Suri makes a discovery about the grounds at UA. She also gets to race her brother. It's time to start life at her new home.

"Midoriya… What did you do last night?"

Oh. Shit.

The four teens froze and slowly turned around towards the stairwell. Their surprised gazes were met with angry, jealous eyes as Mineta glared harshly at them. He had heard some spicy news and by the gods he was going to raise hell about it.

Was it any of his business?

Nope.

And Suri would have probably rubbed it in before but... knowing that the shortest member of their class was not a fan of hers; she wanted to be civil.

For once.

Lucky for her, she didn't have to be the civil one. Because she knew of two others that were more than happy to be pissy right along with him.

"A-Actually, Mineta. T-That's our business. I-It's not," Izuku stuttered out quietly. He looked from Mineta to the girls and then turned a focused gaze back on the boy in question. "It's nothing you need to hear."

All three girls turned towards Izuku, a look of surprise on their faces as they heard him suddenly so stern and confident. Their eyes poured over his focused gaze, making them shiver from it, and then turn slowly back towards the resident lech of 1-A. He was, of course, very surprised by the sudden change in character and he slowly nodded and choked out an okay before quickly walking away. There was a short span of awkward silence before the three girls watched the stern demeanor of the greenette begin to crack and then crumble completely.

"Holy crap," he swallowed hard. "I-I didn't... What just happened?"

"Um," Mina chuckled softly and looked at her girlfriends with a cheesy grin. "I'm not sure but you, like, got super sexy right now."

"I'll say," Suri snickered and gave Izuku a playful smirk.

He looked at the devious grins and backed up a step, waving his hands defensively with wide, shocked eyes and a little higher pitch in his voice from the shock. He began to profusely apologize and try to back pedal, lamenting over not knowing what had come over him. He was so not used to the down right dominant side that he had tucked inside of him beneath all of the shy awkwardness. Laughing, the group made their way down the stairs back into the dorm common room.

For the next short while, the four of them explored the ground floor of the building. They combed over the kitchen to find it completely stocked with plenty of food and supplies to feed a small army. Which, in essence, they kinda were. They found a small note on the counter which had come from Principal Nezu. In it, he stated the basic rules of dorm life and how to go about leaving campus for things like grocery shopping, or amusement trips to shopping malls and movie theaters. Simple stuff like that of course. There was one part that made the four of them look at each other with cautious gazes. Of course it was at the end of the letter so that it really only applied to one person, and only one person in particular.

Suri read and reread the small paragraph several times before her gaze instantly pulled her to the windows all along the front of the building. She hadn't even noticed it before and she should have because she specifically remembered it from the train ride to UA on the day of the entrance exams. The campus was surrounded by a massive, thick forest. She hadn't been able to venture into it much other than a brief training class they'd had in it. She remembered a vaguely familiar feeling or scent to the place as a whole but had never clicked. Then the principal had glossed over it in one single sentence.

'Apparently, the campus has several converging ley lines. I'm told some of you may know what that means.'

Suri's eyes went wide reading that sentence over and over again. Without saying a word, she strode quickly towards the front doors and out onto the front steps of the dormitory. Walking down onto the path just in front of the building Suri came to an abrupt stop and then held out her hand. Her eyes closed and she settled into a sort of meditative state, shutting off all of the external stimulation around her as she felt the breeze on her fingertips. The breeze however, was not wind. No it was something else entirely. That something else entirely made her remember the sensation the night before the full moon at the Wild Wild Pussycats mountain camp.

"No fucking way," she muttered in a shaky breath, a grin widening across her lips.

"Suri, is everything okay?" Izuku asked cautiously.

"What is that?" Tooru asked softly.

It made Suri look at the girl and she saw that Tooru had taken note of what the beast girl had been doing and decided to follow along. It hadn't been a secret that the invisible girl was sensitive to metaphysical or psychic energy, so it stood to be no surprise that, of course, she would feel this too. Suri sensed Tooru shiver and it made her grin wide because that was all Suri needed to know for sure.

"I… don't really feel anything," Mina said softly and Suri found her doing the same that she and Tooru had been doing. That said, Suri saw a hint of goosebumps all along her pink skin. Even though Mina said she didn't feel it, her body disagreed.

"So," Suri chuckled, letting the word hang playfully. "Do you guys happen to know where we can find a witch?"

Izuku, Mina, and Tooru slowly looked from Suri to each other, their expressions stating that they were asking if their girlfriend had gone crazy. Well crazier than usual anyway. Which they knew she hadn't but the grin on her face made them question it. Then they watched as their shared beast girl turned from them and stared at the forest not far behind their new home. They watched the gears turning in her head as what seemed like hundreds of thoughts crossed over her in a matter of a few moments. Of course none of them knew an actual witch and really the only person they knew - well two actually - that liked anything like that was…

"Maybe Tokoyami or Yanagi might know one?" Mina pondered out loud, confirming the thought shared by the threesome.

"Hmm, maybe," Suri said, seeming to think about the two prospects. "I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask them. But first I think I'm gonna need to do some exploring here and let myself off the leash a little bit."

"What do you mean?" Izuku asked curiously.

"It means mama's gonna have a late night or two," Suri snickered. "When everyone's asleep me and Atiena will roam the forests around UA and see what else we can find. Cause seriously, I know I've always felt sorta at home here on campus, now I just feel dumb for not realizing why."

"Wait, do you mean I felt… magic?" Tooru asked with a hint of caution in her voice, to the point she nearly whispered the last word. She and Mina had become aware of the existence of magic through dating Suri and Tooru knew she'd always been able to sense things. But the more and more she was around Suri it just seemed to confirm things for her. "Is that what the… ley lines are or something?"

"Magic?" Izuku asked, looking from Tooru to Suri. "Like what you were feeling back at the camp before the full moon?"

Good boy, Izuku. Good for being so attentive.

"Yeah!" Suri laughed again, clearly happy by the discovery. "Ley lines have to do with the Earth's magnetic field. They're magnetic lines that cover the entire planet and help circulate the natural magical energy across the globe. When they converge, they open up massive pockets of pure energy. Remember how I've told you that Lupanars are held at a clan's place of power?"

"Yeah," the three answered slowly.

"Where do you think most of our places of power fall? It's not just because a place has significance to our ancestors, it's because our ancestors choose those spots on purpose! Like, Grandma's compound shares the same ley line as the pard's hidden lagoon. I think. And hell, her agency probably does too! I know it's on the same line as the Shinjuku wolves and leopards with their place of power. So if there's a convergence here on campus? Fuck, if it's in the damn forest then that means-"

"You could have a place of power here!" Tooru shouted excitedly.

"So," Mina asked curiously, a hint of excitement in her voice as well. "On the full moon you wouldn't have to go anywhere. Like, you could just go into the backyard to let Atiena out. But what about hunting?"

As if on cue or like a sign from the gods themselves, Mina got her answer in the form of several deer emerging from the treeline behind the Heights Alliance dormitory buildings. They strutted slowly and cautiously before beginning to graze in the grass not more than two hundred yards from the foursome. Mina and Tooru began giggling because of how ironic the sight was. They snickered happily for Suri as they watched the group of deer before turning back to their girlfriend. The snickering died when they looked at the girl and saw her staring in quiet shock and awe and watched the small tears rolling down her darkened cheeks.

"Suri?" Izuku said softly and placed a gentle hand on her shoulder. It made her shake herself out of her daze and they watched her smile softly and happily. "Is everything okay?"

"Y-Yeah," she answered shakily before clearing her throat and trying again. "Yeah. Everything is perfect actually."

She silently thanked her gods for the revelation and sign. Somehow she felt closer to them in a long time. Maybe it was a sign she was in their graces again.

Quickly, the beast girl pawed at her tears and wiped them away as quickly as she could before she walked back towards the dorms and through the front doors. She was met by most of the class sitting in the common room, having just finished their rooms. Mina, Tooru, and Izuku trailed behind Suri, their faces still showing worry for their girlfriend which wasn't lost on some of their friends. It made some of them look at Suri more closely. Especially her brother Dante, who had been in the common room chatting with Kaminari and Jirou. Between the three of them he was the one that looked the question at Suri, getting a simple smile and nod in response.

Jirou had caught the gesture and the three of them went back to talking once they realized that Suri had basically told them that she was okay. Apparently they were in a deep discussion about concerts they'd been to and tour merch they'd all collected. It was a conversation that Suri would have enjoyed joining in on and would have if something hadn't caught her eye. Or rather someone. That someone was trying to sneak up on her and hadn't realized they'd been spotted, not only by her but her mates as well. Suri grinned wide as she heard padding feet quickly coming up behind her and then a small, playful growl as a weight hit her back. She laughed and giggled as Hunter jumped onto her back and held on, nearly tipping his big sister over.

The two laughing made everyone turn their attention to the two and, even if some of them were being standoffish with Suri, it made everyone smile and laugh. It made the spirits in the room lighter, happier, and a little more exciting. It was a good feeling to have.

"What's up, Munchkin?" Suri grinned, looking at her baby brother from the corner of her eyes.

"Me and mom finished up in your new room. We tried to make it as close to back home for ya," he answered. "But mom kicked me out. Said she had to finish something up for you. But I think it's mostly cause I was trying to hang too many posters."

"Too many?" Suri quirked her eyebrow with curiosity. "How many did you hang?"

"Like, ten? It wasn't that many," he shrugged. "I didn't cover your ceilings like me and Dante did to our rooms."

"Nah, I think if I'm gonna do my ceilings, I'll hang some flags," Suri grinned.

"Hey, that's a cool idea! I should do that too!" Hunter cheered.

"As your big sister, I give you full permission to do so. I'll fight mom if she says no," Suri giggled and smirked in response. "Speaking of fighting, I still can't believe you threw yourself into the big brawl. Honestly, I'm sorry I wasn't there to help or, ya know, caused it in the first place."

"Well you'll just have to be at the next one," Hunter grinned wide in response and the two siblings couldn't help but begin laughing.

"Gods, please just no," Dante shook his head and snickered.

"Seriously, I can't believe they pulled a Moscow," Suri grumbled and shook her head.

"Can I ask," Izuku said curiously, getting the siblings to pause. "What's a Moscow?"

"Oh, right, you haven't watched it with me yet," Suri nodded. "So, like, don't make fun of me but, Anastacia is my favorite princess movie ever. So it's a reference to that."

"I… still don't get it," Izuku furrowed his brow, wanting to understand the reference. But since, like Suri said, he'd never watched the movie, he didn't know what it meant. He'd have to fix that and watch the movie with her. That would be a good date, right?

"So, Pulling A Moscow is just my way of saying that a bunch of traitors tried to kill off the ruling family. Cause, princess and all," Suri giggled, pointing to herself.

"Yeah, no, let's not do anything like that again," Dante groaned.

"But Dante," Hunter whined. "It's the only way to show Suri how strong I've gotten already!"

Suri smirked and chuckled softly. Her eyes then trailed to the windows seeing a perfect blue sky just outside. The trees were blowing in a soft breeze, which would feel amazing in the summer heat. Then Suri had an idea, something she and Hunter hadn't been able to do since she'd come to Japan. It was how she had helped him start to control his blossoming bestial powers because it was the same thing she loved to do.

"Nah, that's not the only way," Suri grinned wide. "C'mon, pup!"

Suri turned and headed back towards the front doors again. Hunter was slightly confused by it all but he was carried out on Suri's back. She only let him down once they'd gotten to the large main pathway that connected all of the dormitory buildings to the campus. He was still confused until he watched as Suri took off her shoes and let her feet fad and stretch against the dirt. While she began stretching with a wide grin, Hunter quickly tossed off his own shoes and began copying his sister's movements.

"Suri, where ya going? Don't you wanna go see your room?" Mina asked curiously as she walked up beside the beast girl.

"I do," Suri smiled. "But we haven't raced since November, I… I miss it."

Suri was about to feel guilty when Izuku walked up with a smile beside Mina with Tooru in tow.

"We can see your room together when you get back," he said.

It gave Mina an idea.

"All right. Deal," Suri chuckled and then stepped back towards the threesome.

She started with Izuku, cupping his chin in her fingers gently as she gave him a soft, chaste kiss before pulling back with a grin. She then moved to her right and let the fingers that had been cupping Izuku's chin move to behind Mina's head. She cupped the pinkette gently and gave her her own gentle kiss that left both of them sighing into each other. And then finally she moved to the other side of Izuku and grinned as she came to their shared invisible girl. Suri was still getting used to being able to see the fully detailed pale apparition of her so she got a little lost in Tooru's pretty face. That daze came to a close as Tooru closed the distance and kissed Suri, catching the beast girl off guard at first before she breathed in deep against Tooru and returned the kiss ten fold. It wasn't as gentle or chaste as the prior two but Suri pulled back with a giggle as she left the girl a little wobbly.

"Have I mentioned I love that I can almost completely see you now?"

"Hehe, a couple times now," Tooru giggled happily as she caught her breath.

"Good, cause goddamn did I strike the jackpot with three hotties," Suri grinned, wiggling her eyebrows at them as she stepped back. "I'll be back in a sec. Gotta leave Hunty in the dust."

Suri," Hunter grumbled, hearing one of his least favorite nicknames. "I'm not that little so you don't gotta call me that name. It's dumb!"

"Aww, little Hunty-Wunty looks so cute with the pouty cheeks though," Suri joked with a wide fanged grin as she teasingly poked her little brother in the cheek.

"Oh yeah?" he growled, not angry, but in the annoyed little brother sense. "Well I'm gonna win, just you watch!"

Suri laughed then and got ready to race the younger hybrid when his power flared and the strong electric wind that washed outward from him left her staring in a daze. It was powerful enough that Tooru and Mina both shivered and rubbed at their arms like they'd been cold. Izuku simply stared wide eyed at the boy and Suri saw his skin covered in goosebumps. She slowly turned back to her kid brother, now seeing his eyes rolled to black, the blue of his irises shimmering and becoming even more vibrant. He had their mother's eyes. In that second he took on the first signs of shifting with his eyes, ears, teeth, and nails changed with a small, shaggy furred tail protruding from under the back of his shirt. It had been almost instant and flawless. The rise in power made Suri grin wide and she leaned herself against Atiena within her mind, bringing out that same level of shifting in herself and let the shared power of her and Atiena dance and meld with Hunter's own. The mixture brushed over everyone's skin like a summer breeze and made Suri's lovers take in a deep, soothing breath.

It felt amazing.

"Three laps around the entire campus. Show us what you've got, pup," Suri and Atiena said together, both giggling in unison as they stepped up next to the younger lycanthrope hybrid. She turned her head back to Izuku, Tooru, and Mina with a grin. "We'll be right back. Tooru, baby, would you do the honors?"

"Sure!" Tooru answered happily and came to stand in front of the two of them. She raised a hand, pretty sure only Suri could see the motion. "Ready. Steady. Go!"

On the ready, both Suri and Hunter got down into crouching positions, nearly all fours as their muscles and bodies filled with anticipation and eagerness to run. On the steady, their muscles tightened, coiling like springs ready to fire at any second. When the invisible girl said go both wereanimals took off in a blur, their first few motions on all fours before coming up in full sprinting stances as they ran hard. Suri maintained a good distance ahead of Hunter as they barreled down the winding paths and roadways, wind whipping wildly at the both of them.

Suri was still in the lead after their first lap around the campus, passing by the 1-A dorms and her three lovers no more than a couple minutes than they had left. Even with her in the lead she felt the press of power behind her, like trying to outrun a fireball that kept a thick heat at her back. Being only twelve and having this much power and what seemed like a good control on his beast meant great things for him. To say the least, Suri was a proud big sister. That said, she wasn't going to let him off easy so she decided to push him and with a grin she and Atiena mentally switched places. The switch made her turn from a dark blur a couple paces in front of him to shimmering air and she made him chase her after images like she'd had to do with Grandma Kuroyashi a couple of months ago.

When she passed by the dorm a second time she passed as a flutter of golden green fire and a shimmering reflection of her passing by. The whip of wind that followed her hit the Tooru, Izuku, and Mina like a torrential gust that came out of nowhere. That gust was extended by the wind whipping behind Hunter as he chased after his sister and passed by the makeshift start and finish line of their race. For his efforts he let out a growl and poured more energy into himself, the power heating up and turning him into a bullet as his eyes glowed with a bright blue fire. Soon the image of Suri he was chasing was no longer shimmering and wistful, it was back to being her and being able to see her full movements.

Suri felt the heat of Hunter's beast coming up behind her and she could see her little brother closing in out of her peripherals. It made her happy because he'd always been just on her heels and she was happy to see that even though she'd gotten so much stronger, so had he. She was a happy and proud big sister but that didn't mean she'd lose. With the final stretch coming, Suri and Atiena roared in unison, poured their power into that last length and disappeared from his sights. The burst had been so fast it had been almost like she had teleported to the finish line and then she laid herself out, digging the claws in her hands and feet into the ground. She skidded to a stop leaving huge lines from where her claws had dug into the earth and left her with her chest heaving, stretched on all fours in a feral stance.

The rush of wind caught up and blew the dust she'd kicked up away leaving her in that animalistic pose until she stood up and braced herself just past their finish line. In the next second she was nearly bowled over by a dark blur of speed and blue fire. She caught Hunter and happily laughed and cheered as she swung around, cradling the smaller boy to her. Her arms wrapped around his waist tight as she held him up and together the two of them danced around happily before the exhaustion caught up with them. Suri's legs buckled and she ended up on the ground, cuddling her brother to her as they both panted and heaved from exhaustion.

"Holy shit, Hunter!" Suri laughed and bellowed with pride. "When the hell did you get so damn fast and how did you get this good of control?"

"That… was the fastest I've ever gone before," he replied, trying to catch his breath with a wide, prideful grin.

"Dude, you were amazing!" Mina cheered.

"You're, like, as fast as Suri when we first met her," Tooru commented with amazement. "You're totally incredible!"

"Does that mean you have constant contact with your beast? I know Suri never started improving her speed like that until her and Atiena were in almost complete contact. Or maybe it's a different training routine you have compared to her and that could be why your development is coming on a lot sooner than hers. Are all lycanthropes as fast or is it a sign that you're more predisposed to being one of the more powerful ones as time goes on? If that's the case then-"

"Babe," Suri laughed and swallowed hard as her breath finally caught up. "You don't gotta bombard him with questions, silly."

"O-Oh!" Izuku laughed nervously and scratched the back of his head. "Right. S-Sorry."

"Nothing to be sorry about," Maon answered, coming from behind Izuku and wrapping her arm over his shoulder and leaning into him. It was a gesture he'd gotten used to Suri doing to him but it startled him that her mother would do the same gesture. "Hell, that's one of the things I loved about your folks. Between Inky and Hisashi, you've got a helluva brain on you, sweetie."

"O-Oh! U-Umm t-thanks," he answered nervously, trying to hide the blush creeping onto his cheeks from the close interaction.

"So how was the race?" Maon grinned, turning her sights back towards her two children lying on the ground.

"I almost beat her," Hunter stated triumphantly as he threw a thumbs up gesture upwards.

"After you left, Hunter shut himself away for a couple months and didn't talk to anyone in the family or any of the pack at all. When he finally came out just after seeing you on TV, it was to rip us all a new one," Maon chuckled as she watched her son. She gave Suri a smile when she looked with shock from her mother to her little brother. "He called us all out. He was so angry with us and how your father and Mathias treated your situation that it prematurely unlocked more of his power. Over the last couple months he's trained hard with Mathias, Dante, and Cedes to get a handle on his new levels of power and develop himself."

"Mom says that there's a possibility that, if I keep my grades up and pass the tests, I might be able to skip a grade," Hunter added, sitting up with a big grin on his face.

Suri furrowed her brow in curiosity as she looked around from Hunter, to her mom, and then to her lovers. Her three mates didn't know what he had meant either so she looked back to the younger boy beside her.

"Why would you wanna skip a grade?" Suri finally asked.

"So I can take the entrance exams a year early," he answered matter of factly, like that said everything Suri needed to know.

"Entrance exams? Xavier doesn't require an," Suri stopped mid sentence and then gave Hunter wide, shocked eyes. Her shock grew even more when she looked back towards their mother and saw the woman's confident smirk crossed across her lips. Tooru, Mina, and Izuku had caught on as well and their eyes began to grow wide as well and all attention was turned back towards Hunter. "You're?! Here?!"

Hunter grinned wide with pride and nodded.

"Wait," Tooru spoke up curiously, "a year early? Wouldn't that mean…"

"If it's timed right, when you kids are third years, he'd be a first year," Maon answered.

"He'd get to go to school with us," Mina shouted excitedly and began bouncing with glee. "That would be so cool!"

"That would be amazing," Izuku added with a happy smile.

"There y'all are," came the voice of Eve from behind the group as they shared the light, happy moment. "We got all of the kiddos moved in. Guess you got Suri's room all put together?"

"That Yaoyorozu girl," Alexis sighed wistfully, leaning herself against the sturdiness of Eve. She looked exhausted, which was probably more mental than physical. "And I thought my study had a lot of material in it."

"Hehe, we had our own nightmare to deal with on the boy's side," Mathias bellowed while his fiance, Rossi, just rolled her eyes and shook her head.

Mina's interest in seeing everyone's room skyrocketed into orbit then.

"Luckily, Suri's room went pretty quickly and didn't have any hang ups. But I did have a bit of a tornado helping me," Maon chuckled.

"Hey! I didn't put that many holes in the wall," Hunter groaned defensively.

"You put holes in my wall!" Suri exclaimed.

"Not big holes!" He shot back, folding his arms tight and pouting. "It was mostly from the pins to hang up posters and maybe a nail hole or two."

The three mothers began laughing and snickering from the display as Suri turned on Hunter and they began slapping at each other's hands as she tried to swat him upside the head. It was more play fighting than anything and it helped to remind everyone of what they missed with Suri's presence back home. The adults and Dante had a sting of sadness, instantly missing Suri knowing that she wouldn't be returning home with them. The sting of sadness lasted a second before their eyes turned to Tooru and Mina who were giggling and laughing up a storm and Izuku who smiled happily at the two teens on the ground. They were reminded that Suri was where she was meant to be.

"Anyway," Mathias said, breaking up the moment. "We better get going. We're gonna be late for dinner with Grandma and Toshinori and you still gotta go get settled in."

Suri looked up to her family and held a smile that had a little bit of sadness behind it. This was going to be the last she saw of them for a few months and she admitted that it sucked to have to see them go. A part of her told her she wasn't ready for them to go home but another part of her told her that it wouldn't be forever. No. She was taking her mates to the mountains where she grew up, she wanted to show them her old home. And that was only a year away, she could wait that long to see her family again. With that she grinned, ruffling Hunter's hair beside her before standing and facing her family.

"Yeah, you don't wanna keep either of them waiting," she sighed happily and then went to them.

In the next few moments she gave everyone her love, hugging and embracing her mothers, her brothers, and her soon to be sister-in-law. She once again congratulated Mathias and Rossi on finally taking the next step together. She was happy to see them take that step even though they had already been together for almost ten years. She wished Dante luck on his pro hero work and told him she'd start keeping up with his career. She promised him and Hunter that she'd call more and she wouldn't be such a stranger anymore. She had no reason to be outcast anymore and she'd make sure she'd make up for that lost time. She promised that doubly so to her mothers as she once again apologized for not calling like she should have. She waved them off and watched them pile into the back of the same black van that she'd been in a couple of weeks ago. She watched and waved at Ryo as he drove them off, back towards grandma's compound.

Once they were out of sight, Suri turned on her heels and met the gazes of her three loves and smiled wide. She then outstretched her hands towards them, motioning them to take her hands with a grin as she gave a happy sigh looking up towards the Heights Alliance building.

"Well," she then looked back at them. "Let's go home"
