Regina and Henry find the best restaurant in town of Storybrooke that they have chosen to go to Granny's Diner because they can get free food there. Ruby brings two adult menus and two kids' menus over where she is her Goddaughter's Family are at. "Emma, Regina, Henry and Brantley it is a great surprise to you all here having lunch as a Family today." Ruby said. "Ruby yes it is a great surprise to see you once again. Emma, Henry and I will have our usuals." Regina said. "Brantley what about you?" Ruby asked. "Ruby: Brantley can't even read that I will talk to him what he can have 1st alright. Brantley what do you want for lunch today that you can have anything you want." Emma said. "Moma soups!" Brantley quietly. "Brantley you want is just some Tomato soup for your lunch today! Ruby: Brantley just wants some Tomato soup and if Granny has any Purified Water that Brantley has to get some Purified Water to drink because he can't have Regular Water to drink. He gets really sick from drinking Regular Water anyway!" Emma said. "Emma yes Granny will be serving Purified water to everyone and including Brantley as well. Don't you worry about your food being free for the rest of you guys' lives forever and ever alright. Does Brantley want any ice cubes with his Purified Water or not?" Ruby said. "Ruby no ice cubes for Brantley and he can have just plain Purified Water to drink in his special baby bottle alright." Emma said (she hands Brantley's special baby bottle to Ruby to fill it with plain Purified Water for Brantley.) Ruby walks away with two adult menus in her arms and someone walks through Granny's Diner door that it is only Emma's Parents only. "Emma, Regina, Henry and Brantley it is surprising to you guys here are having lunch together." Mary-Margaret said. "Mom hello to you as well! Regina, Henry and I are taking Brantley shopping for his personal things because Regina and I are going to be adopting him into this Family anyway." Emma said(she points to herself, Regina and Henry as well.) "Emma I didn't know you and Regina are going to be adopting Brantley into your 'Swan-Mills' Family." Mary-Margaret said. Suddenly: someone bursts into Granny's Diner and looking at Brantley. Emma puts Brantley down on Regina's lap and walks over to this someone who is looking for something. "Can I help you with something?" Emma asked. "Yes you can help me to find my Daughter who is in the booth right over there." Someone said. "Well I haven't seen her for along time since like forever and I am here to take her back home with that I am a lady." This lady said. "Madam I am sorry I don't understand and this is Brantley over there." Emma said. "Excuse me and you got it all wrong here that is my Daughter." This lady said. Emma looks closely at this lady that she is realizing it is Zelena known as 'Regina's half Sister.' Zelena snatches Brantley from Regina's lap that she takes him to outside of Granny's Diner and goes around behind the diner. She puts Brantley down on the ground and pulls out a pistol from behind her back that Zelena opens fire at Brantley. The bullet hits Brantley in his right shoulder and the second shot hits him in his right leg. Emma comes running towards Zelena and tackles her to the ground. Sheriff David Nolan arrests Zelena to put her back into the psyche ward where she belongs there for along time now. Emma uses something of hers to stop the bleeding from Brantley's right shoulder and leg. "Brantley you are going to be alright!" Emma said. "Moma!" Brantley panicked. Real suddenly: Brantley passes out back on the ground behind Granny's Diner that Emma carries Brantley in her arms like a real baby boy towards an ambulance and rides with Brantley in the ambulance to Storybrooke General Hospital right away. More than two hours later: Brantley awoke up to be screaming at the up of his lungs when some Nurse comes to check on him. "Brantley please don't freak out and I am here to checkup on you alright." The Nurse said. "Want my Moma!" Brantley cried. "Brantley you to calm down! I am going to be getting your Aunt/Godmother for you anyway. Dr. Cameron I need to you in Brantley's hospital room please because he is having a panic attack." The Nurse said. When Allison Cameron and Emma that they walk into Brantley's hospital room and finds him having a panic attack? Emma runs towards Brantley with her arms out wide for her to be hugging him so gently. "Brantley you are going to be alright!" Emma said. "Moma!" Brantley cried. "Brantley you are in the hospital because you were shot in your right shoulder and leg by your Mommy's half Sister known as 'Zelena' with a pistol that pistol belong to me. Zelena is now in the psych ward forever because her magic is blocked with a black cuff thing and she won't bother us anymore that she will not be apart of our Family anymore." Emma said. "Moma!" Brantley cried. "Brantley I am right here with you! Allison: tell me what is going on with Brantley." Emma said. "Emma: Brantley has to stay here for one night or two nights alright." Allison said. During Emma and Allison are talking about some stuff that Brantley begins to be wetting his diapers. Brantley's hospital gown is making him so uncomfortable and itchy at the same time. Allison gives Emma some extra room that so she can change Brantley's diaper and luckily Emma has Brantley's special diaper backpack. Emma pulls Brantley's red plastic pants down that so she can be peeling the tapes off from Brantley's wet diaper and puts his baby red pacifier into his mouth to be clipping it to his white tank top. She lifts Brantley's right leg so gently by removing his wet diaper off from him. Brantley didn't want his baby red pacifier in his mouth anymore that he wanted is Emma only. Emma begins to be powdering Brantley's bottom for his fresh clean new diaper on him right away. "Moma!" Brantley drowsy and cried. "Brantley you are going to be alright and I am going to be staying here with you tonight." Emma said. Emma lays down next to Brantley on his left side of his hospital bed just as Brantley falls asleep on Emma's right shoulder. She gives Brantley a kiss on his head so gently. Right around midnight: Brantley starts to panic and is about to have a panic attack once again. Brantley wakes up in so much sweat all over his entire body somehow. He begins to cry and be tapping on Emma's face with his left hand near her eyes that Emma grabs onto his left hand from coming towards her mouth. "Brantley you need to stop by tapping on my face with your left hand and I already know you are having a panic attack once again. Probably your diaper is all wet somehow!" Emma said. Emma felt Brantley's diaper crinkling at the movement that she helps to change Brantley out from his wet diaper and puts him into a fresh clean new diaper on him right away. After: Emma got finished with Brantley's diaper that she goes to the restroom before she goes back to sleep with Brantley. Meanwhile: Emma is still in the restroom that Brantley cries out for Emma and Emma can't hear Brantley at all. Brantley is still feeling agitated* once again until Emma comes running out from the restroom towards Brantley just now. Emma puts her arms around Brantley to be cheering him up somehow that she hugs him. "Brantley it is going to be alright and I am here that I know you can't sleep at all." Emma said. Emma comforts Brantley while he cries into her arms. Sometime later in the morning: Emma wakes up with Brantley in her arms and sees him wide awake in his hospital room bed. Brantley is excited to go back home with Emma today. When Emma changes Brantley into a fresh clean new diaper on him that is when Regina pulls her car up to the hospital's parking lot and Emma carries Brantley to Regina's car to go back home safely? After: Regina drives Emma and Brantley along with Henry as well. Brantley being buckled into his car seat and Emma is sitting in the front seat while Henry is sitting in the backseat next to Brantley. Right after: Regina pulls out from the hospital's parking lot and Brantley starts to be freaking out that Regina pulls over to Henry in the front seat. Regina is letting Emma to be sitting in the backseat with Brantley because Brantley prefers Emma right now. On their way back home from the hospital that Brantley felt better with Emma in the backseat of Regina's car and it will be hard for Brantley to play video games with Henry. Brantley can watch Henry play video games in Henry's bedroom. When they got home that Emma carries Brantley upstairs towards Henry's bedroom to be watching Henry play video games on Henry's Xbox 360 game system thing. Brantley is sitting on Henry's bed with his right arm in a sling and his right leg elevated up against a pillow of Henry's anyway. "Brantley when you are healed that so I am going to be teaching you how to play video games alright?" Henry asked. "Henry where is Moma at and I need her real badly?" Brantley asked (he immediately starts to cry for Emma.) "Brantley you know Ma is around here somewhere and are you in pain or not." Henry said. Brantley's right leg starts to be BLEEDING once again somehow and cries for Emma to be able to help him. Henry goes to get a red handkerchief out from his top dresser drawer that he bought it back towards Brantley and to be wrapping it around Brantley's right leg so fast. He begins to yell for Emma that Regina runs into Henry's bedroom towards Henry's bed where Brantley is sitting there in tears because he is so much pain in his right leg where he was shot at yesterday.
