Ch 6 Retribution is Coming

After their trip to Carnic and getting some ice cream on the way back, they arrived back at the British Outpost near lunchtime. However, both Harry and Mashu weren't heading to the cafeteria, instead, they were heading to the crafts room.

A room where many Servants with the talent for creativity gather and work on their personal projects. Wheater is making dresses, painting, or working on their personal projects; you can find those Servants in that room.

Harry followed Mashu, holding the bag with the damaged Stuffed dog they purchased at Carnic. He was curious why they were going into such a far-off location in the Outpost, "Um, Miss Mashu, w-where are we going?" He asked his adoptive Mother.

Mashu turns to her Son, smiling down at him. "We're going to meet with the creative Servants, they can fix up Padfoot there." She explains.

"O-Oh," Harry looks forward, seeing a room ajar opened. He could hear chatter inside than the chatter with the people going around the halls.

The Mother and Son stood before the door, Mashu looked down at Harry and went on her knees. "Remember Harry-kun, these Servants are really busy with their projects. So don't touch anything in there,"

"I don't want you to get hurt, alright?" Mashu explains before knocking on the ajar door.

Harry nodded, seeing the door opened by a pink-haired girl wearing a white dress armor, a short skirt, boots, and a tiara on her head. She looks at Mashu and smiled,

"My, it has been a while Mashu." Queen Medb greeted the wife of her beloved master, "Now what is it? You see, I have a lot of things to do."

Harry blinks, looking at his adoptive Mother. "I'm sorry, Rider-san, I know you're busy designing dresses for your clothing business," Mashu said, apologizing for disturbing her work.

Medb sighs, waving her hand at the former Demi-Servant, "Forget about it, Mashu." She finally noticed the boy that every Servant was talking about, the one that both her master and Mashu adopted. "So, this is the boy you decided to raise."

Harry flinched, seeing the cold glare of the former Queen of Connacht. "U-Um…H-Hello." He gulps, sensing that she's like that Berserker woman he'd met.

"Harry-kun, Rider-san is an old friend of mine and Ritsuka," Mashu explains to her adoptive Son. "She established a Fashion Empire a few years back. You already saw some of her designs back in Carnic's stores, Paisley Rose."

Queen Medb was well known for starting clothes designing from scratch when she was resummoned to the new Chaldea.

It first started as a hobby in her second life, learning from a certain Bride and Idol maker. Until she expands her interest in the fashion industry.

Eventually, Queen Medb built a fashion empire in less than two years under the pseudonym Paisley Rose, earning a fortune (though not entirely enough to compete with Gilgamesh's vault). Of course, all the earnings she made are for Ritsuka in her own form of love.

"O-Oh! That's the name that Aunt Petunia mentioned when looking at magazines and online articles!" Harry recognizes that name, seeing it on labels and magazines around the stores. To think that the famous Paisley Rose was a Servant of his Father.

"Mmm," Medb leans forward, her face close to Harry's face. "So you're the kid that everyone is talking about,"

Harry suddenly felt a chill when she spoke his name. "I-It's nice to meet you, Ms. Ros-"

"You will address me as Rider." Medb straightened up and looked at Mashu. "He doesn't look like much, Mashu." She stated.

Mashu just smiles, fully aware of the three sides involving Harry. Medb was clearly on the side where her Son isn't ready or never be the next master of Chaldea. "Harry is smart, Rider-san. He'll do something that might change your opinion."

Medb waved her hand unchastely, "I doubt that would ever happen, Mashu." She said, standing on her beliefs. "Anyways, what do you want?"

"Right, is your assistant, Rider with you?" Mashu asked, already knowing who she was talking about. "We want to ask her if she can repair this stuffed dog here."

Harry showed the torn head and body of Padfoot to the Servant.

"(Geez, that's a brutal way to break a toy) She's at her sewing machine." The former Queen motions her head inside the room,

"Thank you, Rider." Mashu smiles down at Harry who copied her.

"T-Thank you, Ms. Rider." Harry shyly thanked her.

Medb cleared her throat, seeing that the boy's smile was like their master's. "Y-Yeah, yeah, just get in."

The two headed inside the crafts room, where a lot of creative work was placed on display.

Harry carefully followed the violet-haired woman through the room, until they reach a sewing machine with a few dress forms already with wedding dresses.

"Rider," Mashu called out to the person behind the sewing machine.

Harry peak from behind Mashu, seeing whom she was talking to. "Mmm? Mashu! My favorite Bride!" A small elf-like creature rode on a small flying machine around the sewing machine.

Harry was surprised to see a smaller person than himself, in fact, she looks like one of those Fairies in the Fairytales he has read back at the orphanage. He flinched a bit, seeing the Fairy person gaze over at him.

"Well, well, if it isn't the Human Child, you and master decided to raise," Habetrot commented, taking a good look at the boy. "Mmm…interesting, so he's one of those people." She said with a bit of disdain.

"I know what you mean, but Harry-kun isn't like them, Ha-I means, Rider," Mashu explains, wanting her close friend to accept her Son.

Habetrot shrugs, seeing Mashu's viewpoint. "Well, whether be it those people or not, I'm sure that you'll raise him well." The Fairy stated, trusting both Mashu and her master to raise him well and not those Wizards.

"Thank you, Rider-san." Mashu smiled,

"Anyways, what brings you to my little workshop?" Habetrot asked, "I know you didn't come here for a Wedding dress. Since I did yours after the whole Lost-er two years ago." The Lostbelt Servant caught her words, remembering that there is a Child here with them.

Mashu turns to her adoptive Son, placing her hand on his back.

Harry gulps, stepping forward to his adoptive Mother's close friend. "U-Um, M-Miss Mashu told me that you can fix Padfoot." He shyly said.

Habetrot blinks, tilting her head at the statement. "Padfoot?" She asked, seeing the bag that the young Child was holding.

"Rider-san, Padfoot is Harry-kun's stuffed animal. A bunch of bullies tore the poor thing and thought you might be able to fix it." The former Demi-Servant asked the Fairy before them.

"Can I see the toy then, Harry?" Harry gave the bag to the Fairy, allowing her to spread the remains on the sewing table. After taking a good look at the toy, she gains some new ideas to add to it. "Mmmm…"

Harry looks at his adoptive Mother, a bit nervous that Habetrot might not be able to fix him.

Mashu looks at her closest friend, "Can you fix him?" She asked.

The Rider smiles, turning to the Mother and Son. "It'll take some time, at least a day or so." She replied, estimating the time it'll take to repair the toy.

"T-Thank you Rider," Harry smiles brightly, appreciating the Servant's assistance.

Habetrot smiled in return, seeing he was not like the Wizards. "Since you said thank you, I'll work extra hard just like I do for brides, Harry." She said, starting to work on the toy.

Mashu and Harry left Habetrot to her work, walking down the halls of the Outpost.

Harry looks down, worried that Habetrot won't be able to repair Padfoot.

"Harry-kun," The young boy looks up at his Mother, hearing her call him. "Rider-san is one of the most talented Seamstresses I know. Padfoot is in good hands," Mashu assures him that there's nothing to worry about.

"I-If you say so, Miss Mashu..." Harry said shyly, still worried about Padfoot.

The violet-haired woman saw the face Harry was making and thought of something quick. "Harry-kun, how about we get you something to eat?" Mashu asked, wanting to get his mind off the stuffed dog with something.

Harry paused a bit, feeling his stomach growling. "I-I would like to have lunch,"

"Then let's go to the cafeteria, Harry-kun-"

"Fou, Fou!" Both look back, seeing the Beast running over to them.

"Fou!" Harry smiles, giggling at the Beast climbing on him. Fou reached his shoulders, planting himself on them.

"Fou, Fou!" The Beast responded, greeting the Son of Chaldea's director.

Mashu giggled, seeing Chaldea's mascot taking a liking to Harry. "Fou-san must really like you to even sit on your shoulders, Harry-kun." She smiles.

"What is he? I never saw anything like him before." Harry asked, curious about the little creature on his shoulders.

"Fou, Fou," Fou patted Harry's cheeks playfully,

Mashu ponders a bit, wondering how to explain what Fou is. "Well, Fou-san is special. He's the only one of his kind," She explains the best she could about Fou. "You can say that he's a rare creature."

"Rare?" Harry smiles, feeling the Beast licking him. "S-Stop that, Fou!" He giggled.

"Shall we head to the cafeteria?" Mashu asked the black-haired boy.

Harry still retains a smile, nodding in response. "Yeah,"

"Fou, Fou!"

The three arrived at the cafeteria before noticing a familiar blonde walking to the cafeteria at the other end. "Ah, Draco-kun good afternoon." Mashu greeted the heir of the Animusphere family.

Draco stops in his tracks, seeing the Assistant of the director and Harry walking on the opposite side of the hall. He respectfully greeted the two Fujimarus upon their greeting. "Good afternoon, Miss. Mashu, Harry."

"Hi Draco," Harry smiles, seeing his first friend.

"Are you going to have lunch now, Draco-kun?" Mashu asked the blonde boy,

Draco nodded, responding to Mashu's question. "Yes, I finished my studies early with Mother and decided to have something to eat." The blonde boy explains before asking them what they're doing. "You're going to get something to eat too?"

"That's right, Draco-kun," Mashu answered the young boy. "We're about to have whatever Emyia-san's making in the kitchen."

Harry nodded, looking at his blonde friend. "Wanna join us?" He asked.

"Sure," Draco responded before noticing a large blonde woman with heterochromatic eyes and wearing armor approaching them. "Saber?"

"Lady Mashu, I hope I'm not intruding." The woman interrupts the two.

Harry turns around, gazing upwards at the newcomer. "Oh…" He was surprised to see such a big woman before him, towering over his small stature.

"Fou, Fou," Fou barks,

Mashu shook her head, "Not at all, Saber. Is there something you need?"

Barghest gazed down at Harry, instantly knowing this Child is the one their master and Mashu adopted at that orphanage. 'So this is the Wizard Child her Majesty was skeptical about….mmm…' She took a small moment to better read the Child, seeing if he has the traits of the Wizards like the ones at the British Lostbelt.

"Saber-san," Barghest was brought out from her thought, looking at the main Wife of their master. "You said you have something?"

The Lostbelt Servant cleared her throat, "Y-Yes, ahem. We've got mail today and there seems to be an invitation to a Party." Barghest showed a letter with the stamp of some Company logo on it.

Harry saw the logo, feeling like he saw that somewhere,

Mashu took the invitation, checking it over. "I see," She turns to her adoptive Son and his friend. "Harry-kun, Draco-kun, you two can go on without me. I'll join you later, alright?"

"O-Okay, Miss Mashu." Harry turns to Draco, carefully not letting Fou fall from his shoulder.

Draco smiles, taking the first step to the cafeteria. "Come on, Harry. I heard Emyia is making some Omurice today!" The blonde stated,

"Omurice? It does sound tasty," Harry followed his friend into the cafeteria, heading to the kitchen window.

"It is! Right Fou?" Draco answered, knowing the Beast had some already.

"Fou, Fou!"

Once the boys entered the cafeteria, Mashu looks at the letter, reading where it came from. "Grunnings drills….where did I hear that name before?" Mashu ponders, trying to remember where the name came from.

"You should ask director Animusphere, he could shed some light on this letter." Barghest suggested to the former Demi-Servant.

Mashu nodded, happy that the Fairy Knight was here, "Thank you, Barghest-san." With that, Mashu left for Lucius's office, asking about the letter.

"Grunnings? I think it's one of the many companies that Marisbury has made a contract and shared before when Chaldea was being first constructed." Lucius looks up from his work at his desk, answering Mashu's question. "Now that I think of it…Grunnings isn't what it was before the change in director."

Mashu nodded, knowing Chaldea's many Companies that are contacted and supporting…well, major Companies. "If I remember, we already have a prominent tool Company in a contract with, the Husky Corporation. But why they sent an invitation to a gathering of officials."

Lucius quickly pulled up the stock of Chaldea's shareholdings on his monitor. He then notices a decrease in money Grunnings have. "It's most likely that the Company might be going bankrupt soon. The board of directors might be thinking of renewing their shares and contracts we have to keep themselves from losing the Company completely." He assumes based on the evidence.

"So should we attend? I'm not too sure if we want to keep investing with a Company soon to be bankrupt." The violet-haired woman commented,

"Best to consult with director Fujimaru on this, Mashu." The blonde man stated, "He should be informed of the invitation,"

Mashu nodded, "I'll make a phone call as soon as possible."

"Well, that was something." Ritsuka sighs, feeling like it was a millennium when he was at the meeting.

Koyanskaya walked beside her master, holding her tablet to her chest. "If you ask me, that was a complete waste of time." The Alter Ego commented, "I swear, those UN Reps should really know when to keep their asses off our business."

Ritsuka smiles at the Fox, "Well, it's understandable if you put a country full of brainwashed people to work searching for a criminal who evaded capture for two years or so." The Magus stated.

Koyanskaya scoffs, remembering that man very well. "He is slippery, I give him that, and cunning." The Alter Ego added, "That man surprises me even when I was working for the Foreign God."

"Sure is," Ritsuka scratches the back of his head. "You're sure that was everything on his file?"

"Positive, even when we revived Chaldea's information network to start digging." The Alter Ego added, "Just his basic information, gender, which department he was in, and the numerous complaints of the staff on him."

Ritsuka groans at how difficult it is just to search for one person. "What I still don't get is how hell he managed to co-" He was interrupted by his phone ringing in his pocket.

The Magus picked up his phone, answering the person calling him. "Hello…Mashu, hey what's up? How are you doing?" Ritsuka smiles, hearing his Wife's voice from the other end.

"…Mmm? A party for shareholders? Um…let's see…" Ritsuka looks at Koyanskaya, handing him her tablet for his schedule. "I see…I can make it, what company is it?"

Ritsuka stopped, listening to his Wife informing him of a party being held for the shareholders. "Grunnings, huh?" He smiles, hearing something that lightens his mood. "Okay, we'll attend. By the way, how's Harry holding up? Everything's fine there?"

Mashu informed Ritsuka of what had transpired at Cranic, causing him to smile wickedly. "Bullies huh? And these boys are familiar with Hars," Ritsuka asked, seeing this must be Fate playing in their favor. However, his dark side was showing from the news that some kids bullied their Son. "I'll make some calls…okay, love you too Mashu."

Ritsuka handed back Koyanskaya's tablet, "I take it we'll be causing trouble?" Koyanskaya asked, happily taking the tablet from her master's hands.

"I have no idea what you mean, Koyanskaya." The Magus shrugs, keeping things quiet for now.

Koyanskaya smiles, knowing his famous 'You've pissed me off' look. "I'll make the necessary flight accommodations." The Alter Ego said, sending a message to their private jet at the airport.

"Petunia, your house is quieter than usual." A large woman with blonde short curly hair with a mustache commented, holding some wine in her hands. "Was it always this quiet the last time I visit here?"

A horse face woman with dark hair sat down on the chair next to her couch. "Ah yes. Both me and Vernon have finally gotten rid of a thorn in our side." Petunia answered the large woman. "Marge, your advice from the last visit had us thinking, and decided to get rid of the Freak from our lives."

Marjorie Eileen Dursley sat up with pride, toasting her Sister-in-law for a job well done. "Well done, Petunia, just simply well done." The large woman praised Petunia. "I knew I'd put some sense into you when you first mentioned that boy."

Petunia smiles, feeling proud of herself. "Well, it's better to nip the bud before it blooms, Marge." She commented.

"Well, I have a sixth sense when it comes to these things." Marge poured some wine for the bulldog laying next to her. "It's all in the blood, bad blood will out." She said, lifting the glass near her mouth before pausing.

"What is the boy's Father do for a living?" Marge asked the horsewoman.

Petunia adjusts herself in the chair. "Oh, he's jobless, my Sister always loves those bad boy types." She informed her.

Marge scoffed, "A drunkard no less." She drinks the wine that her dog drank.

"Ah, yes your infamous Sister." Marge continued, "We have a saying in the dog breeding business. Whenever there is a bad litter, it doesn't have to do with the Father, but it has to do with the Mother." She said, informing Petunia with nonsense.

Petunia nodded, listening to her Sister-in-law. "You can always see it in dogs, if there's something wrong with the bitch, there's something wrong with the pup."

Suddenly the door burst open, "Petunia, Marge I have great news!" A rough voice shouted from the entrance of the small house.

Footsteps rushed down the stairs, a small Human piglet appeared standing before a walrus-like man. "Dad! What's the news!?" The young boy asked his Father.

"Vernon, welcome home." Petunia greeted her Husband returning from his work.

"You know Grunnings is having trouble keeping their investments, but I did the impossible, Pet." Vernon puffs out his chest, proud of his achievement. "Impossible I tell you,"

Marge walks in with Ripper beside her on his leash. "What Vernon? Tell us already, boy!" She demanded of her Brother.

Vernon smirks, knowing this news would impress his Family. "The board of directors and I, the director of Grunnings have decided to renew our contracts with the Shareholder." He informed his Family, "And the great news is the previous Shareholder was a director of an UN-funded Organization, he passed away leaving a new director to replace him."

"With the new Shareholder, we can increase the investment than it was previously before," Vernon stated, seeing the proud face of his Wife. "We're officially meeting him at a Company party in a few days to officially renew the contract."

Petunia quickly approached her Husband, giving him a well-deserved kiss on the cheeks. "That's wonderful news dear," She smiles, proud of her Husband's accomplishment.

"Way to go Dad!" Dudley cheered, not getting what his Father was saying. "What's a Shareholder?" He asked.

Vernon patted the piglet's back, "Well Son, I think it's time to get you into the Family business." He stated, "The Company party allows us to bring our Families. I can show you the ropes on how I manage things in Grunnings."

Dudley nodded, obliging to his Father's request. "Yeah, I want to know how to manage something!" He exclaims. "I can use that on my friends!"

"Let's celebrate the occasion, Vernon." Marge cheered, "A nice buffet will do nicely for this."

Everyone agreed on the large woman's idea, heading out to celebrate the news.
