Episode 137: The Apple Core

After Madame Muchmoney and her Granbull left to return home, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Karen,Tracey, Pikachu, Angel, Togepi Eevee, and Azurill made a stop to the Pokémon Center for Karen to make contact with Delia and explain herself to her mother. She accessed the phone, knowing what was coming, but she also knew there was no avoiding it. She dialed her home phone number.

Meanwhile, Delia hears the phone ringing and she answers it.

"Hello, Ketchum residence," Delia greeted.

"Hi, mom," Karen said nervously. The picture comes on as Delia's expression quickly changed to a stern expression.

"Karen Ketchum, you are in so much trouble," Delia said.

"I know, mom. I should have told you in person, but if I did, you wouldn't let me go, but I have a good reason for it," Karen said.

"I'm listening," Delia said.

"You know about Tom, mom, so I was only out looking for him," Karen said.

"Tom? Is that what's all about?" Delia asked.

"Yes," Karen simply replied. "I only left home because I was worried about him, and I wanted to find him and bring him home. I came here to Johto because I had a feeling he's here somewhere."

Delia wanted to be mad, but she relented a little, because she was reminded of her younger days.

"I understand, Karen. It's only natural that you're worried about the one you love," Delia said, making Karen blush.

"Mom, it's not like that!" Karen exclaimed.

"Sora couldn't fool me, and you can't either. I know when both my babies are in love," Delia said.

"Mom," Karen said, still blushing.

"I'll give you a chance to find Tom and bring him home," Delia said. Karen smiled.

"Thanks, mom," Karen said.

"That doesn't mean you're off the hook, young lady. We can discuss your punishment after you come home," Delia said.

"I can live with that, mom. I'll see you when I come back with him," Karen said. "Bye for now."

"Bye," Delia said, hanging up.

"I can't believe she knows about my feelings for Tom. If I only know where to look. Maybe I should stick with Sora and Kairi and see if I run into him then. I just hope Sora doesn't tease me about it though," Karen said in her thoughts.

Karen rejoined the group as they waited for Karen to come back.

"So, did mom chew you out?" Sora asked.

"She did. But she was very understanding when I explained to her," Karen said.

"So, Sora, how do you and Karen know this Tom kid?" Riku asked.

"Karen and I knew Tom when we were in kindergarten. That's how I met Ash, Leaf, and Gary. Because we were twins, Karen and I were in the same class," Sora said.

"I remember sharing a class with you. I also remember the day he first came to class," Karen said.

(Flashback)

We open up to young Sora and Karen sitting with young Ash, Leaf, and Gary as they sat down and talked. The teacher walked in with a boy with brown hair and brown eyes.

"Class was starting off the usual way. That is until the announcement," Karen narrated.

"Alright, everyone, settle down. Settle down," the teacher said as everyone quieted down just so she could talk. "Class, we have a new student joining us starting today." She turned to the boy. "Why don't you introduce yourself?" The boy was a bit timid, so he stepped forward.

"My name is Tom, and, um," young Tom shyly said.

"Tom was a shy kid when he came to class. It was like he didn't wanna be there, so he didn't fit in right away, that is until I spoke with him," Karen narrated.

We see him sitting by himself as young Sora played with young Ash and Leaf. Young Karen sees young Tom sitting alone, so he decides to invite him to play.

"Hi there," young Karen greeted.

"Hello," young Tom greeted back.

"My name's Karen," young Karen introduced herself.

"My name's Tom," young Tom said.

"Do you like it here?" Young Karen asked.

"I don't know," young Tom said. "I didn't even want to come here, but my mom only made me come here. It's because I won't make any friends here."

"That's not true, Tom. You did make a friend. Me," young Karen said. Young Tom looked at her.

"You? But we just met," young Tom said.

"Yeah, but it doesn't mean we can't be friends right away, right?" Young Karen asked. Young Tom looked at her and he smiled. "You have a cute smile. You wanna play with me and my brother?"

"Okay," young Tom said.

We see scenes of young Karen and Tom hanging out with each other. We see a scene of young Tom scrapping his knee and young Karen puts a bandaid on the wound and kissing it. We see a scene of them playing catch. We see them on Halloween with young Karen as a female Pikachu and young Tom as a Poliwhirl. Young Sora is wearing a vampire Halloween costume with young Ash as Superman, and young Leaf as Snow White. And we see them in a Christmas play with young Karen as an angel and young Tom as a star.

"So, I introduced him to Sora, Ash, and Leaf, and we all played together," Karen narrated.

"Yeah. Karen started to get a crush on him," Sora narrated in a teasing tone.

"Sora, I told you it wasn't like that! We were just friends!" Karen said through the flashback.

"It was pretty obvious to me," Sora said.

"You're just doing this just as payback for me teasing you about your thing with Kairi," Karen said.

"Who says I am?" Sora asked.

"Guys, I hate to interrupt your family squabble, but could you get back to the story at hand?" Riku asked.

"Right," the twins said.

"Anyway, Tom fit in quicker than a Dodrio in a marathon. But one day, Tom and his mom moved to Fushia City, but we kept in touch with each other through emails and phone calls," Karen narrated as we see Tom waving to Karen goodbye and she sadly waves back.

(Flashback ends)

"That is until just recently," Karen concluded.

"It doesn't sound like Tom would just run away from home," Sora said.

"He wouldn't run away at all. And that's what's scary about the whole thing. Even though the police called off the search, I know his mom is still looking for him," Karen said.

"We'll have to keep our eyes open for him when we get going," Sora said as Karen looked at her brother.

"I think we should focus on finding Tom," Karen said.

"Pikachu," Blossom said.

"I get it, sis, but it's not like we could find him right off the bat. And when we do, you can try bombarding him with some questions and coax him into coming home even if you have to drag him by his feet," Sora said.

"Pikachu," Pikachu said.

"I guess you're right. I was going to hang with you guys until we found him anyway. And you were going to let me tag along, too," Karen said.

"Chu," Blossom said.

With that said, Riku, Naminé, Eevee, and Azurill took their leave of Sora, Kairi, Tracey, and Karen as they continued towards Ecruteak City and promised each other to meet up with each other later on. As they traveled, Karen started to get to know Tracey.

"So, Tracey was it? Sora and Kairi told me that you're a Pokémon Watcher," Karen said.

"That's right. I was doing my thing when I met Sora and Kairi when they came to the rescue of a baby Kangaskhan when it separated from its mother," Tracey explained.

"Just how many of Pokémon did you come across?" Karen asked.

"Dozens. I have sketches if you're interested," Tracey said.

"Very," Karen said. Tracey shows Karen the sketches of the various wild Pokémon. She was amazed by how many he came across, just as impressive by the number of Pokémon her brother has.

Sora and Kairi decides to have a private talk of their own.

"Sora, there's something I want to ask you," Kairi said.

"Sure. What about?" Sora asked.

"I was thinking of Trickster. I could tell you were troubled by something," Kairi said.

"Is it really that obvious?" Sora asked.

"Yes, it is," Kairi said.

"I guess there's no avoiding it. But I think we should keep this a secret just for now," Sora said.

"Why?" Kairi asked.

"Trust me on this one, okay?" Sora asked.

"I trust you, Sora," Kairi said.

"I think Trickster might have been Tom," Sora said. Kairi almost exclaimed loudly, but she didn't want Karen and Tracey hear her.

"What makes you say that, Sora?" Kairi asked.

"Well, I'm not a hundred percent sure, but it's just a feeling I have. But I'm hoping that I might be wrong," Sora said.

"And how do you know?" Kairi asked.

"I heard his voice, but like I said, not a hundred percent sure," Sora said.

"Why didn't you mention this to her? She is your sister," Kairi reminded her boyfriend.

"I didn't want to get her hopes up over nothing," Sora said. Kairi did understand that. She knew he needed to be really sure before he could just say it. Also, she figured Karen wouldn't accept that Tom and Trickster were the same person. She didn't want to hurt her friend in any way.

As they kept going, they heard stopped as they heard some rustling in the nearby shrubs.

"You hear something?" Kairi asked.

"I heard it," Sora said. Sora and Kairi were wondering if it might be a Heartless, making a surprise attack or maybe Team Rocket with a new robot or maybe a squad of Nobodies sent by Organization XIII or a monster sent by Trickster. But good fortune smiles on them, because it was neither of those things, because it was a wild Snubbull, coming at them.

"A Snubbull," Tracey said.

"Just like the one that buffed rich lady had before she evolved," Karen said. Snubbull charges at Sora and Pikachu, picking a fight with them.

"Snubbull!" Snubbull growled.

"Kairi, is that Snubbull a boy or girl?" Sora asked.

"A girl," Kairi replied.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"What's the deal with that Snubbull?" Karen asked.

"Pikachu," Blossom said.

"If I had to make a guess, I would say we wondered into her territory, so she's picking a fight with us, starting with Sora," Kairi said.

"I would call it a really good guess, Kairi," Tracey said.

"Okay, Snubbull. Challenge accepted," Sora said, taking out a Pokéball and threw it. "Spinarak! Go!" His Pokéball opened and Spinarak came out with a swirl of stars.

"Since Subbull is a Fairy-type Pokémon, a Poison-type like Spinarak should be a good match up," Tracey said.

"Okay, Spinarak! Use Poison Sting!" Sora ordered. Spinarak fires Poison Sting at Snubbull, but she dodges and came at him with a Fire Fang and lands a fiery bite onto him. "You okay, Spinarak?" The String Spit Pokémon nodded. "Great! Use Bug Bite!" Spinarak came rushing at the Fairy Pokémon with a Bug Bite ready to go, when Snubbull gave him a Bite, of her own. She tosses Spinarak to the side. "Spinarak!" Spinarak lands on his feet and began to evolve. Everyone were amazed by Spinarak's sudden evolution. Spinarak has become an Ariados. His newly evolved Ariados is purple, and has light blue stripes on his legs, back structures, and spinneret which is a lighter shade of yellow. "Spinarak evolved!" Kairi took out her Pokédex and scanned her boyfriend's Pokémon.

Ariados, the Long Leg Pokémon

The evolved form of Spinarak

Type: Bug/Poison

There are some areas where people use the string Ariados spins for their own weaving. The resulting cloth is popular for its strength.

"What strong silk," Kairi said, putting her Pokédex away.

"Ariados! Use Poison Sting!" Sora ordered. Ariados fired Poison Sting at Snubbull, but she dodges and gave Ariados another Fire Fang and then gave him a series of beatings. Ariados is then tossed to the side, leaving Sora speechless. "Thag was Play Rough. That Snubbull is tougher than she looks." He calls Ariados back inside. "Good effort, Ariados. Get some rest for now." He looked at Pikachu. "Your turn, Pikachu." The Mouse Pokémon stepped in, so Snubbull came at him with a Fire Fang. "Dodge and use Iron Tail!" Pikachu dodges and swings his tail at Snubbull, hitting her. Snubbull wasn't going to go down that easily. Snubbull comes charging at him with a Take Down. "Use Quick Attack!" Pikachu dashed at Snubbull and lands a hit onto her. "Use Electro Ball!" Pikachu forms a ball of electricity and hurls it at Snubbull, hitting her. Snubbull was then down and tired. Sora took out a Pokéball and threw it at her, making her flow inside. The Pokéball wobbles around and around. Stars swirls around the Pokéball to confirm the catch. Sora's Pokémon Box goes off asking him if he wants to keep Snubbull with him. He chose to keep Snubbull in exchange for Wobbuffet. "I guess I caught my own Snubbull."

"She looks like a toughie. I have a feeling Meowth won't like this one just like Madame Muchmoney's Snubbull," Karen said. Sora couldn't help but laugh.

"Yeah, you could be right," Sora said, chuckling.

Just a little while later, they continued on and came across a red Marill. It was an amazing thing to see. Kairi saw how cute it is. Kairi figured it has to he a male Marill.

"Sora, I think I should catch this Marill," Kairi said.

"Go for it," Sora said. Kairi stepped in and caught the red Marill's attention.

"Okay, Marill, you're as good as mine," Kairi said, taking out a Pokéball and threw it. "Go! Sunflora!" Her Sunflora came on out to battle against the red Marill. The red Marill starts up by firing Water Gun at Sunflora. "Dodge and use Razor Leaf!" Sunflora dodges and fires Razor Leaf, hitting the red Marill. He attacks using an Ice Punch, landing a hit. "That was Ice Punch! Sunflora! Use Petal Dance!" Sunflora dances around and flower petals comes down at the red Marill, hitting him. "Use Solar Beam!" Sunflora begins to build up energy into her head. The red Marill comes at her with another Ice Punch, but Sunflora fires Solar Beam and hits the red Marill on the mark. Kairi took out a Pokéball and threw it. The red Marill flows inside and the Pokéball wobbles around and around. Stars swirls around the Pokéball to confirm the catch. Kairi's Pokémon Box goes off asking her if she wants to keep the red Marill with her. She chose to keep the red Marill in exchange for Smeargle.

"Good catch, Kairi," Karen said.

"Pikachu," Blossom said.

"Thanks," Kairi said.

"I never seen a Marill with such a unique coloring. Marill are normally blue, and Shiny Marill are green, but this is a new one on me," Tracey said.

"Well, I did catch a pink Butterfree before," Kairi said.

"A pink Butterfree?!" Tracey exclaimed in shock.

"She's not kidding, Tracey. She actually nicknamed hers Pinky. I was thinking. You going to nickname your new Marill?" Sora asked.

"I was thinking of Brick. It seems appropriate since bricks are red, and he's a boy," Kairi said.

"Makes sense to me," Sora said.

"Eevee," Angel said.

The very next day, they continued on their way to Ecruteak City, but Pikachu and Blossom sniffs something in the air.

"Pika," Pikachu beamed.

"What is it, Pikachu? What do you smell?" Sora asked. Karen takes a whiff as he sniffled.

"I smell it, too," Karen said.

Sora, Kairi, Karen, Tracey, and the Pokémon rushed over to the source of the smell and found it to be an apple orchard.

"Chu," Pikachu drooled.

"Chu," Blossom said. Angel chuckled, knowing they were definitely brother and sister since they love apples so much.

"Look at all those apples!" Kairi said.

"It looks so good," Tracey said.

"I'll say. Look at all those red, delicious apples," Sora said.

"Pikachu," Pikachu said.

"We should check it out," Karen stated.

"Hold on! We can't go around picking apples! That's just stealing!" Tracey told him.

"Tracey's right. We could end up getting into trouble with Officer Jenny if we just picked them without asking," Sora said.

"It's not against the law to look at the apples though," Karen countered.

"Technically, she is right," Kairi said.

They looked around the apple orchard and they were amazed by the sight. Sora whistled. Pikachu froze when he heard some chomping sounds. The yellow Mouse Pokémon looked up and saw apples disappearing from left to right. A few apple cores were tossed out and lands in front of Pikachu.

"Pika?" Pikachu asked. Sora, Kairi, Karen, Tracey, Angel, Blossom, and Togepi approached Pikachu and saw the apple cores.

"Pikachu! You ate some apples even after we were just looking around!" Kairi exclaimed.

"Eevee," Angel said in a stern tone.

"I'm surprised at you, Pikachu! I know you love apples, but you gotta control yourself!" Sora said.

"Pika, Pika, Pika! Pikachu, Pika!" Pikachu said pointing up to the trees.

"Are you saying there's something else here?" Sora asked.

"Pika!" Pikachu nodded as Sora, Kairi, Karen, Tracey, Angel, Blossom, and Togepi looked around. Sora took his eyes off the trees just in time for an apple to fall off one of the trees and lands in Pikachu's paws. "Pikachu!" Pikachu yelped.

Kairi, Tracey, Karen, and the other Pokémon turned around away from the trees and they wenched when they saw the same apple.

"Pikachu did take the apples!" Karen said.

"Pika!" Blossom said.

"We don't know that," Kairi said.

"I'm with Kairi," Sora said. "That apple fell from one of these trees! I saw it myself." A net comes out of nowhere and lands on Pikachu. "Pikachu!" The young woman from before came up to the yellow Mouse Pokémon with a stern look on her face.

"I've got you now, you little criminal!" The young woman said. "So, you're the sneaky little apple poacher I've been looking for."

"Wait a minute! You're making a mistake! It wasn't Pikachu!" Sora said. "That apple simply fell into this Pikachu's paws. I know because I saw it."

"Oh, sure you did," the young woman scoffed. "I caught this Pikachu red-handed. And how do you plan to prove it?" Sora knew she did have a point and he saw something on the apple. He saw small bite marks on the apple.

"I know very well how to prove it," Sora said, taking the net off and taking the apple from his paws. "Pikachu, open your mouth as wide as you can." Pikachu opens his mouth to the widest he can go. "Have look at these bite marks. These are too small to be Pikachu." She looked at the apple and realized the mistake she made.

"You're right. These are too small to be Pikachu's," the young woman said, bowing her head in apology. "I am so very sorry to blame your Pikachu. Please forgive me."

"It's okay. It was an honest mistake," Sora said.

"When you work as hard as me, you tend to get carried away. My name is Charmaine," she introduced.

"My name's Sora and you already met Pikachu," Sora said.

"Pika," Pikachu said.

"My name's Kairi, and this is Angel," Kairi introduced.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"I'm Tracey," Tracey said.

"And I'm Karen, and this is Blossom," Karen said.

"Pikachu," Blossom said.

A few minutes later, Charmaine lead them inside and they explained they went off to Ecruteak City for a Gym battle and searching for a friend who went missing. Karen asked if she seen him, but she confirmed that she didn't. Charmaine fed Pikachu, Angel, Blossom, and Togepi some of the apples.

"I'm sorry that I couldn't help find your friend, Karen," Charmaine said.

"It's okay. I figured it would have been too easy anyway," Karen said. "I won't give up."

"But again, I am so sorry. I have no excuse," Charmaine apologized.

"It's okay. You were only protecting your orchard," Kairi said.

"Just glad that you're so understanding," Charmaine said.

"Just how did you know that your apples were disappearing?" Tracey asked.

"How about I show you and you can see for yourselves," Charmaine suggested. Her guests accepted the invitation. She showed them the alarms up in the trees. "Up there in the trees are several bells. Those happen to be my alarm system," Charmaine said.

"No wonder you came so fast. Pretty good way to get around," Karen said.

"Pika," Blossom said.

"I just hate the thought of somebody of stealing my apples after all the hard work of tending to them," Charmaine said.

"Kinda reminds of me of that pumpkin incident," Sora pointed out.

"Pumpkin incident?" Charmaine asked, blinking twice.

"He's talking to the time we passed by a pumpkin patch being invaded by a Snorlax," Kairi said.

"Is that right?" Charmaine said.

"Whatever is here is way smaller than a Snorlax," Sora said.

"Maybe we should stick around and catch the apple poachers red-handed," Tracey suggested.

"Tracey's right. We can't let some other Pokémon frame Pikachu and get away with it," Sora said.

Not too long, the noisemakers goes off.

"That was fast!" Kairi said.

"It's them again!" Charmaine said.

"They're on the move!" Sora said.

Up in the trees, the thieves turns out to be some Pichu. One of the Pichu took a bite of the apple and took off through the trees. Pikachu lead the pursuit.

"They're fast!" Karen said.

As the Pichu ran for it, one of them drops the apple it took a bite on and falls onto the ground. Pikachu stops at a bush as Charmaine, Sora, Kairi, Karen, and Tracey stopped as Charmaine picks up the apple and examines it.

"This has the same bite marks as the one you showed me," Charmaine said.

Pikachu went through the same bush and followed them inside. The Pichu sighed with relief that they managed to get away.

"Pika!" Pikachu shouted coming out of the bushes. The Pichu yelped in surprise.

"So it was you. It's wrong to steal. I almost got into trouble for something you did!" - Pikachu subtitle.

"We're sorry." - Pichu subtitle.

"It's just, we were hungry." - Pichu 1 subtitle.

"PICHU!" A loud cry is heard as Pikachu and the three Pichu went to the source. A whole bunch of Pichu were huddled together scared. The three Pichu and Pikachu came and saw a Fearow flying above them.

"A Fearow?" - Pikachu subtitle.

"That Fearow was chasing us around!" - Pichu 2 subtitle.

Charmaine, and her guests looked up and saw the same Fearow flying around the area.

"Is that a Fearow up there?" Karen asked.

"It Is. And it has its eye on something," Charmaine said.

"And it's flying in the same direction Pikachu went," Sora said.

"Eevee!" Angel said with concern.

The Fearow kept circling the sky as Charmaine, Sora, Kairi, Karen, Tracey, Angel, Blossom, and Togepi saw the Pichu.

"Oh my!" Charmaine said.

"Pichu," Kairi said.

"That explains the small bite marks," Sora said.

"So these are the Pokémon that has been stealing my apples?" Charmaine asked.

"They're very cute, aren't they?," Kairi asked.

"But how did they get here?" Karen asked.

"Excellent question," Tracey said.

The Fearow flies down to attack the little Pichu knowing they were too scared to run. Two more Pichu, one has the same yellow coat as Pikachu and one has a spiky ear heard the other Pichu cries climbed up a tree and shocked the Fearow, but the shock themselves as well.

"You see that?" Sora asked.

"That one Pichu is a Shiny Pichu and that other one has a spiky ear. They must be protecting those other Pichu," Tracey said.

"They did hurt that Fearow, but they also hurt themselves, too," Karen said.

"Pikachu," Blossom said.

The two Pichu fell to the ground with the other Pichu. Fearow shook off the shock and came down. They covered their eyes fearing the inevitable. Pikachu ran in front of the Pichu.

"LEAVE THEM ALONE, YOU BUZZARD!" - Pikachu subtitle.

The Shiny Pichu and the Spiky-eared Pichu opened their eyes and saw Pikachu shoot out his Thunderbolt attack shocking Fearow making the bird Pokémon fly away.

A few minutes later, some of the Pichu gave some of the apples the stole and gave Charmaine an apologetic look.

"Pichu, Pi," the Pichu said when its stomach grumbled. All of the bellies of the Pichu growled as they were all hungry.

"These Pichu must not have eaten for quite a while," Sora pointed out.

"Most of them must have been weak from hunger so they been stealing the apples just to feed them," Kairi said.

"That's probably why they're here," Tracey said.

The Shiny Pichu and Spiky-eared Pichu looked to the Pikachu.

"Pika," Pikachu said.

"Don't worry, Pikachu. I'll take care of it," Charmaine said. She placed a bunch of apples on leaves and presented. "Okay, come and get it." All the Pichu were scared. "Don't be scared, they're all for you." The Pichu happily ate the apples as fast as they were given to them.

"They're eating like they never seen food before," Karen said.

"They must be very happy," Kairi said.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"Toge, Toge," Togepi chirped.

"The problem is they love the apples so much, now they'll never leave the orchard and they'll eat all the apples faster than I can pick them. I can't let that happen," Charmaine said.

"That is a problem," Tracey said, stroking his chin. "If only there was some way the Pichu can stay and Charmaine can pick apples."

Everyone thought for a moment until. Sora looked at the Pichu and the trees. He looked back and forth until he got an idea.

"Wait a minute! I got something!" Sora said. Charmaine, Everyone all looked at him.

"What's your idea, Sora?" Charmaine asked.

After a few minutes of explaining, Sora had Pikachu teach the Pichu about protecting the apple orchards. Tracey uses his sketches just so the Pichu could get an idea on how to do it. And when a flock of Pidgey came to steal some apples the Pichu got to work in defending the orchard. The Tiny Mouse Pokémon shocked the Pidgey, shocking themselves in the process. After defending the orchard, Pikachu then teaches the Pichu about apple picking. Pikachu picked an apple and put in the the basket. The Pichu quickly caught on and picked the apples and placed them in the basket.

"That was very good thinking, Sora! You found a way for Charmaine to pick the apples and for the Pichu to stay," Karen said.

"Well, I figured the Pichu wouldn't leave so easily, so I thought this would make a good solution for both parties," Sora said.

"This solution is definitely working," Tracey said. "This way, everyone is happy."

"With the Pichu pitching in, I can pick even more apples than I have picked before," Charmaine said smiling.

"You might as well consider it their way of paying you back for all the fruit they stole," Kairi said.

"Toge, Toge," Togepi chirped.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"And instead of being enemies, you and the Pichu can be friends. Your orchard will be safer than before," Tracey said. Charmaine smiled knowing he was right.

"Pikachu!" Pikachu said.

"Pichu!" The Shiny and Spiky-eared Pichu chirped. They went up to their evolved form with a hug.

"Pika?" Pikachu asked confused. The Pichu looked up and smiled. They nuzzled him and Pikachu returned the favor with a hug.

"I think those two Pichu likes Pikachu," Kairi said.

"I think so, too. And I think they want to be with Pikachu," Sora said. "You got yourself two new little brothers."

"Actually the one with the spiky-ear is a girl," Kairi said, knowing they which gender they are.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"The same can be said with Blossom," Karen said.

"Well, since they'll be coming with us, it means that these two will be your responsibility from now on," Sora said.

"Pika," Pikachu said, doing a salute.

"Thank you so much for helping out," Charmaine said.

"We were happy to help out," Sora said. "Take care."

Joined by two new Pichu, Sora, Kairi, Karen, Tracey, Pikachu, Angel, Blossom, and Togepi continued on their way to Ecruteak City while two parties have joined forces after starting out as enemies and then became friends. Pikachu and Blossom have now an adoptive brother and sister, and things might get interesting as we continue with the journey to adventure.
