Todoroki, Iida, and Izuku learn Suri's dark secret. They're reactions are full of mixed signals. Will Tooru and Mina take it any better?
So the looks she got from Iida and Todoroki were incredulous and clearly asked, without words, whether their class representative was mildly insane or bat shit crazy.
She wasn't crazy!
Not really anyway.
And that had just been about the existence of werewolves, vampires, and other things. They didn't seem to quite wrap their heads around the entire idea. Izuku, being told about how people with blood related Quirks had to actually meet with local vampires, seemed to jump at that idea. Of course that totally made sense to him. Then again, over the last week, once it was made clear that both Tooru and Mina knew about the existence of the preternatural, the three of them did ask questions about wereanimals. Izuku and the girls were studious in that way.
The fact that he accepted it seemed to ease Iida and Todoroki. They even asked him outright about why he had taken it all so well.
"Well, I kinda already knew," he answered with a hesitant laugh.
"When we were in Recovery Girl's office after the USJ, I had to tell him what I was. You can't tell me you two hadn't noticed how fast I could heal without being in the old lady's care right?"
"Now that you mention it," Todoroki pondered out loud.
"That does make sense," Iida finished for him. "So if you are what you claim to be, does that mean you…"
Iida made a motion that, if his arms weren't so heavily bandaged together, he would be waffling in the air. And it would most likely be some sort of chopping motion like he usually did. Suri caught on and let a smirk cross her lips.
"Turn furry on the full moon? Break into homes to kidnap small children to eat them? Hunt and mutilate virgin women? Get hurt by silver and fire? Have an insatiable lust for blood and killing? A heathen devil worshipper? Eat little old grannies and then wear their clothes to trick their granddaughters so I can eat them?"
"Are you saying Little Red Riding Hood is true?" Todoroki asked, a vast amount of shock in his voice. Gods bless this awkward little muffin.
Suri just laughed and waved him off.
"Gods no! Big Bad Wolf, who's name was actually Demetri, was a German woodsman. He was a born werewolf and the townspeople were okay with it. In fact, he did a ton of work for the people and taught most of the village huntsman how to hunt. He was the reason some of those villages survived a lot of harsh winters and was a hero to them. And best of all, he and Abigail, Red, were lovers. The story got changed because the Catholic church said a monster tainted by the devil couldn't possibly be a good person. And more than that, the story of a girl and her werewolf lover having hot kinky consensual sex was," she raised her hands and made little air quotes, "immoral and impure in the sight of God."
The three of them looked at her with wide eyes, it only made her smile and shake her head more. What was she going to do with these boys?
"To answer you truthfully, yes I do go through a full change every full moon. It's the time when my beast, Atiena, gets to be in total control and our true form gets to come out. That being said, I don't technically need the full moon to go full beast. There's some of us that have an incredible amount of psychic power that they can 'bring beasts' and bring on the change without the need for the moon goddess' full light. Aside from that, the only truth out of all of the lore and stories and fairytales is that I'm deadly allergic to silver and fire. Hence why this never healed right," she answered everything before finally holding up her forearm. She showed them the scars she'd received from Tetsutetsu at the festival during the Cavalry Battle.
"What about those marks on your shoulders," Izuku asked, peering carefully at her shoulders.
His cheeks were red when he asked and when she looked down to see what he was asking about, she saw just how much cleavage she was showing off to the boys. Whoops. But good on Izuku for trying his best to be a very good boy. Gods, he was so innocent and adorable.
"Oh those," Suri answered when she noticed the scars on her shoulders. "Okay, so aside from silver and fire, the only thing my body can't fully heal is damage taken from other lycanthropes."
"Another of... your kind did that to you?" Iida asked. She was sure he was trying very very hard not to say the M word.
"Yeah, we sparred while I was training for the festival. We went at each other with claws, he gave me those when he pinned me down. And he fractured my forearms," Suri shrugged and pursed her bottom lip. "I still won."
"Is that why you didn't come to school?" Todoroki asked.
"No," Suri sighed and gave them an apologetic look. "I didn't show up cause I thought the entire class was avoiding me and didn't want me around."
The three of them looked away and returned their own apologetic look to her.
God, she was stupid. Of course they weren't purposely avoiding her. She was one of them and she needed to remember that.
"Now then," she sighed, and curled herself up. She was dreading this next part but she needed to let Iida know why she could relate to his anger and his desire for revenge. Why she knew the pitfalls of what could have happened if he had taken a life last night. "You've heard me compare the class to being our pack. I mentioned that once a month we all get together and that's the time that we get to beat the hell out of each other for fun."
"It happens on the full moon, I assume," Iida correctly guessed.
"It does. We have a meeting under the full moon called the Lupanar where we let our beasts out free. It usually ends in a hunt where our animal sides get to prey on deer and other wildlife like they would in nature. The jerky I bring to class to snack on is deer meat that Atiena's hunted personally on the full moon."
That little fact, made them gawk.
"During the Lupanar is when you can make challenges for power and prove yourself. The more you win and the stronger you are, the higher in the pack, pard if you're a leopard, you rank. That's where I learned how to fight. My dad, Alpha, is the ruling Ulfric, our Wolf King, of the pack back in Salt Lake and my brother, Mathias, is acting Ulfric. Since dad is always busy with hero work, the pack falls under Mathias' rule and protection. We had a member that never saw eye to eye with how my family ran things so they butted heads a lot but Mathias won every time. Then before the Lupanar five months ago, he threatened me and my family. Dad and Mathias have a rule during challenges; absolutely no killing."
Suri's face grew dark and she felt her body tighten and sink in on itself. She didn't want to relive it anymore, she didn't want to think about it. She wanted this to be in the past. Sadly, this wouldn't be the last time and she knew it.
"He said that after he killed Mathias and took over the pack he would kill my father, my brothers, Dante and Hunter, and then he would come after me and my mothers. He said he was going to rape me before he killed me. I told Mathias and my dad, but they didn't believe me. And then at the Lupanar, when he was on top of Mathias trying to rip out my brother's throat and kill him…"
She closed her eyes, took a deep breath, and spoke the truth in a cold tone.
"I had to act. I had to make sure he didn't get his wish."
Suri was shaking and her hands gripped at her jeans tightly. In her mind she felt Atiena in her human form stride up behind her, touch her shoulder and then let herself take over. This was both of their truths afterall.
"I took over, much like I am now," Atiena spoke, her usual seductive purr pulled back into a pitiful shell of what it usually was. "We were scared and angry at everything that night so when Hyrum made his move and tried to inflict damage that even the most powerful of us could not heal, we took matters into our own hands. We had to save our brother's life, protect our family, us, our clan, we had to do something. So I broke from the crowd, tackled him to the ground, and watched how surprised he was when I was above him and then… I ripped out his throat... and watched him die."
The three boys were completely silent, either too scared to say something or unsure of what to say at all.
"I did it to save lives. I did it because it felt like the right and just thing to do. So, Iida, I know how you felt, how you wanted to see the man that destroyed your brother to pay for what he did. I know the hatred you felt. You failed. And you're so much better for it," Suri looked up and into Iida's eyes, tears beginning to make hot trails down her cheeks. "You won't have to live with the guilt and regret you feel after you kill someone. You are going to be an amazing hero," she choked the last words out and began weeping.
Atiena, the giant scary beast that lived inside Suri, cried from guilt, sorrow, and bitter regret.
"I'm sorry guys," Suri spoke after a long moment, looking up at them with a weak smile. "I came to check in on you guys and make sure you were safe and… I made this all about me. I just…"
"Kuroyashi," Iida spoke softly. "I appreciate the effort of what you were trying to do. I know that the action you took that night had to be hard. Harder than I could truly imagine for myself. I commend you for trying to redeem yourself and make things right, truly I do. That said…"
Suri met the look in his eye and her smile became all the more pitiful.
She knew what was coming.
"You don't have to say anything. I get it," Suri said solemnly. "I just wanted to make sure you understood what would have happened if you carried out your revenge. How it would make you feel and how others would feel around you. Trust me, Iida, no one is more aware of the monster that I am, than me."
Iida opened his mouth to say something, closed it, and then looked down and away. Suri knew he was conflicted, she could see it eating at him. So with that, she moved off the bed, stood and began to walk away. She stopped at Iida and placed a hand on his shoulder, gripping in a comforting gesture. She looked out the windows to the morning sky and smiled.
"March fifth, three years from now," she said with a smile.
"What?" Iida asked with a dumbfounded tone.
"My eighteenth birthday. That's the date I'll face my judgment for what I've done. Until then, I'm going to try and save as many lives as I can. I want to be a decent hero and friend until that day and then that is when the incredible Ingenium will apprehend a fugitive and murderer." She looked into Iida's eyes and smiled, "if I get to choose how I face my judgment, I want it to be someone who I have the utmost respect and admiration for. Someone who I call a friend, and someone I know that, even when shit gets hard, will always be a hero in my eyes."
With the three boys looking at her wide wide eyed shock, mouths agape and floundering for something, anything, to say, she left. Suri turned for the door, walked in quick strides, and slipped out before any of them could say anything. She retrieved her backpack and briefcase and walked out to the lobby where she met Grandma Kuroyashi and Kurogami. She was silent and reserved for the rest of the day.
No matter how many times either woman tried to break her out of her low point, they couldn't succeed. She got to meet her grandmother's oldest, still living, friend and lover Gran Torino. She put on a weak smile the entire time she listened to the old woman talk about her dear Sora. She learned that at one point they had been a happy team of four with her and her grandpa and Sora and his partner Nana Shimura. She smiled at the way the two reminisced over their deceased lovers and had a realization just how much the four of them truly loved each other. Grandma had been Nana's, Uncle Toshi's mentor and predecessor, long time girlfriend all through highschool and early into their hero careers. She had so loved her, Takashi, and Sora and it had been painful to hear how they had drifted apart after being together for so long. Watching her grandmother and Sora, she realized that, even after so long apart, there was so much love there between them.
Now that she had all but reserved herself to her fate she had to make sure that the ones that she cherished most knew how much they meant to her. She had to tell Tooru and Mina how she felt. She had to and prayed that it wouldn't fall on deaf ears like it had back in America.
That scared her too.
What scared her more is that as much as she wanted to, she couldn't say those three words to either Mina or Tooru until they knew the truth. She had to tell them, just like she had Iida, Izuku, and Todoroki. Eventually everyone would know but they had to know first and not hear it through anyone else.
She owed them that much.
So when they arrived back in Shinjuku at the Lady Whiplash agency she made a beeline for her and Kurogami's apartment. Without a word she went into the bathroom, closed the door, locked it, and tucked herself into a corner on the floor as she pulled out her phone. She smiled and could already feel the beginnings of tears as she looked at her phone's home screen and the picture of her and Mina sandwiching Tooru and squishing their lips against her cheeks. She stared at the picture for a long moment before finally taking a deep breath and hitting the call button and ringing Mina's cell.
"Hey, girlfriend~"
"Hiyya, hot stuff~"
She was so excited and happy, so much joy in that lovely voice of hers and that in itself made Suri's heart flutter. Then came an equally happy voice that chorused and echoed the other. Together they were a heavenly duet that made Suri's chest and cheeks begin to burn with joy and happiness.
"Hey babes," Suri answered and it wasn't as happy as she'd hoped it sounded. And the two of them were quick to catch it.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Tooru asked quickly.
"Yeah, is everything okay? How's Midori, Iida, and Todoroki?" Mina added.
"They're good for the most part. Iida's going to have to have surgery at some point though. Stain really messed up his left arm. Deku and Todoroki just have some cuts and bruises is all, so they'll be fine. Me, I," Suri sighed, took a moment and then spoke softly and slowly. "Stain's words, I'm sure you've seen the manifesto that's already been going around, they… hit a little too close for home. And then listening to Iida I just…"
"Babe," Mina spoke softly, so much care in her voice, "what's up? You know you can talk to us."
Suri heard Tooru make a sound of agreement and she made out the soft swish of hair that signified that she had nodded her head with that sound.
"I should have seen it coming. How, after Iida's brother got attacked, he picked an agency in Hosu on purpose. How closed off and unlike himself he was. I should have seen his anger, should have felt it. I should have done something."
"Honey, none of us could have seen it coming. Not even you," Mina tried reassuring.
"Yes I should have, more than anyone because... When I got to their door, Iida was talking about how when he came across Stain all he could think about how angry he was. He said he forgot about everything else and only wanted revenge and-"
"I don't blame him," Tooru cut Suri off with a stern tone. "I probably would too."
"He wanted to kill Stain…"
There was a moment of silence on the other end. Suri just continued.
"I told him that it was a good thing that he had failed. I told him that it was okay to be angry and want justice but he's a better person because he didn't take someone's life. He's not…"
Suri paused and tried to swallow the lump that was beginning to form in her throat.
"Suri," Tooru said quietly. She knew part of the story but not absolutely everything.
"He's not like me."
"What," Mina asked hesitantly. "What does that mean?"
"Last night, when I listened to Stain's words, I didn't see or hear him. He wasn't the one who was telling me I was a hypocrite and a fake hero. It was Hyrum Black. The man I killed five months ago."
There was silence again.
"It's a long story but you two deserve to hear it. All of it. So please just listen and I'll explain everything I can."
"Okay."
It was the only word spoken by Mina after another long moment of silence.
"Hyrum Black was a werewolf in my pack back home. He and my brother were friends at one point when they were kids but as they got older, him and Mathias butted heads. He took offense when Mathias was handed the reins and took over as acting Ulfric when he turned twenty one. It made him the youngest Ulfric ever but Hyrum and a few others didn't think he'd earned it. I can't say I blamed him. Dad let him have the title of Ulfric without the traditional challenge of power that you'd normally have. They did it because dad got busier and busier with hero work and couldn't attend to pack needs like he was supposed to. Mathias did. Mathias and Hyrum always went hard at each other during Lupanars but Hyrum started getting more vicious as years passed. But," Suri let the word hang, "my dad and Mathias had changed the rules for challenges of power. Before, you could fight to the death to take your opponent's place in the pack. That's how you became Ulfric. You proved you were stronger and you were meant to be wolf king because you killed someone too weak to be a king. He saw my brother, my dad, me, and all of our family as too weak."
There was still silence on the other end and Suri had to quickly make sure the call was still going. It was. They were listening.
"A year ago, he started making threats. He wanted things to go back to being traditional and said that when he became Ulfric he'd do just that. The next few Lupanars he went harder and got more vicious when he fought my brother. Mathias walked away with more scars in those couple months than he had in his entire life. Then six months ago he made the threats more personal, he threatened the lives of my entire family including me. A few nights before that last Lupanar he told me that he was going to kill Mathias and when he was done he'd kill my brothers Dante and Hunter next, and then he'd hunt down our dad. Once the males were out of the way, he was going to go after me and my mothers. He told me straight to my face that he was going to rape me and gut me afterwards and then he was going to do the same to my mothers. I wanted to fight him then but I couldn't. I went and told my dad and my brother and they didn't believe me. They said he was just making idle threats."
"H-how would they not believe you?" Mina asked softly. She was trying to hide the fear and sadness in her voice.
"It was just guy talk," Suri laughed bitterly. "The night of the Lupanar I had such a bad feeling in my gut. I couldn't shake it. I didn't want to believe Hyrum was going to do what he threatened and Mathias just sort of laughed it all off. He didn't believe Hyrum would actually try to kill him until Hyrum was on top of him and had him by the neck. The bastard actually looked at me just before he started ripping Mathias' throat out. I was so scared that Atiena took control of me and rushed forward, we jumped on him, got him off of Mathias and… we did what we had to do…"
Tears were pouring down Suri's cheeks as she finished. The explanation and reasoning was so simple, so matter of fact. Hyrum meant to kill her family, no one believed her and she had to do something. She did, and now she couldn't help but regret what she did.
"What haunts me the most is the look on his face. He thought he was going to get away with everything and then suddenly this girl half his age is on top of him. Gods," Suri coughed out through tears, "I fucking held his throat up for him to see. I watched him die like the goddamn monster I am."
The dam broke and Suri balled. She buried her face into her knees and wept, soaking her jeans in tears. Her arms wrapped tight around her knees and she began rocking back and forth in a pitiful display that she was glad no one was able to see. Her hands were shaking and she was barely keeping a hold on her phone as she sobbed and broke down. It took everything left in her disintegrating motor skills not to drop her phone at all.
"Suri," Mina's voice was soft and caring.
She repeated herself a few times before the beast girl even realized there was a voice coming through the other end of the phone. After a few times Suri sniffled and tried to compose herself enough before putting the phone to her ear again.
"Neither of us think you're a monster. I… can't imagine what it was like that night," Mina said slowly and carefully. It sounded like she was doing her best to fight off fear. Suri was terrified of what, or rather who, she was scared of. "If it were my brother… I…"
"I don't know that either of us could have just stood by," Tooru answered for the pinkette.
"Even worse, my dad, Mathias, everyone in the pack," Suri managed to choke out. "They wanted me to just stand by and let it happen."
"What? Why?" Mina sounded shocked.
"I ruined Mathias and my dad's image and I ruined the tradition of the wolves. I made them look weak in front of everyone."
"Wow… I-I don't know what to say," Mina answered.
"I saved someone's life, protected the lives of my family and probably more in the clan. I saved my own. And I still can't help but feel like I was wrong."
"If you hadn't done anything," Tooru asked quietly. "What would have happened?"
Suri gave a weak smile and looked down into her lap.
"He could have been bluffing and only Mathias would have died. He would take control of the pack and… I don't know what he would have done. He wanted to go back to being more traditional but I don't know to what extent. It could have stopped at bringing back death matches or he could have gone as far as making female pack members subservient. I know he was one of those 'women need to be obedient' kind of guys. That was something him and Mathias butted heads on. If he wasn't bluffing…"
"You'd be dead," the two of them said in unison.
"Yeah," Suri responded weakly. "In the end though, I guess it doesn't really matter."
"Babe, don't say that," Mina scolded softly.
"I… In accordance with pack law, because I interfered in a challenge of power, which is regarded as something sacred to lycanthropes, I'm supposed to be punished. And I will be. Dad did manage to put that off at least."
"You mean what your dad, Grandma, and All Might were talking about after the Sports Festival?" Tooru asked. "That's why he wanted to take you home?"
"Suri, what is she talking about," Mina asked with a hint of accusation. "What are you saying?"
"March fifth, in three years, I will be officially banished from the Aspen Throne Clan and most likely labeled as a rogue lycanthrope. Rogue lycanthropes and Reavers in the wereanimal world are too dangerous to be left alive so," Suri took a deep breath and sighed. "I'll be hunted."
"And you didn't think to tell me sooner?!"
Suri cringed and held the phone a little from her ear as Mina screamed into it.
"And you! Why didn't you say anything," she yelled at Tooru.
"Mina, that was my call. We weren't together yet a-"
"You and Tooru weren't together either!"
True.
"The only reason Tooru had any idea is because she was in the hospital room. They thought we were both asleep when they were talking but she had no idea about the death squad," Suri replied defensively. "I didn't want to worry either of you."
"Well good job, now we are!" Tooru screamed into the phone.
"I'm sorry," Suri apologized. "I didn't want you to get caught up in everything. I thought I was protecting you two."
"We're a team, Suri! I get that you didn't want to scare us but we're even more scared now!" Tooru screamed again. Worry was thick in her voice.
"Why would you keep something like this from us?" Mina sounded off, a heavy layer of fear in her voice as well.
"Because I love you!"
Suri froze and went wide eyed. She had said it, those three little words that mean the world. And it was met with silence. And why not, they'd only been together for a week and had only gone on one official date. It was way too soon. It was too soon for Suri to have fallen for the two gorgeous, absolutely wonderful and amazing girls that she couldn't possibly picture… Oh.
She was head over heels for the both of them.
Fuck.
That's why she was scared to tell them the truth. Out of everyone, these were the two she absolutely could not lose. Then it dawned on her that Izuku was on that list. So three.
Double fuck.
"Suri," Mina spoke softly into the silence and almost instantly calmed the beast girl's nerves.
"Yeah," she answered back cautiously.
"Do you mean it?" Tooru asked.
"Yeah."
The phone clicked and then there was silence.
Suri went wide eyed again and stared at the screen. The call had ended. They had ended the call! Panic began to set in and her eyes began to fill heavy again as tears poured.
Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuck!
What was she so fucking stupid? Why the fuck did you blurt that out? Dammit! Da-
Incoming video call.
From Mina's phone.
Suri didn't hesitate in answering and the screen gave way to see Mina smiling softly with Tooru cuddled up beside her. They had apparently been in bed during the phone call. She so wished that she could be there. She needed to climb in and hold them tight, so tight that she'd never let them go. She missed the feel of the two girls snuggled in against her, missed the sweet smell of Tooru's cherry body wash, and Mina's cotton candy shampoo.
The two of them saw the tears and pouted. Mina knew she'd caused a mini panic attack.
"We had to see you," Mina said apologetically.
"It's okay, really," Suri answered, smearing her tears against her forearms.
Wasn't she supposed to be the big strong badass of the three of them?
"Where… are you?" Tooru asked curiously.
"I sorta came back and locked myself in the bathroom," Suri replied with a weak smile. "I haven't really felt myself or been very social since I talked to Iida."
"What did he say," Mina asked.
Just seeing them made Suri feel so much better and a little more lively than she'd felt.
"It wasn't so much what he said. It was the look in his eyes."
"Do I need to give him the mean glare?" Tooru said.
It took a second before Suri and Mina thought about what she said, then who said it and the two of them started laughing hysterically. Gods she was adorable. And that laugh was much needed.
"Gods I wish I could hold you two right now," Suri admitted and gave the two girls a smile.
"So do we," Mina smiled wide. "After the internships are over, I say we have a sleepover."
"I'd like that," Suri grinned. The thought of being snuggled up with those two beautiful girls made her heart skip and her cheeks flush. "So," Suri paused and looked away from the screen, "you still.. you know…"
"Suri, babe," Tooru said carefully.
"You didn't really have a choice. He was a bully, and you know how much I hate bullies but you saved someone's life. I… don't think it's right to take a life and I might struggle with that part but," Mina leaned into the phone, making sure Suri could see her eyes. Suri couldn't help but turn to look into those wonderful amber pools. "I know you. You're not a bloodthirsty monster like you think you are. You're just Suri."
"You're our Suri," Tooru added.
That made her smile.
"So," Mina said with a shy tone. That wasn't like her. "Can you… I wanna see you when you say… ya know…"
Suri simply beamed and looked into the screen. Gods these two were perfect. And then Atiena rose, letting her presence be known and the two of them smiled happily at the girls on the other end of the video call and they spoke together in unison.
"I love you. Both of you."
The girls squealed with delight and bounced around like giddy, well, schoolgirls. Mina was flushed, her cheeks turning a shade of magenta. And with how hyperactive Tooru had become it was her signal that if you could see her, her cheeks would be almost crimson. With both of them bouncing ecstatically they wrapped into each other and held each other tight as they beamed at the beast girl. Their beast girl.
"I love you, Suri," Tooru said first after she had calmed herself enough to speak.
"I love you too, Riri!" Mina chimed in next with her newest pet name.
Then Mina paused and it was visible that the wheels in her head were turning. Mina was thinking. Mina and thinking didn't always go so good together.
"Do I need to come up with a cute name for Atiena too? Is that weird?"
Atiena laughed and Suri's head shook in response.
"Gods, you're adorable," she answered Mina's prompting. "No, I don't believe I will need a pet name though I would not be opposed to it."
The purr that she added to the end made her take a mental note of Mina's reaction. Mina liked the velvety laugh and sultry rasp of Atiena's voice. Mina liked the purring.
A lot.
That should be her biting Mina's lip!
Down girl! Down!
"Watching grandmother," Atiena spoke and then cleared her throat, "has taught us something that, if we can achieve it, we'll eventually be one in the same and mostly indistinguishable. It's what helps her be as powerful and as fast as she is to the point that Asuka hasn't had to come out in beast form in decades. I don't dislike the thought of being so in tune with Suri that we don't have to do the full swap. It would make it less like you two are dating two Suris."
"Sheesh, you're gonna come back even stronger? We have so much catching up to do," Tooru whined and slumped into Mina.
"Hey," Atiena and Suri chuckled together, "you don't gotta compare yourself to us, babe. You're strong in your own way. Who knows, you might unlock some new ability if you keep at it."
"Thank you," Tooru sighed happily. "Seriously. I think I would have given up after the first couple days of school if it weren't for you two."
"Really?" Mina and Suri both asked at the same time with matching incredulous and shocked tones. Neither of them had realized it.
Was that something she should have realized before?
Maybe?
Probably.
Tooru was incredibly insecure about her Quirk but she was in the hero course, in 1-A, so someone somewhere had seen the potential. Suri saw the potential. Mina saw it. Tooru just needed to see her own potential.
How did this go from a conversation about Suri's deep dark secret to Tooru's secret?
"Yeah," Tooru sighed and Suri watched the shape of her hug itself tightly. "I want to be a hero and I want to help people but I don't know how. I stayed cause I didn't wanna give up on that dream and you two helped me realize that."
"See! We're good for more than eye candy, cuddling, and kissing," Mina laughed and grinned wide as she all but tackled the invisible girl with a hug.
There was a pounding on the bathroom door that made the three girls jump. Suri furrowed her brow and growled at the person knocking and scaring them all.
"Hey! You gonna be in there all night." Yukari called through the door.
"No," Suri called back and grumbled as she looked back down to the phone and to the faces of her girlfriends. "Sorry."
"Don't you worry your pretty little head, sexy," Mina waved off the apology. "We're gonna get some sleep too."
"Text ya when I wake up," Suri smiled and blew kisses at the screen.
"Love you," all three of them said together in unison. All smiles and pouted lips as they blew kisses at Suri and she returned them with delight.
The phone clicked and Suri couldn't help but smile and lay her head back against the wall. With the warmth of her phone's screen pressed to her chest she took a deep breath and forced herself to stand up and head for the exit.
She was happy.
Even with all of the crying that she had done today. To end it on a happy note and getting to know that the two girls that she absolutely adored felt the same for her? Well, she'd pray to her gods and thank them for letting those two angels be a part of her life. Angels that she absolutely adored and couldn't get enough of. She anticipated them more and more. So she was more than happy to quickly open up her phone when it vibrated.
Speaking of angels; a new picture text from Tooru.
She opened it and all but melted into a puddle from the sight of those two angels cuddled tight and posing for their beast girl. Tooru's right hand was busy holding the phone to take the selfie, her left arm and Mina's right arms were sandwiched together from them lifting the tank tops they were wearing. There wasn't anything underneath them and her eyes soaked up the sight of Mina's smooth pink flesh while her mind seemed to help fill in Tooru's translucent shape with pale flesh of her own. And there it was. Blessed by the sight of large, round perfection each with small peaks that begged for attention. Sure, Tooru wasn't as endowed as Mina or Suri herself, but her ghostly shape was perfect nonetheless. To top it all off, Mina had her left hand making a V shape with her index and middle fingers, her tongue stuck out between them. Cheeky little brat she was. Both of them were brats in that regard, brats that made her core tighten and begin to swell with heat and need.
Yeah, they were angels.
Super hot angels.
And they were hers.
Father forgive her for she was about to go and sin.
