The odd, near omnipresent sixth sense that Pītā possessed was... odd, in how it worked.

It was a literal life saver, there was no denying that, Pītā couldn't even begin to count the number of times that strange tingling feeling had saved him from an early grave. If he was facing some sort of threat to his person that could be either life threatening of crippling, the sixth sense tingled to varying intensity, and usually seemed to angle itself in the direction of where the threat was coming from and made his body move accordingly.

So if he was incapable of seeing, like he couldn't right now, the sixth sense made sure he moved in a way that'll prevent him from suffering any sort of injury. Be it from whatever is attacking him, or hitting something that could cause him harm or lead to causing him harm by whatever was trying to harm him in the first place.

'If only it was always working instead of when I'm in the middle of a fight.' Pītā thought as he sensed Shin moving around him, likely looking for an opening of which to attack. The grip he had on a small summoning scroll tightened slightly as his body's muscles coiled in preparation to move 'Like stubbing my toe, getting food poisoning because rations are spoiled again and the supply workers didn't say anything, or walking into a closed door and breaking my nose.'

Especially that last one, that's happened way too many times.

Pītā suddenly ducked, as one of Shin's feet flew through the air, narrowly missing his head by inches. Without thinking, Pītā dropped the scroll he was holding and brought his arms up in a 'X' formation to block the leg as Shin brought it down on him, his own legs buckling slightly under the tremor racking through Pītā's body.

'Damn this has some force behind it!' Pītā thought as he gritted his teeth and forced Shin back with a grunt before leaping back to place some room between them 'It's either increase muscle density from experimentation or he knows how to channel chakra through certain parts of his body to increase his physical strength for brief periods of time. If that's the case, are any of his Sharingan affected by it?'

If they are, it may mean that whenever Shin closes in to engage Pītā directly with taijutsu, he'll be forced to divert some of his chakra from his many eyes, which in turn will briefly reduce his field of vision.

If not... well, Pītā will cross that bridge when he gets to it.

'Which is now!' Pītā thought as he leaped out of the way of another strike aimed at his head.

Shin let out an enraged curse as his fist made contact with the wall Pītā was stuck to rather then his skull, causing the stone to crack and shatter and for pieces to tumble to the floor. Pītā used this opportunity to retrieve a scroll from one of his jacket's pockets as he landed in a roll and used his momentum to carry him away from the raining stone and and quickly broke the seal on it and sent a pulse of chakra into it.

Several clouds of smoke erupted around Pītā as he rolled back to his feet and Shin landed amongst the rubble he created with his hit. The man's multiple eyes narrowed as the smoke cleared, though it was partly because of the dust in the air around him. Four spider puppets, each the size of Pītā's torso and a number ranging from one to four inscribed on their abdomen, slowly unfurled their legs and slowly raised themselves up as the network of chakra seals on them began to activate.

'Hmm, sounds like number two's back right and front legs are sticking when their moved up or side to side.' Pītā with a frown as his focused his sense of hearing towards the spider puppet in question 'Knew I should've oiled it's sockets!'

He supposed he'll just have to fix it later, assuming it survives the battle.

Shin made to continuing his attack on Pītā when suddenly the spiders lunged at him, forcing him to dodge their wooden limbs, each ending with a bladed tip that created an eerie ringing sound through the dark hall when they connected with the floor, or wall or ceiling or whatever they struck.

"Really, is this all you can manage? A few noisy puppets?" Shin scoffed as he easily dodged the spiders with the aide of his implanted Sharingan and his own natural reflexes and speed "I would've thought the 'great and all powerful and wise' Orochimaru would send someone more capable to deal with me!"

With his visual prowess, the spiders were practically moving in slow motion and telegraphed their moves so overtly they might as well be saying what they were about to do. In truth, Shin was beginning to feel insulted, being forced to deal with someone so pathetic-

Shin's eyes widened as Pītā was suddenly in front of him, his Sharingan's reflections just barely visible in the black reflective lenses of the teen's mask. Before the Dōjutsu user could react, Pītā's fist slammed into his chest, cracking several ribs and knocking the wind clear out of him.

"GAAAHH!" Shin screamed in pain as he was sent flying through the air.

"He was going to, but Kabuto was busy playing teacher's assistant and Guren doesn't like the cold. So I got saddled with ya." Pītā said as he listened to Shin striking the floor before his body skipped across it like a rock over water "Gotta say, I'm underwhelmed with how not hard to fight you are."

After all, despite being covered in Sharingan, Shin seemed to fail to notice that Pītā's puppets, through the manipulation of soundwaves, had ensnared the multi-eyed man in a Genjutsu.

"Not only the inbred of the family, but the disappointment..." Pītā shook his head in mock sadness as one of his spider puppets came to a stop next to him, it's wooden mandibles twitching "I didn't even have you guys make a hard one to cast, just affect his depth perception."

"M-M-my... Sharingan... c-c-can't... be f-f-fooled!" Shin claimed as he struggled to breath, a challenge given several of his ribs seemed to be broken.

"They can if you don't know when your being trapped in a Genjutsu. Something tells me whoever installed those eyes of yours never really gave you any proper training on how they work, huh?" Pītā asked as, ironically, his own eyes began to adjust to the dark tunnel they were in.

"D-Damn... you..." Shin coughed, blood leaking from his mouth as he forced himself to his feet, his lone flesh and blood hand resting over the dark, discolored spot Pītā's fist made contact with.

"So look Shinny, I'm kinda on a deadline, I wasn't actually given one but considering whom I'm working for, it's best to get this done as soon as possible, I'm hoping to wrap this whole thing up. So, just tell me what happened and I can level this place and be on my merry way." Pītā said as he began to approach where Shin was struggling to rise "As for you? Well I'm not sure what you can go and do with your life, maybe go work for an eye doctor or something? I mean, you look like you'd make an ophthalmologist somewhere happy. Sooo whaddya say?'"

Or give them nightmares since shin seems to have eyes in places no person should have them.

"Kill... you..." Shin said as he finally managed to stand and glare at Pītā with a snarl as the arm made of knives shot up and suddenly extended out towards the Oto nin.

Pītā side stepped the attempted impalement while the spider puppet at his side ducked and skittered towards Shin, it's bladed limbs creating another eerie ringing sound. Shin noticed this and with a yell, brought his arm down on the puppet and skewered it with many of his knives, some of them detaching from the artificial limb and flying through the twitching puppet's limbs. Pītā frowned at this and turned to scowl at the man as the remaining three of his sound puppets began to converge around him, tapping their limbs against the floor or wall.

"You have any idea how much that thing cost to make?" Pītā pointed at the splintered remains of his spider puppet "That right there? One hundred and six hours and forty seven minutes and eighteen seconds and half a year's worth of pay. And you just reduced it to termite chow in about three seconds!"

"AND YOU'LL BE REDUCED TO MAGGOT FOOD!" Shin yelled as he rushed towards Pītā, his artificial knife arm retracting and forming a more humanoid looking limb.

"Why am I even arguing with you? Clearly you have no understanding of basic economics or the woes of my financial situation." Pītā sighed as he signaled his spiders to leap towards the charging 'Uchiha'.

Shin's eyes narrowed as he saw the puppets rush towards him, the chakra in and around them suddenly building. Just as he was bringing his arm up to skewer them as well, they suddenly leaped towards him, their legs extending further out thanks to a series of rails Pītā installed in the limbs. Shin slid to a stop and with a yell, swung his artificial arm at the approaching spider puppets, sending dozens of his specially marked knives through the air and into the puppets, slicing through wooden bodies as if they were made of paper.

Once the last of the spider puppets had been reduced to splinters, Shin recalled his knives back to his arm and grinned wickedly at Pītā, who remained standing perfectly still.

"Was that the best your toys could do?" Shin asked as he licked his bloodied lips, the knives of his artificial arm quivering in excitement as he prepared to use them to turn his enemy into a pin cushion "How pitiful."

Pītā blinked at this "Were you expecting something else? You do realize that being a ninja is all about misdirection, right? Did you really slice up my puppets, or did they use your reckless attack on them to their advantage and break apart like they were supposed to without it being too suspicious?"

Shin's eyes narrowed at this before he slowly looked around to see that many of the pieces of the puppets he sliced off were now sticking up in the air with what appeared to be... tuning forks protruding out of them?

"Word of advice from someone that still suffers from this unfortunate truth, if it seems too easy for ya, it's usually because your being played." Pītā said as he brought his hands up and formed a Ram hand seal.

'Ninpō: Saundokēji.'

Suddenly the tuning forks all began to vibrate, creating a low humming sound that began to steadily increase in volume, causing Shin to scream as his hands flew to his ears as they began to bleed. The tuning forks continued to vibrate, a series of small seals inscribed on the forks directing the soundwaves and creating a small rippling affect in the air that slowly began to rise and encircle Shin until it's in the shape of a dome. Pītā watched as Shin fell to his knees, his screams silent as the sound within the dome intensifies until the young Oto Chūnin could see small ripples on Shin's exposed flesh.

"Sorry Shin, but I did give you an out, but then you had to go and throw me into even greater debt by breaking my things." Pītā said as he watched Shin fall on to his side and curl in on himself as the sound intensified to the point that he could feel the vibrations through the ground and air.

After several moments, Shin ceased moving and his body went slack, his artificial arm falling apart as whatever mixture of chakra and mental concentration was used to keep it together ceased. Pītā winced as he watched as Shin's body was slowly torn apart by the intense soundwaves, skin ripping, muscle tearing and bones cracking and leaking marrow, his 'Soundcage' was one of his more... brutal Jutsu. Not the absolute worse, but definitely one that leaves him wondering where he went wrong in the head to make such a thing.

Probably when he was in a relationship with Tayuya, who in turn brought out the worse in him before he decided he'd have enough of her abusive behavior.

"Hmm, this was her favorite jutsu." Pītā remarked as he saw the last of Shin's body torn to shreds by the soundwaves and gradually reduced to a literal pile of fleshly mush.

With a sigh, Pītā deactivated the Jutso and looked around the hall he was in and saw the scroll he dropped earlier. With a final glance aimed at the puddle that was once Shin Uchiha, he was not gonna mention him to Satsuki and endure her wrath for killing a clansmen of her's, he slowly made his way over to his scroll. He really wished he hadn't had to use his sound puppets, but Shin didn't exactly give him a chance to retrieve his original puppets to utilize, which would've been more suited against someone with a Dōjutsu like the Sharingan.

Now he has to go and make all new sound puppets because of it!

'Ugh, I can already imagine the look on Kabuto's face when I have to go to him for the money to buy the materials to make them!' Pītā thought with a groan.

"Really Pītā-san, another quartet of Genjutsu producing puppets? You know money doesn't grow on trees, and our budget is already getting close to it's limit. Really, you should be more RESPONSIBLE when it comes to your finances." Kabuto said with that smirk of his as he adjusted his glasses, causing the light to reflect off them and completely conceal his amused eyes.

"Freakin'... frizzle... razzle... frazzle..." Pītā muttered with a shake of his head as he reached down to pick up the scroll and place it back in his jacket's pocket when he felt a tingling at the base of his skull.

"You think that would stop me?"

'Wh-' Pītā thought as he turned just in time to have several meter long blades stabbed into him.

Pītā let out a pained gasp as he was lifted into the air and thrown through the wall and into a large well lit chamber on the other side, the floor littered with bloodied limbs and cuts, likely from Shin's earlier rampage. Pītā winced at the sudden brightness, but thanks to the lenses of his mask, the sudden introductory of such a bright light didn't bother him nearly as much as it would've had he been without them. But even if he was lacking his mask, the getting stabbed and thrown through a stone wall several feet thick would've sufficiently distracted him.

"Owwww..." Pītā moaned, it felt like his spine was dislocated in a few places.

Oh, and he got stabbed!

Thankfully it seemed Shin missed any vital organs or arteries.

'Either my Jutsu affected him more then he'd like to admit and it threw off his aim, or he wants me to suffer first.' Pītā thought as he slowly sat up and glared at the multi-eyed man as he hopped through the hole he made with Pītā 'I hope he gets dust in one of his e-...'

The eyes that were on his arm earlier, they were gone!

'No, they aren't gone...' Pītā thought as he slowly rose to his feet, his eyes darting across Shin's sole flesh and blood arm 'The eye sockets are there, but their closed.'

Odd, but not as odd as the fact that Shin was somehow standing in front of Pītā when the Chūnin was absolutely certain he was a puddle of blood, skin and bone.

"How the heck are you alive?!" Pītā asked as he raised one of his hands towards the bleeding stab wounds and began to cover them with a mild coating of webbing.

It stung, but it'll keep him from possibly bleeding out or anything getting inside and cause some sort of an infection.

Shin remained silent as he glared at Pītā with blood shot red eyes, the Tome of his Sharingan spinning widely. The knives that made up his artificial arm twitched and scrapped against one another as he increased it's size by a factor of two and the 'knuckles' now sported bladed tips.

"Your not mad that I tired to liquify you, are you?" Pītā asked as he slowly placed his scroll back in one of his jacket's many pockets.

Shin's response was a continued brooding silence that caused the teen to frown as a result.

"Uhh helloooo, I'm talking to you, it's kinda rude to not answer when someone is- oh yeah, your probably deaf now and can't hear me." Pītā said with a look of sudden realization as he smiled sheepishly at the older teen from underneath his mask "Sorry about that."

Now that Pītā was actually looking at Shin, his ears specifically, he could see they were still bleeding. It seemed that whatever it was that shin used to escape from Pītā's jutsu, it didn't save him until after it began to affect him.

'Couldn't have been a clone I caught, it would've dispelled long before the body was reduced to a literal puddle of flesh. Genjutsu maybe?' Pītā thought as he watched as Shin broke into a dead sprint towards him with a yell.

Pītā would figure out how Shin survived later, right now he had to avoid getting stabbed again.

Luckily, it seemed that Shin was still a bit disorientated from having his ear drums blown out, and from Pītā's earlier hit on his chest. His swings while fast, were sloppy, and lacked any real technique, it seemed the Uchiha was counting on one of his blows landing with enough force for him to follow up with a chain of strikes or even stun him long enough to stab with one of his knives. As such, Pītā carefully countered each strike from Shin's organic hand with a block of his own, while the artificial limb made up of those knives of his, he outright avoided any sort of contact.

'Wonder how he's able to control them.' Pītā as he ducked under a swipe from the knife arm in question before he blocked one of Shin's knees 'Some form of Magnet release? Or does he have some kind of specialized seals on those knives that are connected to him that allow him to manipulate them?'

It's also entirely possible that the manipulation of these knives is a result of one of his many implanted Sharingan. Because of Satsuki's constant unwanted and unprovoked attacks and intrusion into his personal space, and knowing that she was going to continue doing so in the future, he read up on what Orochimaru had recorded on the Dōjutsu. While rare, it wasn't unheard of an Uchiha's Sharingan to develop some sort of special ability, though apparently a specific condition needed to be met in order to do so.

Perhaps during his experimentation, Shin had achieved such a thing and unlocked some form of telekinesis?

'Maye I can find something in one of the labs he was held in. Maybe one of the researchers left some notes.' Pītā thought as he leaped back and retrieved a small silver colored scroll from one of his jacket's pockets with the kanji for 'Iron' written on it.

Shin saw Pītā withdraw a scroll from his flak and quickly ran through a series of sloppy hand seals, causing his artificial knife limb to slice up his organic hand as a result. However, Shin seemed unbothered by this, his gaze focused solely on Pītā as he inhaled through his nose before unleashing several small powerful blast of wind chakra towards the Oto nin.

'Fūton: Shinkūgyoku!'

Pītā's eyes narrowed as Shin shot several small blasts of wind chakra towards him, spreading out the further they traveled.

Seeing that trying to dodge the oncoming wind Jutsu would be folly, Pītā slammed his fist into the ground causing the earth to rise underneath him before being released as a massive wave of dirt and stone.

'Doton: Dosekiryū!'

The two offensive jutsus raced towards one another before meeting roughly halfway between the pair, meeting in a explosion of dirt and stone, some of which was blown far thanks to the powerful gusts of wind from Shin's attack.

Unwilling to waste his time, and counting on Shin being unable to see through the dust created by the two jutsus collision, he placed the scroll on the ground and unrolled it, showing an intricate summoning seal written on the pristine white parchment. Reaching up to one of the stab wounds he suffered earlier, Pītā swiped his hand across the semi-wet blotches of webbing and quickly slammed the blood stained hand on to the center of the summoning matrix seal.

'Kuchiyose: Tetsu kumo butai.'

A large cloud of smoke popped into existence and three large shadows, each almost as big as himself, materialized within just as Shin used another wind jutsu to blast away the dust and regain sight of his opponent.

"More toys?" Shin snarled at three new spider puppets emerging from the cloud of smoke created by Pītā's scroll.

He saw they were larger then the sound puppets Pītā utilized earlier, and rather then being made of wood, these constructs appeared to be made of metal, meaning they won't break as easily as before. Their legs were thicker and seemed to have hooks at the end of each limb while the abdomens had hundreds of small spike like protrusions covering them, ensuring that whoever tried to strike them would end up hurting themselves more then the puppet itself. And that was before one took into consideration all of the hidden weapons the might have within them.

A tick mark appeared on Pītā's head at Shin's comment "Oi, their not toys!"

Okay they might be sorta inspired by a neat little toy he saw for sale at that arcade he screwed around in for a hour back when he and about a hundred others were dispatched by Orochimaru to seek out Tsunade to repair his arms, but that was beside the point. These puppets were among his most powerful tools, designed purely for combat, and re-enforced with enough armor to tank a shot from even the most powerful of jutsu.

Hopefully.

To be honest, this was the first time they'll be utilized in a fight and he's secretly hoping that his hours of work on them will pay off.

'Really hope the new chakra seals I installed in them hold.' Pītā thought as he glanced at his nearest spider and saw the glowing blue-ish white seal on the underside of it's abdomen 'Theoretically they should be able to operate for three hours before having to be 're-charged', though that's if they were only just walking around. I mean jumping and fighting with all that weight their carrying will force the constructs to draw on more power to move and thus reduce their operating lifespan.'

Though judging by Shin's current state, he might end up collapsing before the iron spider squad does.

Assuming the puppets chakra networks don't short out and 'die', forcing Pītā to resort to using chakra strings to operate them.

'And this is not the sorta place I can pull that off effectively.' Pītā mentally sighed as he glanced down at his scroll and quickly used his blood as makeshift ink to write down orders for his spiders.

The scroll had a seal designed to transmit information to a similar seal installed in each puppet's head, not too dissimilar to a radio. When Pītā was done transcribing his commands, he placed his fingers on the seal and sent a pulse of chakra into it, and transmitted his orders to the puppets. The spiders seemed to shiver as they recovered his commands and quickly moved to follow them through.

Shin remained perfectly still as the three puppets slowly encircled him, their metallic mandibles twitching as custom made toxin leaked from hollowed out chambers in each fang. Pītā watched Shin closely as two of the three had ceased moving and angled their 'heads' towards Shin as a small tube, connected to entire wheels of toxin coated senbon within their bodies, emerged from their 'mouths'.

Shin's body twitched for a moment before he moved in a blur, the senbon fired from Pītā's puppets missing the man by a wide margin. The Oto nin clicked his tongue in frustration as he wrote down orders for his two firing spiders try to track Shin's movements while the other one fired nets of webbing mixed with razor thin wire after the man in an attempt to pin him down.

Unfortunately, Shin was moving in ways that whatever nets were shot at him would be in the line of fire from the other spiders and be torn to shreds by the toxic needles.

Pītā's brow twitched at this as he quickly began to make adjustments to his spider's orders. He really need to get that mind seal working so his puppets could, to an extant, 'think' on their own without having Pītā have to literally right down what they had to do.

Plus using his blood in place of ink was starting to get irksome.

...

And done.

Next chapter, Satsuki's training under Orochimaru takes a dark turn...

answers to reviewers questions or statements:

Antex-The Legendary Zoroark: He will not be getting any sharingan implanted in him in any shape or form.

CRUDEN: Well Shin isn't an Uchiha, so really there's only four left still.

PrudishSet: He'll encounter someone from Konoha soon.

The Storm Master 567: We'll be seeing more of Yugito and B very soon, along with a few others.

Kai: Maybe.

Rougarou144: Harley won't be in this, Shark King is the only DC character that'll be appearing in any shape or form and even then, his appearances will be brief and minor.

War Sage: Pītā will start to delve into the Sage arts and natural energy thing around the time Naruto and co. reunite with Satsuki though it'll be a while longer until Sage mode appears in any shape or form. Yes the other two will show up, one of them fairly soon. Mei's more of an Auburn than a actual red head but she'll get his attention. No Pītā won't be getting anyone's cells to make him more powerful, it'll be more of he'll implant things into his body to make himself deadlier, like what Hanzō did to his own. Let's just say that when Pītā and Naruto meet, their first interaction will really set the stage for their relationship. Naruto may be good at talking bad guys into turning good, but Pītā is first and full most a guy that gets under your skin.

Parker: It was better than the last one, I'll give it that. Wouldn't' say I enjoyed it that much compared to other DC movies.

gontheone: Pītā will be up there in terms of power. Haven't read any of the novels but I know the general story for them. Pītā won't know all five elements or any sub elements, he learns jutsu that are compatible with his abilities and preferred fighting style. His taijutsu is advanced, but he prefers indirect combat, like through the use of his puppets, seals, or just avoiding a fight if he can help it. He only engages directly when he's left with little options. Satsuki warming up to Pītā will be mostly just general interactions with him, and her having limited options, I mean look at who else she has to socialize with, Kabuto and Orochimaru. Tayuya may come back at some point in some form or fashion, or just through flashbacks.
