Chapter 20

Ginny, Draco, Haven, and Draco's parents had all gone to Diagon Alley to spend the day together. Haven was very excited as she was seeing all of the new toys that were in the stores.

They had been walking around for awhile and Ginny had told them that she wanted to stop in a store real fast and that she would return shortly. Draco kissed her gently on the lips and then proceeded to go with his parents and Haven to the toy store.

Ginny had gone into the store and was looking at the new lingerie that was available. She had been wanting to surprise Draco and she began to flip through the racks.

Once she picked out her items she paid and headed out of the store. Suddenly, a hand flew around her mouth and grabbed her wand. She felt the sensation of being apparated and no one saw what took place.

Meanwhile, Draco was waiting in the toy store as his parents and Haven were picking out different toys for her. Draco kept looking towards the door in hopes to see Ginny come through. However, each person that passed through the door was not Ginny.

Once they finished in the toy store, they decided to grab some ice cream as a dessert. They all picked out the ice cream they wanted and began to happily eat.

"Draco, where do you suppose Ginny is at? She said she would not be long" Narcissa said looking to Draco.

"I am not sure Mother, but I am getting a real bad feeling something is not right" Draco said as he nervously looked around.

Just then an owl appeared with a letter in its claws and landed next to Draco.

Draco took the letter and as soon as he started reading it his face had gone pale white.

"Draco, You may now have realized someone you care about is missing. I have Ginny. This is becoming all too fun for me. If you want to see her alive, meet us near the Forbidden Forest. However, your parents are not to come."

Draco's hands were shaking and Lucius grabbed the letter from him.

Once Lucius read the letter he stated, "You cannot go alone Draco. This could be a trap."

"Mother and Father, please take Haven back to Malfoy Manor with you. I know we have clothes and that there for her already. I need to go take care of this and I will return" Draco said as he then kissed Haven on the head.

"Daddy where is mummy?" Haven asked with a tear sliding down her cheek.

"Do not worry my darling. Daddy will bring mummy home" Draco said and with one last kiss on Haven's head he then disapparated to the Forbidden Forest.

Upon reaching the edge of the Forbidden Forest, Draco immediately was hit with a Stupefy.

Draco fell to the ground and his wand was taken by the assailant. He saw Ginny on the ground not far from him and she was bound.

Draco looked up to see who his assailant was and he was not surprised to see that it was Pansy.

"Hello Drackey poo I am so glad you decided to join us" Pansy said as she walked towards Draco.

"Pansy, why are you doing this?" Draco asked with anger in his eyes.

"You know exactly why. You are supposed to be married to me and we are supposed to be having children together. This whore has gotten in the way. But do not worry Draco I can make her go away" Pansy said with an evil smirk gracing her face. She walked towards Ginny and pointed her wand at her. "Crucio!" Pansy screamed.

Ginny's body shook horridly and she screamed out in immense pain.

"Pansy please let her go! You do not have to do this!" Draco yelled as he tried to get to his feet.

Pansy turned towards Draco and said, "Oh but I do. I want you to myself. I wanted to kill that brat Haven too, but I figured if I get rid of Ginny then I can torture Haven all her life. We can finally be happy Draco."

Pansy then turned towards Ginny and pointed her wand at her. She was about to use the killing curse when a voice was heard: "Stupefy!"

Draco turned to see where the voice was coming from and Harry was there with other Aurors. They quickly bound Pansy and took her wand away.

Draco had ran over to Ginny and was trying to wake her.

"Draco, take her to St. Mungo's. We will take care of Pansy from here" Harry said with a determined look in his eyes. He had handed both Draco's and Ginny's wands back to Draco.

Draco nodded and scooped Ginny up into his arms. He then quickly apparated to St. Mungo's.

Upon entering St. Mungo's, the healers rushed over to Draco. They levitated Ginny to a room and had Draco wait in the waiting room.

A short while later the Weasley family had shown up and asking all kinds of questions as to what was happening with Ginny.

Draco did his best to answer all of their questions, but he was crying uncontrollably that the words were not forming right.

The healers were with Ginny and all Draco and the family could do was wait. Draco was pacing the waiting room and every few moments would ask how Ginny was. The healers would just say they are doing what they can to help Ginny.

After some time, Mr. Weasley had Draco sit down and drink some water. The whole family waited and waited. Anxiously wondering as to what the outcome would be for Ginny.
