The finale to the USJ comes to a head. Students are beaten up. Villains are beaten up. Everyone's getting beat up. Who comes out on top? And what secrets are getting spilled in the aftermath.

To say Suri was pissed would be an understatement.

It took mere seconds for her to go from the top of the staircase, down into the plaza, and send an infuriated fist into the bird-beaked, overly muscled monster's chest. There was enough power behind the punch that a shockwave of power and air blew outwards from the collision with a loud meaty smack that rang through the open air. Suri then drove an equally hateful and force-filled left hook into the giant's ribs and filled the plaza with another loud thudding sound. The girl's eyes went wide as she looked up from where she had connected not only once, but twice, with as much power as she could deliver. Neither had done much more than make the thing's skin ripple from the impact.

"You! Let her go! Now! Smash!"

Suri heard Midoriya scream to her right, her eyes tracing to where he was at the edge of the giant pool that took up that entire side of the plaza. He was shouting at a scrawny villain with silver blue hair and a dozen… hands?... covering his body, one of which hid his face. He was reaching towards Tsu, all but grabbing her face as the greenette directed a mighty punch towards him.

At the last moment he jumped back, dodging a direct blow, which made the ground quake and begin to crumble with the sheer force behind that punch. In that split second that Suri watched Midoriya try to smash the scraggly villain with his fist, a much larger fist connected with the girl, making every miniscule trace of breath escape her lungs. One second she was watching Midoriya the next she was seeing the ground, the roof of the USJ, the many training zones inside the building, and more as it all mixed together into a blur of motion. And then every inch of her body was met with a haze of blows and hits that left her aching.

She had been sent flying and then she hit the ground once, twice, a dozen, two dozen times and then slid to a stop. The last dozen meters of her near hundred and fifty meter journey being ridden out sliding on her side across the brick paved ground. Even after she had stopped her breathing never returned until it was inhaled in a pain filled wheezing of a gasp followed by hoarse cough. Her ribs, where the creature had hit her, buckled. She could feel the cracks in the bones and could feel at least one rib scraping along her insides as she tried to relearn how to breathe. She couldn't move as her body tried its best just to teach itself how to do one singular function again and it was all she could do not to scream in pain.

Or in fear.

The beady eyes of the creature that had hit her were fixed on her, even as it crashed Aizawa's head into the ground and then stood up off of him. He was walking towards her. Her eyes also caught sight of Midoriya and the villain who were about to square off. She could see that her classmate's index and thumb were broken and bruised badly. He'd used his Quirk but she wasn't sure if he'd been injured like that before or if it was from his most recent strike. He flinched as the villain lunged forward, reaching a hand out towards him.

Something about being touched by the man scared the hell out of Midoriya. How do you fight a villain you can't let touch you?

Not good.

Not that she could do anything because she couldn't even move to go help him, Tsu, and Mineta - now that she could see all three of her classmates - let alone save herself from the lumbering beast that was headed her way. Her eyes went wider and her pupils shrunk from the damage he left in his wake as blood pooled around Aizawa's head.

This was it. The thing had just killed her teacher and she was next on its list.

"F-fuck," she choked out in a pained breathless tone. "S-stay… the f-fuck… a-away…"

Her head was able to move the few inches it took to look up as the monstrous thing looked down at her. The look in its eyes was somewhere between crazed and emotionless. It was terrifying to look up and see her end. Her eyes clenched shut and she waited for the killing blow, hoping and praying it would come swiftly and painlessly. The next thing she heard was a loud thunderous crash that shook the entire ground and filled the entire building from top to bottom. She waited for the end. Waited for that nothingness.

Nothing.

The booming roar of the crash gave way to a painful silence loud enough that you could hear a pin drop into the ocean. What was it waiting for? And then her nose flared as a familiar scent teased at her senses. It was him.

"Have no fear, students. I am here!"

A small smile curled onto Suri's lips and her consciousness fluttered.

"N-Now you're fucked," she muttered up towards the beast as darkness filled her eyes.

She drifted off one second looking towards the heap that had been Aizawa and then another second and her nose filled with the scent of something with an underlying sweetness. Her eyes slowly lifted and were soon met with a thick mop of green hair, a freckled cheek, and a sternly focused emerald iris. She felt a firm grasp of hands on the undersides of her thighs and a firm but warm surface of a muscular back that her front laid upon. He was carrying her on his back up the stairs towards the entrance.

Was it over? Had All Might won already?

"... he's at his limit already. He shouldn't be using One For All right now but I'm the only one in class that knows that. He's saving us but at what cost? Everyone's cheering him on but they don't know what kind of trouble he's actually in."

Midoriya was whispering to himself, quiet enough that he didn't think anyone could hear him. And then the motion of going upwards, climbing the stairs stopped and Midoriya turned back towards the plaza. Suri's eye found its way towards what everyone had turned around to look at and it made her heart thud. All Might was inside the ground, a whirlpool of black and purple surrounding him before it began to squeeze shut on him. She could see blood on his shirt. It was his. He was hurt and they were about to achieve what they set out to do.

Her eyes then turned back up towards Midoriya who looked both determined and terrified. But she knew that look. He was about to do something extremely stupid. She knew it because in all actuality; it would be the exact thing she'd do. Because she more or less had already done something stupid, which was why she was being carried anyway.

"Ya know," she whispered into his ear as she went back to watching the greenette. "Under different circumstances, this would be pretty romantic."

He jumped and wailed in a startled tone, nearly dropping Suri but quickly regained his composure. Mostly anyway.

"K-Kuroyashi! I-I'm sorry. I-didn't ask you if it was okay to carry you b-but you were unconscious a-and All Might-"

"There's the Deku I know," she sighed with a smile. "It's okay, really. I absolutely appreciate you carrying me like this, Honestly, I should be the one apologizing to you."

She calmly moved one of her arms from being draped over his surprisingly broad shoulders and traced down his arm to his hand. She cupped her hand over his, briefly intertwining hers with his before cupping the underneath of his palm on her thigh. She gently loosened his grip on her, which he caught on to, and the two of them cautiously tested her balance standing upright. A slight stumble but other than that she could stand.

"Kuroyashi, you sure you're okay to stand? Ribbit."

"Yeah, I'm gucci" she nodded and looked back at the frog girl, her tongue slightly sticking out while Aizawa was draped over her shoulders like Suri had been on Midoriya's. Mineta was behind them, holding their teacher's legs off of the ground to carry him up the stairs. "How is he holding up?"

"He's in bad shape," Mineta answered in a worried tone. "Really bad."

"He managed to save Asu- I mean Tsu's life before that thing, I think they called him Nomu, took him out of commission for good," Midoriya added. "Then All Might came, gathered all of us up and told the three of us to carry you and Mr. Aizawa to safety."

"Uncle Toshi," Suri whispered worriedly as she spun her head back to where All Might was being squeezed and tortured.

She placed a hand on her rib where the… Nomu had hit her. She still had a pair of cracked ribs and the scraping had slightly subsided to where it didn't bother her. She was healing.

Slowly.

Still, that was good news at least so it was good enough for her.

"If you're going, I'm going," Suri said, her eyes focused on the scene below.

"But-"

"No buts Midoriya," she gave him a stern glare that made him shudder. "Tsu, Mineta, get Mr. Aizawa to the others, he's going to need medical attention along with Thirteen."

"Thirteen is-"

"She's alive," Suri cut off Mineta's shrieking and gave him a comforting glance. "She's in bad shape. But with enough of our classmates up there, including you two, all of you will be safe since you'll have numbers on your side. Trust me, we're all getting out of here alive but first, Deku and I need to have each other's backs and make sure neither of us do something really fucking stupid."

The end of her comment her eyes had turned towards Midoriya who had a look of shock at first that transformed into the same determined and confident glare. He nodded to her and the two of them began walking, then running in unison side by side. Soon they were sprinting as fast as they could towards the Symbol of Peace, Deku with tears forming in fear, Suri with rage boiling from seeing her family being hurt. It only took them a few seconds to get down the stairs and back into the plaza barrelling towards the small group of villains ganging up on a solo All Might.

Midoriya leapt forward with an outreached hand, winding up for a giant punch, when suddenly the shadowy mist form of the warp gate villain was directly in front of him. He was going to get sucked up and thrown somewhere else, or worse. Suri reacted with the only thing that came to mind in that split second and dropped her shoulder into him. The greenette yelped in surprise as he was pushed forcefully to the side and met eyes with Suri who was about to take his place in the abyss.

Suri scowled and yelled at the villain, her eyes focusing on the metal casing just below the sharp yellow eyes. Was that his body? Only one way to find out. She wound up and clenched her fist tightly, trying to lunge herself with the continued momentum that she had. She drove her fist into the villain as hard as she could and was greeted with an explosion.

"Get the hell outta my way, Mohawk!"

Suri looked up after rolling on the ground and coming up on one knee as Bakugou rode the villain down to the ground and held him against the floor. The metal container that the blonde had struck was still smoking from Bakugou's explosions. Her eyes then quickly shifted as she watched ice race across the ground towards the whirlpools and the giant creature that still had a deathgrip on All Might.

"One of your poorly trained thugs told me you're here because you think you can kill All Might," Todoroki spoke, glaring with semi emotionless eyes towards the scene.

The creature was frozen in place, meaning he was no longer tugging All Might downwards into the abyss and the two of them were at a stalemate. All Might took the opportunity to grab the creature who had nearly one entire side of its body frozen and force it off of him. He managed to squirm himself away and then jump a safe distance from the Nomu and the swirling abysses he had been trapped in moments before.

Another passionate scream brought Suri's attention to Kirishima flying through the air towards the lead villain with hands all over his body. The silver blue haired man jumped backwards at the last moment to dodge the redhead who got back up and shuffled back with a disgruntled face and a goan of annoyance.

"Damn! That was gonna be cool!"

"Guess I found your body that time, ya smokey bastard!" Bakugou hissed towards the villain he had pinned to the ground.

"The Symbol of Peace will not be defeated by delinquents like you," Todoroki added with a cold but fierce tone.

"Kurogiri," the scrawny man said with a nasally rasp that gave every word he spoke a sandpaper like grit. "How could you let this brat get the best of you? You've gotten us into a real jam here."

"It's because you got careless and underestimated all of us," Suri growled in response, taking up a position beside Midoriya, Todoroki, and Kirishima.

"It was easy to figure you out," Bakugou smirked. "Only certain parts of you turn into that smoking warp gate. You use the mist to hide your actual body as a distraction, thinking that made you safe. That's why we missed the first time."

"You live up to your school's reputation," the villain responded. He actually sounded impressed with the teen holding him down.

"If you didn't have an actual body, you wouldn't need this neck armor, right? So you're not immune to physical attacks as long as they're well aimed. So don't move! You try anything funny and I'll blow your ass up, got it? They'll be cleanin' you up for weeks!"

"That doesn't sound very heroic of you," their leader replied. "They escaped uninjured and captured my two most powerful players. Kids these days really are amazing. They make the League of Villains look like amateurs. Can't have that."

"The League of who?" Suri scoffed.

Suddenly, the creature shrieked with a piercing sound that made her cover her ears and cringe from the sound. When her eyes opened again, they went wide as she and the others watched the thing bend itself back upright through the two whirlpools. The arm and leg that were encased in Todoroki's ice shattered as Nomu stumbled to the ground. It wasn't even phased by losing the limbs.

"How is that thing still moving?"

"Stay back," All Might shouted. And for good reason. A stub of muscle tissue jutted from the creature's missing arm and leg before quickly molding and reshaping itself into a new arm and leg to replace the ones it had lost. Suri had seen limb regeneration before. If a lycanthrope was injured or mangled enough they could heal, even getting limbs torn off, as long as they were able to make the change to their beast. If it was within a few hours of the injury, entire limbs would return good as new after they shifted from their full beast back to human. But this? Spontaneous regeneration? This was new. Was that this guy's Quirk? Was that why he was so hard to injure or even phase with any amount of force and violence?

"What the hell is this," All Might questioned with a booming tone. "I thought you said his Quirk was shock absorption?"

"I didn't say that was his only Quirk," the blue haired villain snickered. "He's got super-regeneration too. He's been genetically modified to take you on at 100% of your power. He's basically a highly efficient punching bag that hits back. But first we need to free our method of escape. Get him, Nomu."

"Shit, not good," Suri readied herself to jump at Bakugou to tackle him and get him out of the creature's patch but was met with a rush of wind, dust, and a shockwave that forced her to shield her eyes.

"Kaachan!" Midoriya cried out with a terrified tone.

As the dust settled, Bakugou was now sitting wide eyed and frozen in shock next to the four of them. Four? That didn't sound right.

"Kaachan? Whoa, that's awesome, you dodged it!"

"Shut it, you damn nerd," Bakugou growled.

"But wait," Kirishima started, "how'd you get over here."

"He had help."

"Isn't it obvious."

Suri and Todoroki spoke at the exact same time before sharing a glance at each other and then towards a pair of rutts that lead from where the Nomu was now towards a nearby concrete wall.

"These are kids and you didn't hold back, huh?" All Might grumbled disapprovingly.

"I didn't have a choice," the hand covered villain sneered. "He was threatening my companion. Besides, these kids are no angels. That one," he pointed towards Midoriya, "tried to kill me with a maxed-out punch. And that one," he pointed to Suri, "was going to claw my friend here to pieces. What kind of hero does something like that? You think you can get away with being as violent as you want if you say it's for the sake of others."

Suri flinched and swallowed hard at that comment.

"You know what, All Might, that pisses me off. Why do some people get to decide that some violent acts are heroic and others are villainous? You cast judgment as to what's 'good' and what's 'evil.' You think you're the Symbol of Peace and Justice? You're just another government-sponsored instrument of violence. And violence always breeds-"

"More violence," Suri cut off the monologuing with a snarling growl. "Yeah. It does. That said, you're forgetting something about all of these ideals of yours. Violence is just human nature. Look around you," Suri gestured outwards, "the world is filled to the brim with violence and that will never change. You can't change base human nature when we, at our cores, are nothing more than wild animals. Humans have and will always be the most violent and destructive creatures to ever inhabit the Earth and that is just fact. So yeah, I'm gonna sit here and judge you, because between you and me," Suri slowly crouched into her pouncing position. "The difference between our brands of violence is exactly what you said: for the sake of me. My classmates. My friends. My family. MY. PACK."

The anger rolled out from Suri and the energy between her and the boys behind her became a thick blanket of heat. Midoriya and Kirishima were the ones to voice, partially, the sensation that poured over them in sharp gasps.

"K-Kuroyashi?" Midoriya let out a breathy voice.

"What is this?" The rasp in the blue haired villain's voice was strained, slightly panicked. The energy that rolled outwards from the beast girl bit along his skin and made him itch worse than he ever did before. He wheezed his disapproval. "What… are you?"

"I feel so... energized," Kirishima spoke to himself, looking towards his other classmates and wondered if they felt the same.

"Y-yeah," Midoriya replied, his eyes shifting to the girl in front of him. He then looked to the others, to All Might, and then to the three villains. "Guys, let's go on the offensive all together. We've got them outnumbered."

"Hell yeah, plus we've got All Might."

"Suri!" All Might called out, his deep set, piercing blue eyes staring a hole into her soul. "Stand down, and get out of here."

"Unc-" Suri looked to the towering man with surprise and then shrunk back ever so slightly. "A-All Might. We can do this! Let us help!"

"You can help by staying back, I've got this."

"No offense, sir, but you wouldn't be here without our help."

"I thank you for your assistance, Young Todoroki, but this is different."

"But you're too hurt," Suri and Midoriya pleaded in unison.

"You're bleeding. And you're almost out of t-" Midoriya caught himself. Suri noticed his caution. He knew something. He was hiding something and when Suri saw All Might nod towards him and then put a thumbs up.

"Uncle Toshi," she thought to herself, "what's going on? You'd tell me if there was something wrong, right?"

"I'll be fine. Just sit back and watch a pro at work."

"Nomu. Kurogiri. Kill him. I'll deal with the children. Let's clear this level and go home."

A shiver ran through Suri's body and she gasped as the air around All Might shifted, becoming a typhoon of pure energy and power that poured from him. It was like the wave of power that Suri had been doing only… so much more powerful. So much bigger. So much so that it took everyone's breath away, made her and her classmates, made the lead villain, made all of them take a shuddering gasp of air.

And suddenly All Might was moving, rushed forward to meet Nomu and the crashed together to create a massive tidal wave of force. Forceful enough that it blew everyone backwards. Suri was grunting through gritted teeth, her claws lengthening enough so that she could dig them into the ground and withstand the force. The air was rushing, making it hard to breathe but she forced herself to stay in place.

"So… much.. force," Suri gasped out.

"He's taking the brain-guy head on," yelled Midoriya.

"So fast." spoke Todoroki with more shock and emotion in his voice than Suri had heard before.

All that could be seen was a blur of motion and wave after wave of explosive gusts of power and energy. All Might was punching Nomu with every ounce of energy and strength in rapid succession like his fists were firing from an automatic machine gun. Blow after blow, dozens of them that forced the creature back step by step. Sure, it would get a single hit in every once in a while but it couldn't withstand the barrage and fury All Might came at it with.

"... I'll just have to go beyond and force you to surrender!"

Suri and the others were wide eyed, frozen to watch the entire scene as best as they could. Even with her heightened senses, Suri found it nearly impossible to follow every movement because of the speed or weight of energy it carried. One moment All Might was punching Nomu rapid fire, the next the two were airborne with All Might swinging the giant creature like a ragdoll and then tossing him with meteoric force down towards the Earth. Then like that All Might was on the ground while the muscle bound creature was screeching in pain, floating in mid air after bouncing on the ground like he was a ball.

"Now for a lesson. You've heard these words before but I'll teach you what they really mean. Go beyond," he yelled, winding up one last massive punch. "PLUS ULTRA!"

And then the thing was gone. A black ball of blurred motion that rocketed skyward, tore through the roof of the building and then disappeared into nothingness.

"That," Suri muttered breathlessly, "was amazing."

"Back in my heyday that would've taken five punches to knock that guy out. But today, I delivered more than 300 mighty blows," All Might boasted then turned to the two remaining villains. "You've been bested, villains. Surrender so we can all get this over with quickly."

The two became caught in a staredown, seeing who's wits would give out in the end. The scrawny villain started furiously itching and scratching at the sides of his neck, leaving massive red patches from the abuse. He was muttering something to himself about being cheated, lied to about All Might getting weaker, and a series of game over comments.

"What's wrong? Not attacking me? Didn't you say you were going to clear this level earlier? Well come on! Come and get me if you dare."

"Man," Bakugou spoke quietly. "This is intense."

"As expected, there's no reason for us to fight. He'll handle this."

"Yeah," Kirishima agreed with Todoroki. "He's got this. Let's go regroup with the rest of the class and get out of his way. Don't want to end up as hostages or something."

Suri looked towards the three behind her and nodded. A part of her agreed that All Might was on such another level that at that point, they were nothing more than cannon fodder. Innocent bystanders that could potentially get in the way. She stood and turned to walk with Kirishima, Bakugou, and Todoroki but stopped and turned back to Midoriya who hadn't moved and still looked scared. His fear was directed at All Might.

"Midoriya, Kuroyashi, come on, let's get out of his way, yeah?" Kirishima called out.

"Right," Suri answered quietly then turned back and gently placed a hand on the greenette's shoulder. "Midoriya?"

"Suri, something is wrong," her inner voice spoke. And then her ears perked and her eyes turned back to where the rest of her group was to see the dozens of villains that Aizawa had taken out beginning to stir and wake up. Her eyes then went back to All Might and she focused on him. Was there… steam coming off of him? That didn't seem right.

Her inner beast rolled out of the forest clearing inside her mind and towards the surface of her skin just as she saw the two remaining boss villains begin to rush forward towards All Might. She was running, bounding on all fours side by side with Midoriya who'd launched himself forward at the same time. Both of them were lunging, screaming with guttural rage and anticipation. Before they knew it though, Kirugiri, the black and purple smoke villain was in front of them and a pale hand was reaching outwards from his center mass. Her sense said that him touching anyone would not be good but she didn't have the right angle or momentum to knock the greenette out of the way again. And just as time began to freeze and Suri thought for sure she was about to watch the boy next to her die, a shot rang out and blood splattered from that pale dusty hand.

Both of them missed their target and fell to the ground beside each other. Suri's energy rapidly left her and turned her completely back to human while Modriya crawled, dragging a pair of broken legs behind him. In awe, both of them watched as the pro hero teachers entered the building, swiftly kicked ass and handled every villain that had come. They both watched as Thirteen, leaning heavily against Yumei, even got her revenge and began to suck the two remaining villains towards her only for them to finally retreat and disappear completely.

With them gone, silence fell onto the central plaza. A silence that was then broken by the soft sounds of muffled sobbing and a breath that Suri didn't know she'd been holding in. That breath melded into a soft hiss as Suri's ribs pushed in against her chest and reminded her that they were cracked or possibly broken. It was also a reminder that she could barely move from how exhausted she was.

"I couldn't do it," Midoriya began to weep and close in on himself. "I wasn't able to help you."

"Midoriya," Suri sighed, looking solemnly towards the boy. "I… you did more than I did."

"Stop that," All Might spoke softly. "That is absolutely wrong. You two, you saved me. If not for the few vital seconds you two provided… I'd be dead right now."

Suri looked up to her uncle and went wide eyed. He stood there but he was only partially recognizable. He was more skeletal with almost all of his muscle and bulk shrunk away into nothingness and leaving his normally bold and striking features withered away.

"U-uncle Toshi," Suri gasped.

"You'll have to forgive me, Suri, and Young Midoriya here," he gave a weak smile. "There is much to tell you. I only hope you'll give us a chance."

"Y-yeah," Suri replied, still in a state of shock. "Of course."

The beast girl moved onto her knees and then tried to stand but immediately fell back as her legs collapsed under her. She shifted back to a seating position and groaned as she laid back onto her back and took a deep breath.

"Shit, guess I used too much."

"That power of yours," All Might said with a soft chortle. "The only other person I've seen use the Wave of Dominance…"

"Yeah," Suri huffed a half hearted laugh. "Go figure right? I try to get away from the old man and be my own woman and whad'ya know, I inherit one of his Ulfric abilities."

"U-ulfric?" Midoriya gave a questioning glance.

"Guess we all have things to talk about," All Might sighed.

Suri nodded and then let a grin curl over her lips.

"Yeah, like how Green Bean over here was putting the moves on your favorite niece," she eyed Midoriya, watched him turn red and begin stuttering up a storm. He was too much fun to tease. She liked that about him. She liked him.Wait. Just as a friend, right?

"I-I can explain!"

All Might gave a hearty laugh.

"Yo, Midoriya, Kuroyashi!" Kirishima called out, running towards them.

"Sorry, I can't move," Midoriya responded.

Then he and All Might shared a look which Suri caught on to.

"We're wiped out," Suri called out. "Go on ahead, I'll catch up after I make sure Deku is able to get to Recovery Girl."

"You sure?"

"Yeah," and then a thought occurred to Suri. She couldn't get up and needed to get up top where her new scaly acquaintance was waiting. "Hey Kiri! Make sure Nagamaki gets some medical attention as well."

"Nagamaki," he gave her a questioning glance.

"The snake girl that came with the villains," Suri responded.

The three men gave her a questioning glance.

"I owe her," Suri smiled, giving the red head a confident look. She then eyed All Might and Midoriya to make sure they heard her confirmation. "She saved my life back there at the Collapse Zone. She's a good kid, just needs a friend or two to get her on the right track. Ya know what I mean?"

"Heh, ya know, you're pretty manly, for a girl," Kirishima flashed a toothy grin.

She accepted the comment for what it was; a compliment, and then flashed him a thumbs up. A thumbs up that was suddenly hidden behind a wall that rose from the ground and she heard someone tell her classmate to go and regroup while he attended to the injured. A wall that made sure her uncle was able to keep this version of him hidden from view.

"Phew," All Might sighed. "You saved my butt there, Cementoss."

"Of course. I'm a big fan of yours by the way. Though," the stoney figure stepped out from behind the wall he created and walked towards the three of them. "That was quite reckless."

"I had to be, or we'd be dead right now. Those guys weren't pushovers."

Suri and Midoriya went wide-eyed and looked at each other. All Might was serious. Had they really been that close to dying?

"So this is what you look like for, like, twenty hours a day?"

"Yup, pretty much. Though, after this last fight, it might go up to twenty-three or so, I think."

Suri was still taking in the sight of her uncle - not blood related of course but family all the same - and his now normal form. It was still a bit of a shock to see and would take a lot of adjusting from seeing him as a walking wall of muscle and hope to a stick thin shell of himself. He had shown her the scar, the injury that had left him like this and a question burned on her tongue. Something she just thought to ask.

"So, five years ago, you said?"

"That's right."

"This… This happened while we were here in Japan. Is that why you called my dad? Not as a family vacation but as a work vacation."

"I knew that you'd ask that sooner or later. Don't hold it against your father for not telling you how bad I got messed up."

"Don't hold it against him?" her voice began to raise as she sat in the hospital bed across from All Might and Midoriya. "You called him here to have your back, as a friend, and as a brother, and he let you get this fucked up?"

"To be fair, he did have his hands full dealing with a group of villains on his own while I went after their leader. I'm just glad I was able to put an end to him and didn't lose my life completely."

"So when he told us you had some emergency hero work up north and wasn't able to come see us off at the airport?"

"Yeah," he sighed. "That was a lie."

"Mother fuc-ow!"

Suri rubbed her head and grumbled at the short old woman next to her as she brought the cane she had struck the girl with back to her side.

"Language, deary."

"Sorry."

Suri then looked to Midoriya, the boy who she just learned that up until a month or so ago, had been Quirkless. Born without a Quirk but still wanted so desperately to be a hero like All Might. It made so much more sense now why his power was so detrimental towards his own body which made her give a glare to her uncle. Had he really just given him this power, this so-called One For All, and thrown him to the wolves?

"Guess that's why his scent reminds me of yours, Toshi."

"I'm surprised that you're taking this all so well," the greenette spoke up.

"What, the fact that you were Quirkless and you had my uncle's power handed down to you like he apparently did?" She shrugged. Now to find out how he took her news. "Eh, technically, I'm still Quirkless. My deal isn't a Quirk at all."

"W-what?! But I've seen you! Y-you're-"

"A lycanthrope."

...

"A what?"

"I'm a werewolf," Suri shrugged again as she spoke matter of factly. "Though technically that's not a hundred percent correct. My dad's a werewolf and my mom's a wereleopard so I'm a hybrid of the two. They call my flavor of beast a wolpard for lack of any real word."

Midoriya looked dumbfounded and she could picture the gears turning in his head as he tried to compute and process everything. She smiled warmly and thought about her power and the power that he had inside him, they were fairly similar in retrospect.

"Think about it this way, this power of mine and my kind, it was the precursor to Quirks. Wereanimals, vampires, monsters, they've been around for thousands of years. When Quirks became normal we were able to sort of come out of the shadows and hide in plain sight and we're able to go around freely by basically registering our abilities as Quirks. They can be handed down the same way, they can skip generations, they can go dormant, but like this One For All," she raised a hand and took a deep breath. Her claws lengthened from her hands and she let them glint in the light of the evening sun. "It can be passed on. But… It's technically a disease, and it can be incredibly traumatic to someone who gets it by accident. A scratch or a bite while I'm drawing any power at all from my beast and suddenly 'tah dah' you turn furry once a month."

"But in the stories," Midoriya brought his fingers up to cup his chin. He looked deep in thought. "All of the really old fairy tales said you only change on the full moon. I've watched you change in the middle of the day. Like today fighting those villains."

"Trust me, kid, what she does is nothing," All Might chuckled and looked the girl over.

"You haven't seen the whole show like these two have," Suri pointed to All Might and Recovery Girl. "Uncle All Might has been to a few Lupanars, hell, he's an honorary member of the pack back in America. And Recovery Girl, I recently found out, is an old friend of my grandma's and has been to a Lupanar or two here."

"Lupanar?"

"The gathering of clans. Every wereanimal group has a special place that's sacred to them and on the full moon, we gather and celebrate our ancestors, our Gods, and the Earth."

"So like a festival?"

"I mean, there is… food… and dancing… sort of," Suri laughed and scratched the back of her head. Midoriya gave her another 'I have no idea what you're talking about but it sounds kinda interesting' look. "I'll make you a deal, Deku."

"What kind of deal?"

"If," she breathed deep and then gave Midoriya a stern, focused look. She'd lost friends over this before. Was she really willing to risk it again? "If… we stay friends, even after you see us," she held a hand over her chest. Her voice held a hint of sorrow, pain, and regret in it which he was sure to pick up on "If you don't get scared away and you still see me as me after my other half comes out in all her glory… I'll take you to a Lupanar as my honorary guest."

"I-I can't make any promises, Kuro-"

"Suri."

"H-Huh?"

"We know each other's dirty little secret, I think we're good enough to be on a name basis, right, Izuku?" she gave him a sly smile.

He smiled back with a smile that she would cherish and hope to see a lot more of in the future. And gods, there was that precious shyness and blush on his freckled cheeks that all but made her swoon.

"I-I can't make any promises... S-Suri... because there's a lot that scares me. But… I can promise to do my best to at least try."

"Thank you."

Suri grinned with a nod and took a deep breath as she moved to swing her legs off of her bed and then tried to stand. Success. She was able to stand on her own. As she was walking towards the door.

"Hey hey, Young Midoriya, this is quite a big deal!"

"I-It is?"

"Mhmm, according to what I've been told, it's a pretty big honor and you can only be invited by high ranking members of the wereanimal clans," added Recovery Girl.

"So Suri-"

"My dad," Suri grinned and let a seductive tone carry through her voice, "is Wolf King back home. My grandmother is the Leopard Queen here. So, according to Tooru, that makes me a princess~"

Izuku's brain clicked almost instantly and he became a stuttering mess once again. Suri was enjoying teasing the boy far too much but she decided, before she took her leave, she should send him to the moon with embarrassment. It was too cute of a sight to pass up.

"Oh, and Izuku, honey," she grinned, leaning her cheek against the doorframe. "This princess wouldn't mind being carried like you did earlier. Your back was super comfy~"

The greenette went wide eyed and was shocked to the point that he couldn't even say a single word. No stuttering, no long rambling, just complete and utter shocked silence. His face on the other hand, became the shade of a tomato as every ounce of blood rushed to his cheeks to put his embarrassment on full display. In front of his idol and mentor no less.

All Might and Suri began laughing hysterically at the display as the latter slid away from the door, gave a final wave goodbye and disappeared into the hallway. With a wide grin she walked back to the locker rooms, changed back into her school uniform, and then finally made her way outside to the front of the school. A warmth filled her as she walked out through the doors and was greeted by the sight of most of her class waiting there in the plaza in front of the school. As soon as she exited, she garnered the attention of Mina and Tooru who jumped up excitedly and rushed towards her.

"Suri," they shouted joyfully at the same time. The beast girl gave them a happy smile and wrapped an arm around each of them, pulling them into a tight hug. She held both of them tight and let out a long breath.

"I'm glad you two are safe."

"We had to make sure you were okay, you weren't answering your cell," Tooru replied.

"Oh, whoops. I left it in the lockers with my stuff before we got on the bus."

"Girl, you had us worried! You and Midori were the only ones that went to the nurse's office!"

"Really?" Suri backed enough to look Mina in the eyes, "no one else was injured?"

"A couple scrapes but that was it," Sero spoke up as he neared the group.

Suri sighed in relief. Her heart felt warm, she was safe, her friends and classmates were safe and that mattered much more than she had realized.

"Speaking of which, how is Midoriya? Ribbit."

Tsu had come along with Sero and looked up to the beast girl with a questioning glance.

"He'll be alright. He had two broken legs and two broken fingers but he should be out of there soon, I think. I mean, I'm out already and he wasn't much worse than I was. Even with my own healing, Recovery Girl had to fix two broken ribs from where the big guy had punched me, and I had a couple deep cracks from where Nagamaki tackled me to save me."

Her eyes went wide. Shit, how did she forget?

"Where is she anyway?" she looked to her friends with a frantic glance. The two of them looked at each other. Mina wore an unsure and hesitant expression, Tooru - well, Suri guessed it was the same as their pinkette friend.

"The last we saw her, she was being taken to talk to the police," Mina explained cautiously. "But that was an hour ago."

"Dammit! I'll be back. I gotta go find… her," Suri had all but gotten ready to take off running back into the school to look for the snake girl, the police, or maybe a teacher, anything really. When she turned back to look where she was going she stopped instantly as the front doors had opened to a rather apologetic looking Nagamaki.

The snake girl was following the tiny anthropomorphic dog-mouse-bear in a high class three piece suit that was Principal Nezu. Honestly, he looked adorable. Following him to Nagamaki's left was the R-18 hero, Midnight, in her trademark pale skin tight bodysuit and black corset, thigh high stockings and knee high leather boots. Suri's suspicions were correct; she was so much hotter in person.

And finally, on Nagamaki's right was… Kirishima?

Even with her confusion as to why the redhead was with them Suri rushed forward after the initial shock wore off. She met them half way and instantly dropped to her knees, almost certainly bruising them with the force, and bowed herself.

"Please don't punish her too harshly, Principal Nezu! Yes, she fucked up and did something stupid but she didn't and hasn't hurt anyone. She's a good kid and-"

"Well hello to you too, Miss Kuroyashi. And yes, I quite agree that she is a good kid as you say. She did save your life after all. I don't believe a budding villain would do that sort of thing. Do you, Midnight?"

"No, sir, I don't believe one would," Midnight answered with a sultry smile. "And they definitely wouldn't have students of our hero course vouching for her either."

"So," Suri dared to look with an almost pleading look. On her hands and knees she came face to face with Nezu. "She's not getting punished?"

"Oh, I didn't say that," Midnight had almost a sing-song voice and a wicked smile. She was nearly drooling. Was it really okay for having the pornstar hero herself teaching a bunch of teenagers? There wasn't a law against it so, no harm no foul?

Nagamaki visibly shivered at the thought and the near promise in the teacher's voice and response to Suri's question. Though the blush on her cheeks said…

"Of course there will be punishment," Nezu answered in a happy and pleasant tone. He was always such a happy and good spirited little guy wasn't he? "However, she did share a lot of vital information from what she was able to learn in her very short time as a would-be-villain. Not only did she save your life today but she might have just saved a few more. And because of that we and her parents have agreed to a bare minimum of six months house arrest and probation."

"I'll come off of house arrest in time to get in some training before next year," the snake girl finally spoke with a quiet tone. She held up a paper close to her chest, still looking down with a few regrets in her eyes.

But the paper. Suri had seen it before. Shit, she had filled one out a week after moving in with Grandma Kuroyashi.

"You mean, she'll get a shot?" Suri asked expectantly.

"Absolutely," Midnight answered with zeal. "She told us about her encounter with you and, oh my, such youthful passion!"

Midnight's eyes looked like she had seen the cutest and most wholesome animal picture ever taken and posted on the internet and was swooning over its utter adorableness. Her tone sounded like she had found the best porno she'd ever seen and just had to tell her girlfriends about it.

"Indeed, she will," Nezu answered more directly. "Like Midnight said, she has quite the passion, and I believe that she could have a very bright future with the right training. And what better than our prestigious institution!"

Not biased at all.

There was still one thing that was on Suri's mind.

"So Kirishima, why are you with them?"

"Well after you told me to go make sure she was taken care of. The girls," he pointed towards where Mina, Tooru, and Uraraka were standing," wanted me to go with her. When you put her with Thirteen, all of them started talking and got to know each other a little bit. Ashido, Uraraka, and Hagakure seemed to like her. And if our class rep is cool with her, then so am I. Plus, it turns out, she's a fan of Thirteen too."

"Because you didn't just cast me aside like others," Nagamaki spoke up. "I got to meet one of my idols and got to talk to her. It was like a dream come true."

"Miss Nagamaki here started her redemption before she was even taken by the police." Nezu looked up at the much taller snake girl with a smile earning a small smile in return. "She was the one who helped Thirteen to her feet to nearly apprehend the villains All Might was fighting."

A pang of regret tugged at Suri's chest. She felt like she had failed to help capture those last two villains though she could only imagine the regret Toshinori and Izuku felt. It would be just another thing to add to her list. Fuck, was it getting bigger.

Her eyes went from Nezu back to Yumei. If there was one thing she could be happy about, it was this girl. This girl that started out the day as an enemy. Someone who had tried to go the villain route because so many pushed her towards that path and yet, here she stood with at least a chance to make a change. And it was because Suri - albeit thanks to her libido - said to her something that she had needed to hear. Just simply acknowledging that the snake girl was, in fact, gorgeous, was what fractured the wannabe bad girl act. A small, simple act opened the door for the girl to start righting wrongs and mending mistakes. Sure it would seem a little shallow for that one simple comment to change everything but hey, words have more power than given credit for.

"I'll make a deal with you, Yumei."

The snake girl looked down with a sudden jerk, her interest almost immediately piqued.

"S-sure, what is it?"

"When your probation is over and you're out of lockdown, come by the Kuroyashi Compound. It's on the edge of the forest a couple kilometers directly north from Dagobah Beach, can't miss it. Between my Grandma and I," Suri gave the girl a wide fanged grin, "we'll get that fine ass of yours in shape and ready to dominate the entrance exams."

Yumei blushed furiously at that. The white and soft pink scales of her cheek flushing to a bright shade of red and her body practically stiffened as rigid as a statue. It reminded her a lot of Izuku. Which gave Suri another visual of the future meeting of the two and wondered which would be the worst of the blushing brides.

Suri also caught the most subtle of lip bites from Midnight. Go figure that their R-Rated teacher was a bigger hornball than her or even Mineta of all people. At least she wasn't brash about it like the purple midget was.

Yumei fought back the blush and fought to cure the rigidness in her body as she took a deep breath, straightened herself up and gave her new friend a firm look of pride.

"Deal!"

With that the two bowed, said their goodbyes after walking towards the rest of the group. She said her goodbyes to her other new friends, wished them luck with the rest of their school year and then followed Nezu and Midnight to a police van. Suri stood with her classmates and waved the girl off before one by one they began dispersing and heading home. After waving off Mina and Tooru, Suri turned back to see Uraraka and Iida still waiting.

"You guys headed out?"

"We were just waiting for Deku," Uraraka answered with a caring smile.

"With his acts of bravery today, it would be shameful for Midoriya to walk home by himself. Besides," Iida pushed up his glasses, "we were worried and wanted to see how he was doing."

"Yeah!" Wait," Uraraka paused and looked at Suri, "you saw him before you left the nurses office right? How was he?"

"A little banged up but not as bad as it could have been. I don't think he'll be much longer."

"Thank goodness," Uraraka replied, floating a hand over her heart. The gesture made Suri narrow her eyes and gain a small smirk.

"Anyway," she started stepping backwards towards the front gate. "I heard we won't have class tomorrow so I'll see you guys in a couple days. Be careful, yeah?"

"Take care class rep."

"Yeah, what Iida said!"

"Will do, oh and give my love to our little green prince charming," Suri laughed as she said it, getting a kick out of watching Uraraka go bright red. She really did enjoy teasing her friends to death, didn't she? And with a wave, she disappeared around the corner. "Peace!"

And with a bounce in her step Suri took off running, tapping into the reserves of her inner beast to make the run home. A hot shower, some food, and a face plant into her bed was all that she looked forward to for the rest of the night. And that's exactly what she would do.

Fuck, today had been exhausting.
