Ben almost went face first onto the ground as Carlos pulled the throne room doors open. The young Beast immediately straightened up and dusted off his clothes as he tried to hide the fact that he was trying to listen in. King Adam chuckled loudly in the background as Ben and Carlos stared at each other.
"Hey." Ben whispered as he moved closer to his boyfriend.
"Hey." Carlos whispered back.
The two boys stared at each other for a moment before Ben leaned down to press a kiss to Carlos's lips.
"Okay lovebirds. How about we go have lunch and figure out how we're going to tell your mother." King Adam announced as he stepped down from the throne to approach the young couple.
Carlos nodded as he moved to grab Ben's hand, locking their fingers. Moving closer Carlos pressed a kiss to Ben's cheek, "I love you."
"I love you more."
King Adam might not like Carlos for how he treated Ben but he respected the boy. The boy's been through more than enough stuff in life that would give him more than a million reasons to be evil but he wasn't.
He was just cautious about everything and no one could blame him.
King Adam found himself smiling at the look in Ben's because it resembled the look he had when he first met Belle.
One day, King Adam could see him liking Carlos De Vil.

Queen Belle couldn't believe what was happening around her. Her son is gay and he hid it from her? Along with dating Carlos De Vil? Audrey was trying to ruin other's lives for her own selfish gain? What was going on around her and how long has she been out the loop ignoring what's happening around her.
"Not anymore." Queen Belle swore. Straightening her back, Belle took a deep breath. She need to get to the bottom of all this and who better to tell her the truth than the one with all the secrets. Keeping her composure Belle made sure to give everyone who passed her a soft smile along with excusing herself quickly.
She had someone she needed to talk to immediately. Part of her wanted to doubt everything Mal and Jane told her because why should she believe it. She believed Mal and Ben were happy together only to find out she spelled him and now she learns that Audrey is the true villain in all the chaos brewing in the background. However, another part of her could see that Mal nor Jane had any reason to lie to her, especially not Jane. While she's watched Audrey grow up so has she with little Jane. Beside it felt like all the pieces started to finally fall into place. For the last month Ben's been hollow barely eating, talking or sleeping. Audrey was around but the life in her son's eyes was gone..
All she knew was someone was trying to ruin her baby's happiness and that will not happen on her watch.
Taking a deep breath Belle knocked on the door before her.
Audrey opened the door harshly mouth fixed to snap on whoever distributed her only to fall into a fake smile "Auntie Belle, I was just on my way to see you. I have something very important to tell you."
"As do I Audrey."

Lonnie felt hollow.
'God, Lonnie I don't love you. I couldn't and I never will love you like I love him.' Just kept playing repeat in her mind. Chad never loved her, he couldn't bring himself to try to even lessen the blow to her heart.

Lonnie knew Chad wasn't to blame. How could she blame him for being in love when she tried to so selfishly hold onto him for the same reason.
"Lonnie?"

"Mom. Dad. Meet Jay, my boyfriend and your future son-in-law—oww!"
"I'm so sorry about him." Jay apologized immediately bowering slightly as he sent Chad another glare, almost wishing he could pinch the prince again. "I'm Jay. It's nice to meet your Mr. and Mrs. Charming. I know not-"
"Thank you."
Jay felt his throat tighten as he suddenly had an arm full of Cinderella. The mother almost threw herself into the boy's arms as she hugged him tightly against her body. Slowly her soft hands found his face and only then did Jay feel them as she wipes away his tears softly.
"You have made my son shine in ways I could dream of. I didn't think I would be okay with this but looking at you, I now know something."
"What?"
"You were handmade for my little charm and he was handmade for you."
Jay felt his whole face flush as Chad appeared next to him. The prince could only smile as he gently pulled Jay into his side out of his mother's grip as his father did the same, settling beside his wife. Taking petty on Jay's burning face Chad pulled the shorter male closer allowing him to hide his face into his neck.
"What my wife means, Jay is welcome to the family, son."
