So this time I'm not failing in updating too late because I have break and I actually have an idea for this next damn chapter so onward! Revised May 22, 2020
Chapter 23:
Ciel and I began walking back to the dining hall where everyone else was getting situated. But as I was walking, something felt off, like we were being watched.
Shaking the feeling off I continued walking with the young master until we finally reached the doors to the dining table. I opened the door for the young Earl and walked to the kitchen where the other servants were and began helping them with the food preparations. I wasn't needed though seeing they had already sent all the food up before I even got there.
"So, how's it going you guys?" I asked.
"There's still plenty of food for everyone so it should be fine," Tanaka said.
"That's good. Grey hasn't asked for more food yet has he?"
"No. Surprisingly hasn't yet." The bell to the dining room was rung. "Speak o' the devil."
"I'll take the food up. Someone else is bound to want something."

I walked into the dining hall and looked expectantly at Grey. As he saw me enter his eyes lit up at the food I was currently holding. I walked over and set the plate down in front of him only for him to dig into the plate right after it was set down.
Before I decided to leave however, I noticed an empty chair. I walked over to the young lord and began whispering in his ear.
"Young master I think there is someone missing at the table. It looks to be Phelps."
"Everyone listen. I believe we are missing Mr. Phelps from this feast and believe we should check on him. Especially with all the chaos that has been ensuing," he said.
Everyone became squirmish as the atmosphere grew darker at the thought of recent events.
"Where is he residing in My Lord?" Arthur asked.
"He didn't want to be next to Von Siemens room so I moved him to my chambers."
Everyone was soon getting up and almost running to the said room. Arthur was the first to knock.
"Mr. Arthur please tell us you're still in there!" Complete silence followed. "Phantomhive you must have a key!"
"As a matter of fact I don't. Sebastian held the key. Only he knew where he kept it."
"Excuse me young master," I spoke, " but please step aside."
I kicked the door down and stepped through. I turned around to their faces of surprise and placed my right hand on my heart. "Well, let's continue shall we?"
Ciel and Arthur both ran to the door connecting to his bed and opened it only to find Phelps' corpse on the floor. While everyone else was checking for the cause of death I stayed by the door I had previously kicked down. Until I saw Lao and Ran Mao looking through his wardrobe and pulling out what looked to be a Chinese dress.
"You git! Don't rummage through my property!" Ciel yelled.
"Haha! I see you've kept this little dress! Have you worn it yet my lord?" Lao joked.
I couldn't help but laugh a little myself. For a Chinese dress it looked pretty but nothing any woman her calls herself "decent" would want the wear such revealing clothing.

It was strange hearing everyone talk of the murders. Everyone was skeptical of each other as they tried placing the time of deaths of the three people who were murdered as I stood in the back watching.
"Siemens was killed first, that we know for sure," Arthur started, "and the time of death was approximately 1:10. The second victim was Mr. Phelps whose death was at approximately 2:38. Which leaves Sebastian, our third and final victim."
"So he was the last one?" Lao asked.
"Yes and we can confirm that," Funny said while raising his hands. Seeing as how I wasn't standing with them I spoke to help the confirmation.
"It's true. Before he was killed he came to each of our bedrooms. When he got to mine he had told me he gave a bird to Mey-rin, and given instructions to Finny and Bard about the fireplaces and the food. All around 2:50 to 2:55 I believe."
"Well- it was... I-It was a, uh, carrier owl of some sort," Mey-rin stuttered.
"What did the letter say?" Grey said looking bored.
"Well I didn't read it. It wouldn't have been my place to do so."
"Well," Arthur began, "it is possible that he could've been writing to the police."
"That would make sense. Phones wouldn't be able to work in this storm," Ciel agreed.
I couldn't help but look at Grey who seemed to be looking at Ciel with disdain.
The list of possible suspects was put together as everyone gave their alibi for each of the deaths. It was decided that Ciel could have been Siemens murderer while Sebastian could have possibly killed Phelps. But as for Sebastian, everyone but Ciel and Arthur could have killed him, seeing as they were chained together and couldn't even move out of the bed without dragging the other under the bed.
Everyone became tense seeing as how there couldn't have been just one murderer. Everyone began playing the blame game, pointing fingers at those who were untrustworthy or those who looked like they would kill a person on the spot. Woodly began standing up and yelling at Ciel. I walked behind Wood just in case he tried to do something. Finally having enough he attempted to punch the young Earl. When his fist entered the air I tripped him by swiping my foot under him causing him to fall on his face. I quickly grabbed this right arm and pinned it on his back, using my left leg to keep his other arm down. Rendering him immobile I bent low to his ear.
"Watch what you do. The young master has very capable servants ready to defend if need be. I suggest you sit back in your chair Mr. Woodly."
"Celesta that will do. Thank you for your assistance." I nod and release him. "As for you Mr. Woodly, I will not see any intolerance from you. Now then..."
I drowned out what he was saying as I stood by Tanaka.
"- I would like to find it." I heard Authur say.
"Alright. Us servants will lead the way to the cellars then."
