Chapter 5
Beta: Old man of the mountain/Darklord331
Naruto and his new friend arrived back at the house and after some conversing, he was allowed to stay in the same room as Naruto. Both had settled into the room quickly and Naruto made sure that the family gave them some privacy upstairs as they needed to talk.
Looking at the man he frowned,
"Alright I think we are alone."
He nodded his head.
"So, I guess my big question for you is who are you?"
"I'm no one."
"Um, that's not an answer."
"It is; my birth parents decided that I was unworthy of my name and lineage thus they took it away from me."
Naruto raised an eyebrow,
"Clan?"
He nodded his head before pointing at his ears.
"As you can see I was born differently than some of my peers. I was born with pointy ears which is highly unusual."
"Yeah but not the weirdest thing you can have."
He smiled,
"True but that was not the problem. You see doctors confirmed I had chakra but for some reason I couldn't use it in the traditional sense. Meaning, I couldn't use the family bloodline skill or even create the basic techniques that my clan took pride in. After a few years of failing at this, they finally had enough. They took away my name and my place in the family, took me to a small village outside of the country and dumped me off there as a dirty orphan. One that was never to be seen again."
Naruto frowned.
Sukuna inside of his head just scoffed,
"Don't think too much of it. This is common among people. When someone doesn't live up to an expectation it is not their fault but the person who can't meet that expectation's fault. Honestly, it is one of the reasons that people are so flawed. They create these ridiculous ideas that you have to reach 'this point' because everyone else can. What is so wrong that someone can't reach that point and maybe they can reach a different point or even reach a spot that has never been claimed in their family?"
'Yeah that is cruel but I wonder,' Naruto looked at the man's face and he saw something in it and his skin tone that was vaguely familiar to him.
"Do you know what the clan's bloodline technique was?"
He nodded his head.
"Yes it was an ocular bloodline; one that they called the Sharingan. Supposedly the founder of the clan had this power gifted to him from the Sage of Six Paths."
Sukuna growled in annoyance but sighed,
"That much is true."
'Really?'
"Yes, I met the boy a long time ago. Indra if my memory serves me right. He was a spirited one; wanted to gain strength to achieve his goals and protect those close to him. However, his father chose his brother due to their similar ideals and due to this drove his son away and while the rumors are that he murdered people in the clan and even killed the sage that was just a cover story."
'What really happened?'
Sukuna remained silent.
Turning back Naruto smiled at the man,
"Well if you must know I know that clan really well since the last male heir lives in our village." He frowned, "And he is part of the reason that I'm out here now."
The man's eyes widened.
"Really?"
He nodded his head.
"Yes."
"So pretty much getting thrown out was horrible?"
"Yes." He smiled, "Actually getting thrown into that village was the best thing for me. I enjoyed it; quiet life, no trouble, no expectations, and just me doing me. I was happy there." He looked up, "I found interest in things, was researching stuff, and even managed to find kids my own age that wanted to hang out with me."
Naruto smiled,
"It sounds like a good place to live."
"It was." He frowned, "Until it happened."
"What?"
He dropped his head. "One day when I was about 10, our village was attacked out of the blue. We don't know why they came but they did for some reason and it was terrible. Us children were hiding waiting for the attackers to leave while the adults guided us all to safety. Sadly, the attack was non-stop and they just seem to take a sick pleasure in things." He gripped his shoulders, "There were women dragged into the street, raped and beaten by the men and women, men strung up like meat and whipped and skinned alive, and when they were done with the women they disemboweled them."
Naruto frowned.
Sukuna rolled his eyes.
"Then it happened. In a split moment I blacked out. But then when I woke up, everything was gone." Tears leaked out of his eyes, "The children were dead, the bandits were dead, and the adults were dead. I don't know what happened or how it happened. But for some reason it did happen and I knew I had to be responsible. There I was sitting in the middle of the bloodbath with blood on my hands and on my body. Nothing else could explain the situation."
Naruto frowned harder and moved over to sit on the bed next to the man.
"From there, you mourned them."
He cried.
"I did but it didn't matter in the end, I knew I killed them and I couldn't stop imaging their horrified faces when I butchered them." He cried into his hands, "I still hear their voices whispering in my ear, talking about what I did. The evil that I committed against the world. Nothing in my mind will allow me to escape it."
Naruto hugged him.
"You were heartbroken, but what happened after that?"
"I, I, I left. There was nothing there now. There was no point in staying so I wondered off. That is when I learned about the darker side of me. The evil that was dwelling inside and how it was lashing out when my emotions became too much. I couldn't stand it. Nothing in my mind was wanting to let it stand. I just couldn't stand it for anything."
Naruto nodded his head while Sukuna hummed.
"Most likely due to the incident being such high stress the Dark Chakra manifested in a time of fight or flight. From this, the chakra lashed out at everyone and anyone that got in its way because he wanted to kill them or wanted them to stop. Either way; it lashed out and overrode his mind for that brief period of time."
'Meaning it was like he had another entity inside of him.'
"Exactly."
Naruto sighed,
"That's when I met him."
Naruto looked at him,
"Who?"
He growled,
"A snake named Orochimaru."
Naruto's body stiffened and he looked at him with a dark expression. He remembered him mentioning that along with the no bloodline thing but he really wanted to get his hand on the snake.
"Where?"
He shook his head and pushed himself free of the hug.
"I don't know, it has been more than three years since I last saw him. First he took me in interest in my skills and the abilities that I was developing but after learning he can't replicate or even use them, he gave up on me. Said he had other things to check out and left me in this dark cave. From there, the guards came to kill me but after seeing that I could heal from near lethal injuries I guess you could say I just walked out of the building without any fear." He looked up, "Ever since then, I have wandered the land looking for someone to kill me so that the darkness inside of me can finally be quiet."
"I understand that but with it now gone, we can work on control and you can live a life that you want."
The man smiled and nodded his head,
"Yes I must thank Sukuna for this blessing. And if you don't mind I would love to travel with you when we leave here."
Naruto laughed,
"Sure I wouldn't mind a traveling companion. Especially one that can help me with sparring and improving on my basics."
"Indeed."
The two talked some more and after a few hours they ate dinner with the family and were enjoying the peace and quiet of the night.
Naruto did have a thought of what to call his new friend but he wasn't sure yet. But he would just call him his friend for now and in time, they would find him something that fit him.
But for now he would get some sleep as tomorrow he was training in his third element now and working on his Chi/chakra blocking striking techniques.
Konoha
Tsunade and Jiraiya were staring at the elder toads in shock.
"You found Naruto!"
Pa nodded his head,
"Yes Tsunade, but at the request of the boy we have agreed to not tell you where he is."
Jiraiya frowned, "But why, surely he would want to return home to his friends?"
"After what the boy went through it is the last thing he needs." Ma pointed her staff at them, "You two failed him spectacularly and so did everyone else. We understand preferential treatment is not something you can give but can you honestly say that it is alright to barely train the boy when you know people are after him?"
"Well I taught-"
"Yes we know you taught him the Rasengan something he had to master on his own without too much guidance other than the basics. Same with summoning, Bunta wants to talk about throwing a potential summoner down a hole with spikes as a way to summon."
"YOU DID WHAT!"
Tsunade grabbed him by the front of his shirt and he paled seeing her fist raised back.
"Enough!" Pa glared at them both, "You are also at fault as the boy believes you banished him after completing his job!"
"I didn't look it is complicated but we are trying to prove that it was the rest of the council that did this to him and not us. I stamped but I never signed I swear to you!"
"It doesn't matter at this point, Naruto-chan is heartbroken and struggling to find his own path in life. We the toads have agreed that due to his treatment, lack of care, and lack of training it is best to leave the body alone. We will not allow reverse summoning of the child and we won't allow other summons to violate his privacy."
Ma nodded, "Yes the boy has enough trouble and I think it will do him some good to find some peace and quiet and to finally be able to do things with his own devices. As the rest of you have failed to support him."
The two nodded their head and Jiraiya clenched his fist,
"I was afraid." He had his head down, "I screwed up. I admit that much; I took the kids hard earned money and spent it on booze and whores. He was furious when he found out and I never paid him back for it. I was going to do that with interest but it never came up due to being attacked at the time." He left out a bitter laugh, "Minato was a prodigy and genius when left to his own devices. I thought that I could do the same approach with him but I was a fool. Naruto needed more direct guidance compared to Minato. He was already more sporadic and unclear of what direction to travel in half the time. Looking back your right I was a shit teacher; one jutsu and a summoning and I'm expecting him to be ready for S-class enemies with his shadow clones?"
He laughed darkly at this and the toads saw the somber look in his eyes.
"After failing as a teacher so many times," flashes of Konan, Nagato, Yahiko, Minato flashed before him, "Failed as a student," Hiruzen appeared in front of him and he could see the disappointed look, "Failed as a teammate," Seeing Orochimaru scoff while Tsunade remained distant to him. "Seeing all of this time and time again and not being able to actually do something right without it coming back to haunt me. I guess I just stopped trying so hard. I'm pathetic, I got all hot and bothered by his disappearance and the treason, yet I didn't do shit for him as his godfather and his father's teacher."
Tsunade walked over to him and hugged him,
"I can't speak as a student as you were a shitty one, teammate though? Your more loyal than Orochimaru ever was. You were the one that pursued him until it ate you alive. As for teacher? Yeah I think that your mistakes are what caused this but that doesn't mean you're a terrible person or don't have the right to feel bad. You feel guilt, you feel responsibility to him, if you really didn't give a shit about him, then you wouldn't feel this way." She frowned, "I was supposed to look after him as he inherited the dream of two people I love, I failed due to how busy I was and trusting the wrong people." She cried, "I didn't do everything I could and look what happened."
Both of the adults hug each other and the elders stared at them. It was a clear message that they did love Naruto, wanted the best for him, and wanted to get him back. But due to the mental damage he suffered and the physical abuse, which they haven't revealed yet, they are not sure he would feel the same way.
'One can only be betrayed so much until they finally snap.'
After a bit of time passed, the two separated and sat down talking to the toads again. The toads explaining their reason for protecting Naruto while not revealing where he was or where he was before this or what happened to the Nine Tails or anything else.
As far as the two will know; Naruto is alive, free, and not coming back.
After a period of admonishing and bashing Jiraiya's head with a staff from both ends, they left.
Jiraiya sighed and nursed his bruises.
"Well," he rubbed his head, "I definitely deserved that. But that still leaves us in a precarious situation."
Tsunade sighed and massaged her forehead,
"Yes, thanks to the Elders we have the proof necessary to convict the Council members responsible but the problem is the testimony."
Jiriaya frowned,
"You think he would lie to save his own ass and save his benefactors?"
"I don't know." She leaned back in her chair, "Honestly he has been quiet ever since the mission. While the others have yet to forgive him for what he did, I do know that he is not talking to anyone. Apparently; the ANBU are saying he just stays in his house with nothing to say and nothing going on other than an occasional walk around his family's home, eating his food, and sleeping. He is getting use to his new conditions."
Jiraiya nodded.
"He should have been executed. Running off like that,"
"Yes but sadly we have to accept the Uchiha clan is needed in some capacity. At this point, we can only pray that he does something to redeem himself for the mess he got Naruto into."
The two soon conversed some more but then a bird flew into her window.
Opening the note on the bird she sighed,
"Just our luck."
"What?"
She handed the note to him and he frowned,
"This is not good."
Our Lord shall be coming to Konoha in two days. Please prepare for his arrival as matters must be discussed related to current situations related to a certain snake that has been causing trouble. Also, a trial must be held for one Sasuke Uchiha for his crime of treason and fleeing his village while gravely injuring a fellow shinobi in the line of duty. Any attempts to delay will be marked as treason.
We shall see you in two days.
"This is bad. We have to speed up the timetable."
"Yeah, get Danzo and those other two in here." Jiraiya nodded his head and after sending a shadow clone out to round them up the elders arrived promptly.
Danzo, he was shaking, and the room noticed.
"What's wrong Danzo?"
"I'm angry Homura."
The two elders frowned knowing Danzo since childhood, they have never seen him in such as state.
"What's happened?"
"All the evidence I have compiled is staggering. Some of the council members under the Civilian banner helped sneak people into the village. Meaning, they were the reason that some of the rogue element was able to appear out of nowhere."
The group frowned at this information; this could be more problematic. Not just for the council but for them too to overlook such and important and critical security flaw. Especially if they had gotten the Lord killed during the exam or people of the court, then they could be facing greater problems with the village maybe liquidated for their failure.
"More to add to the pile."
"Yes Hokage-sama." Homura sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose, "Honestly this is just the worst piece of information that we can stumble on. If the other nations find out about this it could be seen as we intended to allow the assassination of important figures to ascertain more power or we are that weak and stupid."
Koharu sighed,
"Unfortunately, the Civilians have always been lying low and under the shadow and we never saw them as a true threat. That was a mistake on our behalf we should have monitored the situation more."
Danzo shook his head,
"What's done is done we have to mitigate the situation we are in front of. Between the trial coming up, the mess with the council, and now finding Naruto Uzumaki we don't have the luxury of worrying about things one at a time. We need to manage the situation with the Uchiha, then the council, and how we are going to find Uzumaki and try to salvage our soon to be destroyed ties."
Tsunade groaned,
"Your right but luckily for us we have word that Naruto is alive and still moving about and that he is no longer in the place that he was originally."
The elder's eyes widened.
"Where is he?"
"That unfortunately is something the Toads aren't telling us." Jiraiya looked out the window, "Due to what happened, our failure to protect him, and apparently what he went through in the village and having to come to realization of everything that happened the Toads have deemed it more important to protect him over helping the village." Jiraiya sighed, "Not that I can blame them; the contractor is always the first thing that the animal summons protect before some idea of a human village. To them, it is more important to help someone than the group considered the abusers."
Danzo nodded,
"That is to be expected."
"Danzo you can't be serious!"
Danzo turned to his oldest friends,
"I am. Having a contract myself I know the importance of summoner and summon and Jiraiya is right. There is nothing we can do to convince the Toads otherwise and considering they are one of the highest summons in all the land, it makes sense that other summons would heed their will."
Koharu and Homura grunted not understanding but seeing Danzo relent they did as well.
Tsunade sighed,
"The good news is he is safe and alive which means all we have to do is find him after this mess is settled. But first comes the trial our Lord will be here in two days. He will personally overlook Sasuke in fear that someone form the council will try to give him a slap on the wrist for everything he has done."
Homura nodded,
"I agree but I also disagree. We can't afford to lose the boy as well."
Koharu frowned,
"The boy is a traitor just like the rest of his clan."
Danzo sighed,
"Maybe so, but that doesn't mean we can afford to lose Sasuke." He looked at everyone in the room, "I don't think I have to explain the importance of the Sharingan to everyone and I don't think I need to explain the reason we still need an Uchiha with the other nations on us about our own Tailed Beast?"
The group nodded and he continued, "More so, I do agree the boy must be punished for his actions. We can't just let him get away with running off to a traitor like Orochimaru, a man that murdered my teammate, and say it is just the cursed seal. We have seen in Anko the power of the seal is based on the resistance of the user. So far he has shown no resistance to the seal or willing to suppress it. Meaning he was fully aware of his actions and his behavior. Henceforth we must try him as appropriately as possible."
He looked and saw everyone nodding their heads. Continuing he stated, "But we can't ignore his importance and the status of the Uchiha clan. It is nearly wiped out. Itachi is the last survivor outside of Sasuke and I doubt the boy will return if we allow his execution. Plus, he might have some semblance link to Naruto, his teammate and someone who fought hard to bring him back to the village as he stated he was his friend." Danzo sighed, "At this point the only thing we can do is see if we can at least get the Court to agree to something other than execution. Other than that, we don't have much of leg to stand on when it comes to him."
Tsunade rubbed her forehead for the headache but then her eyes widened,
"What if we get him to testify against the council?"
Everyone looked at her,
"If Sasuke can help clarify the truth related to what happened on the missions and the truth behind the incident we can maybe use this as leverage to help improve his chances of avoiding the worst possible punishment."
Homura rubbed his chin, "It is possible but it is not likely given the serious nature of the situation."
Tsunade nodded, "Yes but we can't ignore the fact he was marked by the snake against his will and while he did run off we can say that the lust for power was tempting as Orochimaru always had that skill about him."
Jiraiya nodded,
"Orochimaru always had a talent of twisting people to him to serve him in his hour of need." He looked at the group, "Plus, if Sasuke remains in the village we can also use this as a chance to bring him out of his hole and kill him."
The group frowned while the latter wasn't as important they did admit this is a possibility to help get him out of a serious jam.
"Alright we have a gameplan." Turning to Danzo, "I trust you to bring all the evidence Danzo?"
He nodded his head,
"Yes it shall be there and we shall hopefully have Sasuke to testify as well."
"Hopefully."
Day of the Trial
The room was gathered; the Lord was sitting in his chair in front of the accused. Sasuke was chained to the floor with chakra suppressing cuffs and his attendants were standing around him ready to strike him down if they need to.
Next to him was his advisors who were masters in chakra manipulation and also aware of deception and lies to help protect their lord from deceit.
"Sasuke Uchiha." The lord glaring down at the boy who didn't even look up at him, "You are charged with treason, desertion of the Hidden Leaf, and attempts of murder against a fellow shinobi. How do you plead?"
The shinobi council just stared uncaring at the boy. He had endangered most of their children and wasted resources trying to retrieve him. They held nothing but disdain for the boy.
The civilian side wanted to assign him a lawyer to help through the proceedings but surprisingly Sasuke declined the offer and stated he was just wanting to be alone. Not knowing what he was thinking they waited as they were fearful of what he had to say.
The elders watched neutrally while Tsunade and Jiraiya just watched with blank expressions.
Sasuke, on the other hand, slowly lifted his head up and saw his lord's black beard and his elegant battle robes. The man had a long staff with a blade at the end of it sitting next to him.
Sasuke just stared for a second before sighing,
"Guilty."
This sent the room into shock.
The elders were baffled, Tsunade couldn't stop gaping, Jiraiya's eyes popped out, and the Shinobi council about lost their minds.
The Civilians were screaming telling the lord to disregard as they think he was sick and not well.
The lord wasn't surprised but he was growing more agitated with all the voices so he slammed his hand down.
"SILENCE!"
The room went quiet and he turned back to the boy.
"Why do you plead guilty? You know what awaits you if the charges are proven?"
"Yes." Sasuke looked up, "If I may I would like to speak freely?"
The lord stared but nodded his head.
"Thank you." He took a deep breath, "Being alone in my house I had a lot of time to think. A lot of time to really grasp what had happened. To really put in perspective what I did. To be honest? It horrified me."
He looked at the room,
"I could apologize for what I put you all through, your children through, and what I put the village through. But I can't, as we all know it doesn't matter at the end of the day. I did what I did. All because of my own vanity and greed." He gritted his teeth, "Back when I was in the school; all my life I was praised as a prodigy. Someone that could do things no one else could and always striving for the best." He smiled, "That's when I met Naruto."
The room raised an eyebrow at this comment while the lord's council was growling.
"What does he have to do with your guilty plea?"
"Simple; he made me be honest. Naruto was a guy I saw as a loser and idiot, always stupidly challenging me to fights. I grew to be annoyed by his presence but in the end, I realized I was wrong. He was the reason that I tried so hard; because like me Naruto had tremendous talent and skill but he was never taught properly. That's why I sometimes showed off to show him what he needed to do to get further ahead." He smiled, "I heard how he copied a move a stole and modified during the prelims, which shows how closely he follows my moves."
The room nodded their heads at this comment. It was no secret the two had a rivalry even if it seemed one sided. Sasuke however proved it wasn't.
"After the exams, things changed. I saw all the progress I had made paled to Naruto's progress and how his victory over Gaara more than proved he had grown more than I had. I grew jealous, jealous of his attention and skill he was developing and wondering why I couldn't catch up with his improvement. That is when I followed him after I heard Itachi was after him. I didn't know why but I wanted to fight Itachi to avenge my clan, but to also protect Naruto from fighting him. I knew how strong he was and knew the chances of winning were low but if I could stop him from getting close to Naruto even by the smallest amount then I could live with that. I already did it once in Wave, I would do it again."
The room was surprised by his honesty and the sheer devotion he was showing to someone that was an 'idiot' in his eyes.
"After our fight at the hospital I saw how much more he was progressing and though I needed a new approach. That is when I remembered the mark and Orochimaru's offer. I won't lie I did remember how he killed the 3rd but I was blinded by my desire of power and my desire to get stronger in order to defeat Itachi that I just didn't care at that point. Sakura even wanted to go with me but I knocked her out knowing it was for the best. But sadly Naruto followed like he always did." He smiled and the court saw tears flowing down his face, "But in the end I treated him like garbage. He held back from killing me, he weakened his Rasengan not to kill me on his first hit. Avoid using the power he has inside of him and more, he just seemed to try so hard for me and all I did was push him away."
He smiled,
"When he dragged me back I made one promise in that moment: I would own up to everything I did and what I did. Then I would dedicate my life to atoning to Naruto for disregarding the only family he had and going with the man that took that from him." He bowed his head, "I can't express my sorrow, my rage to the snake and Itachi but I know that if I don't change, nothing will ever be the way it could be so I thank you for letting say that at least."
The lord looked down at the child and a small smile appeared on his face,
"I see."
He laughed,
"You are honest, good. However, treason is still treason so we have to judge accordingly regardless of your lineage."
Tsunade stood up,
"My lord if I may there is something that must be addressed since you are here."
The man raised an eyebrow and nodded.
Tsunade walked to the center of the room and glared at the Civilian Council.
"As you all know Naruto stopped Sasuke from fleeing the village and was sent on a mission to become a Chunin with an unknown team correct?"
"Yes the mission that was assigned more than nine months ago." Hiashi, the Hyuuga head frowned, "Now that you mention it we haven't heard a thing about him or the team that was sent with him."
Tsunade sighed,
"I'm afraid there was a misunderstanding while I did sign off on a mission, there is no such sect of ninja in our village. I have looked through the charters and two have been dead for three years while the other one has never existed as a ninja but a civilian that passed away a year ago."
The room was standing up,
"Are you saying that Naruto is with some unknown group!?"
She looked at Tsume and then her lord and bowed her head,
"Naruto was unknowingly banished by the hands of the Civilian council."
Shouts soon erupted and the Civilians were shouting at Tsunade,
"Preposterous how dare you shift the blame to us when it is clear that you signed the document!" The man at the front of the group brought out a copy of the document and smiled, "See it is clear as day that you were the one that signed it. I figured someone would do this so I had a copy made to ensure our lord that our loyalty was never in question."
The lord stared at the document in his hand and motioned to his aid.
He quickly snatched both documents and looked through them.
After a few seconds he frowned,
"My lord the one that the Civilians have shown."
"Yes?"
"It is a forgery."
"Huh!" The councilor was pale and shouting, "Liar! You're just doing this to discredit the council!"
He glared at him,
"I know Tsunade's handwriting since we have been getting reports about the backlash of the invasion and all the information she is gathering from that mess. This is clearly not hers as I know this one look more like some documents other people have signed recently." He glared, "I do wonder how you managed to copy her signature so much?"
Tsunade sighed,
"Because of the mission statement. When I signed it they copied it as best as they could."
Danzo stood up,
"It is true my lord and that is not all." He pulled out some files and dropped them in front of the aid. "We have confirmed that members of that council have helped with the invasion plot by sneaking people into the village for some money."
The aid looked through the documents and the more he read the redder he was getting until he read one report that made him pause.
"It states her that Jiraiya taught Sasuke the Rasengan and was a major asset on the mission. But for some reason, there is barely any mention of the Uzumaki boy in this document."
Sasuke's head snapped up for the first time after hearing Naruto was banished.
"That's a lie!" Sasuke glared, "I was knocked out by Itachi before meeting Jiraiya and helping Naruto out as best as I could! It was Gai that brought me back to the village and we had to wait until Tsunade returned to be healed!"
"I see." The man frowned, "My lord it is quite clear that the council has falsified documents, lied about their involvement in the invasion, and have committed treason more times than I can count."
The lord sighed,
"Yes. Please gather all members of the council responsible for this debacle and we shall take them back to the capital to be tried properly." Turning his head to Tsunade, "However before I leave and give my verdict on Sasuke Uchiha I want to know what happened to Naruto Uzumaki? Where did he go?"
Tsunade frowned and turned to the council. They stared at her and she growled at them with the aid glaring and Sasuke glaring.
One councilor thinking if he talked he might get a deal said,
"We sent him to the Blood Prison!"
The room went quiet. Even the Lord was pale.
"You did what? You sent a child to that horrible place?" He slammed his hand on the table, "SCUM! ALL OF YOU REMOVE THEM FROM MY SIGHT NOW!"
The shinobi didn't need to be told twice and quickly removed the council from the chamber while he turned to Sasuke,
"I have more pressing matters at this time so let me just state Uchiha; for your crimes I'm having you restrained to the village, your chakra sealed for a year, and you to be monitored for three years. Do this and we can evaluate if you can return to the forces sooner."
The Uchiha bowed his head.
The lord quickly stood from his chair,
"As for the rest of you. Here is my royal decree: FIND NARUTO UZUMAKI!"
"Yes sir!"
