3 days, it's been 3 days since Neteyam was given to Eywa. He still remembers it like if it just an hour ago. The day after he refused to leave the marui. He just... couldn't bring himself to face the Metkayina. Even before the funeral, he didn't leave the marui. Though even in the marui, he didn't feel safe with Neytiri in it. He had always be weary of her. But now he's afraid of her, he always knew that she didn't like him. But he didn't think she would be willing to kill him. Even though he understands why she did it, he can't help but be afraid of her. The next day he got the courage to leave the marui. He spent the whole day making nets and spears.

But now, he's with Tuk collecting shells in the sand. He was planning to spend the day doing the same as before, but he could never say no to Tuk. And he hopes it would be a good distraction for both of them.

"Spider look!!" Tuk said running up to him with a pinkish-purplish shell. "It's beautiful Tuk. Maybe you can ask your mom to add it to your hair." Spider replied with a smile.

Tuk smile grew and went back to looking for shells. Spider looked at the shells in his hands. He found 2 shells that he liked.

One was a light sea green color, while the other was turquoise. He was about to look for another when he heard it.

"Spider..."

Spider shot his head up and looked around. He knows it wasn't Tuk, no one was near them either.

Spider shook his head, thinking that he was probably tired since he didn't sleep well last night.

"Hello." Spider flinched and turned to see Tsireya. He remembers seeing her at the funeral and a few times the other day.

"Hi Tsireya! Look at the shells that we found!" Tuk ran up to her with her hands out. Holding 4 shells.

Tsireya smiled. "Those are beautiful Tuk." she turns to Spider. "Do you have any shells?"

Spider stood up, a little nervous, and showed her the shells.

Her eyes lightened up when she saw the turquoise shell.

"These color shells are hard to find. You are very lucky." She smiled and turned to Tuk.

Spider couldn't help but smile. He was worried that the Metkayina wouldn't want him around. But maybe he had a small chance.

It was time for the evening meal. Even though Spider are with the Sully's. He never spoke unless spoken to. Spider gave Neytiri a 'thank you' nod and switched his mask for the cannula. He starts to eat silently as everyone was talking about their day. He was listening when he heard it again.

"Spider..."

Spider shook his head and continued eating.

"Spider, you ok?" Jake asked. Spider could hear the worried in his voice.

He nodded. "Yes sir, I'm... just a bit tired."

Jake didn't believe it was entirely the truth, but decided not to pressure it.

They continue eating until they were all finished. Spider took the dishes to wash them when a hand on his shoulder stopped him. "It's alright kid, I'll do it. Get some rest." Jake spoke and gave him a reassuring look when Spider was about to protest.

Spider nodded and headed toward his and Kiri's shared pallet. On the first night he was planning to sleep in a corner, far from the Sully's. But Kiri, quite literally, picked him up and placed him on her pallet.

he had gave Kiri a confused look. And she mumbled "I don't want to wake up and see you gone."

He couldn't blame her, he would do the same if roles were reversed.

Spider laid down and fell asleep the moment his head hit the pillow.

Jake could tell something was off. When Spider came back with Tuk he shook his head. He remembers seeing him doing it a few more times during the day.

He knows that Spider went through a lot these past months. Who knows what the RDA put him through.

Jake knows that he needs to talk to Spider about his time with the RDA and with Quaritch. But he's not sure how to approach the subject.

Even if it was a dream, the forest was still beautiful. He was running with Neteyam, Lo'ak, Kiri, and Tuk in front of him. "Last one back to the river gets thrown in!" Lo'ak shouted. Everyone laughed and ran faster. Though much to Spiders dismay, he was the last to reach the river. He was ahead of Tuk, but didn't want her to be sad about losing.

"Hey Spider, how do you feel about a free bath?" Lo'ak asked with a smirk.

Spiders eyes widened. He turned to run but he felt hands grab him. Dragging him to the river.

Kiri and Tuk were laughing in the background while Neteyam and Lo'ak were dragging him by his arms, also laughing. Spider was dying from laughter as he tried to get away.

Once next to the river, Neteyam grabbed ahold of Spiders legs while Lo'ak grabbed Spiders arms. They lifted him up and threw him in the water.

Even in the water, he was still laughing.

He eventually got himself out the water, but when he looked around and didn't see them.

He rolled his eyes. "Very funny guys. I know you'll hiding."

Nothing

"Guys?"

Nothing

"GUYS!"

"...Spider..."

Spider froze.

"Spider..."

"Who are you!?"

"..."

"Answer me!"

"Do you remember that night? The night were you got that scar?"

Spider placed a hand on his chest, right were Neytiri had cut him.

"Turn around."

Spider did. The forest disappearing and nothing but darkness could be see. Except... a pair of eyes. No ordinary eyes, glowing eyes that changed from green to white. Green, white, just like-

"Don't be afraid. Come closer."

Spider did. Staring at the eyes.

"That's right Spider...a little closer."

Spider kept walking until he was right in front of the eyes. He felt something warm on both sides of his head, like if someone was holding his head in place.

"Be still... and don't stop looking...I want to see the damage those Sully's have done."

Spiders eyes rolled into the back of his head. He saw everything. From the moment he was born to today.

Spider sat up and looked around. He wasn't dreaming anymore.

He looked around, Jake and Neytiri gone, probably getting breakfast. His siblings were still sleeping.

But the thing was... he doesn't remember the dream he had. He knows he had a dream, but doesn't remember what it was about.

Spider figured that it was probably not important.
