Chapter 6

(Washington, D.C.)

Jaune was going to a nondescript building. He was dressed in his gear. (picture him in either a SHIELD uniform or something Captain America would wear) He went to the front desk, showed his ID, and was let in. He got into an elevator and went up to the top floor. There he had seen some of the most outstanding agents SHIELD had ever produced. One of them had seen him.

"Hey kid." He said.

"Hey Duggan," said Jaune. "He in?"

"Yeah, go on ahead and see him." He said. "It'll make his day." Duggan was a huge dude, around six foot five, and had greying red hair, blue eyes, and a mustache. He was built like a fireplug and can hit like a tank. So, Jaune went to the head office and knocked.

"Come in," said a gruff voice. So Jaune walked in, the man had black hair that was greying, a brown eye with the other one covered with an eyepatch. He was dressed in a white shirt, black slacks, and boots.

"What's up, 'Old Man'?" He said, the man just smirked at him.

"Hello, my boy." He said, he got up and went over to hug him. "Good ta see ya, kid." This was Nicholas J. Fury, Sr. Founder of SHIELD, they sat down and talk. Jaune had always seen him as either a Grandfather or a father figure. So, Jaune told him everything that had gone on so far. "So, your biological mother is here?"

"Yes sir," said Jaune.

"Yeah, I think I want to meet her."

"Okay, I'm planning a get-together tonight. You're free to come. Even 'she' is." Who is 'she' you ask? Just the first 'Captain America' before Steve Rogers. You see, there were two Captain Americas, the first black one was named; Isaiah Bradley. He was codenamed: 'Truth'. His grandson, Eli, is a member of the Young Avengers and a reservist of the Titans. The first one was Sarah Rogers, name sound familiar? It should, that's Steve's mom. After her abusive husband, Joe died of alcohol poisoning, she decided to go and join the military on a good friend's advice. She had seen the horrors of war and wanted to make the world safe for her son. Steve had looked up to her, not knowing she was his mother.

So much so, he followed in her footsteps and became the third 'Captain America'. The rest, as they say, is history. For Steve, when Sarah met Jaune, she had taken him under her wing and trained him as hard as she could. Sarah had seen him as a son and as Steve's brother. That is why all the children of the super soldier see him as a friend, sibling, and lover. She had come into Nick's office, she was tall, around six feet three, was a gorgeous blonde, and didn't miss a meal. The woman was curvy and muscular.

She was in a polo shirt, jeans, and boots. "Hey, Nick here are the reports from…" she sees Jaune. Tears slowly fall from her eyes.

"Uh, hi Mom." He said, she grabbed Jaune and gave him a huge hug.

"How have you been my son?"

"My biological family is here."

"They are?"

"Yeah, and they want to meet you."

"Me?"

"Yeah and Nick." Nick looked at him.

"Yeah, I'll come." He said.

"I think I will too." Said Sarah. Jaune nodded and after hugging them both, said goodbye and he went home.

(Hunter's Lodge)

Jaune walked in and met up with Ruby, "hey Jaune!" She said hugging him. Then she saw the kiss print on him. "How many wives do you have?"

"Oh, this? This was from a woman who I see as a mother."

"Really?"

"Yeah, could you get everyone together and meet me in the study?"

"Sure Jaune." So she did and they all were in the study.

"What's up, Sweetheart?" said Rachel.

"I met some people that want to meet you guys. Coco, and Sun one of them."

"Who are you talking about Jaune?" Asked Coco.

"Him." Sun suddenly paled.

"Are you fucking kidding me?" He said.

"Nope."

"How the hell did you find him?" Asked Coco.

"I've always known where he was."

"Who are you talking about?" Asked Sapphron.

"His name is Nick Fury."

"But, we've met him," said Ruby.

"You've met 'Jr'. I'm talking about the founder of SHIELD. Nicholas J. Fury, Sr."

"So, the 'Old Man's coming by for a visit?" Said Coco.

"Yep, and not only him."

"Who else is coming?" Asked Sun.

"Captain America's mother."

"WHAT?" They said.

"Yeah."

"Wait, who?" Said Rachel, so Jaune told them about Sarah and who she was. Joan was impressed.

"Wow, and she trained you?" She asked.

"Yep, I'm the most respected member of this team." He said, "even though I don't act like it."

"I'd like to meet her," said Rachel.

"She'd like to meet you as well." Rachel nodded.

"Jaune," said Willow. "I'd like to hear some of the stories of the Huntsmen."

"I don't mind telling you everything. You too, Mom."

"Very well," said Rachel.

"Okay, let's get everything ready. Klein, I'm counting on you."

"Very well Master Jaune." He said. So everyone started to get cleaned up and ready for the get-together.

Later, Jaune was dressed in a banded collar shirt, black slacks, eel-skinned boots, a belt, and a black waistcoat. His hair was perfect and he looked every bit of the man that was respected by the Avengers. He also had on his wedding band. Jean walked in and saw him. "Well, you look amazing." She said.

"Like a noble prince?" He asked.

"Princes wish they had your style." She was in a green and gold outfit and knee-high, gold boots.

"You're wearing your Hellfire Gala outfit."

"With a little touch of our wedding gear." Showing off her Phoenix Crown. It was gold and platinum, it looked like a phoenix in flight, Jaune just chuckled. Then Karen came walking in. She was in a white gown with red trim and blue ankle boots.

"Hey you two," she said.

"Hey Karen," they said.

"Ready for tonight?"

"Yeah," said Jaune. "This is going to be good."
