Anyway, now that summer is here I bring you a new chapter! I hope you like it and more than that it's time for mom Utahime to talk to Maki ️

Also to comment that this chapter will touch very lightly on the subject of the loss of a child and rainbow babies. An apology if this topic may make some people sensitive.

If you do not know what the term "rainbow baby" is, do not worry, during the course of the chapter you will know it or until the end of it.

I won't entertain you anymore with this introduction, I hope you enjoy the chapter and happy start of summer or winter depending on your country ️

Sorry if there are some mistakes, I repeat, English is not my original language, Spanish is my main language and this fic is a translation.

10. Rain and Rainbow

Summer

"Baggy clothes in summer, in addition to helping you feel cooler, also help hide a pregnancy for a while"

13 weeks pregnant

June 24.

"Aunt Maki! Are you going to have a baby too?" Takeru blurted out in a surprising way.

That question was so spontaneous and innocent that it took that woman completely off guard.

"What?! What did you say?!" Maki froze at such words. Her eyes widened in surprise and even a few beads of cold sweat trickled down her forehead.

That green-haired woman had been hiding her pregnancy very carefully from everyone else.

She did her best to hide her still small belly, which was already beginning to look bigger under those baggy clothes, and she tried to her symptoms as discreetly as possible, attributing all her discomforts and the change in her clothing to the recent arrival of the summer a few days ago.

She even started to avoid going shopping with Nobara, because she still didn't know how to tell her best friend about her pregnancy.

In this way, she had hidden her pregnancy for almost a month and a half and only her husband and Megumi knew about her condition.

Or so she believed until that day.

Maki knew that sooner or later the agreement with Yuta in the city of Atami about her missions and the pregnancy would expire very soon and she would have to tell the truth to everyone else.

But at that moment, it seemed that this boy with eyes as golden as amber and hair as white as snow had a very keen sense for detecting things that others did not notice or were ignorant of instantly.

"I Said! if you have a baby in your belly?!"—He raised his voice because thunder had rumbled in the sky—"Just like my mom!"—Takeru touched his stomach and made circles in reference to what he was saying .

Maki swallowed. "W-why do you say that?" she asked trying to hide the nervousness in her voice.

She was cornered and unfortunately she couldn't leave the academy at that moment because outside, the sky was falling down because of the storm that had broken out.

"Because do you look just as chubby as my mom! Also, it makes you very sleepy in the afternoons like my mom! And you are very hungry and eat a lot like my mom! And you vomit a lot like my mom too! And you wear baggy clothes like my mom!" Takeru smiled as he moved his arms animatedly as he said all this out loud.

Megumi had already warned her on several occasions, Takeru was not an ordinary child and often caused too much trouble. Like at that time.

"Tsk! Damn!" Maki let out that groan and then answered trying not to lose her temper with Satoru's son.

So she decided to lie.

"If I get very sleepy during the afternoon, it's because the damned summer heat doesn't let me sleep at night! And during the day, fighting curses makes me very hungry!" — She lied while her hands went to her hips —"That's why I eat and sleep a lot!" — She points her index finger at the boy — "Takeru, it's very rude to call women fat!"— She scolded a little, but that boy just laughed mischievously, since he wasn't paying attention to her.

The poor green-haired girl cursed herself a little internally at that child's attitude and scolded herself for her own carelessness, perhaps she wasn't being as cautious as she thought.

She suspected that ehe should be especially careful with that boy who was always everywhere in the academy because his parents spent more time in that place than in their own homes.

That child always spent listening to other people's conversations or playing with Yaga's stuffed animals in the least expected place or, in his case, trying to get anyone to pay attention to him or simply liked to annoy anyone he ran into.

Above all, he seemed to have inherited Satoru's unbearable character.

"Tsk, you seriously look like your idiot father!" Maki scolded.

"Everyone says that, even Megumi chan tells me often" Takeru just stuck his tongue out at her before laughing again at the face his aunt was making.

A memory flashed through her mind at that moment, she remembered the words that Megumi had said to her in Atami, about how later, she would be desperate to hide her belly. And to her bad luck, those words were being fulfilled.

"Tsk! I hate when Megumi is right! Damn cocky!" She whisper with annoyance.

Also what was putting her in a bad mood, in addition to the combination of hormones, the memory of Megumi and the fact that the rain did not stop, was the attitude of that little boy who continued with a mocking smile without stopping to look at her belly curiously. .

"I'm not going to get angry, I'm not going to get angry, I'm not going to get angry!" Maki ground her teeth and released that mantra that she had made hers weeks ago.

She sighed a bit and her right hand went directly to the bridge of her nose, she just hoped that her little Soybean wasn't as unbearable as this kid.

She prayed to heaven that at least, that baby that she was carrying in her womb would come out with a character similar to hers. Maybe that would balance things out with that crazy family.

But it is well said that little children seem to have a sixth sense or a difficult to explain ability about how they see the truth through their eyes and him being the son of sorcerers, it seemed that he could get to the truth in an interesting way.

The following would scare Maki a bit and more coming from a cursed relative of her husband.

Takeru hugged her, putting his ear to his aunt's belly. That was so sudden that Maki didn't have time to react.

"And I also said that because I feel as if someone was inside you, Aunt Maki" Takeru said with a slight pout as his head continued resting on that small belly. "I thought you had a baby in your belly and that's why you were chubby! I wish I had a cousin to play with!" He had a tender smile on his lips.

Maki froze completely, while outside the rain grew intense.

Perhaps that child had not inherited the six eyes of his clan, but perhaps he had inherited the intuition of both parents.

The Gojo blood is so powerful in seeing through white lies?

Maki swallowed once more with difficulty, put her hands on the boy's cheeks and playfully pulled them.

"There's just a lot of food and poop in there!" she lied as he pulled the boy's cheeks.

"Ouch, it hurts!" A few tears rolled down his face once his aunt let go of his cheeks. "Are you sure there isn't a baby in here?" That boy narrowed his eyes as he kept pouting, still hugging her.

Maki pulled her nephew's cheeks once more. "Very sure! This belly is for food!" she said with a smile as she caressed her little belly.

"Ouch!" That hurt!" Takeru rubbed his red cheeks and stuck his tongue out at his aunt. "You are mean and fat!"

"You deserved that for being naughty and rude!" Maki also returned the gesture of sticking out her tongue at him, already very angry.

"Oh, there you are!" another woman's voice sounded in that corridor where those two were.

That restless child would have continued asking thousands and thousands of questions to discover the truth, by luck, his mother appeared.

That little one let go of his aunt and ran to hug his mother.

"Mommy!" she yelled happily before putting his ear to her mother's big belly due to her advanced pregnancy.

"Takeru! Are you bothering people again?" Utahime asked putting her left hand on her back. "I've told you a thousand times not to bother adults!" Her right hand caressed her enormous seven-month-old belly.

Maki silently looked at that scene of mother and son, but above all she couldn't stop seeing Utahime's huge belly. The one who was also harboring the life of a descendant of a revered clan, as well as hers.

"Will I look this huge very soon?" Do I really want to give up being a sorceress to be a mother, just like Utahime sensei did?—she wondered internally taking her hands over her belly.

Although at that moment the best she could do was hide it, loosening her shirt more.

"Oh Maki! I thought you had already gone home" She took a few steps towards her "Are you feeling okay? You look a little pale." Utahime asked that, because she felt like she avoided looking into her eyes.

"The rain stopped me from going home and…" —she hesitated slightly —"I'm fine, I just feel a little tired from the heat, the fact that summer just started drives me crazy at night because it doesn't let me sleep well" She commented trying to sound normal and calm.

Utahime sighed —"Don't even say it!" — she blurted out — "The heat and pregnancy are two unbearable things at this time, especially when you have a very naughty six-year-old son who gets between the sheets and doesn't let you sleep either."

Takeru only smiled at his mother's comment, but that restless child was not going to stand still in that place.

"But it's good that you haven't left yet, there's something I want you to tell your husband" Utahime kept talking.

While his mother was talking with Maki, Takeru slipped away to continue playing in that corridor while the rain continued to fall heavily.

"I imagine..." Maki commented, looking at her superior. "And what do you want me to say to Yuta?" she asked curiously.

"It's about your next missions, as you know, with the arrival of summer, the work begins to increase due to the residues left from the May depression and that means a considerable increase in the number of curses throughout the country and as Yuta and you asked for missions together..." Utahime explained as her hands went to her belly.

Maki's attention had been diverted in the middle of all this explanation due to the movements that Utahime made with her hand on her very bulging belly and that distraction had been noticed by that black-haired woman.

"I think my eyes are up here Maki san, did you hear everything I said?" Utahime asked a bit annoyed.

"Sorry!" Maki returned her gaze to the teacher's face "Yes, I listened and thank you very much for the information and for trying to assign us missions together" she faked a smile while covering her stomach with her arms.

"I don't know what kind of couples therapy this is, just going on missions together and even more so when we're packed with work, but I suppose it must be something modern"

Utahime felt that Maki was hiding something and she could tell by her behavior.

Maki seemed to be somewhat uncomfortable with something, besides that Utahime noticed how this green-haired woman hid her stomach too much with her arms over herself and I could notice something different in her face and in her eyes.

"Maki sure you're okay? you look something... uncomfortable" commented the teacher, looking curiously at Maki's stomach.

The green-haired swallowed saliva, she really felt uncomfortable and even felt like vomiting, it seemed that when she got very nervous the disgust increased.

In truth, that new mother was afraid that her pregnancy had already been noticed by that woman who seemed to be looking through her.

"Sorry if it worries you, it's just that my stomach hurts a little and I'm feeling nauseated. Maybe I ate something that hurt me" she lied trying to look as serene as usual, removing her hands from her stomach and asking heaven that her clothes didn't reveal that small bulge while with her hands she breathed air into her face.

"You should go with Shoko if you feel bad!" Utahime suggested and wrinkling her nose a little "Agh! Don't tell me, this baby is still causing me a lot of nausea that intensifies too much in this heat!" Utahime went from a face of tranquility to one of annoyance, which reflected her exhaustion.

"This baby also moves too much and kicks very hard, I guess this baby will be just as restless as her father! speaking of satoru! I wonder where is this idiot? It's already taken too long! Maybe the rain caught up with him on his mission" She growled as she rubbed her belly in small circles.

Maki empathized with Utahime about the nausea.

But she still couldn't imagine what it would be like to feel her little soybean move inside her as that woman described it.

"Do they really move too much?" the green-haired woman asked curiously, noticing what the sorceress's belly looked like.

"Huh?" That question surprised Utahime.

"I'm talking about babies... Do they really move too much inside one?" she asked again, pointing to her superior's stomach.

"Are they move too much? Puff!" — Utahime breathed out in a slight pout —"Some babies move too much and others just..."— her face reflected sadness when she said that — "and other babies simply stop moving … But this baby that is on the way is one of those that move as if they were inside a stadium playing a soccer game" She sighed slightly.

That sigh, more of being annoyed, seemed to be more one of longing. — "But I'm glad that this baby continues to move even after having passed the 'safe weeks' and I'm glad to know that he comes healthy and with a very strong heart" a few slight tears they formed at the corner of her eyes at a painful memory.

In her amber gaze, you could see the illusion of feeling that this little baby was sending signs of life.

And Maki noticed all of this because now she empathized with her feelings as a mother and with her longing for her baby to be healthy and strong still inside her.

Her hand moved almost on impulse, she wanted to touch that huge belly.

"Can I..." Maki was interrupted by Takeru.

"Mommy, I'm hungry!" That boy pulled his mother's hand as he jumped slightly to one side of her.

Utahime sighed, she knew that if her son didn't eat something soon, he would become more restless and unbearable.

"Puff!"—She rolled her eyes —"Okay, we're going to steal your father's lunch"— she sighed and turned to the green-haired woman — "Would you like to join us Maki san? I feel like having a tea and more with this rain that is falling as if the world was going to end. I guess it's just a sign that typhoons are coming very soon"

"Thank you, but... I have to go now" the green-haired girl answered, somewhat nervous. The very thought of staying with Utahime made her very nervous.

"Are you going home in all this storm?" questioned Utahime raising an eyebrow. "If you go out in this weather, rest assured that you will catch a terrible cold and what we least want at this moment is sick sorcerers"

Maki pursed her lips, even if she wanted to run away from there, she couldn't because of the rain that was falling too hard, so she had no choice but to stay and eat something with that woman and her son.

Both women were in one of the spaces that that place had for the staff to rest or have their recreation moment in those rooms with their sofas, tea tables and TV included.

Maki and Utahime were sitting in the same sofa drinking tea and eating some sandwiches that had been stolen from Gojo.

Takeru was eating some onigiris, while he was sitting on the floor and playing with some stuffed animals and toys that he had in that room.

"This is delicious!" Utahime savored that bean cake and enjoyed it like never before.

"With this baby my cravings for daroyakis have increased too much, I really hated them before, but now they fascinate me" she said before taking another bite of that bean cake.

Maki wrinkled her nose slightly, the smell of that cake really disgusted her.

Maki pressed her lips together for a moment, held her breath until the moment Utahime finished with that sweet, to now take an onigiri.

That discomfort was noticed by Utahime, since Maki made a very particular gesture of displeasure.

"Are you sure you are alright? It looks like you want to vomit" she asked when she saw how Maki was taking her hand to the pit of her stomach.

Maki drank all her tea. "I am, it's just that as I said, I bring some ascos, maybe with this tea the pain in my stomach and the urge to vomit will go away" she replied, leaving her wooden cup on the table and breating a deep breath

"You know?"— Utahime sighed a little and took a dango —"Unlike my first pregnancy, with this baby the disgust has been chasing me throughout my pregnancy and it only calms down when I eat something sweet, try one of these, maybe this will help you a bit"

A longing sigh came from the green-haired woman's chest, she felt the need to tell Utahime the whole truth. She wanted to get rid of everything that ailed her and she felt about her pregnancy. She had the enormous need to ask her questions about this whole new world for her.

"Can disgust last the whole pregnancy?" Maki asked on impulse, while also taking a dango, since she had a craving for that sweet.

Utahime felt a little curious about the expressions and that strange question coming from that girl.

But she thought that this could only be a simple topic of conversation on a rainy afternoon and so she decided to answer.

"Well, each pregnancy and each woman is different, so yes, with my first pregnancy the disgust and nausea went away once I reached the sixth month, but with this baby, it seems that these discomforts will follow me until the birth. Even with telling you that in my first few months everything, absolutely everything, including the water disgusted me and everything ended up vomiting" she answered kindly.

Maki was surprised by that answer. She glanced slightly at her stomach as her hands rested on her knees. She couldn't imagine putting up with those symptoms for six more months.

—Will the disgust last me throughout my pregnancy or will it go away in a month? She asked himself mentally as she kept looking at her little belly.

Utahime continued to drink her tea and continued to enjoy that lunch that she had stolen from Gojo since they were saving it for her when he returned from him mission. She really didn't regret it.

"Teacher..." Maki wanted to take advantage of the fact that she was alone with that woman to ask her more questions about pregnancies.

Not having another woman in her life whom she could consider her guide in motherhood, really, Maki wanted to take advantage of that opportunity and more than she continued to feel alone and lost with all of this.

"Yes?" Utahime asked before taking another bite of her second onigiri.

"How does it feel to have a baby inside you? How do you feel about your pregnancy? Is it difficult to be a mother? Are you happy with this motherhood thing?" Maki asked, looking into her eyes.

Those questions surprised Utahime too much, that even her eyes widened and more when she heard those questions coming from that girl.

Those questions she might have expected from Tsumiki or even Nobara or even Miwa and Momo, but she never expected to hear those questions from the rudest girl she knew.

"Well I..." Utahime swallow saliva as she found the right words to answer all of that "As you know Maki san, this is my third baby and I really have some mixed feelings about how I feel about this" she replied looking down at the ground and rubbing her belly.— "On the one hand I am too happy and on the other I am too afraid that something bad will happen again like in my second pregnancy..."

Maki quickly felt very bad for having asked her those questions and even more so when she remembered that Utahime sensei had lost a baby three years ago.

That fetal death occurred due to unknown causes at almost six months of gestation, when that baby's heart simply stopped beating.

It was such a painful and heavy loss that it had led to both her and Gojo signing a divorce.

"I'm sorry for asking!" Maki quickly apologized as she saw the face of that woman change to one of complete melancholy "I was won over by curiosity, you don't need to answer me" she quickly stood up and bowed as a sign of apology.

Utahime sighed, her shoulders relaxed a little and she smiled very slightly when she saw Maki do that. Something inside her knew that the girl's intention in asking all that was not bad. Her intuition told her that "there was something else" behind all those questions.

"Relax, it's also part of the grieving process to talk about how I feel" —she had a serene smile and gave a sign for Maki to sit next to her again, patting her side of the sofa lightly —"On the contrary, Thank you for asking about how I feel about all this... few dare to ask me if I'm happy with this motherhood thing" She caress her belly.

Maki took her seat again. "Even so, I'm seriously sorry for what happened three years ago with your baby... I didn't mean to make you feel bad." Her eyes turned crystal clear, the hormones were playing against him to become very sensitive at that moment.

Utahime took her hand when noticing that change in mood. —"Maki chan, I accept your apologies because I know you didn't ask those questions with bad intentions. You should not feel bad about this, over the years and going to therapy and with the support and affection of all of you, I began to understand that there are circumstances that are out of our hands and that only fate knows why things happen. ..."—She looked into her eyes, there Utahime could notice a special shine in Maki's eyes.

"And now I can rest easy because I know that my baby is a ray of sunshine that will always accompany me and I will always take him here." Her other hand took her to her chest, at the level of her heart.

Maki was surprised at how much Utahime was handling this with a little too much composure.

Instead, she remained silent with a huge lump in her throat. She wanted to tell him the truth, she wanted to tell her that she was pregnant, she wanted to feel supported by another woman, but her fears wouldn't let her speak.

"And if you ask me" Utahime continued speaking calmly "how it feels to have a baby inside you, it's a little difficult to explain" she caressed her belly making circles with her fingers.

A smile formed on her lips. "In general, during the first months I didn't feel much, but at the start of the second trimester, around the fourth or fifth month, I could already feel my babies moving, it was like having butterflies in my stomach. , I could also describe it as feeling something bubbly. Do you know that feeling like something fluttering inside you?" Utahime asked, looking into her eyes.

Maki nodded her head affirmatively "Something like that, it's a very curious movement ..."

"Well, I've felt something like that with Takeru and this baby"

She continued explaining with a tender smile—"But everything changes in the third quarter. It feels like everything inside you is moving, sometimes you feel like the baby is leaning against certain parts or you feel like her elbow or foot is digging into some part of your hips, and sometimes it can be a bit suffocating, especially especially when you are already in the last few weeks and you cannot sleep without almost sitting down, not to mention the enormous and uncomfortable urge to go to the bathroom every so often because the baby is on your bladder, but above all the…" She stopped and began to pat her belly.

"Sensei, are you alright?" Maki asked worried when she saw the surprise on that woman's face.

A giggle came out of Utahime's chest "I am fine, as I was saying and then the kicks come, like right now when this little girl is kicking me hard, some of them can hurt or surprise you too much" her hand remained still on her belly, which moved before such a movement of that baby.

"Utahime sensei, can I touch your belly?" Maki asked, slightly showing her palm.

"Clear! I think it's the first time you've asked me that"She smiled warmly, holding that girl's hand and guiding it through her tummy.

Maki's eyes widened when she felt those movements. She felt that baby move and feel that blow in her hand.

"Will my baby move like that too? Will he be a restless or calm baby? Will I stand the kicks?" Maki question myself mentally.

Utahime took a breath from the movements her baby was making "It seems that this little girl is moving a lot with your presence, I suppose she is recognizing you"

That made Maki very nervous. "Do babies know who touches them? Do you already know the sex of your baby? Do babies inside the womb feel other babies around them?" She withdrew her hand quickly from the belly of her superior.

Utahime started to get too curious about what Maki was asking. She also began to notice her very well. Now that he saw her carefully and up close, she could notice her somewhat different both in body and in her attitude. But that last question would give her the main clue as to why perhaps Maki was doing that interrogation.

"Of course they feel everything! They can distinguish the voice of the parents and of the other people who surround the mother! Even they feel everything that the mother feels, even when one feels pain, fear or joy, they even to identify by the voice the people who make Mom angry!" She laughed a little when saying that and more than that last reminded her to Satoru.

"And about the sex of this baby... Well, we still don't know its sex, I want it to be a surprise until the moment it is born, but my "instinct" tells me that it will be a girl..." she smiled very excitedly "My little Niji"

"Rainbow?" Maki asked raising an eyebrow at such a word.

"Yes, this baby is my little Rainbow, because that's what these little ones are called, who come after the loss of another baby" she looked at her belly while she continued caressing it.

"It could be said that they are babies that arrive almost by miracle and more so in our society of sorcerers where the arrival of a baby is sometimes almost imposible" — Utahime began to explain —"Our society is more about losing... we lose children, we lose brothers and Sisters, we lose husbands, we lose lovers, we lose friends, we lose students... so the arrival of a baby to us as sorcerers could be considered a great miracle among us, the cursed ones" She look closely at that girl.

"A miracle for us damned who have lost someone..." Those words came out of Maki's lips in a whisper as her hand held her shirt tightly on her belly.

"And as for a baby feeling another baby, I think…" Utahime quickly fell silent.

And that's where that teacher knew everything.

With that last question she discovered the whole truth and now the small pieces of the puzzle were put together before her eyes.

Just by looking closely at Maki, by analyzing her behavior and her "strange symptoms", she knew that what was peeking out from under her baggy clothes was not a stomach with colitis or gastritis as she supposed.

But that was a womb that already housed a life.

Utahime's mind began to connect all the clues and found logic to why that girl was asking all those questions about motherhood so suddenly.

"MAKI!"Utahime let out in surprise, stifling that cry and her eyes widened in such a way that they scared that girl "PERHAPS YOU?! ARE YOU PREGNANT?!" She whispered surprised.

That green-haired woman jumped up from the sofa "I'm sorry! I have to leave! The rain has finally stopped!" she commented hastily.

Utahime also got up from that sofa "Maki! This! You must…!" She was interrupted.

"I'm here! Oh, wow! Looks like there's a family reunion here!" said a male voice very happily.

"Shit!" Maki clicked her tongue, she felt cornered since Utahime wouldn't stop looking at her. And by the way, she watched Satoru and Ijichi enter that room.

"Dad!" Takeru yelled running into Satoru's arms.

"Until you arrive! This time you really took too long idiot! You know our visiting agreement stipulates that you can't be late on the days you have to spend time with Takeru!" Utahime crossed her arms over her chest.

"Sorry for being late Utahime senpai!" Ijichi apologized all embarrassed.

"If we were late it was because the mission was extended and by the way, we were stuck in traffic due to the rain!" — Gojo commented with a smile and tried to get closer to her —"Don't get mad, you're going to stress our baby and they'll give you heartburn and after a while you'll be crying because of that up and down of emotions!" — He put a hand on his belly bulging of his ex-wife.

Although both had signed the divorce, both continued to see each other for their first child and it was said that this third baby was the result of reconciliation sex between the two, since at times, these two seemed to be trying to give themselves a second chance.

But some rumors said that Utahime was already seeing another man. Although those were just rumors at the moment.

"Do not touch me! I'm not in the mood to put up with you this time! Also, yuck! You stink!" Utahime pushed him away so he wouldn't hug her since she was so disgusted by the smell of Satoru's sweat.

He only laughed a little at that attitude. "Don't be mad Utahime, because if you did this baby will also turn out very similar to me! And if you keep being this angry, you won't get a second husband!" he joked.

Utahime just gave him a look of pure annoyance "Idiot"

"To compensate you for my tardiness, what do you think if I take you to dinner?" Gojo said trying to hug her, but she wouldn't let it.

Maki wanted to take advantage of the fact that those two were "arguing" to get out of there.

"Well, thanks for the snacks Utahime sensei, I have to go" she said goodbye with a bow, but trying to get out of there, she bumped into Satoru head on.

"Are you leaving so fast, Maki?" Satoru took off the blindfold "You could also stay and so the four of us could go out to dinner and..." he stopped suddenly and began to notice that woman as "different".

Maki swallowed. "Shit, Shit, Shit!" her mind was screaming in a panic.

"Hmmmm" Gojo made that noise in his throat, his right hand went to his chin as he analyzed that green-haired woman "You look a little different... Did you do something to yourself?" Her eyes went up and down and focused on her stomach.

"Different? How different? Huh? Blindfolded idiot It's rude to see people 'that way'... You stupid pervert!" Maki became defensive, her hands crossed over her chest and she tried to appear rude.

"I don't know how to explain it exactly, but my eyes notice something different about you. Did you change your routine? Have you been sleeping and eating well? Did you gain weight?" he asked curiously.

Maki felt that her soul would leave her body. It seemed that Satoru had already figured it out as well. And more than that she hadn't crossed paths with him in months.

"What the hell are you talking about? Does the power of the six eyes hurt you already? And he stops looking at me like that! Pervert!" Maki responded aggressively, as she made fists of her hands and showed them to that man. "Otherwise I'll have to kick your ass so you stop looking at me like a weirdo"

"Oh!" A big smile formed from ear to ear on Satoru's lips as he came to a single conclusion for that woman's carácter "Are you also pregnant..."

"Satoru, that's enough!" Utahime interrupted him, raising her voice "Maki just feels sick to her stomach! We have enough to put up with you and this stupid summer heat for you to be harassing her! So leave her alone, neither she nor I are in the mood to put up with your crap, otherwise I'll kick your ass too!" She sounded furious.

Maki sighed in relief that Utahime stood up for her. She knew that she should thank him for that gesture of hers, although now she had to find a way to continue pretending that she wasn't pregnant.

Satoru gave a light laugh. "Wow! The moody hormones of pregnant women are indeed contagious between women! But it's okay" he commented with a smile now looking at Utahime.

"Sorry, nothing happened here, I was just joking!" Gojo raised both hands in a sign of peace.

"Shut up and now take us to dinner, you making me angry again made me hungry!" Utahime said, looking at him furiously.

"As I said it's time to go, I must hurry to get home before it rains again. Again, thanks for everything Utahime Sensei" Maki commented taking a few steps back.

"You're welcome, be careful" Utahime answered, looking at her seriously "Maki and by the way..."

"Yes?" She swallowed too anxiously while waiting for those words from that woman.

"Please, don't do anything reckless on your next mission and tell your husband about my message" she answered seriously, taking her index finger first to her lips and then pointing to her own belly as a sign that she already knew the truth.

"Thank you, I'll tell Yuta" she said goodbye, she seemed to see those signs and began to take a few steps towards the exit of that room.

And when she was about to cross that threshold, Gojo said something else to the green-haired girl. "Maki..."

She only stopped and turned slightly to look at him.

"What do you want, blindfolded idiot?" she asked annoyed.

Gojo continued with a big smile "Nothing, I just hope to receive good news very soon from you and Yuta" he said goodbye raising his hand.

"I don't know what you're talking about" replied the green-haired girl, rolling her eyes and better continuing on her way to leave that academy.

Although inside, Maki was dying of tension because it seemed that all that family had already discovered her.

But the weather forecast was not going to improve for that pregnant woman at all.

🌊To be continue...

Notes

I hope you liked this chapter ️

Do you like this fic? And more now that it seems that Gojo, Takeru and Utahime already know that Maki is pregnant, they just need to confirm it.

虹 (niji) is Japanese for rainbow, so they already know what the Gojohime baby's name will be.
