"I'm so cold," Bell thought as his teeth chattered and his lips turned blue. The water around him feeling like an icy lake.
The rubble pinning him down stopping him from moving, forcing him to stay in this ice-cold water.
But how did he get like this? Where is Peter to help him? Well, let's find out and rewind the clock

Ottar's fist met Bell's face sending him flying. Just how much strength did Ottar have?
Using his momentum, Bell flipped mid-air before shooting his webs, sticking them to Ottar's shoulders. He pulled himself forward, kicking Ottar in the chest.
Only for it to have little effect. Ottar grabbed Bell's leg and flung him into a support beam, the concrete shattering against as back as he flew through it.
Bell coughed as he got up but quickly rolled out of the way as his spider-sense told him to move. Ottar's fist impacted the ground where Bell laid.
Bell pushed himself up to his feet, shooting a web at Ottar, who dodged.
.
.
"Didn't work the first time. Why do it again" Ottar taunted. Before a giant piece of concrete slammed into his back.
He stumbled forward and chuckled. "Using your environment. Smart"
Ottar grabbed a piece of rubble and tossed it at Bell, who dodged, jumping over it. The rubble shattered into a million pieces against the wall as Ottar grabbed Bell.
He tackled him through another support beam before slamming him onto the ground. Bell shot webs to the wall and slid under Ottar's legs avoiding a double-fisted slam.
Bell jumped up and stumbled to his feet before feeling a piece of rubble slam into his back. He fell face-first onto the concrete before Ottar grabbed his leg and threw him through another support beam.
Bell tried to get up but felt two strong hands grab his shoulders and lift him up.
.
.
"Come on. You can do better than this. I'll let you get a free hit in," Ottar said, crouching down to Bell's height and tapping his cheek.
Bell felt as if he was being patronized, and that made him angry. Channeling his anger to his fight, he threw a punch cracking Ottar right across the jaw, making the man stumble.
"That's it. I knew you had it in ya," Ottar taunted before driving his fist into Bell's gut.
Bell hunched over as he felt the air exit his lungs, causing him to cough violently.
"Maybe I did this too early. It seems as if you're still scared to fight. Are you Bell" Ottar asked, taking a seat next to Bell.
Bell continued to cough, trying to get air back into his lungs. "I'll stop you," he wheezed out.
"I'm waiting," Ottar replied.
Bell shakily pushed himself to his feet and threw a lazy punch at Ottar, who caught it.
"Perhaps I did do this too early. Next time give me a better fight," Ottar said, his voice dead serious.
He then tossed Bell through the last support beam like he was trash and exited the building. A few seconds later, the building collapsed on Bell, and water pipes broke, causing icy cold water to surround Bell.

"I gotta move. Peter needs my help," Bell thought, trying to push the rubble off him. It budged, but he gave up as his arm felt heavy.
"Help! Someone help me. I'm stuck," Bell yelled, hoping someone could hear him. His breathing started to move faster as the water felt colder.
He tried pushing the rubble again to no avail. "Please, someone help me. I'm trapped," he yelled again, hoping that someone. Anyone could hear him.
Bell began to panic. He had no way to call for help, and he didn't know if Peter was alive.
"Shit, I'm gonna die. Come on, move, you piece of shit," Bell said, trying again to lift the rubble up. It budged, but he had to let go as pain shot through his arms.
"Goddamnit. Someone, please help me. I don't wanna die," Bell cried, feeling tears streaming down his face.
Right now, Bell wasn't Spider-Man or some brave hero who saved girls from alleyway muggings. No, right now, Bell was just some scared kid thrown into the life of a hero pinned beneath some rubble.
Bell lay there, taking in another shaky breath as the cold water surrounded him. He felt his life flash before his eyes. He wouldn't see his mom or dad again. Nor would he see his friends, each of whom passed through his mind.
No, he'd die here under this rubble and not be found for possible weeks. Just some kid he got in way over his head.
"Says who. Who decided I was gonna die" Bell thought, feeling a righteous anger burn inside him.
Who said that this was the night he died? He can do this. It's just some rubble. He's lifted heavier things before. Feeling a newfound motivation, Bell tried once again to raise the rubble.
He felt pain shoot through his arm, yet he kept pushing and pushing. His ribs started to hurt as they were most likely broken. Yet he kept lifting.
"Almost there," Bell thought, feeling his whole body starting to hurt. Inch by inch, he lifted that rubble higher and higher. But a sharp pain in his side caused him to drop the rubble again.
Bell screamed in pain, feeling the debris fall back on him. He could feel his ribs crack, and his arms feel dead.
The good news was he could still wiggle his toes, so he wasn't paralyzed.
Looking down at himself, Bell figured out what caused pain to shoot through his side.
A piece of rebar had gone right through his body without him knowing until now. He looked down at the water around him, and it was already red.
"Shit, that's not good. Alright, come on, Bell, think of a way out of this," Bell thought.
Running all possible scenarios in his mind, he came upon one conclusion. He would have to remove the rebar before pushing the rubble off him.
But since the rubble was pinning him down, he had no way to move himself off it. Bell thought quickly, and an idea came to mind.
It would hurt like hell, but it was really his only option if he wanted to get this rubble off him.
Grabbing the rebar with his hands, Bell began using his super strength to snap it in half.
He was bending it one way while pushing it the other way. He grit his teeth, trying to hold back the scream of pain as he does this.
He kept bending and pushing, bending and pushing. Until it finally snapped.
Bell let out a pained breath as he started panting. He did it. The rebar wouldn't be a problem for him anymore.
Steeling his resolve once more, Bell began pushing the rubble. It rose higher and higher inch by inch. Until Bell finally pushed it off him.
He stumbled to the ground, his hand at his side, trying to stop the blood from flowing. His legs felt weak, and he was pretty sure his left arm was broken, as well as multiple ribs.
He felt his eyelids grow heavy, but he had to stay awake.
Aiming his web-shooter at his side, he fired multiple webs at it to stop the bleeding.
He tried to push himself to his feet but fell. He tried again, only to have the same result.
His body was broken, bloodied, and exhausted, but he still had to get up. Peter needed his help, so he needed to get back up and fight.
His arm slipped out from under him, and he landed face-first on the ground. He felt his eyelids grow heavy once more.
Maybe a little rest wouldn't hurt.

Peter dodged a swing from the prowlers electric baton. He shot an impact web at her back, which she dodged and used her jet boots to fly at him.
Peter leaned back and watched as her kick flew harmlessly over him. He shot a web that attached to her back and pulled her down.
Her back slammed into the ground, but she quickly got up as if nothing happened.
She threw an impact grenade at Peter, but he did a simple backflip and avoided the blast and shrapnel.
But the Prowler was already in front of him, swinging her baton at his vitals.
Peter either dodged or blocked her attacks before kicking her in the stomach. She skidded back, and Peter punched her square in the face before uppercutting her in the gut.
He grabbed her head and kneed it before throwing her to the ground.
She used her rocket boots to stabilize herself before flying at Peter again. She threw her baton at him, which Peter caught.
Before the baton blew up in his face, the prowler grabbed him by the waist and flew into the air. Once she reached the limit of her rocket boots, she started flying back down.
She let go of Peter at the last second before stabilizing herself.
Peter's back slammed into the ground, causing him to bounce.
He quickly got himself to his feet just in time to catch Prowler's fist. He threw her away but webbed up her rocket boots so she couldn't use them anymore.
.
.
"So Prowler care to explain why you're fighting this war," Peter asked.
"I'm getting paid," her robotic voice replied.
"So it's all about money, huh? All these people dead so that you could fill your pockets," Peter scoffed.
"That's not the only reason. But I feel no need to explain myself to you."
Prowler's voice modulator was keeping her voice hidden from Peter, which Peter found odd as she never talked before. It was almost as if she didn't want him to hear her voice. Would it be because he would recognize it?
Peter finding the odd decided to record this conversation. Call it a hunch.
"Oh, what? You have some sick kid that needs the money. There are honest ways to make money, Prowler," Peter said.
"Like I said, spider, I have no need to explain the circumstances of my situation."
Peter just sighed. "Alright, guess I'm just taking you in the hard way then."
Before Peter could launch an attack, however, Kingpin landed next to Prowler.
"I have to say Spider-Man, your prodigy wasn't much of a fight," Ottar said, a bored look on his face.
Peter's eyes widened, and shock and a wave of fear washed over Peter. Was Bell ok? Was he alright? Did Kingpin kill him?
"Don't worry, webhead, the boy's still alive. However, you have a choice to make. Either go and save him or pursue us. You can only choose one," Ottar offered.
A million thoughts raced through Peters's head all at once. Bell was just a kid caught up in all of this because of a mistake Peter made. He had to go and help him. He owed it to the kid.
But if he did, Kingpin and Prowler would get away. They would wreak more havoc, more people would do crime would rise, and the city would become more dangerous.
But if he didn't go after Bell, there was a good chance he could die. A kid like him didn't deserve to go out like that.
"Chop, chop, Spider. The kid might not have much time left," Ottar taunted.
As Peter was weighing his options, his decision was made for him as a shipping container slammed into Ottar.
"That…was for dropping a building on me…you fucking asshole," Bell panted as he stumbled to Peter's side.
Peter took a look at him and saw Bell wasn't in good shape. His left arm was wrapped in webs, acting as a makeshift cast. The webs he had used to patch his side were now red as blood was starting to seep through them.
There were also probably a dozen more internal injuries that Peter couldn't see, but he knew Bell was on his last legs.
"Alright, kid, take a break. I can handle it from here," Peter said, trying to get Bell to stop.
Bell shook his head. "I can still fight. I'll just take on the purple chick," Bell grunted.
Peter couldn't respond as Ottar pushed the container off him without a problem. He dusted himself off and didn't even have a scratch on him. Yet he was smiling.
"Ha ha ha ha. I knew you had a fire in ya, kid. Prowler go fight him while I deal with Sr. Here," Ottar ordered.
"Very well," Prowler complied.
She grabbed a knife and cut the webs on her boots so she could use them again. Bell forced himself to stand at his full height, feeling pain shoot throughout his body.
Peter didn't have time to protest as Ottar had already thrown the shipping container back at Peter.
The battle at the docks had truly begun.
Sorry, this took so long to come out. I just had no idea what to write. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed as the climactic battle of the war is about to begin.
Anyway later.
