I don't own twilight. What I own is my character's behavior, personality, background, and the plot of my story.

Edward phone rings in his back pocket. He looks at the tube in his right hand carrying the blood leaving his bod. He rolls his eyes at himself. Of course,he didn't think of having the blood withdrawn from his left since he is right-handed. He takes the phone from under him before sitting while looking at the caller ID that shows Tanya's name.

"Hey, sweetheart. We just wanted to check on you guys and see how Cece is doing."

"Hey, babe. Sorry for not calling. I got swept in everything and forgot to call you and I guess they did too. Cece is okay. She broke her hand. They stitched the cut and put her hand in a cast, but because she lost a lot of blood she will need to receive a blood unit. Then I will drive them back to the family's house so they can getto their car."

"Of course, you will. It's not like you can leave them stranded. One of her parents will donate the blood and you will be ready in no time."

Tanya's words play in his mind for the rest of the phone call and after they are done. It can't be, can it?

Of course not. Bella would never do that to him. She wouldn't take his child and disappear, or would she?

Nah. Of course not. Bella wouldn't do that. She is not heartless. She loved me. Also, Bella grew up without a mum she wouldn't let her daughter grow up without a dad.

Also, Cece is smaller than the twins and they were born premature and they are three years old. It's impossible for her to be old enough to be his child. It would only be possible if Cece is four years old.

Maybe her blood type is rare. That must be it.

He thanks the nurse once she takes the needle out of his arm. She puts pressure on the withdrawing point and then places a plaster on it. He thanks her and she leaves the room.

"Wait."

He knows that Cece is not his daughter. He knows Bella wouldn't do that to him. But he needs to be sure.

"How rare is Cecilia blood type? I mean am I her only option?"

The nurse walks closer till she is standing beside him as she says, "Cecilia is an A-. She can receive from another A- like you, and an O-. So while she doesn't have many options. Her blood type is not the rarest."

"So her parents couldn't donate to her?"

"I don't know what type of blood her parents have. They never tested. All they said is that neither one of them is a good candidate. So while ideally, a parent is a receiving option, in this case, we don't know."

The nurse leaves after that before he can ask any other question. He decides to visit her, and on the way to her room, he tells himself all the reasons why she isn't his daughter. She can not be. He can't let her be.

He enters her room and finds her wide awake watching cartoons with her left hand hooked to the Blood donation.

"Eddie," she yells excitedly when she sees him.

"Hey sweetie, how are you doing?" he asks her.

"I am doing good. I am looking prettier also. I was not looking very pretty when I fell but mummy took me to the bathroom and fixed me once they did my arm. Oh, I remembered. Mummy gave me this pen," Cece pauses and bends to the left to retrieve the pen, "So that everyone can sign my cast. See daddy drew a Papa bear. Mummy drew a sun cause I am her sun. See," she tells him as she shows him the drawings on her cast.

After he awes and ahes at the drawings of her parents, she hands him the pen and sits expectingly waiting for him to draw. He is silent for a minute trying to figure out what to draw.

"Come on Eddie, I am waiting," she tells him impatiently.

"Hush," he tells her sternly. "You can't rush magic."

After more minutes of thinking, he gets to work. He doesn't allow her to see what he doing until he is done. "Are you ready?" he asks her as he covers what he drew. She nods excitedly looking ready to jump at him.

"Tada," he tells her removing his hand and showing her. "What is this?" She asks him frowning. "This is a balloon cause you helped me find balloons and these words below it are I Love Cece," "love Cece," Cece finishes reading with him.

"You know how to read. That is cool."

"Of course, I know how to. I learned in school. I am a big girl Eddie. I am four years old."

Tada!

On a scale of 1 to 10 how much excited are you for the next chapter?

There is a question about Marco in the review section that I won't answer cause it will spoil future chapters for you guys. No one yet has guessed what actually happened to make Bella leave although I did foreshadow it. Once you find out what happened you will be on her side not his.

Also I am lokey disappointed that no one noticed or had any speculations about the pen in chapter 14.

Tell me what you think in the review section. I literally feel like a kid in a candy shop every time I find a new review.
