Chapter 10: As Low as Dishonor (1/5)
Jon Arryn:
The Hand of The King was feeling a lot of things. Relieved, as being away from King's Landing was something exceptionally pleasant. Happy, as he hasn't been home since he became Hand of the King. And last but not least, curious.
"Is it true that the Eyrie is impregnable?" The Prince, who was sharing a horse with Jon, asked in pure curiosity.
"I can't say, but so far, no one was able to impregnate it." Jon reply the Prince's question.
Both were galloping alongside a royal escort throughout the roads on their way to the Eyrie. The Prince was looking at his surroundings with his curious eyes. He decided to wear the Arryn colors to signal that his on their care. Jon found the act endearing to be honest. Raziel was wearing a sky-blue valvet, white breeches, black boots and a white bearskin cloak that Jon gave him because of the cold.
The winds were indeed relatively cold. Jon himself forgot about the temperature as he has gotten so used to the heat in King's Landing that it might take some time for him to get used to the cold winds of the Vale once again.
"My Lord, we are about to reach the Bloody Gate." One of the guards informed him.
They were indeed getting close to the Bloody Gate. Jon was so distracted by his conversation with the Prince that he didn't pay attention to the high road. Even so, the Hand of the King was pleased that they had a peaceful way there.
The Prince was analysing the Bloody Gate as he looks at it from afar. Mostly the twin watchtowers. As they get closer and closer, the Prince commented something. "It doesn't look too impressive, but I can't deny that the design is very practical."
"True," Jon had to agree that appearance wise, the Bloody Gate wasn't particularly impressive but it has accomplished it's task since the Age of Heroes. "Trust me when I say this, it is better to have something plain in appearance but useful over something that looks impressive but has no practical usage." He lectured him about it.
"I personally prefer to have something that looks impressive while also being useful, but I get what you mean." Raziel replied. "Who's the current Knight of the Gate?" He asked in curiosity.
"That would be Jasper Redfort." Jon appointed him as the Knight of the Bloody Gate after the rebellion. He was the first born of Horton Redfort and the heir of House Redford. Jon doesn't know that details but apparently his father and him had a confrontation which caused Jasper to forsake his rights over the Redfort. Jon gave him the title mainly because his first choice, Brynden Tully, who originally wanted the position, gave up on the last minute for some reason.
It didn't took long for them to arrive at the entrance of the Bloody Gate. Soon enough, it came the traditional question. "Who would pass the Bloody Gate?"
Jon smiled at hearing that, as it's been some time.
"Jon of House Arryn, also known as, Lord of the Eyrie!" Raziel was the one that yelled in response.
The knight that was guarding the gate looked closely. Which Jon recognize as Jasper Redfort due to his resemblance with his father. He was short, had a shaved head and mild eyes. "My Lord! We were expecting you." The Knight told the Hand of the King. "Open the gate!"
It has been so long. Jon thought as he sees his home once again. The Hand of the King wasted no time and started to move forward.
Raziel Baratheon:
I got say, father wasn't exaggerating. The Crown Prince thought as he observed his surroundings.
After passing through the Bloody Gate, Jon instructed the guards to hurry up a bit, as he wanted to arrive at the Gates of the Moon at nightfall. He wants to spend the night there and finally arrive at the Eyrie first thing in the morning. Raziel had no problem with that, though he wishes that they would go a bit slower so he wouldn't miss any interesting sight.
The Vale proper was a tranquil looking land of wide rivers, and hundreds of lakes. Wheat, corn, barley, pumpkins, and fruit growing in it's fertile soil.
The Vale is narrow at it's western end near the Bloody Gate, no more than half a day's ride across, and the mountains tower above. The Gates of the Moon and the Eyrie, according to Jon, are located in the west of the valley. It's also bounded by a series of mountains which stretch northeast to the narrow sea and southeast to the Bay of Crabs. Longbow Hall is located in the hills of the northern border; north of these mountains are the Fingers. Redfort is located near the southern wing of mountains. Ironoaks is situated by a large lake in the middle of the Vale, while Old Anchor is located farther east along the sea. Gulltown and Runestone are located on a peninsula which extends east, south of which are the Bay of Crabs and Crackclaw Point.
Raziel read as much information about the Vale as possible. A habit that he will probably carry out to all of the places where he'll be staying. I hope Symeon is okay on that cage. He thought as he moved his head back to see a carriage transporting his pet. Only to see that he was sleeping peacefully.
"It's really impressive that you managed to domesticate a Hrakkar." Jon commented as he notices Raziel looking back.
"Not exactly, as I didn't really do anything." Raziel confessed. "Symeon just started to obey me." It was true. Since brought he brought Symeon, the two just instantly got along.
"Still, it was an impressive feat." Jon insisted. "Such an exotic pet you picked."
"The Targaryans had Dragons, so what's wrong with having a Lion?" Raziel repeated what he said to Myrcella when she questioned him about it.
"Absolutely nothing." Jon replied. But then he looked at the sky for a bit. Before turning towards the guards. "Hurry up, we must arrive at the Gates of the Moon before the night falls upon us." He instructed his guards once again.
Raziel just kept looking at his surroundings with a curious gaze.
An hour has passed and it was all it took for them to arrive at the Gates of the Moon. It got dark as soon as they arrived. Upon arrival, Raziel was impressed with it. A stout castle with a moat, a gatehouse, a yard, and a well. The castle had square towers, include the East Tower and the Falcon Tower.
When they arrived, they were received by Lord Nestor Royce, the senior member of a cadet branch of House Royce and Keeper of the Gates of the Moon. According to Jon, he has been High Steward of the Vale for several years now. As High Steward, Nestor ruled the Vale of Arryn in the name of Lord Jon.
"Don't stay up too long, we will depart to the Eyrie early in the morning." Jon instructed as he walks besides the Prince.
"I won't, don't worry." Raziel was being shown the way of the room where he will be staying for the night. "Are you going to sleep now?" He asked.
"No, I have something to discuss with Nestor." Jon answered his question. "It's nothing you should concern yourself with."
"Okay," Raziel then looked to his right, where Symeon was following him. "Happy to be out of that cage?" He asked his pet.
Symeon let out a low roar, which Raziel took it as a yes.
Jon let out a small laugh at that.
Soon enough, they arrived at a silver painted door. "Here it is." Jon said as he opened the door. On the other side, it was a simplistic but nice looking room. Not much in terms of decorations but Raziel was fine with it as he was only going to stay there for the night.
"Thanks." Raziel thanked for escorting him. "Have a good night, Jon." He told him before giving him a short hug.
"You too, my boy." The old man told him before patting Raziel's head.
"Come on Symeon." Raziel spoke as he entered. "Good night to you too, Sandor." He told his sworn-shield, who just followed them quietly from behind as always. For a such a large man, I sometimes forget that he follows me around everywhere. He thought as he was true.
Jon Arryn:
After escorting the Prince to his room. Jon Arryn made his way to the the Falcon Tower where Nestor Royce was expecting him. Jon requested an moment with him right after their arrival in order to discuss the letters that he received regarding the three problems.
Jon was honestly worried about how things are in King's Landing. Not that he doubts Stannis's capabilities as a ruler, but he seriously doubts the he will be able to keep Robert under control. Steffon would probably be disappointed on how separated his son's had become towards one another. We weren't really friends but I respected him, apparently Stannis was the only one that inherited Steffon's sense of duty, shame he didn't got his charisma like Robert and Renly did. Jon only met Steffon on a few occasions and he was certainly one of the most dutiful man he ever met. Always did his duty, no matter how unpleasant it was. Jon genuinely believes that Stannis model himself after his father on that regard in order to honor his memory.
His thoughts were broken as soon as he arrived at his destination at the Falcon Tower. Nestor was at the top of the tower, as he could see him at the window. Jon decided to make his way towards the top of the tower. Climbing up stairs was always something that Jon disliked, even when he was younger. But he especially disliked now since it gets more difficult each time as his legs lose strength each year. Although struggling a bit, he reaches the top.
"My Lord, you could have just send someone to call me." Nestor spoke as soon as he saw him in a very apologetic matter.
"Ah," Jon waved away his concern. "I was in need of some exercise." He joked. Before finding a chair to seat.
On the top of the Falcon Tower. Was very fascinating, the walls were painted in blue with some silver ornaments, there were some paintings on it but Jon couldn't figure out what they were supposed to represent. The was a simple bed there, but there was also a nice looking table, apparently made of Oak with some papers on top of it and besides it, there was a cage with a small Hawk on it "I assume you spend a lot of time here." Jon stated the obvious.
"It's the quietest place in the whole castle, and I really adore the view." Nestor looked at the window as he spoke.
"Yes, I'm appreciator of peace and quiet myself." Jon commented as he regained his breath. "But, I'm not here discuss that." He reached for a jug of wine that was on a small table besides the chair that he was sitting on.
"You want to discuss the messages I sent you." Nestor approached a cage and feed the Hawk. "Sorry for bothering you with this bu-"
"It is no bother," Jon was quick to input. " I may be the Hand of the King but before that I was and still am the Defender of the Vale, and Warden of the East." He stated with conviction as he filled a cup and put the jug down. "Whatever trouble plagues the Vale, it's my duty to deal with just as much as it is yours."
"No doubt, my Lord." Nestor said in response. "First of all, I'm not exactly aware about what is this problem involving House Royce, but I know it's serious because my cousin is awaiting your arrival at the Eyrie to discuss it with you, personally." That, instantly worried Jon. Because if Yohn Royce himself wants to discuss it with him, it can only be something very serious. He drank his wine as he continued. "The problem involving the Mountain Clans, is pretty serious. Apparently, they discovered another passage to the Vale, other than the Bloody Gate." Jon widened his eyes in both surprise and shock for what he just heard.
"Another passage other than the Bloody Gate?! That's impossible!?" Jon stood up from his chair and yelled that. Not noticing that he spilled his wine.
"I thought so as well, but we were actually invaded by a large group of them last month. We manage to dispatch them but it was a very difficult task." He grabbed the jug and put some wine on a cup for himself. "And one of them revealed that once we interrogated him." Nestor explained calmly. Jon opened his mouth to reply but Nestor continue before he could. "Before you ask, I did doubted myself if he was lying. But it's the only possible explanation to how such a large number was able to enter the Valley."
By the gods, I can't believe this. Jon thought as he sat back down, trying to digest what he just heard. If there is indeed a second passage to the Vale, it must be sealed as soon as possible. As soon I speak with Yohn, I must arrange a search party for it. Jon started to plan. "Where exactly did this attack occur?"
"At the Redfort." He revealed to him. "Lord Horton Redfort has been sending searching parties since the attack, but no luck so far."
Jon sighed in frustration before refilling his cup. "What about the problem involving Lord from House Baelish?"
"Well..."
Raziel Baratheon:
Come on, come on, now! The black haired boy was not really tired or sleepy. So he decided to explore the castle instead. But, he would rather do that by himself rather than to be accompanied by Sandor. So, he actually sneak out by the window. Descending the tower wasn't a option, so he decided to drop down towards a window on the floor bekow.
Woah! That was close. He thought as he grabbed the edge of the window and climbed through it. He entered a room identical to the one where he left Symeon on. But as he looked inside, he noticed that there was a man sleeping on it. Raziel then moved as slow as possible towards the door to not make any noise and opened it slightly before he squeezed himself through it.
Once he was out, he sneaked out of the tower while avoiding the guards. It's cold out here. He thought as he walked towards an empty yard. You know, leaving a place like this unguarded is pretty irresponsible. He thought as he looked around the place.
The Gates of the Moon was indeed a large castle but he really needs to see the Eyrie first to confirm if it was indeed smaller in comparison. Where should I go first? He wondered as he looked around. Suddenly, however, he was distracted by a noise that came from his left. As he turns to see what it was, he sees something unexpected. Mules? Right in the middle of the yard, Raziel saw four mules there. Still a bit confused, the Prince approached one of them. "Hey, should you be here?" He asked it while caressing it. The mule made a noise, which Raziel assumes that it's because it likes his touch.
"No! Get back here!" Suddenly, Raziel heard a voice coming from behind the mule that he was caressing it. He moved hid head to what it is and sees a girl, or at least he assumes it's a girl, dressed as a boy. "Come on, I'm gonna get yelled at." The girl practically begged as she tried to pull the Mule. But to no success as the Mule shakes her off and knocks her back on the dirt. As she looks at her dirty clothes, she sighed sadly.
Raziel, feeling bad for her, decided to approach her. "Are you okay?" He asked.
The dirty girl looked at him as soon as he asked and Raziel had a good look of her face. She had coal-black hair cut short and deep blue eyes. Strangely, she seemed familiar to him for some reason. "No..." She replied clearly upset as she stood up. She was obviously older than him, also taller.
"Are these your mules?" He asked in wonder.
"No, I was just supposed to feed them but they got out." She explained as she tried to get the dirt of her clothes.
"At this hour?" Raziel was confused.
"I was supposed to do it earlier but I forgot, okay?" The girl replied sounding annoyed by his questioning. Then she looked at him with a confused face identical to his. "Wait, what are you doing here at this hour?"
"Oh, I couldn't sleep, so I decided to explore." He admitted to her, before looking at the mules. "Can I help somehow?" Raziel asked. For some reason, he really wanted to help this girl.
The girl also looked at mules, probably considering his offer. "Well... If you could help me attract them back to the stables."
"I'm not really good with horses, si I'll need some good instructions." He admitted to her.
"Mules and horses are not the same, but I really don't have the time to argue about that." She took the dirt out of her dark breeches. "What's your name?"
"Raz..." He was about to tell her his name. But stopped in the middle because she might not let him help if she knew that he was the Prince.
"Raz?" Apparently, that was what she assumed his name was. "Good to meet you, I'm Mya." She introduced herself. "Now, help me pull this one." Mya then pointed at the mule that knocked her back.
Both the boy and the girl with black hair and blue eyes, spent several hours, trying to force the mules back to where they're supposed to be.
After a lot of work, Raziel was exhausted and so was Mya. As they had a lot of trouble in accomplishing the task.
"We actually did," Mya spoke happily. "I'm actually not going to be yelled at " She sounded very pleased as she stretched herself.
"Are these mules at least going to be used for something?" Raziel wondered as this took a lot of work due to how stubborn the mules were.
"They're gonna be used to transport the Hand of the King and the crown Prince to the Eyrie." After she said that, Raziel only had one single response to that.
"Fuck." It was the first time ever that he has cursed. He collapsed on the ground in dramatic fashion due to exhaustion. With Mya just staring at him, confused.
Thanks everyone who follows and favorites this story. Honestly, this chapter came out relatively weak on my opinion but I promise that the next one will be better.
As always Questions and Answers:
absolutely love it! awesome story ...Keep up the great work
Thanks, don't worry.
Hurt is used for several tenses, there is no hurted for past tense.
English is my second language, so this little grammar mistakes are pretty common, so... Really sorry.
Good chapter and I can't wait to see what happens next and I hope the girls he is with won't marry someone else
They probably will but... Raziel will still be the one they want.
I really wonder would Raziel encounter in Vale. It would be epic if he met Mya Stone there and came to realise he is related to her.
(^_^)ʕ•ٹ•ʔ(^_-)
please update good story
Sorry for the delay.
So the prince is going to meet little finger daughter, and you said she's bad but not killing off the competition bad. So is she going to figure out his and the queen dirty little secret ?
She will know everything about him.
the story is incredibly intriguing but the updates are incredibly slow
Like I said previously, my PC broke and that caused all of my stories to be delayed as result. Now, I'm stuck with writing on a very shitty phone.
Man wonder how Cersei is going to react when Raziel returns to Kingslanding after a year and gets him alone
Ah makes sense if the whole point of Raziel's royal progress/tutoring is not only to see his various kingdoms but also to get to know his lords Paramounts that Jon takes a break from being hand for a year to look after him while he's in the Vale
Actually thinking about it I know you said Robyn is going to be one of the friends Raziel makes while in the vale but am I right in thinking since Robyn is the ward of Bronze Yohn that the two won't always be living in the same castle after all Robyn has to go where Yohn goes and I doubt the lord of Runestone wouldn't stay in his own castle for a entire year
So am I right in thinking Robyn will just be visiting Raziel in the Eyrie frequently through the year
Like that the ring Myrcella has given Raziel will seemingly be a main stay of his appearance until the ring is to small for him I guess haha and so hope we get Raziel sending letters to Myrcella and Joy
Loved the scene with Dany already looking forward to the next reunion haha real shame she can't join him on his tours of the kingdoms
Also well done on making a cryptic Dragon Dream struggling to come up with a possible meaning for it haha
As for Jon's three issues he's got to deal with the mountain clans and Baelish make sense but a issue with the Royce's wonder what's going on there hope nothing serious or the Royce's are causing him issues
With Petyr by the way I do hope we don't see him rise to power in this after all in canon his rise only started because Lysa pestered Jon until he named Petyr head of customs at Gultown and then master of coin in this world Jon has no reason to unknowingly kick start the rise of Petyr and would be nice to see Petyr meet a early end potentially
Also looking forward to when Raziel gets a falcon or maybe a eagle haha
Now I know Raziel isn't a natural horse rider but I do think it's about time he learns how to ride one actually surprised him learning to ride isn't something Tywin taught him anyway I do hope aside for hawking Jon teachs Razeil how to ride a horse because that's just a skill he needs and if you can ride a horse in the vale you can ride one anywhere
So yeah seriously hope while in the Vale Razeil throws himself into his horse riding lessons and masters it after all riding is one of those skills nobles are expected to have and plus knowing how to ride a horse couldn't hurt for the future especially considering we know Raziel is having some kind of confrontation with the Dothraki in the future
Wait a sec Raziel is going to spend some time sailing with Theons uncles so many questions haha
Did like the preview with Sarella as alongside you mentioning Myrcella visiting her cousins in the reach ie the Hightower's and that Raziel would reunite with her and Joy all confirms that Raziel while in the Reach will spend some time in Oldtown im guessing he'll be brought along when the Tyrells visit their Hightower cousins to
Also hope it's one of those things where when Raziel meets Alleras he takes one look notices he's a she even if at that point he doesn't know she's a sand snake it can be one of those things where when he gets to Dorne and he speaks to the sand snakes when he hears from them we had a sister who went to the citadel Raziel can be like oh yeah meet I meet her when I visited
Another fact I like is that unlike in canon where Sarella is content to stay in the citadel for what ever reason in this she's going to be like Oberyn and spend some time there satisfy her curiosity then leave I'm also happy that it showed that Raziel is really going to charm the Martells
She will punish him for disrespecting her. (We met the reason of the "disrespect" on this chapter.)
Raziel will learn a bit if diplomacy with Jon.
That will be explained on the next chapter.
I want to three things from each of his fosterages. A piece of clothing (from a lover or a friend.), A new weapon and a companion. In each, he will be getting a piece of clothing that he will always wear. Myrcella's ring is the first. Count on the letters.
Don't worry, she'll join him in his journey through Essos.
Two dragons (Two foes that are connected to dragons.) Cave (Two possible outcomes that resemble a coin.) The chain. (What he will use to face them {not a chain.})
You'll be surprised.
Petyr is a very cunning bastard. He will find a way, even without Lysa's help. Unfortunately, his daughter will give him some trouble later.
I'm deciding between the two. It will be Raziel's second pet.
Until he finds the right horse, his horse riding skills will be mediocre.
Not voluntarily unfortunately.
Let's just say that Raziel develops an interest in studying on the Citadel and he kind of asks Myrcella to pull some strings with her other grandfather to get him inside to receive some special tutelage. (Where alongside Serella, he discovers some really interesting secrets on the inside.)
The Martells will have a very special relationship with Raziel.
How many chapters until Raziel is a man grown?
He will be a man grown by the end of his fosterage. Which we would in the half of it if I had my PC.
Nice story. Love to see more of cersei here. Despite being depraved , she is still a better character for a story than many.
Pls update Soo
Cersei isn't going anywhere.
Oooh I liked the preview, no clue who the girl is but still awesome.
Are there any more female dragon members? I only remember her and her brother, I highly doubt dany would attack him, so who is the other dragon?
As for the shortness of the chapter, it's good to have in interlude between arcs, so I didn't see a problem with it.
The girl is Oberyn Martell's third daughter. (If I'm not mistaking.)
The other dragon is someone believed to be death.
Nice chapter, excited to see his fostering in the Vale.
Hope your not disappointed.
Glad to see this hasn't been forgotten, thanks for the chapter!
This is my most popular story.
i really love your story the only problem is the frequency of update i hope you do correct that
If I had my computer, we would be in Storm's end right now. No one is more frustrated with the frequency than me.
I loved the dialogue with Petyr and Lysa's daughter but, could you maybe include a POV preview that actually shows us what her character is all about. I'm getting a Yandere vibe and I really wanna know more about her.
Fine, but this is the last preview I will be putting about her.

All three of them decided to make their way to the Prince's chambers in order to discover if he's actually involved. Jon honestly was almost certain that it was him, but Robb was still skeptical and Theon didn't seem to care. Passing through the cold corridors, they eventually arrived at the door of Raziel's chambers. Which was being guarded by the Hound.
"We need to speak with the Prince." Robb told the Prince's sworn shield.
The Hound only stared at them with a cold glare. Jon was no fool, even thought it was three of them, they were no match against him. Before Robb could speak again however, someone else spoke first.
"Let me guess, you boys wanna see if Raziel is involved?" That voice came from the other side of the corridor that they were in. Turning around, they noticed that it was the Prince's sister.
"Yes," Robb instantly replies. "Is he?"
"How should I know, I gave up trying to discover what goes through his head years ago." Mya told them before moving towards the door.
"Why can you pass?" Theon asked a very stupid question.
"Because I'm his sister and he doesn't really like any of you... Well, he particularly doesn't like you but you get my point." She answered Theon's question. Who just gave his usual smirk at her.
Mya then walked pass the Hound and opened the door. But while the four made their way inside, they were greeted by a very interesting and peculiar sight.
There, they saw the Prince on his knees on the bottom of a considerably big bed wearing only leather trousers with two girls on top of the bed with him.
One was a naked brown haired girl that Jon remembered as the Kennel master's daughter. She was pouring wine on herself and the Prince was licking and sucking the wine as it descended through her chest and stomach.
The other one was Robb's cousin, who was wearing a short nightgown that fully exposed her really lovely legs. She was laying on her stomach, watching the whole thing while smiling.
Everyone seemed to have a different reaction towards the current situation.
Robb made a shocked expression, probably due to his cousin's presence on the act.
Theon just smirked as he stared at the girl's naked body.
Mya just sighed and put her hand on her face in embarrassment.
Jon just raised his eyebrows. While thinking. I wonder what Robb's mother would think of the situation.
Suddenly, Robb's cousin notices their presence and stares at them with her gray-blue eyes. Which in a blink of a eye, turned from a glowing stare that she was giving the Prince into a cold and uncaring when she looked at them. She moved to poke the Prince's back as he picked the wine from the side of the girl's left tit.
"What?" Raziel asked.
"We have an unwanted audience." She was definitely lady Catelyn's niece, as she spoke about them with same coldness that Robb's mother always spoke about Jon.
Raziel moved his head to the left to see them and noticed their presence, looking slightly annoyed. The girl quickly covered herself with the blanket when she noticed their presence as well. The Prince then sat on edge of the bed. "What is it?" He asked.
The girl with red hair then wrapped her arms on his torso and pressed her front into his back. Then she placed her jaw on his left shoulder and gave them the exact same stare that Robb's mother always gave him.
"Since you're busy, I'm gonna be direct." Mya spoke to her brother. "Was it you?"
"No." He answered instantly.
"Okay." It was Mya's reply.
"Wait, seriously, he just say no and that's it?" Theon was quick to ask himself in confusion.
"He doesn't hide anything from me, Greyjoy." That was her answer to his question. "Which leads me to my next question." She approached him. "Do you know who did it?"
"Yes," Raziel answered, once he did though, the gray-blue eyed girl that was hugging him from behind started to lick his ear shamelessly in front of them.
"What?!" It was Robb who spoke in response, ignoring what his cousin was doing right I'm front of them. "Who did it?!" He questioned the Prince.
The Prince didn't respond him, he just stared at him with a very cold stare as he receives very tender looking kisses on his cheeks from the freckled beauty.
"Raz, please answer his questions." Mya pleaded him. Then she turned towards the girl that was just standing there, covering her slim body with the blanket. "You, get out." She ordered the girl.
The girl nodded, before grabbing her clothes and walking towards the door while still covering herself with the blanket. Theon shamelessly looked at the girl's behind, probably planning on paying her a visit later.
"It was me." To everyone's surprise, the one who spoke, was Alayne.
"What!?" Robb then grabbed his cousin's arm in response. "How could do such a thing?!"
Before she could answer however, Raziel grabbed Robb's forearm and squeezed hard. "Let go." He ordered the heir of Winterfell. Both shared hostile stares into one another before Robb looked at Alayne.
"Just, why?!" Robb asked again while still grabbing on to her arm.
"Don't answer." Raziel told her, and she obeyed while frowning towards Robb.
Robb just looked at Raziel with hostility again.
"Let go, or I'll break your arm." The Prince replied calmly. Alayne just stared at him with the same frown but she seemed very pleased with what she heard.
Jon was definitely not liking where this was going and look to Theon who seemed reluctant to get involved, probably after to get hit by the Prince again. Jon decided to step forward in order to try to contain the situation, but was quickly stopped by Mya who put her hand on Jon's chest and shaked her head signalling him to not get in between them. "Robb," She spoke up. "He's really gonna break your arm, if you don't let go." Mya told his brother.
A pause ensured in the room, but it ended as soon as Robb let go of his cousin's arm. "Just why?" He asked her.
"He had it coming." She instantly replied without any type of regret on her voice.
"What is that supposed to mean?!" Robb asked in shock. "You killed a Northern Lord!"
"So? I killed a lot of Lords." Raziel added casually. "Why do you care anyway?"
"A Northern Lord dies during my stay with them, and I allowed it to happen under my noise." Robb explained. "And done by the niece of the Warden of the North."
"I repeat, what do you care?" Raziel asked again. "No one is gonna find out who did it."
"They will, I'm gonna inform my father of this a-" Robb tried to tell him that he would have to tell their father about this. But he was interrupted.
"You will do no such a thing, I won't allow it." Raziel was quick to interrupt him.
"I'm not asking your permission." Robb rebuffed.
Suddenly, the room became really, really cold. Jon noticed that Mya made a worried expression. Which worsened once her brother slowly stood up from the bed and stood in front of Robb. It still amazed Jon, how tall the Prince was, especially considering that he was the youngest person in the room. He was also the one with the best build, which Jon attributed to his and Mya's father, who was said to be muscular as maiden's fantasy. Raziel wasn't quite there yet, but Jon knew that he was already in the fantasies of many maidens, Sansa included.
"You came here to bother me, and I was nice enough to inform you about the subject and now you're disrespecting me?" Raziel spoke in a calm voice that was actually quite intimidating.
"She committed a crime!" Robb replied.
"Says who?" Raziel replied with a smile. "The King's law?" It wasn't really a question, it sounded more like he was mocking him. "You wanna cry and get "justice" for that worthless piece of scum, be my fucking guest, but leave Alayne out of this."
Alayne let out a genuine smile after he said that.
"Raziel!" Robb yelled his name. "Don't you understand how serious this is!?"
Jon himself didn't understood why Robb was making such a big deal over this, though, he suspects that he's afraid to disappoint their father.
"I understand that you're overreacting to this." Raziel replied while folding his arms. "But please, humor me on how serious this is." That was obviously sarcasm.
"A bastard from House Tully killing a Northern Lord will cause a-" Robb was saying something but stopped as she noticed the Prince's icy stare.
"Oh, so this is about her being a bastard?" Raziel spoke up
"What?! Of cou-"
"It seems so, I mean, you love shoving at Theon and Jon's faces that they aren't really Starks." Raziel started to speak in a very strange manner as he approached his face towards Robb's. "Oh, I get it, if they don't belong to the honorable House Stark or their banners, they're just lesser beings for you, aren't they?"
Although, Jon hated to admit. Robb did seem to have a tendency for reminding both him and Theon that they're not really Starks. Though, Jon doesn't believe that he does it on purpose but it does happens relatively often.
"That's not true, you're jus-"
"Ironically, there's a high possibility that you're also a bastard." Raziel then looked at Alayne. "What was that thing that your father said once?"
Alayne stood up and hugged him from behind again. "That he took my mother's and aunt's maidenheads. " That completely took everyone in the room by surprise, especially Robb. "Actually, he said that was the reason to why he challenged Brandon Stark to duel for her hand." She added.
Wait a minute, is that why he challenged uncle Brandon to that duel. Jon thought in surprise.
"Oh, that would explain why only Jon and Arya actually look like Lord Stark, while you and everyone else look absolutely nothing like him." Raziel then smirked. "Who knows, maybe Lady Stark has been receiving visits from Alayne's father. He did told me that he still loves her, so who knows, maybe she decided to repeat their-" Before Raziel could finish what he was saying. Robb punched Raziel on the face. The punch made Raziel stumble back a bit, nearly falling on top of Alayne, but she held him tightly which kept him from falling.
That took everyone by surprise, especially Mya, who grabbed Jon's hand and squeezed in worry. Which took Jon by surprise but he was too worried about what was about to happen to do or say anything.
Raziel just stood there in silence after getting punched in the face, while Alayne kept hugging him from behind tightly and the others were there, completely frozen. But after a few seconds, he smirked as his lip started to bleed. "Nice, you get this one." He spoke up before removing Alayne's arms from around him. Then he put his hands on Robb's shoulders. "Sorry, you should never insult someone's mother like that." He strangely apologized for what he said about Robb's mother.
Mya let go of Jon's hand seeming relieved.
Robb seems to have accepted his apology as he took a deep breath to calm down. Which Raziel took a step back in response.
Alayne then came out from behind Raziel. And walked towards a jug that was besides the bed with her head down. She pours some wine on a cup and takes it to Robb. Robb looks at it and decided to accept, he picks it up from her and gulps it down. "Thanks." Once he finished the cup, he sighed before speaking. "Alayne, why did y-AAAHHH!" Before Robb could ask her a question, Alayne, out of nowhere, smashed the jug that was on her hand into Robb's face. Making him fall into the ground instantly.
Mya gasped in surprise.
"Hey!" It was Theon instant response as he moves closer to check on Robb.
"Why did you do that?!" Jon asked as he also approaches to check on Robb.
Alayne didn't answer his questions, she just dropped the broken jug and walked back to Raziel who barely reacted to what just happened. Once she got close enough, she got on her tip toes and leaned her head forward and started to lick the blood that was coming out of the spot where Robb punched him. She swallowed his blood proudly in front of all of them before smiling at him, then she turned her head to face them. "I would kill anyone, man, woman and even children, if they dare to try to harm him." By him, she meant Raziel. "And don't think that you're excluded just because we're family, dear cousin."

Answering another Review:
Saw you had a idea for a legend of Zelda story first hope the oc isn't the God child of Zelda as I want to see her in the harem
Alongside Zelda hope to see Ruto, Midna, Mipha, Paya, Riju, Urbosa maybe just the Gerudo people as a whole haha
Also with that Spartans Lament I really hope the only lament Odysseus has is that literally nothing can kill him as implied by the little description and no one can truly match him in a fight regardless of the numbers or if even by some miracle they wound him he shrugs it off
Be entertaining to see the public come to view Odysseus as a Demigod and lay on him titles such as the God of Blood and Steel and that he is someone all admire and come to respect easily
I also hope the Gladiator lifestyle is more comfortable for him than it was Spartacus at the start as for the pairing hope it has the likes of
Laeta, Sura, IIithyia, Naevia, Lucretia, Seppa, Kore, Canthara, Opelia, Saxa etc
Oh no, Zelda won't be his mother. The story will be completely original picking elements from all the games.
A lot of girls will want them just as much as they want Link.
That it's precisely his lament, he wants a warrior's death (being bested by a superior warrior.), but no one is able to give it to him.
In a way, yes.
Nah, Gladiator life is pretty short regardless of your game.
Probably.
