Chapter 1: Back To Reality… Sort Of

Time Rift; P.O.V.: TPPOV

BOOM!

An explosion roared through a large space filled with diamonds floating in the sky as a male about 17 with dark skin sailed through the air and crashed into a diamond. He groaned as his golden hair fizzled in and out as he was surrounded in a golden aura as well and electricity sparked around his body. He wore a green hooded zip up jacket over a brown Gi top with white gauze wrapped around his hands and forearms, brown Gi bottoms with knee pads on the knees, green boots, and a holster strapped over his left shoulder that held a silver handled broadsword in its holster. He also had a long golden tail swinging behind him as he shook himself off. His clothes, however… Were torn in several places and he had bruises and cuts that were bleeding, especially from his head. He was exhausted and drained… And, he was unsure if he was gonna be able to keep going. Then, a large monstrous creature towered over him and swiped at him. He quickly vanished into thin air and reappeared above the creature, axe kicking it downwards. The monster yelled as it sailed downwards and into a floating crystal. The male panted as he wiped blood from his chin.

"God, why won't you just die already?!" the male growled as he looked down at the creature, "I am getting sick of your shit already!" The creature pulls itself out of the damaged crystal and growled as it glared at him.

"You are out of your depth, boy. Trust me… You cannot kill a Demon God!" the creature yelled as it glared at him. The male frowned as he spit blood from his mouth.

"I can damn well try… I already died once. Not doing that shit again, thank you," he said seriously as he cracked his neck, "Bring it on." The creature charged at the male and the male pulls out his sword and held it at his side. He swung at the creature and cut into its left wrist as it swung on him. The blade cuts deep into the skin of the creature, making it howl in pain. The male kicks the creature across the face and shot a large orange beam at the creature, exploding it off of its chest and blowing it back again. He retrieved the sword as it flung the sword back at him.

"You insignificant little parasite! If only you didn't exist!" the creature roared in pain as it held its bleeding wrist.

"Why, thank you! I have been called way worse by more horrible peons than you! I take that as a compliment!" the male smirked as he cleaned his blade off. He then heard a buzz in his ear and he brought a screen out to his left side. It showed a video of a pink haired woman staring out at him.

"Suskian, can you hear us?! Are you okay?!" The woman asked in concern.

"I can come and help-" another voice said from off-screen. He sighed and shook his head.

"No. Let me finish this. I need to… If I don't… What have I been training for? What have I been doing this past year? I need to learn that I can handle myself without waiting for someone to save me," He said calmly as he clenched his fists, "Supreme Kai of Time, I will be fine. I will save TokiToki… And, I will bring him back. You can count on it."

"Don't be foolish! This is Demigra you are fighting! He will kill you! I can't risk you like that! Please…" she said.

"Even if I wanted to, he wouldn't let me go anyway. I am beating him and he is gonna be super pissed… Just let me handle it," he said seriously, "Elisha would want me to…" He raced at the creature and slammed his shoulder into the creature's torso, making it spit out blood with a yell of pain.

"How are you… So powerful?!" the creature yelled.

"Because I trained for this, dickhead! Take it!" He yelled as he backflips away and bicycle kicks the creature in the jaw, "That was for Elisha, fucker!" The creature roared in pain as it hovered back.

"I am a DEMON GOD… You are a MORTAL. You will KNEEL before me!" He yelled as he fired a large black beam at Suskian, who had just upright himself. Suskian quickly flew out of the way and dodged the attack. He panted as he was running on fumes for his energy while the creature was the exact same.

"You will die for this, boy!" He yelled. Suskian sighed as he pumped out as much energy as he could while cupping his hands at his side.

"Sorry… I don't feel like dying again, like I said before," He said seriously, "I ain't dying again." A large blue orb of energy appeared in the middle of his hands. The creature growled in anger.

"I won't lose to you! Die, you insignificant insect!" He roared as he flew at Suskian. A large cone of dark and light energy surrounded him as he flew at Suskian.

"Everyone… I leave the future of the Time Patrol in your hands…" Suskian muttered, knowing full well this was his last attack, "SUPER… KA… ME… HA… ME… " As the creature flew closer, a black hole appeared above them.

"WHAT?! IS THAT A WORMHOLE?! SUSKIAN, GET OUT OF THERE!" the Supreme Kai Of Time screamed in horror.

"HAAAAAA!!!!!" Suskian yelled as he thrust his hands and arms forwards, a large blue beam of energy shooting towards the creature. The creature collides with the beam with his body still surrounded in dark and light energy, pushing back on the energy. Suskian grunted as his muscles strained from the output of energy he was using.

"Die, you MAGGOT! " The creature roared. Suskian grits his teeth as he narrowed his eyes.

"No… You won't kill me! I MADE A PROMISE AND I WILL KEEP IT! I WILL DEFEAT YOU, DEMIGRA! THIS IS MY FULL POWER!" Suskian roared as the aura explodes around him and suddenly emitted a sky blue within the golden yellow aura. The beam expands to miles wide as it enveloped the creature. For a brief moment, you could hear a roar of a large animal over the roaring beam.

"No! NO! NOOOOOOOOOOO…!!! I AM A GOD!!! I WILL KILL YOOOOOUUU…!!!" the creature screamed as it vanished in the beam. A small pure white light shot out of the beam and vanished into thin air. The beam crashed into a wall and the entire space began shaking violently. Suskian reverted back to normal, the aura surrounding him disappeared as he seemed to be barely conscious. His eyelids were growing heavy as he hovered in place as the space and Crystals around him began breaking and falling around him. Everything was blurry and there were voices calling to him. He then was being sucked into the wormhole above him and he blacked out on entry.

Earth; 2042; Tokyo; Near Lydian Music Academy

The sound of sirens awakens Suskian from his sleep and he slowly opened his eyes and moaned as he tried to move his body. Well, that was easier said than done as he was in a crater in the middle of the street. He was still covered in blood and scratches as his clothing was ripped and torn. He swiped his hand in front of him and a menu came up in front of him. He then materialized what looked like a Capsule in front of him and clicked it, letting a needle appear out of the bottom of it. He stabbed his leg and grunted in pain as the needle punctured his skin. He took several gasping deep breaths as he could feel his wounds slowly heal. After several agonizing minutes of waiting for his pain to go away… He coughed as he pulled the needle out of his leg and panted as he could feel his strength returning to him. He place a hand on his forehead and looked up at the blue cloudy sky.

"Where am I? Was I Isekai'ed again? This is a serious chore, man… But, that doesn't seem to be the case… Since, I still have that menu as a part of the Time Patrol. I should try and contact the Supreme Kai Of Time and let her know I am still alive," he said as he slowly stood up. He glanced over to his left side and saw his sword still in its holster. He picked it up and strapped it over his shoulder. He brought back the menu in front of him and messed with it for a few seconds, getting rather worried as he could see that it was not helping him.

"No signal?! Different universe?! Fuck, are you serious?!" Suskian yelled in annoyance, "Ah, man! This is so jank, damn it! I can't even contact my boss and tell her I am alive! At least I have my clothing, weapons, and meds. Even my Gravity Chamber and my Capsule house… But, that is it. I am pretty much stranded…" He swipes the menu away and looked back up, hovering above the ground. He flew out of the crater in the ground and noticed that he was in the middle of a residential area… But, it was mysteriously quiet. Too quiet… Suskian frowned as he was more than sure that he made a pretty big racket. He walked towards a corner store and looked in the window to see… It was empty but there looked to be what looked like piles of black ash inside on the floor. He blinked in confusion as he was not even sure why there was such a thing in the middle of the store like that. He could hear footsteps coming towards him and he sighed with relief that there was someone coming towards him. He glanced to his right and saw a girl maybe 2 years younger than him with short and cute messy brown hair stopping at the end of the corner and bending over, taking deep breaths as she caught her breath.

"Phew! I better get a move- Oh! Are you okay?" She said as she stood up and looked at him and saw his state. He was unsure on what to say since he wasn't sure how to respond to that… So, he answered with:

"Dog was chasing me. I think I lost it."

"Oh, man! Sounds scary… Hey! You know the fastest way to the music store?" She asked as she looked at him.

"Sorry. I have been running from that dog, so I am kinda lost," He said calmly as he rubbed the back of his head, "Um… Does that happen a lot?" He points to the pile of ash in the store and the girl came up to his side and froze in horror. She couldn't believe it… There was no way…

"Noise… Here? But, there was no alert!" she said in horror as she shook her head. She glanced back and saw more piles of ash out in the street. Suskian was not sure on what the girl meant and widened his eyes as his past life knowledge hit him, one that was before he was reborn as a Saiyan in the Time Patrol. An anime, actually… One he recently learned about. He heard of that name before… And, it turned his blood to ice as he realized where he was. A girl's voice screamed in the far distance and the girl with him ran off to the sound of the scream.

"I'm in the Symphogear universe… That wormhole brought me here…" he said to himself and realized he was talking to the main character of the series: Hibiki Tachibana. He ran after her quickly as he had to make sure she didn't get herself caught by the monsters of this world.

Suskian, Hibiki, and a little girl ran through an alleyway as Suskian was leading the way for them, holding his sword over his right shoulder as he ran.

"I didn't get your name, girl! What do I call you?" Suskian asked her seriously as he glanced over his left shoulder.

"Hibiki Tachibana, age 15! Nice to meet you!" she said quickly and he smirked at her.

"Call me Suskian or James… Either one is fine!" He said as he smirked at her, "Make sure you keep that girl safe! I will be your shield, no matter what!" Hibiki nods her head with a serious look on her face.

"There! An exit!" Hibiki said as she looked ahead. They came to an exit out of the alleyway and were surrounded by what looked like multicolored creatures with no faces that were clinging to the walls above them and the ground to their sides.

"Shit!" Suskian yelled as he stood in front of Hibiki and the girl protectively.

"Big sis! I'm scared!" the girl sobbed as she hugged Hibiki tightly.

"It'll be okay," Hibiki comforted the girl and looked at Suskian, "We need to run!" He glanced back at them and looked ahead as he saw that there was a walkway across a waterway in front of them.

"You trust me?" Suskian asked as he glanced back at the girls. He grabs them with his tail and wrapped it around them as he leaps into the air. They landed on the other walkway and unfurled his tail around them. They looked at him as he smiled at them.

"Come on," He said seriously and they ran away from the Noise.

They ran for hours, staying ahead of the large group of Noise that chased him. Suskian debated on fighting the Noise singlehandedly, sure… But, he remembered that normal people get turned to ash when they touch the Noise. And, he was unsure if that meant him as well. So, he was stuck… But, the best thing he could do was make sure that the girls were safe. Speaking of which, Hibiki was running out of steam as she was also piggyback carrying the girl behind Suskian. She trips and crashed to the ground, dropping the girl in the process. Suskian skids to a stop and ran back to check on Hibiki and the girl.

"Hey, Hibiki! Get up! Don't you quit!" Suskian yelled in shock as he looked down at the girl. She panted as she looked back at the slowly chasing Noise. Suskian stood up and debated going to fight and suddenly Hibiki slowly got up, muttering to herself. It sounded like she was saying…

" Don't give up on life… Don't give up…" Hibiki went over to the girl and picked her up.

"Is there a safe place we can go to?" Suskian asked her.

"We're too far from a shelter… But, I can get us to a high place. They don't seem to be able to climb that high…" Hibiki said and Suskian frowned as he knew that was wrong… But, since he was a Time Patroller…

"Let's move. You go first," He said and she nods her head and ran ahead. He ran after her and they ran for another 20 minutes, the sun setting as they ran. They came to what looked like an industrial plant and Hibiki and Suskian climbed a fire escape up to the roof of one of the office buildings and laid out on the ground, exhausted. Well, Suskian was still standing and barely winded while the girl and Hibiki were laying on the ground.

"Are we safe?" the girl panted and Suskian looked around, no Noise in sight.

"Yeah. We are…" Hibiki said as she looked at the girl and smiled. Suskian then sensed something coming towards them and whirled around to where the fire escape and saw some Noise coming up the fire escape.

"Fuck… Hibiki!" Suskian yelled in shock. She sat up and gasped as she held the girl close. Suskian stood in front of the girls, ready to fight as he knew this was the moment he had to choose… Would he die here, or save a life? A white aura surrounded him as he prepared himself.

"Don't give up on life! I won't!" Hibiki called as the Noise got closer to them. Suskian roared as he swung his sword and… Sliced easily through the nearby Noise that leaped at him, evaporating it into ash. He looked astonished at that as he just confirmed that he can combat them just like the heroes of this world. But, can he touch them with his fists? Just then…

Balwisyall nescell Gungnir tron…

These words were sung behind Suskian, making him feel… Calm as he felt power surge around him. He glanced back to see Hibiki surrounded in a golden dome. He was not even sure what to do since she was naked under that dome. Well, he did know what was happening… But, he knew he had to let it happen. Then, the dome disappeared and Hibiki was clothed in a black unitard and she had gauntlets and greaves appear on her hands and feet. She screamed in pain as what looked like large mechanical parts shot out of her back and shrunk back and expanded again. Then, they settled on her back and fitted onto her body, completing her transformation. She then grew a dark and sinister look in her eyes as she had a wicked look on her face.

"Hibiki… Umm, what the hell was that?" He asked in confusion and she snapped from her trance and looked at her body.

"Whaaaaaaat?! What happened to me?!" Hibiki yelled in shock.

"Big sis, you look super cool!" the little girl gushed as she looked at her.

"Uhh… What did I do?" Hibiki asked as she glanced at her outfit.

"No idea…" Suskian said and he looked back at the surprisingly docile horde of Noise, "Did… Did they wait for the transformation? That is so random…" Suddenly…

Cue Gesikō Gungnir

Hibiki, out of nowhere, started singing. Suskian blinked in shock as she picked up the girl in her arms and began running away while singing.

"OK… Know what? Go with it..." he muttered as he followed behind her quickly. He knew the VAs of this series in particular sang in almost every episode of the anime and beyond, so this shouldn't be a surprise. Both Suskian and Hibiki dodges and dives out of the way of the incoming Noise as the creatures chased them all throughout the complex.

"What do we do…? If we are gonna be swarmed like this, we should have gone to a larger area… I need to be able to use my Ki without worry of explosions happening anywhere," he muttered as he skids to a stop and was cornered by a few of the Noise and was separated from the girls. One of them charged at Suskian and tackled him in the chest, making him grunt in surprise as the hit was pretty hard and a lot stronger than he thought. However…. He didn't turn into ash. He crashed into a wall and grunted on impact. He rubbed his chest and stared in disbelief as he realized something: He didn't turn into ash! He took a deep breath as the Noise charged at him. He then threw a left hook and punched the incoming Noise into ash. He looked at his fist and smirked.

"Well, that works…" He said and rushed in and started kicking and punching the Noise into ash. He kicks one more into ash before he glanced over to see Hibiki and the girl on the ground again but she punches one away, turning it into ash.

" I… Beat them?" Hibiki thought as she looked at the airborne ash. She looked over at Suskian, who was running over to her. He threw his sword hard and it sailed above her and the girl, piercing another Noise and knocking it to the ground. It evaporates into ash as he came over and pulled it out of the vanishing Noise and swung the sword in a circle at his right side. He went over to help Hibiki and the girl to their feet.

"Thanks. What now?" Hibiki asked as Suskian looked ahead and saw the remaining Noise coming towards them. Just then… The sound of a motorcycle engine was revving towards them. He glanced back and saw a blue motorcycle racing towards them and a girl his age with long blue hair driving towards them. He moved the 2 girls out of the way as the motorcycle raced past them with the girl still riding it with a serious look on her face. The Noise came together to morph into a sort of large Super Noise creature. The girl leaps off of the motorcycle into the air and the motorcycle crashed into the feet of the creature, exploding on contact. It roared in pain as it fell backwards while the girl seemed to hover to the ground. Then, she sang a variation of what Hibiki sang, a sort of chant…

Imyuteus Ame No Habakiri Tron…

The girl was surrounded in the same dome as Hibiki was and she changed into what looked like a blue tight suit with armor fitting on several parts of her body. She lands on the ground, a futuristic looking katana in her right hand as she looked up at the creature. Then, she looked back at the group of 3 and saw Suskian first and his rather built physique. She then glanced at Hibiki and saw… A similarity to an old friend of hers in the past. She took a deep breath and looked back at Suskian.

"You, make sure they are out of the way. I will finish this," she ordered seriously and rushed ahead to the large Noise.

"Okay. Let's let her handle the rest, Hibiki. Is the girl okay?" Suskian asked her and she looked down at the little girl as she was hugging Hibiki tightly.

"Yes. She seems to be okay…" Hibiki said and the 2 of them glanced back to see the new girl singlehandedly clear out the Noise and finish up the job flawlessly. She lands a few feet away from them and stood up straight to look at them calmly. She brought her free hand up to her ear and spoke lowly.

"Area is clear. I found the candidate…" she said, "She is with someone I do not recognize." She waited as there was a few voices talking lowly in her ear.

"Understood. I will bring them to safety." She reverts back to her other clothing, which looked a lot similar to Hibiki's clothing.

"Well, that's handled… But, I am a lot farther away from home. I better get back…" Suskian said as he stretched his body out, "Make sure that girl gets home alright, Hibiki. I will catch you later." Suskian turned to leave when he heard a throat clear.

"Where are you going?" the bluenette asked seriously as he glanced back at her.

"Home. I live far away from here, so I wanna make it before dinner," He lied and turned back around. He then sensed her walking swiftly towards him and he spun to face her just as she grabs his shoulder. He grabs her wrist and stared at her as she has a shocked look on her face. Hibiki and the girl looked on in worry and shock as Suskian continued to stare at the brunette.

"I'd appreciate it if you don't grab people like that… It's not a nice gesture," He said seriously and she blushed in annoyance as she frowned at him. He lets her wrist go and he salutes her before hovering above the ground, which shocks all 3 of the girls. Suskian surrounded himself in a white aura before flying off quickly, making tracks as he did and leaving an aura trail behind him while flying south.

"Who was he?" the bluenette asked as she rubbed her wrist. Hibiki looked on in wonder at the male. He helped protect someone he didn't even know… How cool was that?! It was like out of an anime! Wait…

When he was a good distance away, he sighed and hovered in midair for a few seconds and checked his menu again, trying to get anything on his previous home in TokiToki City. Well, he did luck out on something… A Capsule appeared in his inventory that read "Suskian's Home." He sighed and took the Capsule out and held it in his hand.

"At least I got my home, which is a bonus. Now, where do I set it up?" He said as he looked down at the ground. He then spots a forest nearby and flew down to the thick forest and lands on a clearing in the trees and stared all around him, making sure it was safe around him. He quickly clicked on the top of the Capsule and tossed it out in front of him. He backed up as there was a loud POOF! And a large dome house appeared in front of him. He went up to the front door and opened it to be greeted by a low voice.

" Master Suskian, you are alive! Thank goodness…" the voice said and Suskian sighed as he took off his shirt while a hologram of a tall female appeared at his left side and followed him.

"Yeah, I know Selene. Wait, you thought I would die? Why?" Suskian said as he looked at her.

" Chronoa reported to me an hour after you disappeared… It had been a whole week since you died. Or rather… Your disappearance," Selene said as Suskian moved to the bathroom to start his shower to wash the dirt and blood off of his body.

"Wait, a week?! I have been in this world for barely 3 hours!" He said in shock.

" Yes. However, since you have activated me in a wormhole, it will take me a long while to contact Chronoa since there is no Dimension Transmitters to get signals out to her, easily I might add," Selene told Suskian and he clicked his tongue in annoyance.

"Of course… Nothing is ever easy, is it?" He said as he took off his clothes to reveal his well built body and Selene blushed as he was bare naked in front of her.

" Am I glad you don't disrobe in front of company like that…" Selene mentioned and Suskian laughed at the answer she gave him.

"I almost forgot you are self aware AI, Selene… It's not like you haven't seen me naked before," He said with a smirk. She blushed and looked away with modesty.

" Still, Suskian… It's indecent to walk naked around your house. Who knows who can just waltz in…" Selene told him and he shrugged his shoulders.

"I have no shame, you know that," He said as he looked back at her and went into the bathroom, "Give me a few minutes, k?" Selene sighed as he closed the door to the bathroom and shook her head as she vanished into thin air.

Lydian Music Academy; The Next Day

"This is a terrible idea, Selene. I am not trying to attract attention to myself…" Suskian said seriously as be pinched the bridge of his nose. He was followed by Selene, who was in a gynoid body that had short red hair and emerald green eyes wearing a white tight fitting dress that hovered above her lower thighs and laced knee high sneakers. She looked at James and blushed.

"It's better for you to get allies while you reside in this realm. What if Demigra survived?" She said calmly as she looked at him. He sighed and shook his head.

"I blasted that fucker into bits… No way he survived," Suskian said seriously as he looked dead at her. She sighed and shook her head.

"What about Towa? Mira may be gone, but you still have her to deal with," Selene stated as she looked at him. He slapped his forehead, remembering that little detail.

"Shit, you're right. What the hell do I do with her if she shows up?" Suskian said as he glanced at her. Selene gave him a warm smile and giggled.

"You are gonna be fine. You just need to plan ahead and train, am I wrong?" Selene asked as she looked at him, "You are the genius that created me, after all."

"That's because I had Bulma teach me… But, you have a point," He said sheepishly and nods his head, "I will take care of it when she comes around-" He then stopped as he sensed a couple people coming towards him. He glanced over and saw several men dressed in suits and had sunglasses over their eyes. They looked like secret service agents by the way they dressed. They stood in a horizontal line in front of him, not speaking but having an intimidating aura about them. However, if you're like Suskian… You aren't intimidated so easily by guys like this.

"So, any reason why you show up at a school that you don't attend or is part of the attendance?" a voice called and a mountain of a man called as he walked up to Suskian and Selene and towered over them.

"Well, I came looking for Genjuro Kazanari. I know he is looking into finding the Noise, and I wanna help with the Noise problem," Suskian said bluntly and the man narrowed his eyes as he folded his arms and cleared his throat.

"You were from the Noise attack last night. One of our own tried to subdue you and you acted in self defense, making her back off," He said calmly, "I should let you know that she… Is my niece." Suskian flinched at that and cleared his throat.

"In my defense, I don't like being grabbed out of nowhere," He said as he looked at the man, "We can resolve this peacefully, trust me… Director of Section 2 of the Special Disaster Response Team." He frowned as he stared at Suskian as several red dots appeared on Suskian's chest. Suskian looked down and snorted.

"Gonna aim snipers at a teenager? Sure…"

"Said teenager knows my name and my organization and acted violently, albeit in self defense, so yeah… I'm acting in safety," He said. Suskian glanced at Selene, who shook her head, and back at Genjuro.

"Look, we are both on tilt right now… Just tell your men to lower their weapons or this might really get ugly and trust me… I do not want to spill blood today," Suskian said calmly, "Nor do I want Selene to create a scene."

"Control your boyfriend, girl," Genjuro said sternly and Selene blushed as she glanced at Suskian.

"Not my boyfriend. He is my master," Selene said, "He created me with Ms. Briefs." He blinked in confusion and Suskian sighed.

"She's a gynoid, man. Trust me, she will body your shit," Suskian said seriously, "Just tell them to back off." Genjuro stared at the 2 of them for a few more seconds before raising his hand and lowering it slowly. The dots disappeared from Suskian's chest and Suskian smirked.

"You are lucky the school day ended…" Genjuro said, "Now, how do you know about-"

"Hold that thought. You got a place we can talk in private?" Suskian said seriously. Genjuro raised an eyebrow and nods his head.

"Good, take us there. No cuffs, got it? I will break them easily." Genjuro led Suskian and Selene inside of the school and the other men followed closely behind them. Selene smacked Suskian in the back of the head.

"Ow!" He grunted.

"Great first impression," Selene told him and he shrugged his shoulders.

"Gotta assert dominance, let them know that I mean business," He said softly to her and she shook her head.

"Just… Try not to piss them off next time," she said and he snorted at that.

"Hard not to…" he said and she gave him a glare. He rubbed the back of his head and followed behind Genjuro.
