AN: To the person who commented that Izuku's quirk shouldn't work on mutant quirks, you're missing the point. This is a comedy story based on the absurd brokenness of the 'anti-quirk'. Saying it shouldn't work on mutant quirks is like saying that Bugs Bunny shouldn't be able to pull his bullshit out of hammer space, completely missing the point.

Technically Quirkless: Expanded

Chapter 4

-Izuku-

Damn near bouncing in place, Izuku waited for his turn to collect his hero costume case that was waiting there temptingly. "Dude, you alright?" Kirishima raised a questioning eyebrow as they moved closer to the cases, the line progressing steadily.

"I just want to see my costume man." Izuku groaned, "I have no idea what's inside!"

"Wait, seriously?" Sero blinked in confusion, "I mean…how? Didn't you submit the costume form?"

"…Midnight said my sense of fashion was a crime against humanity and I couldn't be trusted to design my own costume." Izuku admitted, grumbling when he saw Aizawa smirk his way, his classmates rolling with it as they'd learned over this first week of classes that he knew most of the teachers well by now. Given that the teachers put noticeably higher expectations on him there thankfully weren't any accusations of nepotism.

"It can't be that bad, can it?" Kirishima asked warily.

"Problem Child over there, before we got involved, would only wear t-shirts with slogans such as 'T-Shirt'." Aizawa deadpanned as Izuku received judging looks from most of his female classmates.

"Izuku, be ready to run the second classes get out or Mina will drag you shopping." Kirishima warned him somberly as the pink skinned girl slapped his arm.

"Kiri, you weren't supposed to warn him!" the horned acid user pouted as Izuku gulped warily, grabbing his case and bolting to the locker rooms. Getting inside, he opened the case and let out an excited breath at the costume that was waiting for him.

Much like Aizawa's the costume was primarily black. It was an armored jumpsuit, dark green accents like his hair standing out against the dark primary coloration. Around his waist there was a metal plated utility belt full of supplies, tools, and gadgets. He even had a grappling hook and his own capture scarf.

"Holy shit dude," Kaminari gaped when they saw just how decked out Izuku's costume was "think you've got enough of an arsenal there?"

"Nope." Izuku grinned unashamed as he worked on getting everything securely on "My quirk is defense only remember? So, I need to have extra tools to help with offense, especially since I'm not specializing in stealth takedowns like Aizawa."

"Or get a partner who handles offense." Ojiro shrugged.

"Hey, there's an idea." Izuku grinned, slamming a fist into his open palm "I could work with Kirishima and swing him around when he's hardened. Beat a mother fucker with another motherfucker and all that."

"What a mad banquet of darkness." Tokoyami tried looking aloof, Dark Shadow laughing didn't really do much to help that though.

"Come on, we've got training to do." Izuku grinned, slapping Tokoyami on the shoulder before heading out, eager to get there and have his first ever official Practical Heroics lesson.

Finding All Might there and waiting, he nodded to the number one, doing his best not to fan boy geek out, as he waiting for the others to arrive.

There were plenty of amazing costumes for his classmates, such as Ida who had an amazing looking set of armor with extra engines to focus his speed quirk.

His classmate Kodai had a costume that looked like it came straight out of an episode of Ultraman.

Aoyama's was very…bright and shiny.

Then there was- "GACK!" Izuku slapped a hand over his eyes, feeling his face burning, "WHY ARE YOU NAKED?!"

"YOU CAN SEE ME?!" the naked girl, Hagakure, screamed, hopefully covering herself.

"Of course I can see you; you're just wearing gloves and boots!" Izuku was pointedly not looking.

"But…but she's invisible." Mina pointed out in confusion.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU GUYS WARN ME?" Izuku yelled at the people who'd been in his testing site for the entrance course. He'd wanted to keep his 'not a quirk' a secret till the first practical exercise to get a reaction out of his classmates, something those already exposed to his 'not a quirk' were more than on board with.

"I didn't think it'd work that way!" Kirishima protested as he heard the sound of Momo creating something.

"…I'm covered now." Hagakure called out as Izuku uncovered his face, seeing the apparently invisible girl wrapped up in a covering blanket.

"Can someone explain what's going on please?" a tired Shinso asked with a sigh.

"I'm technically quirkless." Izuku explained, "Quirks are abilities gained from a positive quirk factor, but my quirk factor is in the negatives." It was a shame he couldn't get an 'in combat' reaction but no point crying over spilled katsudon, "This means I'm immune to quirks."

"I told you it was bullshit." Ojiro deadpanned as those who hadn't been aware all gaped incredulous.

"Wait, what did I look like?!" Hagakure shouted, the girls by her keeping the invisible girl from rushing out from the cover of the blanket.

"Uh, really pretty." Izuku admitted red faced, "And colorful. Your hair and eyes were…" he trailed off trying to think of the right word "prismatic. I could try drawing what you looked like if you want?"

"Yes!" Hagakure shouted, bouncing up and down eagerly as Mina and Yaoyorozu worked to keep her from bouncing out of the one thing keeping his cheeks from becoming permanently red.

"Um…shouldn't we be worried about the fact that Hagakure's costume is kina moot around Midoriya?" Jiro asked, "I'm pretty sure that it'd break some sort of rule?"

"She could always get a costume made out of fibers of her hair." Izuku shrugged, "A third year, Mirio Togata, had to do the same since his quirk permeation has him phase through everything, his clothes included, whenever its used."

"I'll inform the support department to start getting everything ready." All Might nodded before pulling out his phone "For now, young Hagakure, just stick under the blanket."

"Okie dokey!" Hagakure nodded eagerly, Yaoyorozu thankfully making Izuku some paper and a bunch of colored pencils so he could draw Hagakure as they waited for All Might to get the class rolling once again.

-Hagakure-

Somewhat shakily, Toru Hagakure held the drawing her green haired classmate had made of her. Midoriya himself was on the screens, making plans with his partner Tokoyami while Kodai and Momo readied traps inside the building.

The drawing showed her like she thought she'd never see. Midoriya had drawn her with soft pale skin, although that made sense since her skin had never properly been touched by sunlight. What stood out though, were here hair and eyes. Midoriya had called them 'prismatic' but that word alone wasn't enough to do them justice, at least if his drawing was an accurate depiction. Her hair was mostly a shade of light green but with hints of yellows, pinks, blues, and purples. The myriad of colors all stood out, almost shifting in the incredible drawing. Then there were her eyes. Three rings of green, yellow, and white, with veins of rainbow colors running through them.

Hagakure was shaken from her thoughts with a jolt when All Might gave the call to begin, Midoriya and Tokoyami charging into the building. Midoriya, shot ahead, using his grappling hook to zipline faster than Tokoyami could run, heading to where Kodai and Momo were waiting. Maybe they'd used Dark Shadow to scout beforehand? Regardless, he reached them and started fighting her fellow girls two on one.

Normally she'd have called such an action cocky, especially with how kickass Momo and Kodai were, but here it was apparently warranted. She saw anything Kodai resized or Momo made didn't even phase Midoriya, just falling off without leaving a mark on her fellow verdette. They eventually did focus on hand to hand where he actually had to work to handle them both at once, but it was enough of a distraction for Tokoyami to manage to lay his hand on the bomb, a thoughtful look on the raven headed would be hero's face.

"All Might…are there any spare uniforms nearby?" Hagakure looked up at their massive teacher who was calling the match.

"Um, yes. May I ask why young Hagakure?" All Might tilted his head at her.

"Because I'm going to give Midoriya the biggest hug ever when he gets back, and I don't want him freaked out and flustered to hug back." Hagakure stated, expression serious. She'd hug that man and was feeling quite tempted to call dibs before someone else could.

AN: So yeah, pairing plan is going to be Hagakure. This was decided before I started writing the expansion but wanted to keep it under wraps so nobody would see this interaction coming. I'll update the summary parameters with it in the next chapter.
