The morning comes greeting the land. The ground is dotted with puddles as raindrops are falling from branches and leaves making the world glimmer in the morning sun while the birds are chirping in the forest as they are ready for the morning. It is early in the black bulls hideout and the place is completely quiet...
'AAAAAAAAAAARG!' Asta yells running a mop over the floors as he starts on his morning chores.
Liebe is jagged awake 'damn it idiot, has he ever heard of sleeping in' he groans to himself as his mind remember and he turns his eyes looking at the branch. 'she is gone' he utter to himself.
Asta dusts the library and cleans the laundry while being loud the whole time. 'AAAA HECK YEAH!' he yells and runs outside for a morning run.
Some time later Millie walks in her cat form through the forest and follows the sound of counting '3486, 3487, 3488, 3489' she sits down by a tree and watches Asta hanging with his feet, from a branch and does curl ups. Millie looks at the black bird fly above and land on a branch close to him. 'how mouch longer are you planing on staying out here?' she asks.
'until I reach 10 000' Asta replies and continues counting. Millie proceeds to climb the three and lays down on a branch and rests. Some time later she is startled awake and with a heavy yawn she turns her head toward the counting and she sees Asta doing pushups on the ground. '9997, 9998, 9999, 10 000, Heck yeah!' Asta shouts getting up. 'time to head back!' he says And walks back to the hideout and, Nero flies over to him and lands on his head and Millie jumps from the three and follows a few steps behind.
They arrive by the entrance of the black bulls. Bang! comes from within. 'I Said Knock it off!' a girls voice shout and the door burst open and out flies Magna with a water stream to the face and he land in the dirt. 'hey! What was that for missy!' Magna spits back annoyed and adjusts his purple glasses and pulls his hand through his black and grey Mohawk. And stands up in his black pants and sweater.
'you were being too Noisy, seriously, can't we ever get One morning in peace' the same female voice says frustrated. A girl with silver hair put up in pigtails with a pink bow in each. Comes into view as she flicks hair behind her shoulder and direct her pink eyes at Magna who is dusting himself off.
'ha, ha, Magna got flung outside' A chipper boy says with blond messy hair and blue eyes. 'you too Luck, if your are going to be loud this early then do it outside' the girl says. And walks inside. 'that is no fun Noelle, it is way easier to get Magna when he least expects it' Luck replies. 'oh you are gonna get it now punk!' Magna says and ignites a flame in his hand.
'ha, ha, just try and hit me' Luck replies as he releases lightling from his body creating bright blue lightning boots and long sleeved gauntlets. 'you asked for it!' Magna says and brings out his grimoar. 'hahaha' Luck laughes exited. Asta smiles 'They are eager today' Asta says with a smile at his rambunctious squad mates.
'alright say your prayers' Magna yells then him and Luck starts battling in front of the hideout. 'well I will be taking a bath now' Asta says and Nero flies off his head. 'alright sir' Millie replies quietly and walks over to the nearest three and looks at the guys messing around. Magna is shooting fireballs all over the place trying to get luck who dodges and laughs.
Millie gets up on a tree branch and rubs her bell and out comes a book that she starts reading.
Meanwhile Asta is ready and is getting his naked self into the communal bath Liebe appears on his shoulder and turns his full size and sits into the bath too. They sit and soak for a bit and Asta looks over at Liebe who seems a little lost in thought. 'is there something on your mind?'he asks his devil.
... you seriusly trust that one?' Liebe asks. 'huh, you mean Millie?' Asta asks. And Liebe looks away for a second and looks at Asta. 'you really are going to trust someone you have just met' he ask again. 'Well yeah, I can't put my finger on it but I got a good feeling about her' Asta says and, looks at Liebes uncertain expression on his face.
'Do you... not like her?' Asta asks. 'Tsk, it is like she is hiding something... Something Big' Liebe explains. 'Something big, huh' Asta thinks about it, 'well whatever it is I am sure we can handle it' he assures.
'We?! it was your choise to take her in!' Liebe pushes. 'yeah I guess' Asta replies. 'what do you mean with "yeah I guess", you've gotta be kidding me' Liebe adds. 'Look, If she tries anything I will stop it, I doubt that she will though' he says and Liebe is still not convinced. 'It is fine, besides I trusted you' Asta points out.
Liebe smiles. 'you still shouldn't have, it was the nuttiest thing in the world' he says and looks at the white mark around his wrist, from the equal contract that he has with Asta. 'but I am glad you did...' Liebe says and Asta smiles as they start to chat for a while.
Outside Millie reads her book while glancing at the battle between luck and Magna as they are going toe to toe. Magna swings a bat made from flame magic. And luck shoots lightening after Magna. Later Asta walks to the fronth of the hideout and looks his friends enjoying the sun.
Yami walks out of the main entrance. 'allright gang, we have a few missions for you knuckleheads so listen up' he tells them all. 'right sir Yami' Asta says exited. 'Alright, Finnral, Magna, Asta and Noelle, you guys are to Horgo Village, and help out with the rebuilding' Yami tells them.
'Right sir, we will get it done' Asta says exited 'what really but' Finral says a guy with light brown hair and green frosted tips. 'something wrong!' Yami asks daring Finral to talk back 'what of corse not' he says wearing a green jacket and brown pants and shoes.
'It can't be helped a lot got torn under the war with the devils' Noelle says and adjusts her hair. 'don't worry guys, I will have the food ready, for when you get back' a little girl says with black hair and green eyes, who are stuffing her face with meat.
Millie in her cat form stretches out and jumps down from the tree and she gets on Astas shoulder. The rest of the black bulls get their assignments and Finral opens a bright portal that they walk through.
on the other side of the portal they arrive by the forests edge wich is overlooking a valley and they see the Village near the bottom. They are taking their legs to work walking down. 'the ground around here looks messy, I wonder why' Finral mentions. 'I agree, it looks more wet than it should be' Magna replies. 'I agree it is weird' Finral says and walks behind Asta and looks at both his shoulders.
'say Asta what is the deal with the cat' Finral asks. 'yes I was wondering that too' Noelle adds. 'oh , right I forgot, this is Millie I found her on my mission last night she is a fa-' Asta utters 'why does it have two tails' Magna interrupts. 'well she' they all turn their attention to one of the villagers who walks up to them.
'oh Magic knights you guys must be here about the request for aid' a lady with blue hair and light blue eyes asks, 'that is right Ma'am. Just show us what needs to be done and we will get it done' Asta tells the her. Loudly. Millie looks at Finral who seems to be struggeling with something.
'Ofcorse this way, my uncle can show you what is needed until the chief of the village comes back from his trip too meet with another village' the lady says and adjusts her blue dress with a white apron. she brings them up to a blue haired man with green eyes 'right the aid well thank you all for coming'' he says and shows them to a a large pile f debree that one could not tell used to be a building before. 'well here it is the begining of what we will need help with' the man says. and the man and the woman leaves.
'wow Finral, she was really pretty I am surprised you managed to keep your composure' Noelle tells him. 'Thank you it was so hard' he says as he relaxes a little. 'you are hopeless' Noelle tells him. 'You go Finral !that was great!' Asta cheers him on. 'Thanks friend' Finral responds and they high five each other.
'Idiots' Noelle says and Liebe chuckles from Astas shoulder. They help out and moves material and heavy rocks and ruined wood.
Some time later Millie is laying down on a porch as the rest are working. She lifts her head as she hears someone mention the magic knights some distance away. She sees an elderly man talking to a few villagers. She watches the elderly man with grey shirt and blue pants and brown shoes walk over to the group. And he has another man with him.
a man with broad shoulders and brown hair and eyes. 'Hello fellas, I see you are already hard at work' he says in a friendly tone. 'we sure are' Asta says exited. 'yes, my name is Gerrald, the chief of this little village. And as of right now we actuarly have a different matter that is in more need of attention' he explains. 'like what' Magna asks. 'well Berran here can show you, if he please' the man says. 'ofcorse' he replies.'now if you all could follow me' he says and the group looks at each other before they comply and walks along with the man.
