Hi Readers: Sorry for the delay in getting this chapter out to you, but I ended up getting lost in what I wanted to write in this chapter. So, I felt like I needed to just start fresh with a clean slate of chapters. Now, I am going to just get this chapter started and out.
Quick Note: I am not sure whether I previously mentioned this in the past, but I like to use real houses when it comes to writing my stories; as it helps me when it comes to writing the transition scenes, as well as giving you an accurate portrayal of the setting that Matt and Gabby are currently living in when it comes to what's happening in the scene. But I just want to let you know that you may see changes when it comes to the description of the house, due to the fact that the other house I was using has been sold; therefore, I need to use a different house for the Casey family home. Other than that, I have no other news to share. Enjoy the chapters.
Chapter Three Hundred and Seventy-Seven
Happy Birthday Daddy, Part Seventeen: Change of Plans (and Attire)
Casey Primary Suite - She ended up being stubborn, stubborn when it came to waking up for her father; because of course she had to be the stubborn one, rather than just make it easy for him on his birthday. But now, things were better as she now realized that she wasn't being picked up by a stranger; but was instead being picked up by her father, who she loves more than anything in the entire world. And who was currently in the midst of leaving sweet kisses on the three (almost four) month old's head. The head that was currently on his heart as she cuddled up to him while he walked into his bedroom, where he was going to feed her. "I swear to god. I am so jealous that you decided to take Sofia today." Turning her head as she sat on the couch with Sofia, Gabby smiled as she looked at her husband as she breastfed her daughter. "Let me guess, she was like her mommy tonight?" However, it turned out that Matt didn't hear the question due to the fact that he was staring at his wife; and just what she was doing right now, as it was surprising.
Last time he checked, Gabby stopped breastfeeding a while back; now she was doing it again? He was so confused at the moment, which was the entire reason why he was currently being so quiet. "Sorry, what did you say baby?" Gabby was confused as well as she heard her husband say that, while also getting worried that he wasn't okay as she watched him make his way over to the little fridge that they have here in their room. The fridge that they just recently replaced, as they wanted to have it be a fridge for milk rather than for wine (which was the original fridge that they had in here). So, they did that. They got a fridge that they could use for milk, and then they installed it here in their room. But still, Matt doesn't exactly understand why his wife was breastfeeding rather than using one of the bottles that they had in here to feed Sofia. "OK. I am going to sit down with Bella, start feeding her, and then we'll talk." Gabby was a bit perplexed by just what her husband was talking about, until she noticed that he was staring at her at the moment.
I mean, he always stares at her; but this time he was staring at her a certain way. But not just in a certain way, but in a certain place where she was currently doing something that she hasn't done in front of him for a while. And that would be to breastfeed the girls. "Let me guess, you want to talk about what I'm doing?" Matt agreed with Gabby, as that was exactly what he wanted to talk to his wife about. He wanted to talk to her about what she was doing, as she was currently breastfeeding; but first, he had to do something for himself. And that was get comfortable once more. And he could only do that with Sofia on the couch. And that was exactly where he was currently headed, as he grabbed the blanket that he had on the back of the couch ahead of him sitting down on the couch in the corner opposite his wife. "So, you seem comfortable over there." Gabby snickered, agreeing with Matt as she turned her head and looked down at Sofia; after which, she bent down and kissed her forehead softly. "Oh, I most certainly am." Matt agreed, smiling.
After which, he got comfortable too in the other corner of the couch; placing the blanket that he has over him, he then proceeded to pick Bella up in his arms along with the bottle that he was going to use to feed his daughter. And let's just say that Bella already loves the fact that she was in her papa's arms, which he can tell by the way that she just cuddled up to him; then again, she always cuddles up to him whenever she's in his arms. "Yeah, Bella likes it when she cuddles up to her daddy and gets a bottle." Bending down, Matt proceeded to kiss her forehead softly as he continued to hold his princess close to him today. He then went ahead and started to give her the bottle of milk that she wanted to have right now. After which, he turned his head and looked at his wife so that he could talk to her about what she was doing right now as that was something that they needed to talk about. I mean, it was a big change of their plans; and he just wanted to make sure that they are on the same page when it came to what they were doing with their girls.
Is this just going to be today? Or are they going to do this going forward? Matt just wants to know what Gabby is thinking, and whether he can do anything to help her, because that's what Matt wants to do at the end of the day. He wants to help her in whatever way he can. "So, you seem comfortable doing that?" Gabby sighed as she turned her head and looked at Matt, clearly hearing the toned of his voice change. "You don't approve." Matt shook his head, as that most certainly was not the truth. If anything, he understood what she wanted to do; but he just wanted to understand. "Just talk to me babe and tell me what's going on." Gabby took a breath, agreeing with Matt as he said that. "I just want to have something normal. Right now, we're in a world that is so unpredictable. But the feeling that comes with breastfeeding…" Matt started to get what she was saying. "It calms you down?" Gabby sighed, as that was exactly what her breastfeeding their daughters did. It calmed her down and let her relax for a little bit.
It made her feed normal, and as if nothing outside was really happening; especially when it came to the fact that they have family with COVID. "I just have a lot on my mind at the moment, things that I would rather not have to think about." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, well aware that was the case. "I know Gabby, and I understand the fact that you have a lot on your mind, which is why I am always here to listen to you if you need to talk to me." Gabby agreed with her loving husband as he said that, well aware that was the case; due to the fact that he always told her that he was here to talk to her if that was what she needed to do. If she needed to talk to him, then they could always talk to each other. And that was great, especially when she needs something to change her mind. "Plus, this is just so nice. The feeling that comes with breastfeeding our daughters." Matt agreed with Gabby, loving the sight of it as well. I mean, what husband doesn't like the sight of his wife breastfeeding their daughter? "I like the sight of it too." Gabby snickered.
Because if anything, that should've been one of the reactions that she should've expected from her husband. A comment that she shouldn't known Matt was going to make, due to the fact that he has a dirty mind at times; something that she planned on telling her husband as she turned her head and looked at him. "You sir, have a very dirty mind that I truly hope our children don't inherit." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, well aware that was the case. "I already know that, and I promise to tone it down baby. I just like to flirt with you at times since it makes you laugh and calm down. I can see that you're tense." Gabby agreed with her husband as he said that, as that was the truth. She was a bit tense at the moment based on the way that she was feeling. "It's about how I'm feeling right now." Turning his head, Matt was confused as she said that as he didn't understand what she was trying to tell him. "What are you trying to tell me baby?" Gabby sighed as she looked at the man she loves, as she didn't know how to explain it.
How to explain that she feels much more comfortable up here, rather than downstairs where they were just spending nice time with their family. "I can't explain it though." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, before taking a breath due to the fact that he could clearly see that his wife just had a lot on her mind at the moment, which is something that he most certainly doesn't want for her. He wants her to relax, as they take it easy with each other. "Baby, just ignore the outside world for a moment and concentrate on me. Concentrate on the person that you need to talk to right now, who is me. What's going on babe?" Gabby sighed as she looked at the man she loves, well aware that she needs to talk to him (and only him) right now. So, that's exactly what she decided to do. She decided to speak to her husband, so that she could tell him what's going on. "There's just something about how I feel sitting up here compared to how I feel downstairs. This feels so homy and relaxing. I mean, our bed is nearby too." Matt agreed with Gabby, smiling.
After which, he turned his head once more to look down at Bella once more as he wanted to make sure that she was okay as they fed them right now. And they were most definitely okay, as they looked completely fine when it comes to how they are with their bottles. "God, the girls just look so adorable as they cuddle up to us." Gabby agreed with Matt, as that most certainly is the truth. "I know what you mean, but we still need to talk about this." Matt agreed with his wife. "What's going on babe? Talk to me." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before taking a breath. "I truly can't explain it, but I just like sitting in our room where we're comfortable and relaxed. And I don't know why." Matt agreed with Gabby. "Here, we're just a family and taking it easy." Gabby nodded, as that was exactly what she was thinking. She just liked being here, as they were calm and relaxed whenever they were in their room. "I just don't want to make our moms mad." Matt shook his head, as he didn't see that happening; he could never see that happening.
Their moms always understand that they want to be alone at times, and they will respect their wishes; even if that means that they are alone with their children. "Gabby, our moms just want the best for us. And they also want us to be comfortable in our home, where they know that there's a lot of stress going on at the moment." Gabby agreed with Matt, well aware that was the case. "But it's your birthday." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, because that was the truth. "Hey, take a breath and just look at me; okay?" Gabby agreed with Matt, doing just that. "Just because we want to sit up here in our room, doesn't mean that we need to be without my mom. She can sit up here too if we want her to." Gabby agreed with Matt, well aware that was the case. "I know, I just didn't know whether you…" Matt looked at his wife, smiling. "Gabby, I want to have my family with mem today; your mother is my family." Gabby smiled as she heard Matt say that, as that was exactly what she wanted to hear; that her mother was his family, as she is.
Camila is his family, as she is a second mother to him; and because she is his children's grandmother. "Listen, how about you breathe for me? When we're done feeding the girls, I will go downstairs and get everything that we need to relax up here as a family." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, as that was something that she wanted. "And you are going to sit where you belong with me ma'am." Gabby snickered as she heard Matt say that, as she already had a feeling that he was going to want her to sit in his lap; something that she was more than okay with doing. "Wait, what does that mean for you sitting in boxers as I sit in lingerie?" Matt bit his lip. "Let's figure it out as we go. Maybe we can just get everything set up as she finishes supper, then we can't complain due to the fact that we'll both look quite comfortable as we cuddle up to each other on the couch." Gabby smirked, as that most certainly was a way for them to get their way. "Now there's a smart plan." Matt smiled as he heard Gabby say that, well aware that was the honest truth.
So much for their plan to calm things down after they decided to spend time with their children, as what they are now wearing is the complete opposite of the two of them calming down. In fact, they decided to put the clothes that they were wearing when they were alone back on; even though they were going to be joined by her mom. But that was okay, due to the fact that they had a plan on how to make it work. And that was that they were going to use a blanket while their moms are up here, which they aren't yet as they are instead making supper. Right now, it was solely them and their children in their room, which meant that Matt had a bit more freedom when it came to what he was able to wear around the house. And right now, that was something that was incredibly sexy in the eyes of his wife. And that was due to the fact that he was currently wearing his boxers as he walked into their bathroom. Then again, she was currently wearing some sexy lingerie for him, which was going to need to be covered…maybe (as Matt hoped otherwise).
Maybe Matt will be able to convince her to leave it out in the open, which is exactly what he hopes to do as he walked up behind her and put his hands on her body. Setting his shirt down at the same time, Matt just cuddled up to his beautiful wife while also bending down and pressing his lips to her shoulder. "How much begging am I going to have to do, to convince you to not wear a shirt on top of this?" Matt then started to suck on her shoulder as he tried to convince Gabby to not wear a shirt on top of this sexy garment, which he already loved; and boy did that make Gabby happy, simply due to the fact that it was very sexy. The way his lips feel on her skin is always sexy, which is the exact reason that Matt always leaves soft kisses on her skin whenever he gets a chance to do so for his wife. And sometimes, it even makes her moan. But right now, that was not what it did as she could restrain herself. "I am not going to moan for you, so give it up." Matt snickered as he heard Gabby say that, while keeping his arms around her body and his hands on it.
Moving her hands on top of his, Gabby smirked as she intertwined her and Matt's fingers while enjoying this feeling; the feeling of their bodies pressed against one another's here in the bathroom, where they could easily want each other. But that was not what they wanted tonight, as they instead wanted to just take it easy and relax. "Baby, we're going to be around our mothers and our children." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, as he knew that was the truth. "So, you can wear a bathrobe on top of this. Or just say that you got dressed for bed, as you're just wearing a sexy lingerie." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, while also turning around to face her boxer-clad husband. Placing her hands on his tone chest afterwards, Gabby smiled as she stepped close to him; while Matt put his hands on her hips and did the same. Leaning in, Gabby smirked due to the fact that this is exactly what they both what to do. They both want to share a quick kiss with each other, ahead of them going to spend some time with their children and her mom.
Matt then proceeded to place his hand on Gabby's neck, in order to continue the slow kiss that he and Gabby were sharing with each other. "I love you." Gabby agreed with Matt, as she loves him more than anything. "To the moon and back." Matt smirked as he leaning his forehead against hers, before kissing his beautiful wife slowly, which is precisely what she wants at the moment due to the fact that her husband is the love of her life. "God, I love living and working with you." Matt smirked as he heard Gabby say that, kissing her again before bending down and moving his lips to her neck. He then started to suck on it, smiling as he knew that this is exactly what his wife wanted at the moment. She wanted him to suck on her neck, as a way for them to please each other without having to be in bed. Also, it's just another way for Matt to show Gabby how much he truly loves and adores her. "I love you more than anything." Matt agreed with Gabby, as she feels the same way as he dreamy husband; she loves him more than anything in the entire world.
She then proceeded to hug her husband, just holding him close as they both cuddled up to each other in here for a moment; ahead of them heading out to where their family was. "I can only assume that you want to go be with the kids now?" Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, as he does. But he also always her to stay like this, in the new lingerie that she was wearing. "Depends, are you going to keep your lingerie revealed?" Gabby agreed with Matt, as she was. "By the way, how are you going to breastfeed?" Gabby smirked, while putting one of the straps off her shoulder to reveal her breast. "Just that easy." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, while stepping close to her and putting his hand on her neck. But instead of bending down to kiss her, he instead bend down and kissed her breast as a way to tease her. "Oh baby." Matt smirked as he heard Gabby say that, before turning his head and leaning in to kiss his wife again. "I love you." Gabby agreed with her husband as he said that, well aware that was the case. "I love you too, forever."
Matt agreed with Gabby, before smiling as he leaned in and kissed his wife once more; after which, he put his hand out with the hopes of her grabbing it. And grab it she did, with pleasure as she wanted to walk out of the bathroom hand-in-hand with her loving husband. "Let me guess, someone wants to cuddle up to her husband on the couch?" Gabby laughed, as that most certainly was exactly what she wanted to do. "The sooner we're cuddling, the sooner this is hidden, and my mother can't judge me." Matt shook his head, as he didn't care whether Camila judged her. "Just ignore her if she judges you. It's my birthday and say that it was my request." Gabby agreed with her husband as he said that, as that was something that she most certainly was going to do. "Well, then that makes it much easier on me to get away with it." Matt agreed with his wife as she said that, well aware that was the case. If he was the one that requested that she wore this garment for him, then she wasn't going to be in trouble with her mother; not that she ever would.
"Oh. Wow."
Looking at her mom as she walked out, Gabby was a bit nervous as she didn't think that she would be up here this soon. "Oh, you're up here fast." Camila agreed with Gabby. "You forgot your water bottles and iPads downstairs, so I brought them up." Matt agreed with Camila as she said that, appreciating it as he wrapped his arm around Gabby. "Thanks Camila." Camila agreed with her son-in-law as he said that, while also watching as he made his way over to her. "I see that you guys are getting comfortable." Gabby took a breath. "Just wanted to be changed for bed. That way, we can just get in bed if we need to take a nap." Camila agreed with her daughter. "Oh, don't lie sweetheart. You wanted to look good for your husband." Gabby snickered. "Maybe, I just hope…" Camila looked at her daughter. "Gabby, I have seen your husband in boxers, and I have seen you topless as you breastfeed your children. Believe me, this is nothing compared to what I've seen or worn. Plus, I was married once, and we celebrated birthdays too." Gabby shuttered.
As that was the last thing that she wanted to think about as she wore this for her husband. "OK. Now that's going to be stuck in my mind for a bit, and not in a good way." Camila agreed with her daughter as she said that, well aware that was the case. "Sorry sweetheart." Gabby agreed with her mother, taking a breath. "It's okay mom. Just please no more of that?" Camila agreed with her daughter, before smiling at Matt who was also looking at her in horror. "Sorry Matt." Matt agreed with Camila as she said that. "I am going to go sit down now. Care to join me babe?" Gabby agreed with Matt, while also noticing that he held out his hand for her. Grabbing it, she took a breath before walking away with their drinks so that they can sit down. "I'll be up in a while with supper." Gabby agreed with her mother as she said that, while getting ready to sit with her husband so that they could change their minds over what they just heard; something that they most certainly didn't want to hear about when they thought about it.
Sitting on the couch ahead of Gabby joining him this evening, Matt smiled as he got the blanket ready for the both of them; the blanket that was going to cover them, as they cuddled up to each other here on the couch and tried not to think about just what was on their minds at the moment. Not that it was easy, due to the fact that it was on both of their minds right now. However, looking at their children definitely helped, which is precisely what Gabby is in the midst of doing as she climbed onto the couch with Matt. She took a moment to look at their children as she sat down in between his legs and then leaned against his chest, while also wrapping her arms around his torso. After which, Matt placed the blanket that he had in his hands on top of the both of them as a way to make his beautiful wife even more comfortable; and that was exactly how she felt as she cuddled up to her husband, while rubbing (and kissing) his chest on his birthday. Meanwhile, Matt turned his hand and kissed her forehead softly this evening as this truly was perfect.
It was the perfect way for the both of them to sit down with each other, as it was much easier to hold each other like this than in bed; and it was pretty much just as comfortable as when they held each other in bed. So, this really is the perfect place for them to sit. "Now, I really love this. The feeling of us sitting like this is much more comfortable." Gabby agreed with Matt as she felt him stroke her back with his thumb, as they cuddled up to each other here on the couch. "Tell me about it, so comfortable and really relaxing." Matt nodded, as he knew that was the case due to the fact that was the exact way that he could describe this at the moment. Comfortable and relaxing, all due to the fact that he had the love of his life laying down in his arms as they cuddled up to each other with their children nearby. "And what's even better, is the fact that the kids are nearby too." Gabby agreed with Matt, as she knew that was one of his favorite things. Having his children close to him, even if he isn't holding them in his arms. "This is already my favorite spot."
Turning his head, Matt looked down at Gabby before making a joke based on the situation that they're in at the moment. "I thought that this was always your favorite spot. I mean, you've had this spot since we first got married." Gabby was confused as she heard Matt say that, before looking up at her husband. "In my arms?" Gabby smiled as she slipped up his chest, kissing him softly as they held each other close here. Because damn is her husband funny, which is something that he already knew. "God, you are so funny sometimes." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, well aware that was the case. "Don't you know it." Gabby agreed with Matt, smiling due to the fact that they were both very happy right now. Happy to be with each other, as they held each other close on his birthday; yet it also felt nice to just be getting this quiet time with their children, their only children. As even though she's said it in the past, she doesn't want more kids. "I'm so happy we just have four kids." Matt agreed with Gabby, as he felt the same way.
He only needs four children, as he things that they life would be took hectic for them to have any more children than they already have. "Honestly, I was quite scared at one point when you started to bring up the idea of us having more children. I wasn't sure what to say due to the fact that I love you and want to do what you want, yet I also believe that we have more than enough." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, well aware that was the case. "I already know that baby, and you have nothing to worry about anymore." Matt agreed with Gabby as she said that, while also grabbing the TV remote that they had here. "Are we going to put some movies on?" Turning her head, Gabby smirked. "We can always watch that show that I introduced you to last year ahead of the new season in May." Looking down at his wife, Matt tried to remember the name, until he did just that. "Selling Sunset?" Gabby agreed with Matt. "Believe me, it is really funny." Matt nodded, before bending down and proceeding to kiss his wife. "Then let's do it." Gabby agreed.
Matt then went ahead and turned on the TV so that they can watch Netflix as they cuddle up to each other. But not just any show on Netflix. More specifically, a show about rich homes and stupid bitches who somehow are real estate agents.
