The Weak (Supporter and Adventurer)
Finally! I get to go to the dungeon! Let's fucking GO! While I didn't love the fact that Aiz was still chaperoning me, mostly because I didn't want her to artificially cap my progress, it did little to stop my excitement for going back into the dungeon. Slowly, however, my excitement died as we walked through Orario's streets. It was one thing for Aiz to get stares at her own familia's home, but i didn't expect for it to happen even out in the streets of Orario. Now that I think about it, that kind of sucks. For her to be admired so much even in her home? Where can she even relax? I personally am not a fan of attention, obviously. While I care about and love this scarf, I don't wear it everywhere just because I think it looks fashionable. The scarf is both a reminder of... something, as well as a convenient way to hide myself. While yes, wearing a scarf with burnt ends in the middle of summer is weird to your average person. To everyone actually. But, no one is going to bother the weirdo wearing it. Convenient for a guy walking this path.
As my eyes darted from Aiz back to the entrance of Babel, I almost fell back as I nearly collided with a large floating green backpack. "Ah."
"I'm sorry sir, did I startle you?" Looking down, I was met with a short girl wearing a white and red cloak over her body and carrying a backpack twice her size. I noticed that she had small fox ear patterns on the hoodie itself. A fox girl? A really short one too. "Um, is it possible that you are looking for a supporter, Lady Wallenstien?" Shifting her gaze from me to the celebrity, I noticed that Aiz jumped a short bit at her name being suddenly brought up. That was weirdly cute.
The seasoned adventurer hid her reaction well though, and quickly gave the stranger a curt nod. "Yes actually. Do you happen to be one?" With her nod, Aiz turned to me. "Good, could you be Viole's supporter today? I don't want him to get hurt, you see." Great, she's still holding yesterday over me. Not to mention I don't know how to feel about being protected by a girl half my size. But, judging by that backpack, she's got a pretty good STR stat. The supporterer seemed disappointed for a moment but bounced back almost immediately. Can't really blame her, not every day you run into one of the top ranked adventurers and get even a sliver of a chance to go into the dungeon with them. In the end, all she got was shitty ol me. I feel like I owe her an apology.
"It'd be an honor to assist one of Lady Wallenstein's friends." Friend? I wouldn't go that far... wait, why are you nodding your head, Aiz? With polite yet professional moves, the tiny supporter turned her whole body to me and bowed. "My name is Liliruca Arde and I'm of the Soma Familia, pleased to meet you. Let us take care of each other! And please, call me Lily!"
Pulling my scarf up, I paid her back for the bow with a nod. "...Viole of the Loki familia."
"I should go then." Giving the two of us a wave, Aiz turned the other direction. Clearly going to do whatever high levels do. Dumping me off onto a supporter. How rude, Aiz. Of course, I was joking. She's Aiz Wallenstien. She has things to do, I'm sure. Besides, no one who was just dumping me would be pouting. Did she really want to watch me kill monsters that badly? Or does she enjoy criticizing me? I'm sure it's enjoyable watching a fool barely manage to kill something she could kill with a flick of her wrist.
Turning back to Lily, I motioned for her to follow as we walked towards the dungeon. "So, Sir Viole-" Guh, sir. Now I know why dad hated it when the kids called him that. Feels like I'm an old man when I hear that. "What was the deepest level that you've ever gotten through the dungeon?"
"Floor one." Seeing her whole body freeze for a moment was actually a little amusing. I'm sure she was feeling the same frustration that I felt before today. Well, more likely for a different reason. Supporters make money splitting crystals from the adventurers they work with. The deeper the level and more powerful the monster, the bigger the monster crystal and expensive it is. So level one crystals, ha, you may as well have been bussing tables all day. "Don't worry, my stats and my motivation should be enough to go to level eight. I would have gone down myself but... been a busy week." Loki... why say that I'm so strong yet worry about me so much. Our conversation led us all the way to the first floor of the Dungeon, where goblins already were spawned. "Alright then, let's do our best and please support me, Miss Lily."
"Miss? Nevermind, I'll do my best, Sir Viole!" Loading up a crossbow attached to her arm, I pulled out a pair of gloves that Loki had given me this morning.
It was weird. After she updated my status this morning, she handed me these black gloves. "Ehhh, I had a few Valias hanging around and decided to getcha something! Should stop you from breaking any more bones and keep those hands all pretty~" Was what she said as she passed them to me. They were made of some sort of special cloth that Loki said was protective and force resistant. Must have been from a monster's hide and a powerful one. Other than the cloth, there was some metal on top of the fingers of the gloves. Strangely enough, they weren't as uncomfortable as I thought they would be. This shit was definitely expensive. Loki spent quite a bit on me... guess I'll just have to repay her eventually.
"Give me the strength to devour my enemies. Force Eater!"

As I crushed A Kobold's head under my heel, I let out an relieved sigh and felt my head throb. Ugh, Mind Down. And I thought that yesterday was the last I'd feel it. "We should call it here Miss Lily." Allowing my magic to dissipate, I took off my gloves and silently thanked Loki. While my magic coated my limbs, it didn't stop any blood or grim to get on my hands. Especially if my hands were to get injured, which wasn't unusual before I got here. Now, I can fix my scarf and not get it dirty. Well... dirtier. It's kinda impossible to keep something clean in the dungeon.
"I agree. Floor nine is quite far down to go for your second time, Sir." As I calmed myself, the supporter moved to pick up the discarded crystals and monster drops on the floor, dumping them into the giant bag she was carrying. She was quite meticulous as well, double checking to make sure she didn't miss anything. Well, duh. She's a supporter that I met today. She's in it for the paycheck. Can't blame her for that. "Sir, are you sure this is the first time you've come down this far? Most first timers are stuck behind the first five floors for their few months." Really? I actually didn't really notice we'd come so far. I sort of kept going, killing everything in my way. Didn't help that the floors all looked similar. Now that I think about it, how long have we been here?
As I thought about my answer, I followed Lily who began the trek back out of the dungeon. "Yes."
"... not much of a talker, are you?"
Ugh, this is what happens when your a vagabond for over a year. "No, I apologize. But yes, this is my first time down here. I have no reason to lie." But she does have a point. Even my experience outside of Orario shouldn't help me like this. Not to mention that my stats weren't zero when I first came. I couldn't help but feel a bit suspicious at my own situation, and at what Loki was hiding. But then again, does it really matter to me? I want to get stronger and I got a head start. I should be happy, not suspicious. "Anyway, lets hurry and get you paid."
"Yes, Sir!" Turning her head, she gave me a salute and a polite smile. But it felt so obviously fake and even angry. She must have been stiffed or scammed by a few adventurers... Whatever. Not like her life story matters to me. I couldn't care less.
After an hour of silent walking, Lily and I quickly cashed out our haul. The moon was slowly rising into the sky by the time we left the guild and sat down to get some food. I, of course, offered. "Wow, Sir! Thirty thousand Valias is quite the haul for your second day!" I chose to ignore her attempt to butter me up and looked at the two bags of money sitting between us.
She and I were sitting in Orario's town center, a small basket of potato croquets beside the bags of money. Grabbing one of them, I silently opened the bag and counted it in my head. Sure enough, 15k. As I carefully dumped half of the money from one bag into another, I noticed the girl bite her lip. I couldn't help but let out an amused huff as I closed the bags, and tossed the heavier one towards the fox girl. "...huh?"
"We're splitting it 75/25. In your favor, of course." Her brown eyes looked like they were about to bulge out of her head at my sentence. A funny sight to see as I chewed on a delicious potato snack. "Is it not enough?"
"U-Um... I don't mean to be rude sir. But, could you be attempting to do something... nefarious right now?" Is this how little you think of Aiz's friend?
Keeping my sarcastic comment to myself, I finished my snack before explaining myself. "I know I look shady, but I hope I didn't give you that impression. My parents drilled into me a lot of life lessons. One of them being, to always pay back and thank those who help you. As my mom said, 'without others help. You might as well be rotting in a ditch of your own shit.'" I couldn't blame Lily for cringing at the thought. Doesn't help that mom actually walked through shit too. I don't know if being part of a traveling familia is worse than going into the dungeon. "She was a little vulgar, but that doesn't mean she wasn't right. I got that far because I had you supporting me. Don't think I didn't notice all those times you sniped a monster before it hit me from behind. If it makes you feel better, then this isn't payment as my supporter, think of it as a thank you for helping me."
She gave me a blank stare that made me question myself for a moment. Did I say something weird? Nah, she's probably just reacting to mom's weird words. Mom was weird... Mom... her light giggle brought me out of my thoughts, thankfully. "You're a weird one, Sir Viole. But, I won't look a gift horse in the mouth." With a greedy smile, she picked up the bag and tossed it into the air lightly.
"I suppose so." Not the first time I've been told that. Nor the last.
When I got back to the Twilight Manor, I noticed a few strange things. First off, Loki was lying outside of her office. Even though I've been here for just about a week, this isn't a strange sight anymore. Seeing Loki drunk wasn't exactly new. Whether it was one pm or one am. What was strange, however, was that she wasn't harassing Aiz or Lady Riviera. I quickly learned that those two were her favorite children. So, this has lead me to a single conclusion. "Did Aiz and Lady Riveria go into the dungeon today?" It was the only explanation. Both Aiz and Lady Riviera were level 6, so if they're gone in the dungeon. They are gone for a while. A level 6 can't get any stronger fighting goblins like me. Ah, so that's why she left me with Lily.
"AHHHHH! Don't remind meeeeee! Oh, wait! You're back!" My red haired goddess jumped at the sight of me and entangled herself around my arm. Great, now I'm her target. "Viole, can you believe it? My whole familia left me allll alone! Not only that but I was stuck in the sewers the whole day! Comfort meeeee!" Squeezing herself into me, all I could do was sigh. That was until her smell became obvious. Instantly, I pulled off my scarf and held it as far away from the goddess as I could.
Now, what's the best way to comfort Loki? "You smell like shit." Perfect! Nothing like honesty to make her feel nice!
Falling onto the floor, tears began to pool around the goddess' eyes. "Gyaaaa! Why'd you have to say that! You're supposed to treat a lady nicely, Viole!" I treat everyone equally. With disdain and disinterest. As I thought that, I weighed my options in my head. Could I get away with just walking over Loki and going into my room? Probably not, I need to be updated if I want any of my stats to improve for today. What a wonderful system these gods have created. It basically makes it impossible to ignore your god. "This is why you'll never get laid!"
"Not a priority at the moment." Her stupid statement made me pinch the bridge of my nose. "Fine." Sliding down the wall, I sat in front of my god. "What can I do for you?"
"Massage my feet."
"No." She really makes it hard to be nice to her. More and more, Dad's complaints make sense. But... why did he look so happy when he ranted about her? Deciding to put my father's relationship with her aside, I stared at the pathetic goddess. "How about I tell you about today?" With a stubborn 'fine' Loki leaned against the wall opposite of me. Seems like she was right about the Manor being empty. By now, at least ten of my familia would have walked past us. Yet, not a single person did. How busy is this familia exactly? "Well, Aiz left me with a supporter named Lily. She's from the Soma familia."
"Soma..." Her normally closed eyes peered open for a moment before she closed them again. "Interesting! So, was she cute?" That was a weird reaction. I know little about Soma and his familia. I did minimal research when coming to Orario, especially on other familia. Hell, I didn't even know Loki was so powerful till I came here. But I feel like I did... weird. I know a few gods and who they are, sure. Soma's the god of wine, Loki is trickery, Demeter is the goddess of agriculture. Simple things like that. Whatever. Knowing Loki she probably wants me to eventually ask Lily to get some wine.
But, back to what we were talking about. And ignoring her question about Lily's appearance. Damn horny god. "She was very helpful and kept me pretty safe. She had my back and her aim is impeccable. If possible, I think I'd like to hire her again."
Staring at me with those closed eyes, the trickster hummed before taking a deep breath in from her nose. Only to end up coughing and gagging. "ACK! Holy fuck what is that smell?!" I had no words. "...I'm going to take a three hour shower. Come by later for your update." In an embarrassed and high pitch tone, she said those words and stood up.
"I'll see you later, Loki. Make sure you get deep into your hair." Her exaggerated yell from down the hall felt like the proper revenge was achieved.
Supporter
Money. That is what this world runs on. Whether you are rich or poor, strong or weak. Even if you are a god or a mortal, money is everything. With money, you can do anything. You can kill the strongest adventurer in the world, you could destroy or create a country, and you can even buy someone's freedom. That is why I need money. Because I despise this world and everyone in it. I despise the disgusting adventurers who risk their life for money. I despise the cowards who take and steal from those who can't fight back for money. I despise the gods who hurt and use us mortals... for money. I despise money, holding it in my hand is enough to make me hurl. I hate that money makes me act just like everyone in this world.
I need money to leave my disgusting familia, and to leave this life. I don't want to be stuck in this city, risking my life for bastards who would rather throw me at a minator than lose a single Valias. Once I get enough money to leave this gods forsaken city, I will never look back and I'm sure I'll be happier than ever. So, even if it makes me hate myself at the moment, I will use this idiot until I wring him dry... and throw him away.
The idiot I was thinking about stood a bit away from me, currently punching and kicking his way through a group of killer ants. I must say, he is definitely the most useful bastard I've met in all of my years as a supporter. He pays me, what I think, is far too much. Not that I'm gonna complain. Hell, that's the only reason why I haven't completed my scheme on him yet. As long as he's paying me more than I could get for those gloves he was wearing, then I'll keep him. I'm sure those are worth a mil. But at the rate he's paying me, I've already made that twice over in the past week.
Yeah. I've been grouping up with him for a week. And since that week, it's been the same shit, every day. Go into the dungeon in the morning, grind our way to floor nine, farm for a while and then go back up and get dinner. It was boring as shit, but hey. If it pays.
"Shit. That one's getting to close." Whispering to myself, I quickly loaded a blot into my crossbow and shot an ant crawling towards the shithead from behind. This has been all I've been doing these past few days. Kill the occasional monster that got a little too close to his blind spot. And it's been happening less and less. This guy... he's weird. And not just because he pays me well.
First off, he's a newbie that was brought into Loki's familia. At first, I thought it was either cuz Loki wanted to bone him, or the Sword Princess did. The way she looked at him that day was way too weird. Didn't think that freak could even feel anything. But, clearly I was wrong. He's strong. Way too strong for a guy who came two weeks ago. So, either he's a prodigy, or he's one of those gross Capped. Capped makes sense, it explains that animalistic way he fights.
Even now, as he fought the ants, he fought like a mad man. Punching, kicking, slashing and even crushing monsters. He moved like he was possessed. I wouldn't be surprised if he was hiding a mad smile under that scarf he always had on. Either way, if he was capped or a prodigy, he's making me money. And when I get sick of him, I'll throw him away.
Once he finished the fight, he dropped down his blue scarf and let out a breath. "... a few extra minutes today. Alright, we're done now Lily. Take your time picking up the stones."
"Of course, Sir Viole!" ugh, kissing up to him makes me want to shove a stone down my throat. As I went about my job, I noticed the way that he looked down the dungeon halls. We were pretty close to the stairs leading back to floor eight, as this was our third time today going around this floor and fighting whatever spawned. "Sir Viole, is there a reason why we are not going past this floor?"
Turning his head to me, he seemed taken off guard by the question. But that sudden emotion quickly fell away, and his face went and to that apathetic face he always wore as we ate. "My magic. It's the only way I can fight, but that means I have to have it on all the time. If I'm going to get stronger, I need to go deeper and deeper into the dungeon. I'm trying to increase my resistance to mind down. So far, I can last two minutes longer." The hell? You can't resist mind. The only way he can fight longer is if... his mana capacity has risen. In only a week? Yeah, no doubt. He's either a prodigy, or he's capped and been capped for a while. But, I knew better than to say anything out loud. If he's a prodigy, praising him could get me some extra money... or a punch to the gut. If he's capped, he either knows it and will smash my face in, or he doesn't and he smashes my face in. Win, lose, lose. Not taking that chance.
"I see. Well then, I'm all done here, sir! Let us go!" As much as it made my skin crawl, I had decided that walking in front of him was my best option. Best to make him think I trust him and if worst comes to worst, my bag will protect me from getting stabbed in the back. "So, same routine as usual, sir?"
"Mmm." Just like every other day beforehand, the shithead and I went to the guild and went to dinner. This time, we stopped at the Hostess for some reason. Wonder why he insisted. Ah well, food's good and plenty of strong people around to protect me if things go bad. After placing my order with the elf, I sipped on the complementary water. After six times, I wasn't at all surprised when he passed me the heavier bag of cash. "Here's your share for today. I put a little extra as well. It's our first week working together, so I thought it'd be important to show my thanks." Huh, didn't think this freak would even count the days.
Nevertheless, I put on my best smile and bowed my head. "Thank you sir! You are far too kind, but it'd be rude of me to decline."
"..." Closing his eyes, he sipped on his own water. I'm not dumb, and apparently neither is he. He knows how I feel about him. That I hate his guts. I doubt that this freak knows how deep my scheme goes but he is definitely on guard. So then, why are you still around? Is he waiting for me to do my scheme and use it as an excuse to beat me to a pulp? Or is he pulling his own scheme? Loki isn't the god of tricks without reason. Maybe his status as a prodigy doesn't end at his fighting skill? Viole Keres... I'll have to end our relationship as soon as I can. Money be damned.
Adventurer
At first, I thought that having a supporter would be annoying or I had to keep an eye on my back. But, wow. I was completely wrong! Lily really is the best, isn't she? She's definitely a sharpshooting genius. I'm sure with enough training, she'll be able to snipe a monster from across the dungeon. She seemed frail, but her aim and choice of weapon made up for it. So, I don't need to worry about her safety in the dungeon, she can protect herself. Hell, she's protecting me sometimes.
Well, no matter how much I praise her, I'm no fool. Lily is planning something. If her obviously fake kindness wasn't a clue, than her constant glaring at the back of my head was a sign that said "I hate you". Seriously, could she be a little subtle? At first, I assumed it was an issue with me. I know I'm not the nicest or most fun to talk to. Especially since I try to keep information about me to a minimum. But, I realized something else. Lily is a supporter, and there is no doubt in my mind that there are adventurers who are pieces of shit. Maybe not as much as that bastard, but still. So, I'm sure she doesn't hate me, per say. But adventurers in general. And I can't blame her, all I can do is wait for her to realize I'm not like those shitheads.
So, today marked a week and a day after I started working with Lily and I was on my way towards our usual meeting spot. The small fox girl usually stood off to the side in the town center that led to the dungeon. This time, however, she seemed to be talking with someone, and she wasn't having a good time. "Oh, Sir Viole!" Using me as an excuse to get away from the white haired stranger, Lily rushed towards me. "Sorry, this kid came up to me, asking me to be his supporter. I... told him we should wait for you and see if you'd like another party member."
I was able to read between the lines. Clearly, she wasn't comfortable around another random adventurer, and knowing I'd be here soon bought time. Smart. "I see. Well, good morning Lily, I'm glad to see you are well." Giving my supporter a bow, I turned my attention to the kid. In front of us stood a young man who couldn't be less than a year younger than me. Ignoring his soft and child-like face, he seemed to be armored out pretty well. Light weight white armor over easy to move in clothes and he had a knife holstered on the back of his hip. Hm, judging by his armor and weapon, he's more of a speedy attacker. Hit and run tactics. His armor looks cheap, sure, but that's more than me. All I've got is this shitty armored coat that I salvaged from dad's collection. At my gaze, the young man began to blush and scratch his cheek. He seems nice enough, and cute for a guy. But, I know better than to accept appearances. "Apologies, however both my partner and I are a little adverse to having another adventurer jo-"
"P-Please! I'm fairly new and i-if I can't get a party then my goddess isn't gonna let me go in the dungeon anymore!" Well, well, well. If that isn't something I know. "I-I need to get stronger and support my goddess! Please!" Dropping down to his knees, the kid planted his head into the pavement and begs through labored breaths. "P-Pleaseeeeee!"
Just my luck. Why do I always attract the weirdos? First Gretel, then Loki, Aiz and Lily. And now this guy. But... his plight was something that resonated with me. The desire for strength, yet being denied the ability to get it. "... fine. We'll try it for today." Ignoring Lily's not-so-subtle glare, I crouched down and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Come on, you're causing a scene."
"T-Thank you!" Jumping to his feet, the kid wiped his eyes and gave me a smile. "My name i-is Bell Cranel! I'm a member of, well the only member, of the Hestia Familia! Pleasure to meet you!" Hestia? Haven't heard of that god. I had heard that there are very small familias. Mostly because a god is unpopular. But only one member? That's almost impressive.
Great, I'm gonna have to introduce myself. Is it too late to reject him? But, the combination of Bell's expectant eyes and Lily's disgusted gaze forced me to relent. With a sigh, I introduced myself. "Viole Keres. Newbie of the Loki Familia."
Bell and I turned our gaze to Lily. For once, her polite mask fell as she groaned and nodded her head to the nice kid. "Liliruca Arde, of the Soma Familia. Call me Miss Lily, new kid." Wow, she's not even attempting to be nice to him.
Turning back to Bell, I gave him a nod and motioned for him to lead us. "Why don't we get started? Lead the way for now, I'd like to see what you can do." The platinum haired kid grew a smile that you'd only see on a child when giving them candy. With that innocent smile, he led the three of us into the dungeon, a skip in his step. With him a little further away, I looked to my side where Lily was walking with me. Clearly annoyed with our situation. "Lily, do me a favor and stick close to me. Alright?" I knew she could handle herself well enough, but this was another adventurer. Monsters are fairly mindless, at least on the early floors, and can be easily predicted. Other people...
The fox girl stared up at me with a strange, unexplainable look. Huh? Did I say something wrong? "... thank you, Sir Viole. I'll rely on you again today." Again with this Sir shit.
E-Rank
"HIYA!" With a spirited yell, Bell struck down a Kobold that had kept at him. We were on the ninth floor and this was our tenth battle on this floor alone. I must say, this kid's strong. Really strong. His kicks and punches didn't do much damage, but his speed and precision with his knife was amazing for a level 1. He was able to slide and run around the enemies for days and they couldn't catch him for even a moment. "Viole!"
"On it." At his signal, I grabbed the two Kolbods that had attempted to chase after him and threw them at the dungeon walls. Before they could even react, two bolts were shot between their eyes. "Nice shot." After letting out my thoughts, I focused back on the fight. Six Kobolds were left, and Bell was already chasing down the ones farthest from our group. Feeling my lips curl into a frown, I ignored the sensation and focused my magic onto my legs. As I did so, the monsters reacted in the way I wanted. Two of them jumping high in the air and lunged at me. Without even thinking about it, I swung my right leg and kicked at their heads. Their jaws were ripped off their bodies, and the rest of their existence burst into air as their lifeless bodies hit the ground. The last monster in front of me growled in anger- only for it to suddenly stop and disappear as well, showing Bell crouching down behind it. Knife in hand. "Alright, nice job everyone."
"Ha ha! I did amazing!" Jumping into the air with excitement, Bell seemed to have plenty of energy left. The young man seemed to have boundless energy, especially if you gave him complements. "And you two were amazing as well! Miss Lily's precision and your strength! I'm sure you two could conquer this dungeon on your own!"
Groaning in disgust, Lily began picking up the monster's crystals. "Don't get ahead of yourself. These monsters aren't known for being hard to kill. If you really think we can do anything, then at least go into the middle floors and fight a minotaur." At the mention of the humanoid monster, Bell visibly shivered and his eyes widened. However, it didn't seem like Lily noticed it because she let out a cute 'hup!' and re-equipped her large backpack. "Anyway, we should head up for today. We have a large amount of crystals and the two of you could hit Mind Down soon." Thinking back, she was right. Right around now was when my head began to ache yesterday. Yet we killed so many more monsters today. To think that adding one extra party member could increase our power so much. Amazing... but not the strength I need. Turning around to us, the fox girl tilted her head at me. "But it is your call, Sir Viole. What should we do?"
Seeing Bell was still a little shaken, I let go of my magic. "Let's go. It's getting late. Ready, Bell?"
"Y-Yeah. Give me a moment please."
I watched as the adventurer sheathed his knife and took a deep breath. Forcing himself to get composed once more. He must have really had a traumatic experience with a minotaur... For a moment, my home being burnt down flashed in my mind. "... you alright Bell? I.. I can give you a hand if you'd like."
Turning to me with a forced smile, he nodded his head and went on ahead of me. I was wrong to be suspicious of him. For some reason, he reminded me of Aiz. He's a good guy. My assumption was proved right, when Bell shoved half of his earnings into Lily's share of our haul. We'd made sixty thousand Valias today, a whole extra fifteen from what Lily and I usually made. I, of course, decided to take only ten thousand, and Bell seemed to do similarly. Taking fifteen instead. "Sorry for taking so much, but I need to support my goddess..."
"Take?! You two are giving me 35k! How much brain damage do the two of you have?!" Good question. But, I simply nibbled at a potato croquette instead of answering Lily's dumb question. "I can get this id- Sir Viole. But what about you?! Why are you giving me this much money?"
"Because I want to." Nodding at his reasoning, I approved of it. Helps that he didn't even hesitate to answer that. "Besides, you were amazing, Miss Lily! I think you earned this much!"
"... I agree."
"AGHHHHHHAAAAAAAAA!" Pulling at her brown hair, Lilly screamed at the sky. For some reason, I feel like this wouldn't be the last time we make her react like that.
An: Nothing much to say this week. Thanks for reading and don't be afraid to leave a review. Have a good day
