On The Next Day
7:30 AM, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba Hotel, Minato City
From the highest floor of the hotel, a man opened the balcony window to enjoy the fresh air of the morning. Currently, his long black hair was swaying in the sea breeze, he was none other than Madara.
With the cool breeze blowing on his face, Madara took a warm tea and admired the sea view. From this balcony, he could overlook the wonder of Minato city, Rainbow Bridge. All of a sudden, the murmur coming from his companion got his attention.
"Hmm... Don't touch my Rin, Kakashi... she is only mine!" Obito yelled in his dream, hugging the pillow more tightly. Even after getting into this world, he still kept his love for his beloved girl.
Seeing this scene, Madara felt bad for his partner, Obito didn't deserve to have a suffering life. All the pain and agony that Obito went through was caused by Madara himself. For an unknown reason, the Uchiha legend felt remorse for his sins.
"I just want to create a world of peace and love but I failed eventually... Where did I go wrong, Hashirama?" Madara was deep in his thought while caressing the face on his chest. If only his old friend were here, he would get his answer in an instant.
(Ding-Dong) The doorbell suddenly rang and made him distracted. Putting his thought aside, Madara went to the door and opened it. It turned out two hotel staff were the ones that disturbed him.
"What's wrong?" Madara asked.
"Excuse me, are you ?"
"That's right. What do you want from me?"
"Sir, It's time for us to serve breakfast to you and . It's a service of our hotel for VIP guests. We sincerely apologize if we have bothered you."
"Very well! You two can come in." Madara made a slight smile and then turned away. He was pleased since this expensive room was worth its value.
Madara's flashback
Last Night, Shibuya City
Namura, the Yakuza boss of Shibuya city, swore this night was the worst nightmare of his life. Not long ago, an orange masked man with a black cloak suddenly broke into his place. Currently, Namura was shaking while seeing the stranger slaughter his guards. With a sharp black metal stick growing from his palm, the masked man took Namura's subordinates down. Once he finished them all, the masked murderer turned to look at him with a creepy red eye under his mask.
"Stay back... I have a gun. If you get any closer, I will shoot you!" Namura warned in fear while holding a pistol. He didn't want to be the next victim of that psycho killer. Despite his warning, the masked man continued to approach him with murder intent.
"Really? You can try but trust me... you will regret soon."
"I'm not kidding, you murderer!" Namura screamed and pulled the trigger.
(Bang-Bang-Bang) three bullets were shot, piercing the masked man's head. His body fell to the floor and left a pool of blood on it.
"See, you bastard! Hahaha..." Namura laughed joyfully but a hand suddenly caught his head from behind. To his terror, the masked man was still alive in the flesh. As if an electric current ran through his head, Namuracouldn't move or do any attempt to escape from the grip.
"So the password is your wife's birthday?" The masked man made Namura'ss safety box vanish in thin air and then threw the Yakuza boss against the wall. He then asked Namura a question.
"Well then... Are you satisfied with this ending?" Until this very moment, Namura spoke hesitantly in terror.
"But how? How are you still alive... I did kill you!"
"Drop your weapon immediately, Namura! You are arrested for the crime of murder!" Dozens of police officers suddenly showed up and shouted. Moreover, they all aimed their guns at him without hesitation.
"Please let me explain! I didn't kill any of them... the masked man is the real perpetrator!" Namura tried to justify himself. However, the officers didn't show any attention to his words, completely ignoring the fact that there was a masked murderer beside him.
"Hahaha... Is that so? Why don't you check who you just killed?" the masked man suddenly suggested while giggling fondly, making Namura realize the person he shot was... his own wife.
"Face the truth, Namura. You killed all of your subordinates with your own hands... and even your wife as well. I'm just an illusion that your mind made up to deny your guilty feelings."
"It can't be true... Please help me! What I have to do now?" Namura asked the masked man in despair, begging him for help. However, the answer he got was extremely cruel.
"Suicide. That's the only way to atone for your sins." he said.
"I got it! Thank you very much!" Namura responded gratefully. He aimed the barrel of the gun toward his head and pulled the trigger. (Bang) After the bullet was shot, it pierced Namura's head and left a long trail of blood on the wall.
"You're welcome. Killing scum like you is my job." As the Tsukuyomi's illusion ended, the identity of the masked man was finally revealed, he was no one other than Obito. Until now, he and Madara had succeeded in destroying the biggest Yakuza gang in Shibuya city.
"I don't get it. Why don't you just rob a bank? It's far easier than killing all members of a Yakuza gang." Madara told him after seeing the Yakuza massacre. Replying to his question, Obito suddenly laughed.
"Hahaha... Don't get me wrong, Madara. I have my own moral standards. To me, stealing money from innocent people is completely unacceptable."
"Anyway, getting money is just a side quest, saving the shop owners is my main goal. By exterminating the Yakuzas, the shop owners of this city will no longer have to pay their protection fee. That's killing two birds with one stone!"
"Hmm... you haven't changed at all, always want to help everyone. We are like two sides of the same coin, you are light and I am darkness." Madara told his partner.
"However, just to remind you, don't let other matters distract you from our mission. Even kindness should be limited to avoid unnecessary risks."
Back To The Present
9:00 AM, Minato City
After having breakfast, Madara and Obito wanted to have a city tour. Therefore, they bought two subway tickets and used them to travel around Minato city. Currently, their train was moving on the Rinkai Line, the railway line connecting central Tokyo and Odaiba. Thankfully, since the rush hour had passed, they wouldn't have any bad experiences while using the subway in Tokyo.
For some reason, Madara's protective instinct told him to scan the entire area for potential threats. He didn't waste any seconds switching on the Rinnegan because he knew his instinct was never wrong. After scanning through the train with his almighty eyes, Madara found no danger for him and Obito. However, he sensed a huge source of power approaching them with a terrifying speed.
"Something is coming..." Madara muttered, the voice clearly showing his concerns. Until now, Obito suddenly realized his companion had activated the Rinnegan for a while.
"What's wrong, Madara?" Obito questioned. He had never seen Madara this serious since they came to this world.
"Something is following us. I don't know what it is... but that thing is far stronger than the Herrscher we have faced. From what I could sense, that creature must be at least strong as the Eight-Tails or even more."
As if the situation couldn't get any worse, other people in the carriage started using their phones to live stream the phenomenon outside. They whispered in excitement while witnessing the water surface splitting in half, revealing a gigantic shadow moving underwater.
The Uchihas began to notice the doing of other persons on the train. They instantly looked out of the window to see what was going on out there. To their terror, a gigantic Honkai Beast emerged from the water. It was a 120-meter tall humanoid Honkai Beast with eight tentacles, each tentacle was at least over a hundred meters long. Moreover, all of its body was covered with super hard skin, working like perfect armor to defend itself against any attack. Basically, this monster was the incarnation of the Kraken from Clash of the Titans.
With a fierce roar, Kraken easily destroyed all windows on the train. After that, the monster glared at the train that Obito and Madara were on. Feeling the incoming danger, Madara took out a scroll from his sleeve and summoned a gunbai. He then jumped out of the train to deal with the upcoming blow.
As he expected, Kraken opened its mouth slowly, preparing an attack to eliminate their train. Once it was ready, Kraken aimed at their train and fired a bus-sized Honkai energy bomb. Among the air, Madara imbued his gunbai with the power of Deva Path, using it to deflect the Honkai energy bomb.
"Almighty Push: Uchiha Reflection!" After being deflected by Madara, the bomb changed direction towards Kraken. It bounced back with the speed of sound, ripping through the air in the process. When the Honkai energy bomb got close to Kraken, it burst and caused a huge explosion, making the water surface wave violently. However, the gigantic Honkai Beast was more intelligent than Madara thought, it had already dived underwater to avoid any damage from the explosion.
"Summoning Jutsu!" Out of nowhere, Obito summoned a giant drill-beaked bird with Animal Path. The bird itself was unusual, as it had two black receivers through its neck and the Rinnegan, implying that Obito was controlling it. He then rode the large bird to pick up Madara. On the back of the bird, They started planning to take down Kraken.
"So have you got any plan to deal with that tentacles monster?" Obito asked Madara because he knew his partner was a genius in battle planning.
"It seems that monster's only target is us. Thus, we need to lure that thing to shore first. Once on the land, that Honkai Beast will lose its environmental advantage and can no longer hide. At that time, we can use Perfect Susanoo and Amaterasu against it." Madara explained his plan but Obito suddenly reminded him of limiting civilian casualties.
"However, the most important thing is to limit the damage to civilians. That means we can't use any destructive ninjutsu on a large scale like Shattered Heaven or Planetary Devastation."
"I already knew that. Also, your Kamui will have an important role in the upcoming battle. If possible, use it to nullify the monster's attack or simply rip off parts of its body."
"Alright! Anyway, I think it will an easy win for us. Let's start."
After Obito's announcement, the giant drill-beaked bird flew toward the land at an incredibly fast speed. As they predicted, Kraken immediately went after them like a hunter. While flying, Obito's large bird continuously laid explosive eggs to bomb the gigantic Honkai Beast underwater. Nonetheless, all damage caused by the blast didn't affect Kraken but even made it more aggressive.
"Amaterasu!"
As soon as Kraken stepped onto the shore, both Madara and Obito immediately attacked it with the legendary black flame. To their surprise, the Honkai Beast showed no pain or annoyance, their Amaterasu basically couldn't force it to falter.
"Hmm... seems like the armored skin of that thing is too thick for Amaterasu to burn. Then we must use force against it."
"Perfect Susanoo!" Jumping out of the bird's back, Madara immediately created a colossal humanoid avatar surrounding him. It was a blue giant made of Chakra with the same height as Kraken, 120 meters.
When facing its worthy rival, Kraken growled in rage. The two rushed into each other and threw a punch at their enemies. When their fists collided, the shockwave created by them uprooted trees and broke windows of all buildings nearby.
"Fire Release: Majestic Destroyer Flame!" Madar's Susanoo spitted a great flame aiming at Kraken. However, due to the extremely hard armored skin, his blow only dealt a few scratches to the monster. In response, the Honkai Beast also released a powerful Honkai beam from its mouth, aiming directly at Madara.
Madara's Susanoo immediately drew its sword to block the strike, neutralizing the death beam within seconds.
After that, the Susanoo rushed towards Kraken, using two Chakra swords to slash the gigantic Honkai Beast. However, Madara's effort to kill Kraken failed eventually as its tentacles wrapped around the swords tightly, not letting them move even an inch.
When Kraken thought that Madara would give up, he suddenly smirked unintelligibly. It completely was not aware of the presence of another Perfect Susanoo behind it. With eight giant shurikens, Obito unleashed the strongest attack imbued with his ultimate technique.
"Kamui Shuriken!" The shuriken rapidly spun towards Kraken's tentacles at an insane speed. As soon as they hit their targets, the projectiles sliced the tentacles in half and made them vanquished from reality.
After losing all tentacles, Kraken got mad. To buy time for regeneration, it immediately charged for another strike. This time, the target was the Hilton Tokyo Odaiba Hotel, where hundreds of people were staying at the time. From Kraken's mouth, a massive Honkai energy bomb was launched toward the luxurious hotel.
"Oh no! You don't... Wood Release: Five Layer Rashomon!" In order to stop the attack, Madara created five giant wooden gates with the demonic face at once. With each gate being destroyed, the weaker and slower the blow got. As soon as it smashed the last gate on its path, The bomb's remaining energy was too low to stay stable, eventually leading to an explosion before it could hit the target. Nonetheless, Kraken already achieved its purpose, all the tentacles had restored their original state.
Being in such a deadlock situation, Madara suddenly recalled memories of the battle in the final valley. While being overpowered by the Nine-Tails and Madara's Susanoo, Hashirama did use his trump card to turn the table on his childhood friend. After weighing all options he currently had, Madara had come to his final decision.
"Never thought there will be a day I have to say this... Lend me your power, Hashirama!"
