Author's Note:
Hello my lovely Readers! Yes, I am alive. I just have been through some really BIG life changes in the past two years.
1. My Mom passed away from Pancreatic Cancer
2. I got Married
3. I had a baby
So yeah, a LOT of life changes lately, so unfortunately writing took a backseat until everything could calm down. Even still it is hard for me to write sometimes because it reminds me of my Mom. She was an avid fan of my writing and would always listen to me read my next chapter to be uploaded out loud before I put it on the website here. But my husband reminded me that she wouldn't want me to stop just because I lost her amazing advice. She would want me to continue so that I can have all of you enjoy and continue to give me feedback. So that is what I will do!
For those following "Magical Mission" I am about to update the story with the next chapter, it is almost finished and just needs a final review.
In the meantime, I realized there were ZERO Mandalorian/Harry Potter stories, so my creative brain thought, "Its on!" and so here we are! I hope you enjoy. :)

Chapter One: Abrupt Departures and Arrivals
The Battle of Hogwarts raged ferociously around Jasmine Potter. Anywhere she turned she was either dodging a spell, firing one of her own, or swinging her dagger in her other hand to parry another spell or creature.
All she wanted was to find her little brother, Harry, and protect him as best she could through all of this chaos. She had done her utmost to prepare him for this, but at the same time, she was extremely worried about him.
Finally, she spotted her little brother's tall friend, Ronald Weasley, and having locked her sights on him, she maneuvered through the chaos, knowing that where Ron was, Harry was sure to be as well. As she battled her way towards Ron, Jasmine saw him turn and briefly lock eyes with her. Seeing her silent message, he then turned and seemed to be talking to someone, most likely Harry and Hermione.
Before she could meet them halfway, however, her progress was stopped by one of her old rivals in school, Jacinta Ravenswood, who, it looks like, decided to join Voldemort's campaign. "Well, well, well, if it isn't the little Jazzy!" Jacinta sneered as she blocked any progress Jasmine could make of going forward. Stopping and taking a cautious defensive stance, Jasmine replied, "I'd say 'nice to see you Jacinta' if the circumstances were different. Now get out of my way." Jacinta cackled at Jasmine's demand and throwing her long blonde hair over her shoulder in a pompous gesture, she stated, "No can do sweetheart, for the Dark Lord gave me the wonderful task of getting rid of you once and for all, and I intend to please my Lord."
Jasmine nearly gagged at the dreamy look that came over Jacinta's face when she spoke of the Dark Lord. 'Great,' she thought to herself sarcastically, 'another Bellatrix in the making.' Instead, she merely narrowed her eyes at her opponent, and stated, "Unfortunately for you, I'm afraid you're going to have to disappoint him, cause I am not going anywhere. Expelliarmus!"
Shockingly, Jacinta was able to dodge Jasmine's spell. And immediately, the two began a heated duel. It was no surprise though because when the two were at Hogwarts, they were at the top of the class in Dueling Club. Back and forth jets of light shot between the two at speeds that few could keep up with. Pretty soon the two's intense duel drew others to pause in their fighting and gather around to watch.
Jasmine could feel sweat beginning to form and drip down her forehead, but she refused to pause for even a second. Suddenly, both girls paused at the exact same moment to take a deep breath from their intense duel. Jasmine watched with dread mounting as Jacinta seemed to smirk in victory and stated smugly, "If I can't kill you, then I'll just have to send you somewhere so you will never be able to get back to your precious little brother!" Jacinta then raised her wand to point it directly at Jasmine and began chanting in an ancient language, "Invoco inane, fac hoc humanum in aeternum alterum evanescere! Invoco inane, fac hoc humanum in aeternum alterum evanescere! Invoco inane, fac hoc humanum in aeternum alterum evanescere!"
Jasmine gasped in fear as a vortex looking hole seemed to appear beneath her feet! She attempted to move, but realized belatedly that she was unable to move her legs at all. "What are you doing to me?!" She screamed in both fear and anger towards her now number one enemy.
As Jacinta's chanting started coming to an end, Jasmine slowly felt her feet begin to be pulled into the depths of the vortex. Quickly she scanned the crowd for any sign of Harry. Thankfully she found him and when she saw his look of fear and horror at what was happening to his sister, she gave him a sad smile and mouthed directly to him, "Don't worry, I'll find a way back to you. That's a promise!" She watched as Harry seemed to shake himself out of his fear and give her a determined nod back. After all, Jacinta said she wasn't killing Jasmine. Just sending her somewhere. Before the vortex completely swallowed her, Jasmine yelled for only Harry's ears to understand, "Don't forget to use the book and mirror! They'll work however far apart we are! I love you Harry!" And with those words, the Vortex closed completely around Jasmine and she disappeared from Earth forevermore.
Meanwhile in a Galaxy far, far, away...
A Mandalorian Bounty Hunter had just arrived on the planet where his next Bounty was located. After having a run-in with the local wildlife, and being rescued by a local moisture farmer, he and the farmer were in the middle of discussing how the Mandalorian could approach the place that his Bounty was kept, when suddenly the wind began picking up out of nowhere!
"Hmm, strange, we usually don't get winds like this here." Kuiil, the Farmer, stated as he glanced up at the quickly darkening sky. The clouds were acting unnatural as well, they came out of nowhere and began swirling in a circular pattern flashing weird gold and violet lightning bolts around and through the sky and clouds. Suddenly the clouds seemed to look almost like they were spitting something out of them, and both males watched in slight fascination, as a figure seemed to literally be spit out from the clouds!
As soon as the figure appeared and started falling from the sky, the clouds seemed to immediately disappear and the wind seemed to die down. Seeing that the figure was falling and screaming in fright, Mando suddenly had this feeling come over him that he needed to help whoever it was that was falling. Quickly he ran towards the location that the girl seemed to be fast dropping towards. Suddenly it seemed like her fall seemed to slow down somewhat, oddly, but she was still falling fast enough for a landing to seriously hurt her or knock her out. Once he was close enough, Mando took a leaping jump and caught the girl in his arms, bridal style!
Landing back on the ground with the skills only a warrior of his caliber could possess, Mando looked down and made eye contact through his helmet with the woman in his arms… And suddenly felt for a moment as if his whole world froze. For in his arms, Mando held what he thought was the most beautiful woman he had ever laid eyes on.
She had long, dark red hair that almost took on an Auburn type of color, though it was nothing magnificent at the moment because it was all sweaty and mangled in a very messy, almost undone braid. Her skin tone was hard to tell because she was covered in cuts and blood and dirt, she had obviously just come from some major conflict. But what really held the Mandalorian captive was the woman's eyes. Her eyes were a startling emerald green, almost as if they themselves were gems!
For the woman's part, her eyes marginally widened in surprise at being caught in a bridal style hold and then staring up at a very unique helmet. She could sense that this person meant her no harm, so giving the person a small smile, she breathed out a quiet, "Thank you…" And then promptly passed out.
