the class, patients that consisted of a Cubone, a Ditto, a Bellsprout, and an Oddish are brought in on a bed for each one of them.

"Whenever you come across a patient that seems restless, you may use your Sing to sooth the patient to sleep," the teacher said. She placed soundproof headphones over her ears. "You may begin."

"Chansey, Chansey," the Chansey all sang. The Pokémon all fell right to sleep, but so did Jessie. Chansey tried to wake up Jessie. She did wake up, but her teacher did not have a humorous face.

"One does not become a Pokémon nurse just by sleeping through class, Ms. Jessie!" The teacher scolded.

"Yes, ma'am! I know, ma'am!" Jessie said. A little later, she was steamed about being chewed out for falling asleep because of the other Chansey's singing. "What's her deal? It's not my fault I'm not a Chansey!"

"Chansey, Chansey," Chansey said, trying to comfort her.

"I don't need you to comfort me!" Jessie snapped at Chansey. She looked at the Egg Pokémon and immediately regretted snapping at her for trying to help. "I'm sorry. I know you're trying to help. You're the only one here who really cares about me. But I might as well face reality, I'm never going to be a Pokémon nurse."

"Chansey," Chansey said.

Time skips to graduation day. Nurse Joy placed gold medallions around their necks and nurses caps on each of the graduates. Jessie witnesses each of the graduation with a teary look. She then took her leave of the school.

"Good luck in your life, Chansey," Jessie said.

"Chansey!" Chansey called from behind. Jessie turned and saw Chansey running toward her.

"Chansey?" Jessie asked. Chansey took off her cap and held it in front of Jessie.

"Chansey, Chansey," Chansey said.

"You want me to have your cap?" Jessie asked.

"Chansey," Chansey nodded. Jessie smiled and placed it back on Chansey's head.

"You're really sweet, and I'll always remember you for it, but no, you deserve it," Jessie said.

"Chansey, Chansey!" Chansey said. She broke the medallion in half and gave the bottom half to her. Jessie accepts it.

"Thank you. Now a little part of you will be with me, and a little part of me will be with you," Jessie said.

"Chansey!" Chansey agreed.

"Goodbye," Jessie said, leaving as the sun sets.

(End of flashback)

"I knew you would eventually evolve into a Chansey and become the kind of nurse I always wanted to be," Jessie said.

James and Meowth are both teary-eyed when Jessie told them the story.

"I have to admit, I am very touched!" James cried.

"And I don't mean in the head," Meowth also cried. Their stomachs start growling. Blissey smiled.

"Blissey, Blissey!" Blissey said. She leads Team Rocket to the back.

"Where are you taking us, Blissey? What's the rush?" Jessie asked. She led them to the pantry.

"Look at all this food. It's enough to give a Munchlax a tummyache," James said.

"Blissey, Blissey," Blissey said. She blissfully gathers the food

"You want us to have all this food?" Jessie asked.

"Blissey," Blissey said.

They push all the food in a wheelbarrow, but Jessie was suddenly feeling guilty about what Blissey did. She knew Blissey will end up being in a whole lot of trouble when word gets out.

"Now we will never have to worry about food rations for the rest of our lives!" Meowth said.

"Well, let's get as irrational quickly as possible!" James said.

"I don't know. This seems to be more than enough for the three of us," Jessie said.

"Don't worry, Jessie. I've got nine lives and a stomach for each one of them," Meowth said.

"Hey, that's funny!" James said.

On the next morning, Sora and Kairi woke up with a yawn.

"Morning, Sora," Kairi greeted.

"Morning, Kairi. Sleep okay?" Sora asked.

"I slept alright," Kairi said. "Slept like a Togepi. Speaking of which." She peaked to Pikachu, Angel, and Togepi still sleeping. Togepi slept between Pikachu and Angel, and she found it to be very cute. She gently took Togepi in her arms. Pikachu and Angel then woke up. "Good morning, Angel. I trust you slept soundly."

"Eevee," Angel said.

"Pi," Pikachu yawned.

"We all slept soundly. Now to get some breakfast and be on our way. Cherrygrove City should be close to use by now," Sora said.

"Right," Kairi said.

A few minutes later, Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, and Togepi were stunned to see that they were served half donuts.

"This is a joke right?" Sora asked.

"This can't honestly be all there is to eat," Kairi said.

"Blissey," Blissey admitted.

"What's wrong?" Nurse Joy asked when she walked up to the couple and their Pokémon.

"Blissey's telling us that these are all the food in the Pokémon Center," Sora said.

"Eevee," Angel sighed.

"Blissey, Blissey," Blissey sadly said.

"Blissey, what about the food pantry?" Nurse Joy asked.

"Blissey," Blissey said.

Everyone went to the food pantry to see that the pantry was completely empty.

"No way," Sora said.

"Pika," Pikachu said.

"This is impossible! The pantry was very full of food since yesterday," Nurse Joy said.

"I heard of food thieves, but no thief had to be this hungry," Kairi said.

"You're right. How could so much food could just disappear overnight?" Sora asked.

"I don't know, but I think our security cameras might have caught something," Nurse Joy said.

Everyone went to the surveillance room and they watch the video of Blissey taking the boxes of food off the shelves. Sora and Kairi couldn't believe it.

"The thief is Blissey?" Kairi asked in shock.

"Eevee?" Angel asked, sharing Kairi's shock.

"I don't like it either, but it is what it is," Nurse Joy said.

"Blissey," Blissey sadly said.

"I just can't believe you were behind this, Blissey. Just what did you do with all that food?" Nurse Joy asked.

"Blissey," Blissey sadly said.

"Blissey, if you could tell me where all the food is, I can do whatever I can to keep you out of trouble," Nurse Joy said.

"Blissey," Blissey said.

"Blissey, listen to me. This could end your career as a Pokémon nurse," Nurse Joy said.

Outside, Team Rocket are watching them from their balloon. Jessie was worried about Blissey since she knew the truth has come out, and it'll be her fault that her friend will be canned for something Blissey did out of friendship.

"I knew this would happen," Jessie said. "It's all may fault. Blissey has a big heart, and that's what's going to get her fired."

"Jessie," James could only say.

"We shouldn't have taken all of this food," Jessie said.

"Why don't we just bring the food back down?" Meowth asked.

"But that won't explain how it got out in the first place, also she'll still be in trouble," Jessie said. James came up with an idea.

"Jessie, how about we pretend that we put Blissey up to it?" James suggested. Jessie looked at James with a confused look.

"What are you saying, James?" Jessie asked.

"Hear me out, Jess. We bring the food down to the Pokémon Center's front door and announce that we dropped it and say that we tricked Blissey into doing it. The twerps will definitely buy that like groceries," James said. Jessie liked the idea.

"That's a brilliant idea, James!" Jessie said.

"Yeah, even for you," Meowth added.

"I try," James modestly said. Team Rocket lowers the balloon and James took out a megaphone and spoke into it. "Oh, look, Jessie! We have dropped all the food we stole from the Pokémon Center!" That grabbed the attention of the nurse, couple, and Pokémon, making them race outside.

"What did you say?! What's going on here?!" Nurse Joy exclaimed.

"Prepare for trouble, you little nurse!" Jessie said.

"Make it double, and we'll make it worse!" James said with a rhyme.

"Not again!" Sora exclaimed.

"I get it! They tricked Blissey into handing them over all the food in a trick to steal all the Pokémon here!" Kairi said. Team Rocket were happy that their scheme was going much better than they thought.

"You got that right, little girl," Jessie said.

"Blissey thought she was so smart, but we're even smarter," James said.

"Devilishly clever plan, wouldn't you say?" Meowth asked. Nurse Joy asked.

"So, that's how it happened," Nurse Joy said.

"Okay, that's extremely low even for you three! If you think we're going to go along with your plan, than you're even stupider than you look!" Sora said.

"You're awful, all three of you!" Kairi said.

"We'll be more than happy to give it back, so just hand over all the Pokémon in the Pokémon Center and we'll be on our way," Jessie said.

"You know I can't do that," Nurse Joy said.

"Stop wasting our time and get lost!" Sora said.

Blissey stepped out, hearing the commotion. She sees Jessie out there.

"We're going to be gone when you hand over all those Pokémon," Jessie said. Blissey ran out to Jessie happily.

"Blissey, no!" Nurse Joy said.

"Come back, Blissey!" Sora called out. Blissey didn't listen and kept going.

"Blissey, no! Stay away! We're trying to save your career, so don't kill it over me!" Jessie whispered. Blissey stopped for a moment, confused. Blissey then stepped forward. "Blissey, please."

"What's going on? Why is Blissey so happy to see them?" Sora asked.

"I don't know," Kairi said, shrugging her shoulders.

"Blissey, Blissey, Blissey," Blissey said.

"You really care about me," Jessie said. She took out her two Pokéballs and tossed them. "Lickitung, Arbok, I choose you!" Her Pokéballs opened. Blissey stopped when they came out. Jessie whispered to her two Pokémon. "Remember the plan, you two. Pretend to attack Blissey." Arbok and Lickitung nodded. Arbok and Lickitung didn't even try to hurt Blissey.

"Blissey must be trying to make up for her mistake by fighting Team Rocket," Nurse Joy said.

"I appreciate it, but I'm not waiting!" Sora said, taking out a Pokéball and threw it. "Go! Gligar!" The Pokéball opened and Gligar came right out.

"Gli, Gligar!" Gligar said. Kairi took out a Pokéball and threw it as well.

"Go! Misdreavus!" Kairi called out. Misdreavus came out to join Gligar.

"Okay, Gligar! Use Wing Attack!" Sora ordered.

"Misdreavus! Use Confusion!" Kairi ordered.

Gligar came at Lickitung with Wing Attack, landing a hit. Misdreavus uses a psychic force on Arbok, dealing some heavy damage. Arbok lands right on Jessie.

"I was hoping the twerps would fight back sooner or later," Jessie said.

"You alright, Blissey?" Kairi asked.

"Blissey," Blissey said.

"I'm sorry, Blissey. Please forgive me for ever doubting you," Nurse Joy apologized.

"Blissey," Blissey said. She turned to Jessie who did a light shush. Blissey understood and shed a tear.

"It will be our secret, old friend," Jessie whispered. Blissey nodded. She was happy to see Jessie again even though it was such a short time.

"Just so they don't try anything! Cut that rope!" Sora called out. Gligar cuts the rope. He then carried the food back on over. "Kairi, your turn!"

"Use Hidden Power!" Kairi ordered. Misdreavus unleashed Hidden Power and it struck Lickitung on the mark.

"Use Quick Attack!" Sora ordered. Gligar flew right at Arbok, landing a hit. "Let's wrap this up! Thunderbolt!" Pikachu unleashed Thunderbolt, shocking Team Rocket and their Pokémon, resulting on an explosion. Team Rocket goes flying in the sky with the remains of the balloon.

"We made it look good, but I didn't plan on it being that good!" Jessie exclaimed.

"We should have seen this coming a mile away!" James added.

"We're blasting off again!" Team Rocket yelled as they go right into the distance.

"Foiled twice in the same chapter," Meowth said.

"And there they go!" Sora said. "And good riddance."

Blissey looked in the direction they went flying in. Blissey had hoped she would see Jessie again someday.

"Jessie, it's because of you that I'm the nurse I am today. And I never could have asked for a better friend than you. So, thank you for everything." - Blissey subtitle.

In the Pokémon Center, Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, and Togepi sat down for a long-awaited meal.

"Despite everything that happened here when we got here, it's been worth the wait," Sora said.

"Pikachu," Pikachu said.

"It sure has," Kairi agreed.

"Toge, Toge," Togepi chirped.

"Eevee, Eevee," Angel said.

"Blissey, Blissey, Blissey!" Blissey said Sora, Kairi, Pikachu, Angel, and Togepi winced when Blissey came skipping in with their meal.

"Oh no! Not again! If Blissey doesn't take it easy, we'll end up with egg on our faces!" Sora said. Blissey placed the trays down for the couple and Pokémon.

"Blissey didn't even spill a drop this time," Kairi said.

"That's good. Now let's eat this up before it gets cold," Sora said.

"Right," Kairi agreed.

"Thank you, Blissey!" Sora and Kairi said.

"Blissey," Blissey said.

The couple finally got to feast, but that won't extinguish the appetite of adventure they have.

Meanwhile, Team Rocket made a crash landing. Jessie looked over to James.

"Hey, James, it was sweet of you that you wanted to help me out," Jessie said.

"Well, you were right about this, so I wanted to help anyway I can," James said.

"But we ended up in another jam. Speaking of jam, you wouldn't have any, would ya?" Meowth asked.

"Not a single one," Jessie said.

"Rats," Meowth pouted. "Just end the chapter here now, please?"
