Crimson readied himself opting to wear something close to the canon outfit: a black t-shirt that is covered by a red sleeveless shirt with the vest itself also having a white collar and stripe, dark jeans, his Black Air Force 1s, his fingerless gloves, his usual gear, and a Red Logo Cap.
"It's go time." Crimson said getting on his Champion's cape and backpack before leaving the Pokémon Center.
Misty was waiting for him outside in her gym leader attire (her FireRed and LeafGreen version) along with his former yellow hoodie tied around her waist. Both walked off together in silence before making their way to the front of Cerulean Cave.
"We're finally here…you're going to tell me why we're here." She asked him.
"A legendary is in here on the bottom floor…we met him briefly at Giovanni's gym. He'll realize I'm here…and we're going to have our fight." Crimson said as Misty's eyes widen.
"Crimson, let me just say you're one crazy son of a bitch…but I'm proud to be your best friend." Misty said as Crimson had a warm grin. "Now let's go in."
However, Crimson's face took a serious expression.
"I'm not just going to this because I wanted to go to this place. Well, I did, but there's one. Remember last night? Demetria took off with me to talk alone before coming back." Crimson said as she gave him the side eye. "It was because she was giving a message to me from Arecus. Something's gone unstable in Mewtwo…and he's going to become a danger to this region if I don't stop him. I'd tell you not to come, but you'd just go in after me anyway…so just be careful."
The two went in.

The cave was of dark gray and green rocks while the cave was barely lit. Crimson could sense Mewtwo's presence as could Misty just barely. Few Pokémon were around and only one Pokémon decided to try to confront them, a Rhydon.
"Out of the way, I'm here for the big guy downstairs." Crimson said sternly.
Rhydon backed off into the darkness as they could hear the hushed whispers. No Pokémon got in their way again as they further into the cave. Down the ladder and through the maze that he knows like the back of his hand, they ended up in the 'basement'. Then he saw someone, a scientist…clearly a Team Rocket one who looked mortally wounded given he was on the ground leaking a trail of blood before comforted a crying Purrloin.
"I guess this is karma." The scientist said. "Especially seeing that you are the last person I'll ever see…"
"Oh definitely. I assume you're the reason Mewtwo's gone unstable." Crimson said flatly.
The scientist had a hollow laugh.
"I thought I'd perfected the formula…using the leftover cells to make a Berserk Gene. I thought I could control him, but I was wrong. It lost its mind…killed most of my Pokémon and did this to me. You need to stop it…" The scientist said before revealing a key. "Here…it's to a lockbox on Six Island...in the Pokémon Center. Take it…and this the Purrloin. Stop that Mewtwo and put me the fuck out of my misery."
The scientist returned the Purrloin to it's Dusk Ball before giving it to Crimson.
BANG! Crimson shot him in the leg with the snatched pistol he had used for so long. The scientist hissed asking why he shot him in the leg.
"It's only, I snatched this pistol from a Rocket Grunt, a Berretta. And easily, I'm not going to make it quick. I'm emptying the last of these bullets into you." Crimson said before emptying the last bullets he had loaded into him. "Good riddance, you selfish prick."
"I'm assuming this Berserk Gene is a bad thing…" Misty said as Crimson dropped the pistol.
"Yeah, it boosts power but puts you in a state of confusion so deep it could take days…or weeks to come out of it. Misty, I think I should go on ahead alone…I'd rather you bar the entrance…in case anything happens." Crimson said as Misty nodded. "And I may as well get rid of this."
It was a simple matter of an aura attack to vaporize the dead body and the gun leaving nothing but ash. Misty went back as he went ahead. Instead of using a Pokémon to Surf across, he leapt and scaled on the platform to parkour his way to the 'island' where Mewtwo was. Red veins were in his eyes, and he looked completely berserk as he turned to glare out Crimson before letting out a roar.

Mewtwo lunged at him only for Crimson to barely dodge it to only to be hit with a Shadow Ball. Crimson had his neck grabbed by Mewtwo's tail, choking him. Mewtwo was snarling as he squeezed tighter. Crimson clenched his fist surging aura into it. Crimson looked Mewtwo in the eyes and spat right in his face giving him the opening to hit him with a Focus Punch sending the legendary into a wall shaking the cavern. Crimson could smell the blood and the force of the attack sending a corpse flying. A dead Liepard…
"Fuck!" Crimson spat before Marquesha let herself out of her ball. "Marquesha, not now!"
"Aw come on, my n-Oh shit…." Marquesha said as getting Mewtwo come out.
"Shock Wave." Crimson said as Marquesha fired electricity at it.
Mewtwo shrugged the pain before using Psychic to attack the fairy Pokémon's mind. Marquesha waggled her fingers using Metronome praying for a good move. She got Baton Pass returning to her ball and sending out Lil' Swish, who immediately tensed seeing Mewtwo.
"Seriously? You didn't send me out first!" Lil' Swish snarked.
"To be fair, Marquesha let herself out. Plus, you're five levels less than him." Crimson said as Mewtwo charged at them.
"Then I'll have to fight dirty." Lil' Swish said before using Toxic on the ground in front of Mewtwo.
Mewtwo screamed from walking on Pokémon before launching off a Shadow Ball that Crimson stepped in punch it back. Mewtwo kept running before grabbing the sphere and slamming into the ground in front of him sending both Crimson and Lil' Swish hurdling back with damage. Lil' Swish tried to use Psychic only for Mewtwo to swat him into a wall before telekinetically choking him.
Grabbing Daimonji, he surged aura over the blade as he jumped up, slashing Mewtwo's arm with an aerial strike. Freed and able to able to breathe, Lil' Swish used Iron Tail to smash Mewtwo's severed arm off leaving a bloody stump.

Mewtwo looked at the injury and started laughing while hyperventilating as blood splattered all over the place. Mewtwo suddenly expanded a light green energy field from its body. As the field expanded, the damage began to heal. The cut off arm faded to particles as out of the stump came out a new arm. Mewtwo was still reeling from poison, but aside from that…he was back to full strength.
"Piss." Crimson said before returning Lil' Swish.
In doing so, he left himself open for being lashed with Mewtwo's tail sending him flying and making up dropping Daimonji. Crimson barely managed to land on his feet as Mewtwo's energy flared making the ground shake.
"Solar Flare!" Crimson said getting in position to emit the bright flash of light.
Blinded, Mewtwo unleashed attacks all over hitting the wall or narrowly hitting Crimson as he rushed to get his sword back. With it back in the sheath, he sent out Morticia know it was a risk…but he had her overshadow him. Crimson's anger came as he snarled looking up at Mewtwo who was regaining his sight. Jett was sent out and given Crimson's backpack.
"Jett, take it and get out of the cave. There's an Escape Rope in it. Bulma, send out a relay to all Black Dragons…safeguard Cerulean City and if worse comes to shove…evacuate the town." Crimson said before activating his Mega Band. "I'm done playing around."

With the Mega Energy surging within himself and Morticia, they let out a near feral roar as they transformed with the energy given shockwaves that rattled the cave. Mewtwo's own corrupted energy flared to match as the two charged, clashing making the entire cave shake. Misty nearly fell to the ground as Golbats were flying out of the cave. Slowly, Black Dragon members were scrambling for Cerulean City as Crimson and Mewtwo were exchanging blows.
"Ok, I can't beat him straight up, I just need to outlast him!" Crimson thought remembering how badly poison Mewtwo was. "But damn it, I could feel the Pressure."
Mewtwo fired a barrage of Shadow Balls after him which Crimson was slicing through some of them with Daimonji before having fly to dodge another one which hit the roof of the cave. Jett had hastily made it out of the cave for Misty ask what's going on.
"Morticia and him are fighting Mewtwo." Jett said as the ground rumbled again. "We might not be safe!"
An explosion had been sent back to the ground as Joe and Rusty arrived on their legendary birds.
"Get on! This is going to get ugly, and we need to clear the area now!" Rusty said sternly.
Jett complied as Joe and Rusty to their birds to fly into the air. Misty simply sent out Demetria to fly her into the air.
"To think a Pokémon in fact made my man is so powerful." Aguni said forlornly.
"It is a terrifying showing of why Pokémon and humans need the other, brother." Raikiri said.
Another explosion, this time sending Crimson crashing up through the roof of the cave into the war as he left a kiai to regain his balance. Mewtwo flew out to headbutt him before driving a punch into his gut as Crimson's aura flickered.

"Crimson!" Rusty yelled out.
Crimson clenched his fists as he grabbed Mewtwo in a death grip only for his mind assaulted by his terrifying psychic power. Morticia's bloodcurdling scream rang out in Crimson's ears as the purple aura was dimming. Grip loosening as Mewtwo had him by the throat. For that moment as Crimson had tetter on the edge, Crimson heard a small voice mentally call out to him…from Mewtwo.
"Help me."

Using Dark Pulse, Jett fired a blast on Mewtwo's back giving Crimson the opening he needed. Fire surged on his left hand as Morticia surged ice on his right. Flying back, he unleashed a barrage of energy balls out after Mewtwo, who started dodging them. Crimson simply smirked as Mewtwo (and everyone else) released Crimson was missing on purpose before suddenly stopping.
"What's he doi-" Sissi said before everyone else that Mewtwo was surrounded by energy balls.
"This one's for you Toriyama!" Crimson said snapping his fingers. "Hellzone Grenade!"
The spheres converged on Mewtwo before exploding right in his face. Not wasting time, Crimson sent Kimiko before using the Mega Band to Mega Evolve, thus affecting himself. Bluish-purple flames flickered off him as his whole body felt like he was on fire.
"Kimiko, together! Use Blast Burn!" Crimson said outstretching his hand, palm forward. "And Morticia, let's do it! One final strike!"
A damaged Mewtwo charged after them.
"BIG BANG ATTACK!" Crimson said unleashing a bigger Sphere of Shadows.
Crimson and Kimiko's attacks merged into one as Mewtwo caught the attack sending back down into the cave through the hole before it blew up in his face sending rocks and debris flying.
[Music Ends]
Morticia and Kimiko returned to their normal forms as Crimson started falling only for Kimiko to catch him and Morticia. She brought them down safely as Morticia feebly came out Crimson's shadow. He returned her back in the ball as he struggled to stand. His friends came down…only for Crimson to raise a hand.
"No, there's something I need to do…" Crimson said calling for Jett and Kimiko to follow him back inside.
It was not hard to find Mewtwo who managed to crawl up to the first before collapsing, succumbing to the poison.
"I got lucky…if it wasn't for Lil' Swish using Toxic when he did, I'd be far past fucked." Crimson admitted. "Even now, every part of my body hurts."
Crimson went to his backpack. He debated using a Master Ball but saw it unneeded.
"Bulma, send Chuka offer to Professor Oak's." Crimson said as Chuka's ball vanished. "Thank you…"
He got out a pinkish ball with a blue ring around it, a Heal Ball. He threw it as it captured Mewtwo. The ball waggled several times before it clicked. Crimson took it up and put on his belt before walking back with Jett and Kimiko.
Outside, the sun looked brighter as he was surrounded. His friends, his gang, and concerned citizens were as the Elite Four just arrived.
"Crimson, are you okay?" Lance said coming down on Dragonite.
"I'm not dead, probably going to need healing. But before I fall…I just one thing to say." Crimson said looking forward and grinned. "BANG."
Crimson collapsed.

(A/N: Is the story over? No, we still have the aftermath of the fight and the epilogue. Now we skip a few days to the aftermath and it's time to finish his season and this story. Because a lot went into making this fight, the combat, the ideas, and all in all…I'm pleased with it. I am going to say that Crimson got messed up badly in this fight…)
