Murasaki grabbed Yumeko and hugged her. Yumeko, with a tear rolling down her cheek, confessed 'Murasaki, I love you. I want to live my life holding your hand.' Murasaki blushed and looked Yumeko in the eyes. Murasaki leaned into Yumeko and Yumeko leaned into Murasaki and the two kissed. Murasaki and Yumeko were finally kissing each other. After they were done, Murasaki smiled. 'I love you so much, Yumeko. I didn't understand these feelings at first, I wanted to die because of them. Now, all I wanna do is be yours.' Yumeko blushed as Murasaki said that. Yumeko and Murasaki kissed again.
Their problems seemed to disappear. They had each other. After they stopped kissing, Murasaki stared at the silver blade Yumeko had just used to kill Akira. 'I kept trying to suppress my vampire needs for months. I just wanted to be normal for once. The insect eats the animal, the animal eats the insect, the human eats the animal and the vampire eats the human. I wish I was fully human and not a weird hybrid.' Murasaki explained.
Yumeko responded 'I guess everyone has got to eat. If we have to eat humans to survive, then it must be done. We, as hybrids, have very little blood in us. We can't starve ourselves of humans because we need the blood to stay alive. We shouldn't feel guilty. Humans kill animals. Why can't we kill humans? We should be proud of who we are.' Murasaki agreed 'You're right, Yumeko. We are who we are.' Yumeko and Murasaki were messed up and they knew it. Yumeko and Murasaki were the villains and they were fine with it.
