Chapter 1: Shattered Dreams - School and Friends

4 years later

We see Inko Midoriya in a green T-shirt, blue jeans, and a yellow apron cooking in the kitchen.

"IZUKU! Wake up you going to be late for the first day of school, come down and eat breakfast."

She yelled to her son, "You too honey, the hero agency called in earlier and sed you need to get there before nine o'clock."

"WHAT!? But I thought I could see Izuku off to school today." Hisashi said while a toothbrush was in his mouth and a towel hanging over his shoulder.

"Maybe tomorrow honey you need to eat and get going" … "AND IZUKU HURRY UP GET DON HERE NOW!" she yelled over her shoulder as she prepares 2 egg omelets with fried rice and sausages.

Izuku Midoriya stood up and grabbed his all-might figurine before going down to eat breakfast.

"Mom, Mom, Mom can I bring my All Might toy to school today? I want to show it off to my class… Can I? Can I?" Izuku asked with a hopeful glint in his eyes.

"You can only bring one and it needs to fit in your bag without taking out your books, ok?" Inko said with a stern glare.

"O-okey…" Izuku said with a little reluctance.

A few minutes past

"Izuku hurry up we need to get there, or the opening ceremony would start without us," Inko said while putting stuff into her purse. "Coming!"

Inko and Izuku arrived at Izuku's school without a problem. The only thing Inko did was find a hard spot to park because of the event in the opening ceremony.

UA High has announced its first-ever branch focused purposefully on the kid who has yet to unlock their quirks and gives Education at the same time, they name it UA Kindergarten

Today is the grand opening of its first branch in Musutafu, Japan. The school is holding an event to welcome kindergarten students with pro heroes and have some pro heroes to teach at the school for the children's protection.

"MOM! MOM! MOM! L-L-LOOK! ITS DEATH ARM! AND THAT'S WILD WILD PUSSYCATS MANDALAY, PIXIE-BOB, RAGDOLL, AND TIGER!" Izuku said as he jumps up and down on his seat.

"Just wait a bit I just found a parking spot, okay Izuku," Inko said as she backs the car into the parking spot.

Inko and Izuku were escorted to a separate area.

When Inko arrived at the parent's area she found her best friend Mitsuki Bakugo, a 22-year-old woman she stood at a height of 5'7 with ash-blonde spiky hair that reaches her shoulders and red eyes she is wearing a white blouse with lilac colored Cardigan and blue jeans and a brown purse with thin straps that rest on her shoulder that hangs down to her side.

"AH! Inko how are you, I see where the same… hubby can't come as well huh?" Katsuki yelled as she waves over to Inko to sit beside her.

"Yeah, Hisashi was called by the hero association, they said it was an emergency, and he felt so down when I broke the news to him, he was hoping to see Izuku off to school today, but his work is important," Inko explained as she sees Izuku walks down to the seats in front of the stage where all the heroes and teachers stand.

Nothing much happened during the event, the kids were enjoying the opening ceremony and a surprise visit from the number 1 hero All Might, and all the kids were ecstatic and went wild when All Might said his speech and his catchphrase before leaving, the event ended everyone went home.

"Hey, Mitsuki do you have a ride? You can ride with us." Inko said as she unlocks her car.

"Yeah, sure Masaru wouldn't be home until six, thanks Inko." "KATSUKI COME ON WHERE RIDING WITH INKO TODAY HURRY UP YOU BRAT!" Mitsuki yelled at her son. "I'M COMING SO STOP YELLING YOU OLD HAG!" Her son replied to her as he waved bye to his friends.

~3 months later, in Izuku's classroom~

A yell of shock interrupted the class as a blond-haired boy stood up with small crackling explosions on his tiny hands. The whole class erupted in amazement at their classmate.

"Woah! Bakugo that's so cool." "That's so cool Bakugo you have a strong quirk" "You're amazing bakugo you have such an awesome quirk" his classmates praised him.

"K-ka-chan you are so cool you even have an awesome quirk." Izuku said to Katsuki

"Y-Yeah I-I, I AM AMAZING!" Thought Katsuki as he looks around him soaking up all the praises he got.

"Ok guys get back to your sits, and Bakugo follow me to the nurse's office." The teacher said as she guided Katsuki out of the classroom.

"I can't wait to get my quirk one day…" Izuku said in his mind as he had a hopeful smile.

: Present :

"2 years have passed since Katsuki gained his quirk, and I still haven't gotten my quirk yet. I don't believe what the quirk doctor said, I won't believe what he said that day… I… AM… NOT… QUIRKLESS…" Izuku thought as he was thrown into some garbage bag in some alley.

"HAHahahaaHA, OI DEKU WHAT DO YOU HAVE THERE!" the voice of Katsuki Bakugo was heard coming closer to Izuku. "DEKU! What's this notebook? Heroics for the future? HahahahHAHahHA…" The boy laughed as two other kids tore the notebook page by page. "Didn't I say that Quirkless people like you can't be heroes…DEKU…" Katsuki said as small explosions came out of his hands and gradually gets closer to Izuku's face.

Izuku felt the heat of the explosions as he instinctively flinched back. "wha-why are y-you doing thi-this ka-chan?" Izuku asked as his eyes started to water and his mind runs a Mach trying to find a way to get out of this situation.

Izuku pushed Katsuki aside and tried to run but he tripped and a soda can and fell face-first.

"You think you can run away Deku? Think again!" Katsuki said as he sent an explosion to Midoriya while the two other kids punched or kicked Izuku.

Izuku passed out in the ally way as Katsuki and his friends left him alone. "Maybe now you'll think about being a hero in the future HAHAhahaahha" Katsuki said as a last remark before they were gone.

Izuku woke up as he frantically finds his phone. "56 missed calls from mom!? Dad would be so pissed." Izuku stands with a groan and started walking back home after checking if all his stuff was still there.

*ring* *ring* Izuku's phone rang. "H-hello Mom?" Izuku answered the phone.

"Izuku? IZUKU! HONEY! Are you okay where are you?" "I was at your school to pick you up and I was waiting, and you weren't there so I asked your teacher and they said that you didn't come back to school after lunch, so I called your dad and the police and… and…" a sniff was heard through the phone and gradually became hysterical cries. "Tell me where you are so we can come and pick you up." Inko said but was met with silence "Honey?" Inko asked again.
