Current Location: The Hidden Dimension of the Council of Ricks.

Stanford Pines was still panicking and Quantum Rick took the time to pay the Guard Ricks off.

"Just keep quiet about where Stanford Pines is hiding towards Bill Cipher." Quantum Rick says pointedly.

"Sure thing, Mister Quantum Rick." The Guard Ricks agreed.

"How long will it take Bill Cipher to realize that you bribed the Guard Ricks with your own money?" Stanford Pines asked.

"Hopefully another hour, this way all the Guard Ricks will be too distracted with their wealth to consider killing you." Quantum Rick explained.

"So all the Guard Ricks will be distracted by their own Greedy Interests when Bill Cipher goes to check on them." Stanford Pines stated thoughtfully.

"Exactly the plan, Stan." Quantum Rick says drunkenly.

"Why is my survival in the hands of a Drunken Genius?" Stanford Pines asked himself worriedly.

"Stop worrying, the Council of Ricks is the perfect place to keep Bill Cipher distracted." Quantum Rick stated knowingly.

"Well, it looks like the Guard Ricks are all out shopping together. Quantum Rick has taken Stanford Pines in as his Research Apprentice." Bill Cipher Number Two says smugly.

"Why does this development amuse you? You should feel threatened, why are you suddenly amused instead?" Bill Cipher Number One questioned his Identical Twin.

"Do you really care why I want Sixer alive here?" Bill Cipher Number Two asked curiously.

"If the reason interferes with my own plans, of course I do!" Bill Cipher Number One declared.

"I just think that Six Fingers will be useful to my plans later on, nothing really complicated." Bill Cipher Number Two admits.

"Are you planning to use Ford against the Time Baby himself?" Bill Cipher Number One asked curiously.

"Maybe the Red Ribbon Army would be more amusing to watch Stanford Pines dealing with." Bill Cipher Number Two stated.

"You mean watching Stanford Pines learn about the Dragon Balls and then get chased around by Doctor Gero's Androids?" Bill Cipher Number One asked thoughtfully.

"I was thinking about how Doctor Gero would react towards Stanford Pines getting in his way of the Dragon Balls." Bill Cipher Number Two says thoughtfully.

"Alright, Stanford Pines lives long enough to fight Doctor Gero for the Dragon Balls. I can't ignore your idea, it has several entertaining possibilities." Bill Cipher Number One decided.

"I wonder what the Council of Ricks would wish for with the Dragon Balls?" Bill Cipher Number Two asked curiously.

"Probably Endless Resources to keep themselves going." Bill Cipher Number One answers back thoughtfully.

"Not if Morty Smith got to the Dragon Balls first." Bill Cipher Number Two stated knowingly.

"Chaos Theory in action, wonderful idea." Bill Cipher Number One agreed.

"I'm glad you like it, because I'm just getting started here!" Bill Cipher Number Two declared.

"You want the Dragon Balls for yourself?" Bill Cipher Number One asked thoughtfully.

"Imagine having someone wish the Weirdness Barrier away from Gravity Falls for us. The Dragon Balls would save us time getting the answers out of Sixer." Bill Cipher Number Two explained.

"You plan to send Sixer after the Dragon Balls and then steal them from him afterwards?" Bill Cipher Number One asked knowingly.

"Yup." Bill Cipher Number Two admits truthfully.
