Before we start, I have to answer questions by kingstonj62703 on . All the franchises I've introduced so far are all there is, I have heard of Eddsworld, and no it isn't in this story. Now let's get back into the action!

Third-Person POV

"What… was that?"

Ponzu was panting on the ground after her control chip short circuited and caused her to be unconscious a while ago. The pieces of the chip dropped to the floor, as she stood back up and tried to take everything in. It was then that she noticed Agatha's Gengar staring back at her.

"Uh, um… maybe you should take a break and go to the hot springs with General Agatha? Doesn't that sound nice to you?"

The Gengar thought about it for a moment before stopping the nightmare it was giving to Flannery and left with a smile on its face.

Ponzu sighed in relief, since she was pretty sure she couldn't do much against the Ghost/Poison-type. Even if her chemical could affect it, the Gengar could just make itself intangible and the stingers would go through it. After the Gengar went away Ponzu shook Flannery awake.

"Ugh… I might need some therapy after thaaaaaaa—" Flannery's mouth is instantly covered by Ponzu's hand.

"Shh! The Monokumas might hear us, so keep quiet." She whispers to the gym leader.

"Wait, why are you helping me? Is this some sort of trick you're pulling, because I'll just burn you with Macargo's Overheat." The redhead threatened quietly.

"The device controlling me just broke apart and now I'm going to get you and that girl with the fangs out of here. Just trust me." Ponzu informed her.

"Sapphire's here?" Flannery asked and Ponzu nodded, "Well, I don't trust you, but I don't have any other options. How about I start burning up those Spinda bots to draw attention while you find out where she is and bust her out!"

"Not a bad plan, but please turn your voice down in case they hear it." Ponzu warned her.

Flannery covered her mouth quickly in response.

Flannery's Torkoal, Magcargo, and Camerupt are let out as she lights up several Monokuma units. Ponzu meanwhile, is making use of her wings to hop onto the roofs of several houses in Lavaridge. Eventually finding herself at the Pokémon Center with its iconic red roof.

"Come on… there she is!" She whispers to herself as she sees Sapphire who is now awake from the sleeping gas.

Ponzu enters through a halfway open window and holds her breath as she sees Agatha in there with her.

"I heard stories about ya from Senior Yellow, old lady! You can't keep me down! When I get outta here, I'm gonna kick yer butt!" The wild girl yells.

"Such a vulgar girl you are, and with respect for elders on top of that! I don't know what Agent Ponzu was thinking, suggesting that someone like you would be helpful on our side…" Agatha shook her head with annoyance.

"Hah, like I'd join ya anyways! I'm sure that I'm not gonna be here long." Sapphire smirked.

As Agatha was about to fire back at that remark she then got a message via her earpiece.

"General Agatha! The Gym Leader is free and is taking out multiple troops, we need some assistance!" A Monokuma unit tells her.

"Is that one of those hearing aid things? You would need one of them when you're that old." Sapphire joked smugly.

"Tch, I'll be right back. You were correct about one thing, dear girl, you're not going to be here very long…"

Agatha made her way outside the Pokémon Center as Ponzu then descended from above.

"Are you alright?" Ponzu asked.

Sapphire's eyebrows were raised, "Oh great, are you here to laugh that you caught me and—wait, your eyes aren't red anymore. What happened?"

"I guess I decided to fight it… in a way. Although the logical reason is that you damaged the mind control device in my neck." The seafoam green-haired woman answered.

"Okaaaay… Well glad ya decided to not do what she says! Now get me outta these chains!" Sapphire fidgeted in the cold chains she was wrapped in.

Ponzu looked for a spot that she could pull to loosen the chains, but she instead found a number code padlock.

"You're kidding me, this needs a specific number combination and a key." Ponzu grunts in frustration.

"What? Don'tcha know it since you've been working with the old lady?" Sapphire replies.

"I've only been sent on reconnaissance missions as an agent, I wouldn't have been given information like that. Plus I wouldn't have even thought to memorize a password like that when I was stuck under their control!" Ponzu defends her lack of knowledge.

"So you're pretty much a newbie? Ugh, now what?" Sapphire sighs.

"Looks like you two need to start using your SHRINK-ing muscles!"

A voice came out of nowhere as Scott regrows himself in front of them.

Ponzu was surprised at his entrance, "Lang? How did you—"

"Those kids managed to break that thing on my neck, though I did give them a bit of help by growing big." He explained.

"Michiru and Masaomi? Where are they now?" Sapphire asked.

"Oh! They're just out there beating up those Monokuma things. At least the raccoon girl is, the blonde kid is helping evacuate the town. Man, it's so weird that I've met a raccoon that acts like a person, and a person who looks like a raccoon." Scott begins mumbling to himself.

"Uh, still trapped here Bug Boy!" Sapphire shouted.

"Shh!" Ponzu put her finger over her lips to silence her.

"It's Ant-Man, and you could have at least said 'please'" Scott told her as she grumbled.

Scott then shrunk and went inside the lock, breaking it down from the inside. The chains fall off of Sapphire and she begins stretching her arms after they were bound for a while.

"Now then, where are… there!" Sapphire immediately ran over and put her Pokéballs on her belt.

"Oh now I remember, this world is basically like that Po-kay-mon game I got for my daughter! Don't know any of the ones around here though, you got one of those Pikachus? That's the only one I can remember off the top of my head."

"Uh… no. Also 'game'?" Sapphire tilted her head a bit.

"Right, different dimension, whoops. Well there was this little device in my world that you could play games on and it was shaped like a rectangle, it was called a Game Boy and—"

Ponzu interrupted him, "We don't have time for this!".

And it was then that three Destroyer Monokumas bursted through the door of the Pokémon Center, their jetpacks allowing them to hover in front of the three of them.

"And you were worried about me making noise." Sapphire snarked at Ponzu who simply groaned.

"C'mon guys, the door automatically opens. You just cost the people working here even more problems." Scott tells them and the Monokumas momentarily feel ashamed.

Ponzu rolled her eyes and fired a normal non-chemical filled stinger at one of the Destroyer Monokumas and flew right through the open door.

"Sheesh, what's up with her? She doesn't have to BEE so STING-y." Lang jokes.

Sapphire is not amused, "Seriously?".

"Sorry, I'm cracking jokes to alleviate the situation." Scott tells her as he puts his helmet back on.

"Doesn't feel like it's alleviated!" Sapphire whips out her Aggron, Rono, to attack.

The two Destroyer Monokumas fire their flamethrowers at Rono, but the Steel/Rock-type takes it on with no problem.

"Metal Burst!" Sapphire commands and Rono returns the damage right back at them.

As the robots are knocked back, Scott leaps into the air before shrinking and punching through them. After regrowing, the both of them make their way outside. A standard Monokuma unit is seen being sent flying right into the hot springs by Michiru.

"Sapphire!" The half-beastman girl calls out to her.

"Glad to see ya! Now let's wreck some bots!"

Sapphire whips out Chic the Blaziken and Kirly the Gallade and joins the fray. There are metal parts flying in the air, bodies of Monokumas lying around lifeless. Flannery soon joins up with the two of them.

"Happy to see you haven't lost a beat! Now let's heat things up, Sapphire! Overheat!"

"Heh, don't have to tell me twice, Blast Burn!" Sapphire commanded Chic.

The amount of fire being used is enough to melt through Monokuma exoskeletons, not surprising considering both moves have strong power. Especially Blast Burn, an ultimate move.

"By the way, is that girl… a human or a Pokémon?" Flannery asked, referring to Michiru.

"Uh… I dunno, didn't ask her yet." Sapphire shrugged.

Scott has met back up with Masaomi, who just helped an old couple out of some rubble.

"You really don't have any special powers or anything, kid?" Ant-Man asked him.

"Not really. I can fight, but against those things? I'm better off helping other people out, instead of getting some claws stuck in my chest." Masaomi explained.

"Yeah I can imagine being stabbed isn't fun at all. Oh shoot…"

A whole pack of Beast Monokumas could be seen from a distance, stampeding towards the town. Snarling wildly and claws out, causing the two of them to flinch. It was then that Scott got an idea.

"You want to help me out with something real quick though?"

"Huh?" Masaomi responded.

Scott whipped out a small blue disc from his belt and handed a toy-sized car to Masaomi.

"It's kinda like pitching a ball into a mitt, throw the car at the disc."

Masaomi saw the Beast Monokumas etching closer and closer, and then decided to take his chances on the weird idea.

"Okay, throw the car at the disc, got it!"

The teen readied his arm and Lang did the same with his disc. The latter flings the disc like a frisbee and it soars towards the Beast Monokuma.

"Haa!" Masaomi let out as he threw the car right at the disc.

The result of this?

The Beast Monokumas got crushed… but not by the car, which managed to fly right over the disc and clanked off one of them. No, the blue disc hit the Beast Monokuma and it grew in size, absolutely crushing its brethren. To be exact, it was about 50 feet tall.

"Holy shit…" Masaomi uttered at the size of it.

"That did not go as planned. I knew I should have gone for the truck, even if there was a cute pink cat sleeping under it." Scott gritted his teeth in frustration.

The Beast Monokuma then began tearing down houses, thankfully fully evacuated ones but still.

"Hey man, can't you just go big and punch it like you did to us earlier? C'mon!" Masaomi asked.

Scott raised his hands up in defense, "I'm still pretty exhausted after turning it on before, if I do it now then I wouldn't even be able to stay as Giant-Man very long!"

"You're kidding me… you really are an old man." Masaomi put the palm of his right hand onto his face.

"You try putting on this suit and going giant then! If you think I'm so old, then you can try to do it better!" Scott replied with annoyance.

"Maybe I will!" Masaomi shot back at him.

"Can the two of you focus?! There's a giant robot bear that's gonna crush this town if we don't knock it down!" Ponzu yelled at them from high above.

"Fine then Bee Lady, do you have a plan then?" Masaomi scoffed.

Ponzu rolled her eyes at him, "As a matter of fact I do have one. Just follow me and I'll tell you."

She descends down to the back of the Poké Mart and ushers them over. Masaomi runs towards the spot, bumping into Scott's shoulder on the way.

"Ugh, I'm so glad I got a daughter instead." Ant-Man sighed in frustration at the rudeness of the teenager.

"Hey, are you both holding up?"

Michiru looked at Sapphire and Flannery as she was punching out a Bomber Monokuma by stretching her arm out.

"I've still got a… fire still burning in my soul. Or maybe that's just adrenaline." Flannery told her.

Sapphire chuckled, "I'm just itching for more of a fight. Where's that old lady?! I wanna get her back after capturing me and mind controlling two people!"

And right on cue, Agatha appeared in a swirl of darkness caused by a Gengar cackling behind her.

"Demanding a fight with me is something you'll likely regret, Pokédex Holder… You're just another one of those foolish children that follows Oak's idiotic beliefs. I'll send you to your grave!" She shouted at the much younger girl.

An Alolan Marowak and an Arbok are let out by the former Elite Four member as Sapphire's Donphan, Phado and Flannery's Torkoal are unleashed to face them.

"Go after the tanuki girl, just so we can still have more Monokuma units for our next mission." Agatha told both of her Gengars as they chuckled and floated towards Michiru.

Scott, Masaomi, and Ponzu discussed their strategy to take down the giant Beast Monokuma.

Michiru finds herself surrounded by a dangerous duo of the shadows.

And Sapphire, along with Flannery clenched their fists as they prepared to do battle with a master of Ghost and Poison Pokémon.

Agatha simply smiles at the carnage that surrounds them.

UGH, TWO MONTHS SINCE THE LAST PART. Man, this chapter is going on a lot longer than I intended. I'm still not even done with it yet too, despite thinking of what Chapter 3 is gonna have all the time! I hope those of you who have been reading and waiting for the next part for quite a while can forgive me. Especially after I said that putting Epicenter on hiatus would help me focus more on one story. I can shift the blame of not being able to write anything on my loud and annoying roommates, jeez, it's like they have never heard of indoor voices or lived with other people before. But whatever, hope you've been enjoying the story so far. Leave comments and reviews if you want to, and they are much appreciated if you do. Thanks as always, see you next time… whenever that will be.
