(Third Person)

The mass wave of demigods walking into the amphitheater that night was a lot of people, they were all here for the funeral of Percy Jackson and to burn his shroud later that night. Originally there was supposed to be a mass funeral for all the demigods that died in the Giant war, aside from Octavian, whose body was placed in a ditch, with Lord Apollo himself disowning his own legacy. After the funeral for the regular demigods, Percy mother and step father came for his funeral, after dinner all of the demigods arrived at the amphitheater for his funeral, with his parents and his friends in the first row, the gods minus the queen sitting in the second row, and all the demigods in the rows behind that, and the pissed off queen sitting in farthest row away due to the request of Sally Jackson.

What surprised many demigods was that Zeus had ordered that they have a mass funeral for all the demigods minus Percy in the afternoon, while having a funeral just for Percy after dinner. Zeus, the man that wanted to kill Percy at any chance, was the one who wanted to honor the son of his brother. While Poseidon didn't even seem to care that his supposed favorite son was dead, the only thing he was talking about was John and how he became a god.

And John was another issue going around with Annabeth and just being a cocky dumbass, talking about how he fought and killed the bane of his father in Polybotes. And that was the reason that he ascended into godhood. While Annabeth was acting like a lap dog to John, just following him around, and making out and kissing each other in private areas.

But no one knew that the goddess of architecture was making out with the god of heroes, days after her previous boyfriend died just a few days ago. It was ironic that people thought that the goddess of betrayal would be loyal to her ex, that was thought going through Jason's head as he took his seat in the front row for Percy's funeral to begin.

"Hello, for people who don't know me I am Chrion, trainer of heroes, tonight we are here to honor the life of Percy Jackson, through the night we will honor and remember all the good and bad times we had with Percy. We will have several people who have known Percy throughout his life." Chiron said, with his calm and collected voice. "First we have Clarisse, the daughter of Ares."

As Chiron walked away from the stand, while Clarisse walked up to the stand, before grabbing the microphone. "Tonight I have a few things to say about Percy tonight, or as I called him Prissy." Clarisse said, while getting a few chuckles from the crowd for giving that nickname to Percy.

"When I first met Percy, I did to him what I did to most campers. Dunk their head in a toilet, instead only for him to douse water on me. After he came back from beating my dad in combat. I realize something that day, that Prissy had potential to become a great hero. And he proved me right when he led us to victory in the battle of Manhattan" Clarisse said, finishing with a tear going down her face. "All I hope is that Prissy finds peace in the underworld." Before heading off stage, and Nico di Angelo came up to speak.

"When I first met Percy, I was infatuated with him, but after my sister died, I blamed him for my sister's death. And after I got over blaming him for my sister's death, he was able to help me be able to accept people and get me out of my shell." Nico said. "And I hope he is able to rest in Elysium, and maybe I go see him from time to time." Nico finished, before walking off stage, and heading over to the son of Apollo, Will Solace and cuddling next to each other.

Before everyone looked back at the stage to see Thalia Grace holding the microphone in her hand. "The first time I ever met Kelp head, it was right after I was turned back into a girl from being a pine tree." Which got a few people to laugh at either the nickname for Percy, or from the thought of the Lieutenant of the hunters of Artemis being a pine tree. Before receiving a slight shock which caused them to jump up a bit.

"For a while me and Kelp for brains would go back and forth fighting over mostly stupid stuff. But over time me and Percy formed a tight friendship, he became like a brother to me." At this revelation a chilling thought came into Jason's mind. 'Am I a not good enough brother for Thalia, does she even care about me. No she does care about me, then why did she never even look for me? She thought I was dead and she was glad when she found me, but she never came to talk to me after we found each other. All she was doing was going out and trying to find Percy.

These thought kept on going thru Jason head, as Thalia finished her speech and sat down back in her seat, before some of Pery older friends from the first Titan war like Malcolm Pace the son of Athena, or Travis Stoll the son of Hermes, these people were then from members of the prophecy of seven in Piper,Hazel,Frank and Leo. And some other important people close to him like Renya, Calypso and coach Hedge or Gleeson Hedge who got a few laughs out of people when bringing up the whole stable situation, and the time when he grounded Annabeth, which got him a glare from that certain goddess.

Then after a long time, it was Jason's turn to head up. The nerves that he felt as he walked up onto the stage was clearly shown on his face. The slow dread he felt in his stomach as he reached the stand, and grabbed the microphone was causing his heart to beat fast, before taking a deep breath.

"I had only known Percy for about a month, when we first had some issue with each other, arguing over who was the leader over the prophecy of seven". Only to get a few remarks talking about boys always needing to be a leader, and never letting girls have any control.

"Anywhere after getting over these issues, I gained a lot of respect for him when he willingly fell into Tartarus for Annabeth." The mention of the primordial name caused the air to become cold for a few seconds before returning back to normal again.

"After Percy and Annabeth return for Tartarus, that was when Percy and I became good friends, trying to save the world from Gaea rule. Saved my life when me and Lord Jupiter were fighting against my father bane in Prophyion."As tears started to come down his face. "Even if Percy is gone, he will still be remembered as not one of the greatest hero of all time, but as the greatest hero of all time for both Romans and Greeks"

Jason finished, only to receive clapping from most of the people there, even from most of the gods. What did not surprise Jason was not John or Annabeth even clap once, instead they were in the middle of one of their kissing session,Making out with each other, Annabeth not even caring that her supposed boyfriend was dead. Then a thought came into Jason's mind, a thought that would show the rest of the demigods and gods how much of a snake Annabeth was. To call her out about using Percy for her own dreams and desires, and never did care about her. Then with only twenty one words, would forever change his friendship with Annabeth and his relationship with other people

"Annabeth was supposed to come up to give a speech about Percy, but she is too busy making out with John"

Sorry for the somewhat short chapter, just wanted to get something out to you guys, next chapter we'll get people's reaction to Jason clam, and get the plot moving with some of the other stuff mentioned in the first chapter. Also was it good or bad please comment on this.
