Chapter 9

(Schnee Manor; Atlas, Remnant)

Jaques Schnee was in his den with a tumbler of bourbon drinking it. He was mad, those bitches and that bastard son had left him high and dry. Sure he got the company, but now the board and their suppliers were asking questions about where Willow and Winter were. Weiss was the only loyal family member he had left. He had asked Ironwood where his eldest was, he told Jaques that she had gone to another world.

At first, he didn't believe it when Ironwood told him about the other world. Thinking that they were hiding. When he couldn't find them, he went to Atlas and demanded that Ironwood find his wife and other children. "They Are In The Other World, Jaques!" He said, "There is no way for us to get back!" Jaques stormed out and went back home.

(JFK international airport)

Jaune was waiting on a flight and it came in. He waited at the gate and in walked a beautiful blonde girl, she had blue eyes and a buffed body. She was in a white midriff, low-rising jeans, and boots. She was carrying a duffle bag. "DAD!" She ran right to him and grabbed him in a tight hug. Jaune hugged her back.

"Hey Kara," he said. "Look at you. Diana did some work." Kara blushed.

"Thanks, Dad." She said and kissed him on the cheek. She grabbed his arm and they walked to the front of the airport. He pulled out a phone, "where's Mom?"

"She's home, I've got something to tell you."

"Mom's Pregnant?"

"No, but close. You got more family here."

"I do?"

"Remember when I told you I'm from another planet?"

"Yeah."

"Well, they came over. Plus, the others want to meet you."

"Okay." Jaune dialed a number.

"Klien, bring the car over."

[Yes sir.] Then a limo pulled up to them. Driving was an elder man, he got out and opened the door and trunk for them.

"Klien, this is my daughter Kara. Kara, this is Klien Sieben. He's a friend of the family, that I hired on as a butler."

"Like Alfred?"

"Yeah, exactly." They got in the car and took off. Then he called Karen, "Hey. I got her."

[Kara?]

"No Donna," he teased. "Of course Kara."

[Okay, we'll be waiting.]

"Hey, Dad?" Kara asked.

"Yes?"

"Could you whip me up some 'Diabetic Suicide' Cakes?" He looked at her.

"Okay, you sure?"

"Yeah, It's been a while since I had your cakes."

"Okay." They made it to the Lodge and got out.

(Huntsmen Lodge)

"We're back," Jaune said.

"Welcome back," said Karen. Then both of their Mothers came into the foyer. Karen went over to Kara and hugged her tightly.

"Mom," said Jaune. "This is your granddaughter Kara." Rachel went over to hug the girl.

"It's nice to meet you, Grandmother." Said Kara as she hugged back.

"Go on ahead and unpack," said Jaune. He headed for the kitchen.

"Where are you going?" Asked Karen.

"Kara wanted cakes." He said, Karen followed him into the kitchen.

(Kitchen)

"She wanted, cakes?"

"Yep." He put on an apron, and Joan came down.

"What's going on?" She asked.

"Our daughter is here." Said Karen.

"You got a daughter?"

"Adopted," said Jaune. "But yeah." He tossed her a soda.

"What's her name?" Said Joan as she opened it.

"Kara," said Karen. Just then, as if she was summoned, Kara came down.

"Hey," she said. Joan looked at her, in jealousy.

"Uh, hi." She said, "I'm Joan."

"This is your aunt," said Jaune.

"My who?"

"Yeah, my former 'twin' sister."

"Nice to meet you." Said Joan, she sees him pulling out the ingredients for 'Morning Suicide' and paled. "What are you doing?"

"She wants the 'Suicide'." Kara nodded, and Joan looked at her niece.

"Girl, you're going to be bouncing off the walls!"

"Have you tried his cakes?" Joan had to give it to her. Then Sapphron and Terra had come down, with Adrian in Terra's arms.

"So," said Sapphron. "Is she..?" They saw Kara, "you must be Kara?" Kara nodded as she snuck a piece of toffee.

"Mmm hmm," she said.

"Yep," said Karen.

"This is my sister, Sapphron, her wife Tera, and their son, Adrian." Said Joan.

"Yeah, Adrian's my son." Said Jaune.

"Your son?" Said Kara, "Then that means…"

"Yeah, he's your little brother." She flew over to them.

"May I?" She asked Tera nodded and Kara took Adrian. "Oh, he's adorable!" She said as she picked up Adrian. "Hi, little brother." Adrian squealed as she floated up.

"So, why is Jaune making pancakes?" Asked Tera.

"Kara wanted some," Jaune said.

"And he's making the 'Suicide'." Said Joan.

"How many cakes?" Asked Sapphron.

"Two," said Kara.

"You are going to be bouncing off the walls."

"I know but, you've had his cakes." She said, "It's been a while since I had some." So Jaune finished them up and served them up with some french fries on the side. "Thanks Dad," she handed Adrian back to Tera. Then sat down to eat.

(An hour later)

Jaune was just relaxing in the den With Jean and Karen. They were watching some TV about more of the crystals being found and Wakanda wanting to make a deal with Jaune's company. He called up Summer and asked her if this was true. [Yes Jaune,] she said. [T'Challa wants to talk to you about the mine in Wakanda.]

"I'll be more than happy to deal with him." He said, "Ask him when he wants to talk."

[Alright, I will. How's Ruby?]

"She's fine, she's a huge help with dealing with the others."

[That's good.]

(Remnant, Patch)

A crow had flown over to a cabin where a blonde man was waiting on news. "Qrow, you're back." He said, the bird transformed back into a man with graying-black hair, and gray eyes, and dressed in shades of black and gray.

"Hey Tai, I got some news." He said.

"What is it?"

"I know where the girls are and how to get to them."

"Start from the beginning, where are they?" So Qrow told him everything.
