Chapter Five - Brilliant Bad

Greenwich Memorial Hospital

Montez looked down at his hands while Sasha laid flat on her back trying not to laugh.

"Are you okay?" she asked Tez with a gentle tap on his arm as he breathed gently in and out.

"No but I'm glad you're still here," Tez replied and now Sasha had to laugh and she rolled onto her side and thumped the hospital bed in hysterics.

"Do you know what almost happened?!" she exclaimed and Tez nodded.

"I sure do," he replied and he looked her in the eyes with a serious expression on his face. "I tried to kiss you,"

Sasha slapped Tez on the arm still laughing and she sat up and shoved him on the shoulder.

"But you didn't kiss me , you didn't do anything to me. Nothing happened - I'm so happy!" Sasha said clapping her hands together joyfully. "I was the last person to get on board with all of Seth's God stuff but I know that was divine intervention Montez. If you kissed me and I kissed you back, we could have lost our families. God saved our marriages. When you leaned in I felt this wall of fire all around me and then you drew back and put your arms back by your side. God, how stupid was that Montez? What were we thinking?!" Sasha said and she let out a sigh of relief. "Thank God for Jesus,"

Montez Ford listened to Sasha's relief quietly, then he finally spoke up. "But I wanted to kiss you Sasha," he said without a trace of guilt. "I actually wanted to do a lot more than kiss you, so excuse me I don't join you in your enthusiasm that God stepped in. Sometimes I wish the Old Man Upstairs would just mind His own business,"

Sasha stood to her feet ignoring Montez' very serious comment, "Let's go find Bianca and Seth, they'll talk you off the ledge that you're clearly standing on. I know you feel that way Tez but there's no way you wanted to do that. I know how much you love your wife and you know how much I love Seth. Let's go tell them what happened so they can pray for us. The Devil is obviously trying to make something bad happen on what should be the happiest day of both our lives," she said but Tez didn't move.

"I think we should try again, let's see if God will try to save us a second time," he said and Sasha looked at him strangely.

"Tez, are you okay? Are you really trying to destroy your marriage? I know Bianca can be a bit much but so can I, that's why our matches are so good. We're a lot alike, maybe you just miss her. I know I miss Seth when he goes on his God Girl trip but I love him more than I love myself," Sasha smiled warmly to herself thinking of Seth lovingly as she did so, "I realise that now, I've come a long way since I had Abiyah and that's why I can handle him spending time with Bianca, Becky, Bayley, Alexa and Charlotte. I guess maybe you're not there yet?" Sasha asked gently.

"No I'm there," Tez replied and he got up and walked over to Sasha and reached for her hands. "I just don't care,"

Tez leaned in and stroked the side of the Boss' face causing Sasha's eyes to narrow with disdain, "Now, where were we?"

"Back up Montez or I'll superkick you over the hospital bed," Sasha replied and she pushed him back forcefully. "I'll leave you alone to think, get a-hold of yourself before Seth and Bianca get a-hold of us. This isn't you Tez, something else is going on. Don't let the Devil turn this into the worst day of your life,"

Sasha closed the hospital bedroom door behind her and went to find Seth and Bianca only to be suddenly dragged into the women's bathroom by four very angry hands. Sasha found herself being shoved up against a bathroom stall by Bayley and Becky Lynch who had obviously forgotten that she just had a baby a few hours ago.

"Tell me it's not true, tell me you didn't just cheat on Seth with Montez Ford!" Bayley screamed and Sasha put her hands up declaring her innocence.

"I didn't just cheat on Seth with Montez Ford," she replied calmly. "But I need to see Seth and Bianca because I think something's wrong with Tez. He tried to kiss me but nothing happened and then when I joked about it, he said he wanted to try and kiss me again,"

Becky looked down before looking over at Bayley and they let Sasha go, "So what I saw was Tez trying to kiss you, what I didn't see was God intervening on Seth and Bianca's behalf," she said and Sasha scrunched up her nose at Becky.

"You didn't think I would cheat on Seth with Bianca's husband in the hospital where I just gave birth to my first baby girl did you?" she asked Becky offended and Becky grabbed her head and exhaled deeply.

"No of course not but when I threw ice water on Seth and Bianca I knew something was going on with couples being tempted. When I walked into your hospital room I must have jumped to conclusions. I'm so sorry and I'm so relieved," Becky said and Sasha nodded.

"I forgive you, you were just protecting Seth. I respect that," she said. "But this thing with Montez is serious. Can you come with me to see Seth and Bianca? I'm really worried about him guys,"

"Please, they got their own problems. Let's get to the bottom of this ourselves," Bayley said.

"Shouldn't we tell Bianca and Seth what happened?" Sasha said.

"No they'll overreact, there's only one person who can make sure Montez Ford keeps his eyes locked on his own wife," Bayley said and Sasha furrowed her brow.

"You don't mean Hunter?" Sasha asked.

"No I mean Shawn, Hunter's a Bonehead, why would we tell him? Now that would really make things worse," Bayley said and Sasha breathed a sigh of relief that they weren't talking to the Game about what just happened. He would definitely overreact and Montez Ford might find himself at Greenwich Memorial Hospital permanently if Hunter found out Tez was messing with three of his favourite people in the wrestling world.
