Transformers Prime: A New Adventure.

Chapter 18: Ashlida Prime and Reza Pax.

If one were to ask about what normal was, if they knew this girl approaching the side entrance of Autobot Outpost Omega One inside of a red, white, blue, black, and silver 2010 Dodge Challenger sports car, they'd be describing her as different on a whole other level being the equivalent of maybe being the daughter of a miliary official or even the adopted daughter of the President of the United States.

Ashlida Beaureal Prime was absolutely one of those rare people who had the courage to be different from mediocre, normal people who didn't have the courage to do anything differently than what may have been the status quo for men, women, and children in the society of either the United States, England, France, or even Canada all across the Transformers Multiverse or even outside of the Transformers Multiverse if Ashlida's friends knew extensively about the Transformers. Especially in terms of things like construction working, photography, firefighting, truck delivery driving, architecture, electrician working, piloting civilian/military aircraft, veterinarian jobs, plumbing, farming, mechanical engineering, financial analytics, clergy, aerospace engineering, law enforcement, marketing management, car-related jobs, and so forth being male-dominant for the most part in the 21st century.

Many students of different genders, religions, and so forth alike would be among the many to admit privately or publicly that Ashlida was beautiful.

If one were to describe Ashlida's beauty, she would be compared to Medusa's pre-cursed human form of Greek mythological legend.

Whenever stepping out into sunlight, Ashlida's brownish-red hair slowly turning into bright red would shimmer and whenever she steps into direct moonlight on the nights where there's a full moon, her hair would also shimmer, but more like in the same manner as a vampire's fangs glowing in the moonlight as the vampire grins evilly.

Ashlida's brilliantly bright blue eyes would also make people remember seeing a valley of fresh bluebell flowers or a patch of blue cornflowers.

She stood at six feet and eleven inches tall, similar to specific IWE wrestlers who stood at similar heights as billed when they registered for the wrestling entertainment company over the course of the 1990s to the early 2010s.

At the same time, however, Ashlida's height also made even the likes of Jasper High School's notorious bully Vince Raider afraid of her, and her ability to fight anyone smaller or bigger than her without being too badly wounded and win combined with her natural resistance to pain, her natural ability to accumulate evidence of who threw the first punch, her natural ability to ensure that all manner of school bullies and incompetent school employees are properly punished, her natural ability to gather evidence of a school employee being incompetent or a school tudent doing something that they shouldn't without being noticed or ratted out while still obeying the laws of Jasper, Nevada and Jasper High School, her natural ability to win arguments with flawless logic and comprehensible reasoning, her natural intuition about all different kinds of laws and punishments, her natural ability to inspire others to fight for their individual and shared rights peacefully, and her natural ability to get good grades and stay out of trouble made everyone realize that in some of those ways, she's not the type of girl anyone would want to anger or start a fight with.

Along with that, she may look petite, but her body is laminated with muscle.

This combined with the account of former bullies and other friends of Vince who said that Ashlida was an evidence handler, an advanced wrestler and an advanced martial artist who totally kicked their behinds without any lasting injuries if they ever started a fight with her and handed in evidence that they were the ones to throw the first punches meant that absolutely nobody else came forward to challenge her to a fight, even off of school grounds.

Instead of traditional girly things, Ashlida liked to work in auto shop classes so she can further her knowledge of how modern cars work and construction classes so she can understand how different construction vehicles work, how different construction materials work best when building something, and so forth on all things men like to do.

Although she does tend to get her nails done after showering and after trimming her nails, if only because she wants to make herself more presentable.

Anyway, earlier that afternoon, as school had already ended with no incident once again, Ashlida was walking towards her ride, who happens to be the Autobot Shadowguard and the unofficial twin brother of Tailgate and Cliffjumper due to sharing the same exostructure type and vehicle mode, when she heard a familiar female voice remark in disgust, "Ugh. Look who it is; if it isn't the school freak."

Ashlida rolls her eyes in annoyance before whirling around with a scary scowl on her face, which made Sierra Landresse take a wary step back.

Ashlida replies with venom in her tone, "There is nothing wrong with having different passions, Sierra. The world would be a bland and uninteresting place if everyone was one and the same in terms of their personalities, their passions, their careers, their favorite foods, etc."

Sierra replies back, "But girls shouldn't like boy things."

Ashlida replies, "Well, in this current United States society, even if it's not technically a freedom in any of the Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, boys are allowed to like certain girl things and vice versa. And there's nothing you can do about it."

Sierra scowls at that.

Ashlida continues by saying, "Look, you and I are two different people on opposite ends of a scale, and that's fine as long as we don't try to kill each other. Just don't rip into me for being different from most girls. I'm mostly being myself because of how I was raised."

Sierra replies with a sneer, "It makes no difference. What I remember being taught by my mom is that every human being on Earth that has ever lived to this day has a role in society and they should adhere to it."

Ashlida replies with a scoff, "And contradict everything that lies under the meaning of rights to life and rights of freedom of choice? I don't think so!"

Sierra sputtered as she tried to form a response, but Ashlida states cheerfully before saying darkly, "Well, not that this hasn't been fun like the first one hundred and thirty-five times, but I gotta get going if I want to get ready for this Friday's test! BUT if you ever bother me like this again, I'll show you how persuasive I can be in getting someone's parents and some teachers to keep a close eye on anyone I interact with to make sure nobody bothers me and to make sure that nobody p***** me off about my passions."

Sierra and her friend gulped in fear before scaredly walking away.

Ashlida sighed in satisfaction.

Now, in the present day, Ashlida and Shadowguard arrived in the Autobot base, where Ashlida's mother Reza Pax was waiting.

Ashlida states to her mother, "Hi, Mom!"

Reza comes up to Ashlida and kisses her head.

Reza asks, "How was school, sweetspark?"

Ashlida replies, "Eh, same old, no incidents, teachers no longer being lazy, no bullies relapsing, battle of wits with Sierra, my day in a nutshell."

Bumblebee questions, "You got any homework to do immediately?"

Ashlida looks in her backpack before answering truthfully, "The only homework I got is whatever leftover classwork we didn't get to complete during homeroom and during the other lessons. Partially meaning that any other homework types were already finished during study hall and during lunchtime."

Ratchet suggests while handing Ashlida a scanner, "Maybe you would like to go scouting with Tailgate, Shadowguard, Fortressimus, Starscream, Outseek, Lightnose, Skyreaper, Roundabout, Stampout, Currentracer, Saberspear, Safeshield, Frontguard, Champshelter, Chargeward, Silverwhite, Plunderupper, Strikeslap, Sunspark, Archsymbol, Boldmacho, and our Predacons if your schoolwork and your reprisal are done. You are heading to the Valle Cervara Beech Tree Forest in L'Aquila, Italy."

Ashlida replies, "Understood. Hopefully, there'll be enough Energon to increase our supplies."

Fortressimus then jolts like he got electrocuted.

Optimus questions, "Fortressimus?"

The Guardian Knight explains, "The Decepticons will be there, and if Ironspan gets the confirmation that Ashlida is with us, he won't hesitate to disobey his master's orders against laying even a digit on her. She must be given every measure of detection avoidance possible."

Ashlida replies, "Agreed."

And so, they went to the beech tree forest in Italy, and sure there were Decepticons there along with Ironspan, but Fortressimus beat them to a pulp before sending Ironspan running with his tailpipe between his legs.

After bringing the Energon to base, Optimus states, "Fortressimus, I have never been more grateful for you keeping my niece safe."

Fortressimus replies, "I did more than just my job. Simple as that."

Optimus nods before composing himself.

In the Energon vault, Fortressimus hugs Ashlida in her robot form.

Ashlida states, "Thanks for saving me from potentially being kidnapped, tortured, and potentially losing a limb."

Fortressimus replies, "You're most welcome, my friend."

The End.
